Abstract

ABSTRACT Human needs for energy are mostly obtained from electrical energy, both for daily needs and for industrial needs. PT. PLN (Persero) is one of the state electricity companies that serves the community's need for electricity. Transformer or better known as "transformer" or "transformer" is actually an electrical device that converts AC power at one voltage level to one voltage level based on the principle of electromagnetic induction without changing its frequency. Because of the lack of distribution of transformers around the Samarinda area, it can result in electricity demand services to the community. Therefore we need a method that can facilitate the distribution of PT. PLN Rayon Kota Samarinda, one of the methods is by applying Naïve Bayes. The purpose of this study is to facilitate the distribution in each region and the type of transformer used. The results of calculations using the Naïve Bayes method, obtained the probability of grouping the training data is P (160) = 0.006441224, P (100) = 0.016304348, P (80) = 0.001610306, P (50) = 0.001610306, P (40) = 0.000402576, P P (20) = 0,000679348. From the calculation results, it appears that the probability value P (100) is more dominant, then 100 is recommended for real consumption which is used as training data. The Naïve Bayes method produces an accuracy rate of 92%.

Abstract

One of the Nawa Cita programs established by the government is to develop Indonesia from the periphery by strengthening human resources, infrastructure and services to be the basis of the government's commitment to develop the East Nusa Tenggara (NTT) region. As a province bordering the Democratic Republic of Timor-Leste, NTT has become a target for the development of border areas, namely the construction of an Integrated Cross-border Post (PLBN) with various supporting facilities. Integrated PLBN is a "home" for CIQ services (Customs / customs, Immigrate / immigration, and Quarantine / quarantine) under the authority of 5 ministries. At present, each service does not yet have an integrated system and does not yet have supporting infrastructure to optimize coordination and collaboration between institutions so that it affects the effectiveness and efficiency of one-stop services. The purpose of this research is to create a cross platform information system architecture model to support business processes carried out by the customs, immigration and quarantine authorities in three (3) Integrated State Border Posts (PLBN) in the NTT region by applying the concept of Enterprise Architecture Planning (EAP). The proposed information system architecture aims to solve the problems encountered in carrying out business processes and services as well as supporting national government policies and strategies in managing border regions between countries. The results of this study are expected to be applied to support the business processes carried out by connecting all relevant institutions in order to realize good governance in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0.

Abstract

Pharmacy is a place to sell and sometimes make or mix drugs. A pharmacy is also a place where pharmacists practice the pharmaceutical profession. Many patients complained that the available drugs are incomplete, because the system used is still manual, in this case still using the ledger format to see the available drug supplies. In this case, problems in the drug data collection system and drug inventory data collection are sometimes constrained in determining the stock and the amount of drugs available at the pharmacy. Therefore it is necessary to conduct an evaluation study to collect data on the supply of drugs in hospital pharmacies in order to identify the cause of out of stock and drug supply in hospital pharmacies, determine the amount in stocking of drugs and determine Production Correction Factors for each drug submitted by the manufacturer. To overcome this problem, we need an application or desktop-based system that can evaluate and determine the available inventory at hospital pharmacies. The methodology used in the development of this information system is the Spiral method, which Spiral model is one form of evolution that uses the natural iteration method which is owned by the prototyping model and combined with the systematic aspects developed with the waterfall model. Entities contained in this information system are suppliers, pharmacists, patients and leaders.

Abstract

Pekuwali (2018) has conducted research into the classification of metagenome fragments using spaced k-mers. Optimize the arrangement of features using Genetic Algorithms. Pekuwali (2018) concluded that the best arrangement of features or called chromosomes is 111111110001 with a fitness value of 85.42. Chromosome 111111110001 produces 336 features of extracting DNA fragments. This research aims to find out which features influence classi fi cation and the resulting accuracy. The method used is the Mean value. The mean value method was chosen because the data distribution is normal or close to normal. This study concludes that the influential features in the classification are features 22 to 27 with an accuracy of 78.83% and features 38 to 43 with an accuracy of 79.67%.

Abstract

The application of information technology in a tertiary institution is seen as very important, in addition to being able to compete, the main objective is to support teaching and learning activities at the tertiary institution. Nusa Nipa University is one of the private universities that has implemented information technology, namely E_Campuz with one of the features contained in E_Campuz which is E_Learning. One of the characteristics of E_Learning is sharing of learning and information in this case allowing lecturers to share information related to lectures such as announcements, lecture assignments, discussions, lecture material, class agendas, etc., which can be seen or can be downloaded by students as learning material or as a discussion. The Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) developed by Davis (1989) is a successful and highly acceptable model for predicting acceptance of a newly applied technology where behavior using information technology begins with a perception of benefit (perceived of usefulness), perception of ease use information technology (ease of use), which influences attitudes toward use, as well as behavioral intentions. This research was conducted at the University of Nusa Nipa, by distributing questionnaires to 100 samples taken randomly in 18 Study Programs at UNIPA. This study aims to determine the factors - technology acceptance model (TAM), influence behavioral intentions of the use of elearning services.

