Abstract

Transmetro is a mass public transportation provided by the Pekanbaru city government, under the supervision of the Pekanbaru City Transportation Service. The travel costs offered on public transportation are fairly cheap, and very affordable for the middle to lower class. Each transaction carried out still uses the currency of exchange in the form of fixed currency provided by passengers who wish to travel. Sometimes not all passengers have the exact amount specified in the travel costs. Money back which is sometimes not available requires passengers to give up an amount of money they have. Therefore, this study aims to build a digital wallet application based on an Android device to simplify the transactions to be carried out. Only by filling in a sufficient balance in the application and scanning the QRcode at the time of the transaction, the transaction has been recorded automatically on the Transmetro party database without the need to recap the data.

Abstract

This study aims to build a system that will be used in supervising the guidance of students' final assignments. The final project is one of the courses in the higher education curriculum. However, the Final Project is in a very strategic position in terms of adequate quality of graduates. In the final project, students can show all the knowledge and abilities they have acquired during lectures and academic activities so far [1]. This application also functions as a progressive management, a web-based application because this application can also be used for inventory discussions because this feature is very useful. Not only that, Web-based applications can also work monitoring in the display system. Even the number of Web-Based Applications is now no longer available and can be ordered and tailored to the needs of consumers [2]. This application will be used as an additional menu on the main campus website. This system will later be used by students to input guidance progress. Lecturers use the system as a medium to study the development of each student's guidance. Meanwhile, the administrator has a role to input lecturer data, student data and final assignment title data

Abstract

Penerapan Metode Marcov Chains hanya memprediksi tanaman hasil panen Kelapa Sawit dan Karet yang ada di kabupaten rokan hulu. Tahapan metode penelitian menggunakan Marcov Chains ini adalah membuat matriks awal kejadian yang diambil dari berapa kali panen dalam satu bulan, menjumlahkan tiap matriks kejadian, perbandingan jumlah matriks total kejadian, matriks hasil kejadian, mengalikan state kejadian dengan matriks kejadian, persentase proiritas kejadian. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menentukan hasil panen kelapa sawit dan karet pada bulan juli dan agustus tahun 2020 dengan menggunakan metode Marcov Chains. Pada penelitian ini diperoleh hasil akhir prediksi pada bulan juli dan agustus yaitu untuk bulan Juli 2020 pada tanaman kelapa sawit sebesar 37,5 % dan tanaman karet sebesar 62,5 %, pada bulan tersebut untuk kelapa sawit diprediksi akan mengalami kenaikan, sedangkan untuk karet diprediksi akan mengalami penurunan jumlah panen, sebesar 4,1%. Sedangkan untuk bulan Agustus 2020 kelapa sawit diprediksi 69,8% dan Karet sebesar 130%, dapat disimpulkan bahwa pada bulan agustus panen kelapa sawit dan karet keduanya diprediksi akan mengalami kenaikan secara signifikan.

Abstract

Case-based reasoning is a methodology for solving problems by utilizing previous experience. In this study the authors apply case-based reasoning to diagnose sexually transmitted infection using the weighted Euclidean distance method. Source of the knowledge base was obtained by collecting medical record of patients with sexually transmitted infections in 2016-2017. The process of finding a solution starts with eliminating irrelevant data using the C4.5 method and continues with the calculation of the similarity value using the Weighted Euclidean Distance algorithm. This system can diagnose 5 types of sexually transmitted infections based on 123 existing symptoms. System result in the form of sexually transmitted infections based on symptoms experienced by the patient, treatment solution and presentation of similarities between new cases and old cases. Based on the result of testing with 127 cases of sexually transmitted infections obtained result: testing uses the K-Fold Cross Validation scenario, the total data is divided into 10fold and the testing process is divided into 2 parts, namely testing using indexing and testing without using indexing. For testing using the highest accuracy indexing obtained at 90.84% in the second fold, and the average accuracy of the entire fold is 88.55% with the average time generated 9498 ms (millisecond), while testing without using the highest accuracy indexing obtained by 63.03% in the second fold, and the average accuracy of the entire fold is 53.48% with the average time generated 9975 ms (millisecond).

