Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of Islamic microfinance institutions in developing micro and small businesses in Indonesia through the distribution of funds based on sharia principles. The method used is a literature review to identify how Islamic financing schemes, such as mudharabah and musyarakah, contribute to increasing access to capital for small business actors. The results of the study show that Islamic microfinance institutions provide more inclusive and fair financing and business assistance and management of social funds such as zakat, infaq, and sedekah. This supports the growth of micro and small businesses and improves the community's economic welfare. However, several challenges remain, such as low Islamic financial literacy and limited capital. Therefore, this study recommends the need for innovation in Islamic financial technology and increased public education to expand the reach and effectiveness of Islamic financial services for micro and small businesses.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the development of Ijarah products as an alternative financing in Islamic Financial Institutions (LKS) in Indonesia, with a focus on its implementation in meeting customer financing needs. Ijarah, as a lease agreement in the Islamic financial system, offers financing solutions that are in accordance with sharia principles and has great potential in the Indonesian Islamic financial industry. This study uses a qualitative method with a case study approach, analyzing primary and secondary data from several LKS that have implemented Ijarah products. The research findings show that Ijarah products have advantages in providing financing flexibility, especially in fixed asset sectors such as property and vehicles. However, challenges faced in developing this product include a lack of customer understanding and regulatory complexity. The implications of this study indicate that strengthening socialization and increasing the operational capacity of LKS in offering Ijarah products is very important to increase the competitiveness and inclusion of Islamic finance in Indonesia.

Abstract

The aim is to determine the feasibility of long bean farming in Tetona Village, Wonggeduku District, Konawe Regency. In this study, 30 respondents were used with the census method, namely making all existing populations as respondents. The data analysis used in this study was a business feasibility analysis. The income obtained by long bean farmers in Polandangi Village, Wonggeduku District, Konawe Regency was IDR 19,268,785/Ha for one planting season. From the calculation above, it was found that the R/C value of long bean farming is 1.9. This shows that the R/C value of 1.9> 1, meaning that if farmers spend IDR 1, then farmers will get an income of IDR 1.9 and long bean farming in the research area is feasible.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the Level of Efficiency of Fertilizer Production Factor Use in Red Chili Plants in Lamokuni Village, Wonggeduku Barat District, Konawe Regency. The research location is in Lamokuni Village, Wonggeduku Barat District, Konawe Regency. The selection of the research location was carried out intentionally (purposive), with the consideration that Lamokuni Village, Wonggeduku District, Konawe Regency is one of the areas that has very good potential in developing red chili farming. The researcher determined that the entire population of 30 people were made respondents, which is referred to as a census. The analysis of production factor efficiency uses the price efficiency calculation formula based on the use of the Cobb-Douglass production function technique. The use of fertilizer production factors is not efficient for red chili farming in Lamokuni Village, Wonggeduku Barat District, Konawe Regency. This is indicated by the efficiency value which is not equal to one (NPMx ≠ 1), namely; the efficiency value of SP 36 is 0.70, the efficiency value of NPK Ponska is 0.87, the efficiency value of NPK Mutiara is 0.66 and the efficiency value of liquid organic fertilizer is 2.07. This means that the use of fertilizer production factors in the farming business is still very wasteful.

Abstract

The plastic waste problem in Indonesia, which is the second largest contributor in the world, prompts the need for innovative and sustainable solutions. One proposed solution is the utilization of plastic waste into ecobricks, which are eco-friendly bricks made from compacted plastic waste. The training program in Jawisari Village involved socialization and practice of ecobricking, aiming to raise community awareness about plastic waste management and provide practical skills. The activity successfully engaged the community, produced ecobricks, and is expected to create a cleaner and healthier environment.

Abstract

This research examines the role of community leaders in maintaining religious harmony in Ngampin Village, Ambarawa District, which has the characteristics of a multicultural society. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach using in-depth interviews with community leaders and field observations during the period 17 October to 30 November 2024, which explores the dynamics of tolerance between religious communities. Based on statistical data, Ngampin Subdistrict has a diverse religious composition, namely 4,673 Muslims, 586 Catholics, 450 Protestants, 13 Hindus, and 7 people of other faiths. Research reveals that religious harmony is built through a comprehensive strategy, through the formation of the Religious Harmony Association (PKUB), preserving local Nyadran and Merti Dusun traditions, as well as a dialogical approach between religious communities. The findings show that success in maintaining harmony requires a high awareness of tolerance, local wisdom, and the active role of community leaders in reducing potential conflict.

Abstract

Service quality & price are important factors and roots that can provide satisfaction for its customers. So that customers feel satisfied with the service provided. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of service quality and price on consumer satisfaction. This study uses a field research method whose sampling is done by distributing questionnaires to 100 consumers which are then analyzed using multiple linear analysis. The results of the study show that Service Quality and Price simultaneously or Together have a positive and significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction at Ruby Lash Salon, Tembalang Branch

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah kualitas produk, keragaman produk dan harga produk secara parsial dan simultan berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas pelanggan 15 kios daging sapi yang tergabung dalam Perkumpulan Pengusaha Daging Sapi (PPDS) Kota Semarang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah studi kasus. Metode pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini adalah kuesioner dengan penentuan sampel non random sampling menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah para pelanggan pada 15 kios daging sapi yang tergabung dalam PPDS Kota Semarang. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 68 responden yang merupakan pelanggan kios daging sapi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis regresi linier berganda, uji F, dan uji hipotesis untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas produk, keragaman produk, dan harga produk secara parsial dan simultan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan pada kios daging sapi yang tergabung dalam PPDS kota Semarang. Hasil penelitian ini adalah : (1) kualitas produk berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan kios daging sapi PPDS kota Semarang; (2) keragaman produk tidak berpengaruh berpengaruh loyalitas pelanggan kios daging sapi PPDS kota Semarang; (3) harga produk berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan kios daging sapi PPDS kota Semarang (4) kualitas produk, keragaman produk, dan harga produk secara simultan berpengaruh positif terhadap loyalitas pelanggan kios daging sapi PPDS kota Semarang

Abstract

The purpose of this study: 1). To determine and explain the influence of financial knowledge on family financial management behavior, 2). To determine and explain the influence of financial attitudes on family financial management behavior, 3). To determine and explain the influence of financial knowledge and financial attitudes on family financial management behavior. The population in this study were residents of Kaligangsa Kulon Village, Brebes District, Brebes Regency who were 17 years old and over and totaled 5879 people. The study was conducted based on probability sampling techniques, simple random sampling. The results of the study can be concluded that: 1). Financial knowledge does not affect family financial management behavior, 2). Financial attitudes have a positive and significant effect on family financial management behavior, 3). Financial knowledge and financial attitudes have a positive and significant effect on family financial management behavior.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of motivation and facilities on skills. This form of research is quantitative research with a survey approach. Sampling using purposive sampling technique. The research data was obtained by distributing 100 questionnaires to respondents, about the Effect of Motivation and Facilities on Skills. Based on the results of statistical testing, it can be clearly seen that partially (individually) all independent variables affect the dependent variable. The influence given by the two independent variables is positive, meaning that the higher the influence of motivation and facilities, the higher the skills of trainees at BIPTAK Central Java.
