Abstract

AbstractThis study describes and analyzes the presupposition in the film "Kapal Goyang Kapten". This research is a qualitative research using descriptive analytical method, namely analyzing and describing the data found in the form of words descriptively. The data analysis technique in this study begins with identifying and classifying dialogue within the object of research and analyzing and presenting the results of the research on the object under study. The data collection techniques used were documentation techniques, observation techniques, and note-taking techniques. The data source of this research is a film downloaded on Youtube via the URL https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ui9G6xFbucM. Based on the results of data analysis, it was found 119 data consisting of 40 data classified as existential presuppositions, 30 data presuppositions. factive, 7 counterfactual presupposition data, 4 lexical presupposition data, 9 inactive presupposition data, and 29 structural presupposition data. The data is obtained from the narrative of the characters in the captain's rocking ship film. Of the 119 data found, there are different meanings of context and text in each speech, this is due to several factors, including the opponent's speech and speech situations in communication events.Keywords: presupposition, film, Kapal Goyang Kapten.    AbstrakPenelitian ini mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis presuposisi dalam film “Kapal Goyang Kapten”. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif analitis yaitu menganalisis dan memaparkan secara deskriptif data yang ditemukan dalam bentuk kata-kata. Teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini dimulai dengan mengidentifikasi dan mengklasifikasikan dialog dalam objek penelitian serta menganalisis dan memaparkan hasil penelitian terhadap objek yang diteliti. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan adalah teknik dokumentasi, teknik simak, dan teknik catat. Sumber data penelitian ini adalah film yang diunduh di Youtube melalui URL https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ui9G6xFbucM.. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, ditemukan 119 data yang terdiri dari 40 data yang tergolong presuposisi eksistensial, 30 data presuposisi faktif, 7 data presuposisi konterfaktual, 4 data presuposisi leksikal, 9 data presuposisi nonfaktif, dan 29 data presuposisi struktural. Data tersebut diperoleh dari tuturan tokoh dalam film kapal goyang kapten.Dari 119 data yang ditemukan terdapat makna konteks dan teks yang berbeda dalam tiap tuturan, hal ini disebabkan oleh beberapa factor diantaranya adalah lawan tutur dan situasi tutur dalam peristiwa komunikasi.Kata kunci : presuposisi, film, Kapal Goyang Kapten.

Abstract

Administrative financial education is an important component in the field of education to obtain educational facilities, including in Kober TK Islamic Center. Recording of acceptance and management of school financial administration at the Kober TK Islamic Center using handwriting or has not been computerized, which can result in a lot of bookkeeping, writing errors, and delays in financial reporting. In addition to the long recording process, data search also takes a long time, which can make it difficult for administrative staff to process acceptance and manage financial administration. Based on the problems in the Kober TK Islamic Center, it is necessary to build an information system that can assist in recording and managing financial administration. This information system creates using the MySQL database, the PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor) programming language, and Sublime Text for the text editor. the test server uses XAMPP, and the data used is obtained from Kober TK Islamic Center. The expected results of this final project are to assist employees in recording acceptance and managing financial administration efficiently. Then, for this project, it is hoped that it can also assist in the acceptance and management of financial administration in the Kober TK Islamic Center.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the development of Ijarah products as an alternative financing in Islamic Financial Institutions (LKS) in Indonesia, with a focus on its implementation in meeting customer financing needs. Ijarah, as a lease agreement in the Islamic financial system, offers financing solutions that are in accordance with sharia principles and has great potential in the Indonesian Islamic financial industry. This study uses a qualitative method with a case study approach, analyzing primary and secondary data from several LKS that have implemented Ijarah products. The research findings show that Ijarah products have advantages in providing financing flexibility, especially in fixed asset sectors such as property and vehicles. However, challenges faced in developing this product include a lack of customer understanding and regulatory complexity. The implications of this study indicate that strengthening socialization and increasing the operational capacity of LKS in offering Ijarah products is very important to increase the competitiveness and inclusion of Islamic finance in Indonesia.