Abstract

Electronic documents are digital file types used to store the important data or information of a person or an institution. There are some of the most widely used document file formats that are. docx,. xlsx,. pptx, and. pdf. Issues that arise when a company, institution or organization that has confidential documents and important data in the form of document files can be accessed by persons or parties who have no authority. A document security solution can use cryptographic onsep. The document file types that can be encrypted are restricted to the Portable Document Format (. pdf) file. In this research is done lock security user input using the algorithm Message Digest 5 (MD5) and binary value multiplier in PDF files using Rivest Code algorithm (RC5). The test results using (i) the same key on a different PDF file indicate that the resulting binary chiperfile is different from the derived binary Plainfile, (ii) the key length of 1 to 8 characters on the same PDF file indicates that binary The chiperfile generated each key length differs from the binary plainfile taken, (iii) a change of 1 character at the beginning, in the middle, and at the end of the input key indicates that the method used is sensitive to the character changes on the key Input. It is known from the level of similarity of binary chiperfile and small/low binary plainfile based on the value of the collation generated per test is (i) 0.205795252, (ii) 0.24692765, (iii) 0.22421886.

Abstract

Graduation rates are considered as one of the parameters of the effectiveness of educational institutions. The period of student studies is an important issue that needs to be handled wisely by the Undana Computer Science department. Because graduation rates on time and not on time will affect the accreditation of majors, so we need a solution to be able to improve the problem of graduation on time. The solution that can help supervise and pay attention to active students in the 5th semester in order to graduate on time is to use a Decision Support System. Decision Support System can help predict the period of study of students with the TOPSIS method. The criteria used are Gender, Number of SKS that have been taken, Semester GPA, Cumulative Achievement Index and subsequent SKS Load. Sensitivity testing is done by adding a weight value of 0.5 and 1 to each criterion to get the results of criteria that are sensitive to changes in weights namely the GPA criterion of 3.92% change and subsequent SKS Load criteria of 3.92% change. The results of testing the sensitivity of criteria weights have an average percentage change in yield of 0.78%.

Abstract

In the election of candidates of the village head must be through an assessment whether the candidates of the village head is feasible or unfit. BPD Noelbaki has set the assessment standards in the election of the village head of the village since the beginning of the election to date. The election is done based on the criteria that have been established, among others, education, domicile, personality, legal status, political parties, work, income and age. In the study was done design and manufacture of application decision support system with fuzzy simple additive weighting (F-SAW). This method is able to accommodate the shortcomings of saw methods in linguistic and numerical assessments. Testing system is done by comparing the result of the system and the results of the expert. From the results of the system validation testing provided by the BPD against 30 alternative data, obtained value 90% accuracy with error rate of amount 10% which shows that the decision support system work with optimally according to the method of F-SAW.The results of this research is the application system of decision support of the election of candidate village by the district of several alternatives (candidate of the village head), which can be a BPD recommendation for decision making. Afer testing of the 30 test data, with input value of the same interest for each criterion, so obtained presentation of the strict constitution competition and BPD bank state decision by 90%, where there are 3 resuluts of the districts that are rejected with the assessment standards of the BPD.

Abstract

Proses pembelajaran di kelas masih belum mengoptimalkan penggunaan media pembelajaran yang bervariasi kepada siswa dalam mengkaji informasi pada materi pembelajaran, sehingga siswa cenderung cepat bosan dan kurang tertarik berpikir mandiri dalam memahami materi pelajaran, hal tersebut mengakibatkan hasil belajar yang rendah. Hal ini dapat dibuktikan dengan perolehan nilai dari setiap siswa yang belum mencapai standar dan nilai standarnya adalah 7.90 sedangkan nilai rata-rata siswa siswi kelas II hanya mencapai 7.20. Concept mapping dipadukan dengan multimedia berupa animasi, suara, teks, video, serta powerpoint dan dikombinasikan dengan media konvensional pendukung untuk dijadikan sebuah media pembelajaran baru yang menarik dan interaktif. Penerapan strategi belajar concept mapping berbasis multimedia dapat meningkatkan keterampilan guru mencapai kriteria sangat baik,sedangkan aktivitas siswa, dan hasil belajar siswa mencapai ketuntasan belajar sebesar 85%. Abstract

Hotel visitor data processing is currently felt to be increasingly needed for processing tourist information, especially if it will be used as information to make policies for local governments who want to advance the tourism sector in their regions. Local governments must be able to determine strategic and tactical policies in promoting the objectives of the tourism sector in question. The problem is that not all local governments have and are aware of the importance of hotel visitor data as supporting information for the advancement of the tourism sector in their area. For this reason, it is necessary to make and determine indicators based on the final data needed as a data mining tool that can be used as a database for local governments in analyzing hotel visitors. Indicators of visitor data include: visitor name, religion, occupation, purpose of stay, origin of visitors, age range, payment procedure, length of stay, type of room type they generally order. Data from these indicators will be important information for the local government of Bangka Belitung to determine policies to accelerate the increase in tourists in the Bangka Belitung archipelago. Mining data from the intended indicator uses the Snowflake model in data mining, so as to reduce storage space and data that is easily updated. The research method uses applied research because the results of the research are expected to be directly used for practical purposes, namely the development of policies in the tourism sector, in addition, applied research makes it possible to modify indicators from hotels and related services to find new indicators and combinations of these indicators.
