Abstract

Proceeding study to the college is something that most of twelfth grade students wants. However, they are still confused in chossing study program because due to not knowing their own aptitude and interest. To solve that problem, some factors are used, which are cognitive factor, by doing psychological test, and affective factor, by observing the tendency of their subjects in high school. Therefore, this research will design and develop a decision support system for study program determination in college using TOPSIS method. This method is chosen due to its capability in choosing best alternative out of multicriteria alternatives. Criterias that are used for this study includes Academic Criteria (Language, Logic, Science, Practice, and Social) and Aptitude Criteria (Intelligence, Space Reasoning, Mechanical, Abstract Reasoning, Verbal Reasoning, Numeric, Language Usage). The test is conducted through confusion matrix method. From 60 test-data, 13 data have difference between the system-result and real-result, thus the system is 78.33% accurate.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengimplementasikan metode User Centered Design (UCD) dalam membangun sebuah Sistem Informasi Audit Mutu Internal (SIAMI) Perguruan Tinggi. Terdapat dua skenario pengujian yang telah dilakukan dalam penelitian ini yaitu: pengujian black box dan pengukuran tingkat kepuasan terhadap sistem menggunakan quesioner. Pengujian black box dilakukan dengan menguji semua fungsi fitur dalam sistem dan hasilnya sistem 95% berfungsi dengan baik. Sedangkan untuk pengujian tingkat kepuasan pengguna terhadap sistem menunjukan bahwa SIAMI dengan metode UCD dapat digunakan karena memiliki tingkat kepuasan sebesar 87%.

Abstract

In granting credit to debtors, it must go through an assessment of whether the debtor is appropriate or not feasible. KSP Koprit Solidaritas has set policy standards in granting credit to accept or reject the risk of bad credit, namely assessing prospective borrowers who meet the conditions of character rating, ability to pay off credit, capital owned, collateral owned and socioeconomic conditions. In this study, the design and manufacture of decision support system applications were carried out using profile matching methods to assess the eligibility of prospective debtors. Profile Matching is used to determine the priority with the highest ranking, which is used as a suggestion from the right system in determining the best alternative. The test results using 60 data obtained an accuracy of 81.667% with an error rate of 18.333% which indicates that the decision support system is functioning optimally following the Profile Matching method.

Abstract

Recipients of housing assistance for poor people are government assistance programs that have a limited budget so that not all people receive housing assistance. Criteria for recipients of housing assistance can be seen from 13 criteria such as age, education, occupations, income, land ownership, home ownership, number of occupants, roof conditions, wall conditions, floor conditions, ownership of bathrooms, water sources, electricity sources. To get a decent recipient, a Decision Support System (DSS) is needed to make it easier for the government to provide housing assistance for poor people. Fuzzy Method Simple Additive Weighting (F-SAW) is one method in DSS that can help resolve unstructured problems and can accommodate weakness of SAW method in linguistic and numerical assessments. System testing conducted use sensitivity testing that is with change value weight each criteria in a manner gradually. From sensitivity test above that has been done, the most sensitive is education criteria because when tested three times of high weight is changed to very high has experienced one change, low has 4 times changed and very low has 4 times the change, with these changes the results got 90% presentation for education criteria. From the results of comparisons that have been made between Dinas Sosial and system, data quota that deserves to receive housing assistance as much as 30 data from dinas sosial showed that total data quota is 20 which is same with system and 10 data is not same with system.

Abstract

Case-Based Reasoning produces a solution based on similarities to previous cases. New case solutions result from the placement of similarities with old cases. In this reseach the authors applied CBR to diagnose tuberculosis. System knowledge sources are obtained by collecting medical records of tuberculosis patients in 2014-2016. Calculation of similarity values using the K-Nearest Neighbor algorithm with a thereshold value of 80%. This system can diagnose 3 types of tuberculosis based on 25 symptoms. The system output consists of the type of tuberculosis based on the symptoms experienced by the patient, treatment solutions and presentation of similarities between new cases and old cases. Based on the results of testing with 51 cases the results: (a) testing with 3 new case scenarios obtained the accuracy of each system for data scenarios obtained by 31 training data (60% of 51 cases) and 20 test data (40% of 51 cases) accuracy is 63%, the second scenario accuracy obtained with 35 training data (70% of 51 cases) and 16 test data (30% of 51 cases) accuracy is 69.2% and the third scenario accuracy obtained with 41 training data (80% of 51 cases) and 10 test data (20% of 51 cases) accuracy is 90%. (b) The results of testing of the old cases in the case base obtained 100% accuracy of the system.

Abstract

Gereja adalah sebuah institusi yang tidak hanya mengelola kerohanian jemaatnya, namun juga merupakan wadah organisasi yang mengayomi dan melindungi jemaat serta menjamin keberlangsungan kehidupan sosial masyarakat jemaatnya. Data statistik juga menunjukkan jumlah pemeluk agama Kristen Protestan di kota Kupang mencapai angka 209.438 orang atau sebanyak 61,08% dari jumlah total penduduk di kota Kupang. Jumlah gereja Kristen Protestan sebanyak 150 gereja sehingga diasumsikan setiap gereja memiliki jemaat rata-rata 1.396 jemaat per gereja. Data mining merupakan proses yang mempekerjakan satu atau lebih teknik pembelajaran komputer (machine learning) untuk menganalisis dan mengekstrasi pengetahuan sehingga didapat pola tertentu. Penelitian ini akan mengimplementasikan algoritma data mining K-Means Clustering untuk mengenali pola jemaat yang menjadi salah satu target kegiatan pelayanan gereja yaitu jemaat yang belum dibaptis padahal sudah melewati usia baptis pada umumnya sebanyak . Luaran utama yaitu berupa rumusan/pola jemaat dan hasil rumusan itu akan dipakai oleh pihak gereja untuk melakukan pendekatan kepada jemaat dengan ciri/pola tersebut.