Abstract

The film Pabrik Gula presents a mystical narrative that represents social control in Javanese society through the symbolism of sacred spaces, customary prohibitions and myths. The factory is not just a workplace, but a sacred space guarded by unwritten norms, such as the prohibition of going out at night, which is considered a time of domination by spirits. Violations of this norm, experienced by Endah, Naning and Hendra, trigger mystical terror as a spiritual sanction. The terror serves as a visual medium that confirms that myth is not just a story, but a means of internalising social values. This research uses a qualitative approach with text analysis and hermeneutic methods, within the framework of literary anthropology and Malinowski's functionalism. The analysis was conducted by interpreting the symbolism, prohibitions, and mystical consequences in the context of East Javanese culture. The results of the study show that the myth in the film functions as a social control tool that remains relevant in modern society.

Abstract

Ethics is the main pillar in shaping a just and dignified social order. In Islam, ethics or morals come from the Qur'an and Sunnah which include communication principles such as qaulan sadida, qaulan ma'rufa, and qaulan layyina. Communication in Islam is not only informative, but also transformative, reflecting the value of faith, and forming collective consciousness. This study aims to reveal the representation of Islamic communication ethics in Acehnese oral literature as a medium of da'wah and character education. Using a qualitative approach and content analysis method, this research examines Acehnese literary texts. The results show that Acehnese oral literature conveys religious and moral messages through narratives that are contextual, rhetorical, and touch the spirituality of the listeners. Ethical values are conveyed subtly through local cultural symbols that are effective in internalizing da'wah messages. Oral literature is proven to be a grounded and relevant Islamic communication vehicle to shape the character and ethical awareness of society amid the challenges of the digital era.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis peran Hikayat Prang Sabi dalam menyampaikan dan membentuk kesadaran masyarakat Aceh terhadap nilai-nilai Syariat Islam. Teks ini tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai karya sastra religius, tetapi juga sebagai instrumen komunikasi publik yang menyampaikan pesan keagamaan dan nilai perjuangan melalui bahasa simbolik. Penelitian ini menganalisis bagaimana teks sastra berfungsi sebagai sarana komunikasi publik yang menyampaikan dan menginternalisasi nilai-nilai Syariat Islam ke dalam kesadaran kolektif masyarakat Aceh, melalui pendekatan komunikasi hukum dan sosiologi sastra. Dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif, khususnya analisis sosiologi sastra dan komunikasi hukum, artikel ini menunjukkan bahwa Hikayat Prang Sabi mampu membentuk persepsi masyarakat terhadap jihad, solidaritas, dan hukum Islam secara kultural. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya pemanfaatan media sastra sebagai ruang komunikasi hukum yang efektif dalam masyarakat tradisional

Abstract

The development of technology and the internet brings convenience but also has negative impacts, one of which is the promotion of online gambling through Instagram. The phenomenon of influencers promoting online gambling through social media Instagram, which has negative effects on the social order, is becoming increasingly prevalent. Thus, to determine whether the penalties stipulated by the ITE Law are relevant to Islamic Criminal Law, it is necessary to conduct research on how the crime of promoting online gambling on Instagram according to Law Number 1 of 2024 on Information and Electronic Transactions, and how Islamic Criminal Law views the criminal sanctions for those promoting online gambling on Instagram. The approach method used in this research is the normative juridical method. This research is qualitative and includes library research data, largely drawn from published reference books. Among the primary legal materials are the Qur'an, Hadith, the ITE Law, and the Criminal Code. The research concludes that the act of promoting online gambling on the Instagram social media platform, according to Law Number 1 of 2024, can be seen from the actions taken in promoting online gambling, including distributing, transmitting, and/or electronic documents containing gambling content. The criminal sanctions against those promoting online gambling are imposed under Article 45, Paragraph 3 of Law Number 1 of 2024 on Information and Electronic Transactions, which stipulates a maximum prison sentence of 10 (ten) years and/or a fine of up to Rp.10,000,000,000.00 (ten billion rupiah). In Islamic Criminal Law, the crime of promoting online gambling has not been clearly regulated in the texts of the Quran or Hadith, so this crime is determined with ta’zir punishment.