Abstract

The weather is one part of human daily life. Many people who depend their lives on the weather to do every activity. Therefore, knowing the weather forecasting will give consideration to the community to be able to carry out various activities of human life such as in the field of aviation, shipping, agriculture, processed industries and others that depend on weather conditions. For this reason, the Indonesian BMKG has the duty to provide weather forecast information based on existing meteorological data using complex calculations. This study aims to build a system that will be an alternative for BMKG in forecasting weather using fuzzy based on four supporting criteria, namely air temperature, humidity, wind speed and air pressure. In doing weather forecasts using mamdani fuzzy there are several steps, namely determining the fuzzy set, the application of the implication function using the MIN function, the composition of the rules using the MAX function, and finally the Defuzzification process using the MOM method. This system will produce weather forecast results based on data on air temperature, air humidity, wind speed and air pressure that have been entered by the system user by showing the membership level of the predicted results. Based on testing that has been done, it is concluded that the system built using mamdani fuzzy can do a good weather forecast with a system accuracy rate of 61,062% using daily weather data as many as 1826 data in 2013-2017, with the lowest accuracy level found in 2015 with an accuracy rate of 54,247 % and highest accuracy in 2017 amounted to 65.207%.

Abstract

In commodity, oranges is one fruits that have benefit to be organized. The agribusiness of orange could increase farmers’ prosperity if it organized wholeheartedly. Besides, it is not only expand thereigional economic matters but also increasing the national emolument. Nowadays, the determining area of cultivation of oranges in TTS regency still did in manual way. occasionally, the farmers constrain the land utilizing of citrus fruit. The exposure of the land in the inappropriate area can lead the costs to be more expensive than the percentage agricultural commodities in the future. The Agriculture Department still estabish the location manually, so the information of decission support system of ariculture area is less accurate. That is why the use of FMADM decission support system and SAW method very precise to implement in this case. This research use 7 criteria rain, temperature, drainae, pH H2O, texture of land, and slope. The comparing of manual computation and system computation by examination system. The results are same but the outcome of the system is better than manually. In measuring the importance of weight use sensititifity examine of weight repair with 10 data location that found by the researcher in BPTP East Nusa Tenggara. The result found the more sensitive criteria is slope which has sensitive levels 60%. Finally, after the system result add 0.5 and 1, show contrast result of rank of the data. The data analyze found the system extend better result.

Abstract

Information System is an activity of organized procedures, which when executed will produce information. Development of academic information systems in SMAN 1 KUPANG because the old system is only limited to web profiles and has not supported teaching and learning activities. This information system is expected to support the educational activities, namely in terms of making it easier for data processing in the presentation of school information.. This study uses the PHP 5.6.30 programming language and HTML for storage using mysql 10.1.21. This study uses two tests, testing the system using WAPT tools and testing the questionnaire with a biverate person. System testing consists of 3 parts, namely performance testing, stress testing and volume testing, the results of testing performance testing 164 percents / s and stress testing between ranges of levels 2 to 31. There are 4 criteria for questionnaire testing to see the success of the system being developed, 4 criteria These are the interface, speed, benefits and ease of the system. The results of questionnaire testing correlated between intertface and ease of 67.6%, interface and system benefits by 58.6% and correlation between interface and system speed by 62.1%.

Abstract

The evolutionary operator in the genetic algorithm (GA) does not guarantee that the quality of individuals from generation to generation is always good. Elitism maintains the preservation of the best individual traits from generation to generation by multiplying the best set of individuals. In this paper, it is determined the number of copies that need to be done on the best individual. Tests were carried out on five nonlinear functions with two variables and the result was that the best individual multiplication was able to provide the best solution.

Abstract

This study builds systems Case Based Reasoning (CBR) to diagnose pests and diseases in rice plants using Naïve Bayes algorithm and K-Nearest Neighbor. CBR is one method of solving the problem with new cases of decision making based on the solution of previous cases by calculating the degree of similarity (similarity), The case consists of 13 species and 10 types of disease pests of rice plants. The degree of similarity can be determined by indexing and nonindexing. Indexing is the process of grouping the cases by classes that have been determined, while nonindexing a process without grouping cases. Based on cross validation testing using average values obtained accuracy of 92.88% to 153 test data on testing using the indexing and the average value of 89.63% accuracy of the test data in the test 153 using nonindexing.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out the influence between the use of the cooperative learning model of the JIGSAW and STAD . This study uses a quantitative method with an experimental approach. The population in this study were students majoring in computer science in the class of language theory and automata, and artificial intelligence. The sampling technique used random sampling techniques. In this study, the research samples were students majoring in computer science. Each class consisted of 33 students selected for the comparative experiment which were two classes. Testing is carried out using a one-way variant (one way Anova). The results of hypothesis testing showed the two data groups had the same variants between the STAD and JIGSAW learning models, with the value of Fcount of 0.5928 and Ftable of 1.79. It was found that Ftable> α, namely 1.79> 0.05, while Fcount> α, namely 0.5928> 0.05. By testing F, for the testing criteria, the value of Fcount < Ftable, (0.5928 <1.79) is obtained, then the accepted hypothesis is H0, meaning that the two data groups have the same variants. So it can be concluded that the application of the STAD and JIGSAW models has an effect on the achievement of student learning outcomes.