Abstract

Pembelajaran matematika pada umumnya tidak terlepas dari perhitungan, penyusunan pola/bentuk dan pemikiran logik matematik. Oleh sebab itu, metode pembelajarannya haruslah asyik dan menyenangkan. Hal ini merupakan tantangan bagi para pendidik pada umumnya dan guru sekolah menengah pertama khususnya agar memotivasi anak didik/siswa-siswinya untuk memiliki beberapa keahlian matematika. Keahlian matematika berupa aritmatika, algoritma angka maupun algoritma kata kata sangat penting saat menyelesaikan soal-soal matematika terlebih soal cerita atau soal yang membutuhkan daya nalar (logika) yang benar. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menyelidiki kesulitan siswa dalam kemampuan aritmatika, algoritma angka dan algoritma kata-kata saat menyelesaikan permasalahan (problem-solving) matematika dan menemukan metode pembelajaran matematika yang dapat membantu siswa SATAP SMPN 6 Kupang Tengah dalam menyelesaikan persoalan matematika berdasarkan atas aspek aritmatika, algoritma angka dan algoritma kata. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Kemampuan Algoritma kata dalam menyelesaikan persoalan matematika sangat dipengaruhi oleh kemampuan dalam menyelesaikan masalah non verbal (mampu berlogika), kemampuan algoritma angka dan memori jangka panjang (secara langsung maupun tidak langsung) sedangkan aritmatika dan kerja memori berpengaruh secara tidak langsung terhadap kemampuan algoritma kata (menyusun prosedur dalam penyelesaian soal cerita matematika). Dan juga perlu adanya penerapan metode yang menarik yaitu metode tanya jawab supaya mahasiswa lebih aktif dalam mengungkapkan pendapat serta metode permainan matematika yang menggunakan kemampuan berlogika seperti quis-quis (asah otak atau teka-teki) matematika sederhana.

Abstract

An increase in the number of cases related to radicalism in Indonesia is an early warning for the government and is very dangerous for the lives of Indonesian people including the Bima community. Therefore, an anticipated strategy is required to determine the best control of the radicalism. This study aims: (1) to determine the attitude of university student radicalism in the City of Bima, (2) build a mathematical model that is in line with the problem of radicalism in the City of Bima, and (3) to construct the reproduction number from the mathematical model of radicalism, and use the to explain the dynamics of the spread of radicalism in the city of Bima. The following results have been obtained: (1) STKIP Bima students' perceptions of radicalism are categorized into three groups, namely the healthy group of 295 people (12%), the neutral group of 1,768 people (72%), and the radicalism (in perception) group of 393 people ( 16%), (2) The mathematical model has been validated against the real data obtained from the STKIP Bima student population in 2019. It shows that if the chance of moving individuals from neutral groups to radical groups is greater or equal with the opportunity of individuals from neutral groups to healthy groups, one person who believes in radicalism can produce four to five new individuals who understand radicalism.

Abstract

Toddlers are susceptible to germs and viruses so that they are susceptible to various types of diseases because the immune system that has not been built properly. Most parents don't know about the symptoms and diseases suffered by toddlers, which is why sometimes the disease gets worse. The solution to the disease experienced by toddlers can be overcome is to take them to a hospital or health center. Binaus Health Center located in Mollo Tengah District, TTS Regency is one of the community health centers where most of the patients are toddlers. The obstacle of Binaus Community Health Center in operating is the specialist doctor of children or toddlers is not available, so an expert system was created as a media for consultation and monitoring of toddlers with the Dempster-Shafer Method whose end result was the diagnosis of diseases suffered by toddlers. Comparison of expert diagnosis results with expert systems obtained an average range of trust of 92.86% for appropriate testing experts above the threshold value and testing below the threshold value obtained miss-classification 7.14%. The expert system does not provide 100% results according to expert diagnosis not because of inference errors but the inappropriate value of expert density. Data testing based on case studies taken from medical record data at the Binaus Health Center, Kec. Mollo Tengah, Kab. TTS has a 100% accuracy rate.

Abstract

Students who have graduated from high school or high school will continue to a higher level such as Samarinda State Polytechnic. Samarinda State Polytechnic consists of several Departments approved by the Information Technology department. The Information Technology Department has 4 Study Programs including; D3 Informatics Engineering, D3 Computer Engineering, D4 Multimedia Information Technology and D4 Computer Technology Engineering. This research was conducted by classifying specialization of students who would continue their studies to the Department of Information Technology, Samarinda State Polytechnic. Sources of data obtained from the questionnaire. Data collection was carried out by questionnaire method, the questionnaire consisted of 15 questions and had 5 criteria. Each criterion has 3 questions. The questionnaire was distributed to 160 high school and vocational high school students in the city of Samarinda, East Kalimantan. Clusters in this study are divided into 4, namely cluster 1, an interest in the D3 Study Program in Informatics Engineering, cluster 2 an interest in the D3 Study Program in Computer Engineering, cluster 3 an interest in the D4 Study Program in Multimedia Information Technology and cluster 4 an interest in D4 in Computer Engineering Technology. Fuzzy C-means method is used in resolving these complications where the results of clustering cluster 1 consists of 41 students, cluster 2 consists of 46 students, cluster 3 consists of 21 students, cluster 4 consists of 52 students. The average MAPE percentage for the whole cluster is 27.07%.