Abstract

Latar Belakang : Sistem kelas pada layanan BPJS Kesehatan dinilai menimbulkan ketimpangan dalam akses dan kualitas layanan kesehatan, terutama bagi peserta kelas 3. Hal ini menciptakan kesenjangan sosial dan diskriminasi dalam pelayanan kesehatan. Tujuan : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak kebijakan penghapusan kelas BPJS dan penerapan sistem Kelas Rawat Inap Standar (KRIS) terhadap aksesibilitas dan keadilan layanan kesehatan di Indonesia. Metode : Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dan pendekatan hukum normatif melalui studi pustaka, analisis peraturan perundang-undangan, serta wawancara untuk mendapatkan gambaran utuh mengenai kebijakan KRIS. Hasil dan Pembahasan : Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem KRIS berpotensi meningkatkan kualitas layanan rawat inap, mengurangi stigma sosial, dan menyederhanakan sistem administrasi rumah sakit, serta mendorong pemerataan infrastruktur kesehatan di daerah. Kesimpulan : Kebijakan KRIS memberikan dampak positif terhadap keadilan dan pemerataan layanan kesehatan, terutama bagi peserta kelas bawah. Namun, implementasi kebijakan ini harus didukung dengan peningkatan fasilitas dan edukasi publik agar berjalan efektif dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Bank syariah membutuhkan sumber daya insani yang berkualitas, memahami secara keilmuan tentang konsep bank syariah. Alumni jurusan perbankan syariah mempunyai peluang besar untuk bekerja di bank syariah. Pandangan alumni tentang nilai sosial dan lingkungan kerja mempunyai pengaruh terhadap minat bekerja pada bank syariah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara nilai sosial dan lingkungan kerja terhadap minat kerja lulusan perbankan syariah di Kota Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan sampel sebanyak 100 mahasiswa Jurusan Perbankan Syariah semester akhir di Kota Yogyakarta sebagai responden, pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel nilai sosial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat kerja mahasiswa Jurusan Perbankan Syariah di Kota Yogyakarta untuk bekerja di bank syariah, dibuktikan dengan nilai sig. 0,000<0,05. Sedangkan variabel lingkungan kerja juga memiliki pengaruh terhadap minat kerja dilihat dari nilai t hitung > t tabel dengan nilai 1,606 > 0,195. Berdasarkan hasil uji F Nilai Sosial dan Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap minat kerja dibuktikan dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05.

Abstract

This study aims (1) to describe the social conditions of society depicted in the short story “Tiga Kuburan Lain” and (2) to identify and analyze the forms of social criticism that emerge within it. The research employs Soekanto’s social theories as an analytical foundation to understand the societal dynamics presented in the literary text. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive approach, as it is suitable for examining meanings, messages, and social phenomena represented narratively. The data source of this study is the short story “Tiga Kuburan Lain” by T. Agus Khaidir, published on Kompas.com in the October 2024 edition. Data collection techniques include close reading and note-taking, conducted by carefully examining the text and recording segments relevant to the research focus. Based on the findings, several portrayals of social conditions within the story are identified, including: (a) shifts in the attitudes and mindsets of the older generation from previously held values, (b) the presence of discrimination against minority groups as reflected through unjust social treatment, (c) the diminishing spirit of communal cooperation (gotong royong), once a hallmark of the community, and (d) the indecisiveness of political figures in addressing the issues presented in the narrative. Furthermore, the forms of social criticism found in the short story include criticism of political practices, criticism of discriminatory behavior, and criticism of sociocultural changes within society. Thus, the short story not only presents a narrative but also conveys a critical reflection on social realities.
