Abstract

Abstract. The purpose of this study is to Accounting Analysis of Revenue Expense on PT. Property Group Imperium Medan, analysis Expense on PT. Property Group Imperium Medan and PT. Property Group Imperium Medan This research uses descriptive method, namely the method of analyzing the problem by collecting data and grouping it in a sequence to describe each process, as well as the behavior of the object under study at PT. Property Group Imperium Medan so that it can provide objective information and information. The results of this study indicate that accounting for revenue recognition on PT. Property Group Imperium Medan was declared to be still incompatible with clear reporting transactions and in the principles and methods of sales in the calculation. Abstract

Abstract. PT. Amorindo Mitra Sentosa Medan is a company engaged in the sale of shoes and bags. In its operations, there has been a decline in sales over the past 3 years due to a lack of differentiation of products offered by the company and service quality that has not been optimal so that it does not meet customer expectations. The formulation of the problem in this study is whether product differentiation and service quality affect the level of sales at PT. Amorindo Mitra Sentosa Medan.The method used in this study is a survey approach, this type of research is quantitative descriptive and the nature of this research is descriptive explanatory. The population in this study is permanent customers of PT. Amorindo Mitra Sentosa Medan as many as 64 stores. The sampling technique used in this study was saturated sampling and amounted to 64 stores. The method of data collection is done by a Likert scale. The data analysis model used to answer the hypothesis is multiple regression.The results also showed that partially product differentiation had an effect on sales volume and service quality had an effect on sales volume at PT. Amorindo Mitra Sentosa Medan. The results showed that simultaneously product differentiation and service quality had an effect on sales volume at PT. Abstract

Abstract. This research was conducted at PT. Kencana Inti Perkasa Medan. PT. Kencana Inti Perkasa Medan which is a company engaged in oil palm management.The population and sample in this study were 42 employees. The sampling technique used is saturated samples Data collection techniques are pembainigain kueisoner, interviews and documentation studies. Data analysis uses validity and reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, determinant coefficient and hypothesis testing. Conclusion in the study that the Work Environment influences the Work Effectiveness of PT. Kencana Inti Perkasa Medan. Individual characteristics affect the Work Effectiveness of PT. Kencana Inti Perkasa Medan. Work Environment and Individual Characteristics affect the Work Effectiveness of PT. Kencana Inti Perkasa Medan. The magnitude of the coefficient of determination can be seen from the value of Adjusted R Square of 0.428, which means the work environment and individual characteristics can explain the work effectiveness of employees at 42.8% and the remaining 57.2% (100-42.8) influenced by other variables outside of this study like: analysis of position, education and so on. Keywords: Work Environment, Individual Characteristics, Work Effectiveness

Abstract

Abstract. This research was conducted at PT Parewa Aero Catering Medan. Buying interest has decreased, as seen from Himodo's food sales due to the negligence of company officers in providing catering orders resulting in disappointment for consumers and catering food delivery times are also limited. The management of the company presents two types of traditional products that are useful to attract the attention of airline logging, but the dishes that are served often occur imperfections and result in airlines complaining about this dish such as the taste of food is not right, the color of the cuisine is less attractive and frequent forgetfulness put chili The taste of chillies put in the order is less spicy so consumers complain. The image of PT Parewa Aero Catering Medan's catering food brand namely Himudo and Himudo is still less well known among customers, so the demand for catering food is not as many as competing companies such as Aerofood ACS Garuda Indonesia catering services. The population in this study were 145 consumers and a sample of 107 consumers. Data collection techniques are by distributing questionnaires, interviews, documentation studies and literature studies. Data analysis using validity and reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing. Conclusions in the study that simultaneously product differentiation influences and brand image on consumer buying interest at PT. Parewa Aero Catering Medan. Partially Product Differentiation has an effect on Consumer Buying Interest at PT. Parewa Aero Catering Medan. Abstract

Abstract. This study examines "The Effect of Organizational Culture and Leadership on Employee Performance of PT. Kingkata Kharisma Artha Medan." Researchers assess that a decrease in employee performance can be caused by a lack of motivation and cooperation between employees. This may be due to organizational culture and leadership that are not good at implementation. Therefore, the authors are interested in analyzing and knowing more about the influence of organizational culture and leadership on employee performance in this company. This research was conducted at PT. Kingkata Kharisma Artha Medan with a total sample of 52 people. The sampling technique used is saturated samples and data collection techniques using documentation studies, interviews, observations and questionnaires that have been shared. While for data analysis, researchers used validity and reliability tests, classic assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing. The conclusion of this study is that organizational culture and leadership do not affect the performance of employees of PT. Kingkata Kharisma Artha Medan. This is because the value of R Square is 0.007 which means that organizational culture and leadership can explain employee performance by 0.7% and the remaining 99.3% is influenced by other variables outside of this study such as: compensation, personality and so on. Keywords : Organizational Culture, Leadership, Performance

Abstract

Abstract. PT.Tanimas Edible Oil  Medan is engaged in the sale of palm oil is having a problem employee motivation and supervision on employee disicipline is decreased in which can be seen from the lack og observance of working hours of employee who are often late.The purpose of research in this research is to determine the effect of motivation and supervision on Dicipline of work  PT. Tanimas Edible Oil Medan either partially or simultaneously. The method used in this research is quantitative descriptive rearsch type. Population in this research is all employees of PT. Tanimas Edible Oil Medan that totaling 41 people and samples used as many as 41 people. Data collection methods were conducted by interviews, questionnaires, documentation studies and review of the literature. Variables measured by Likert scale. Data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis.The results of this study indicate that simultaneously there are have influence of motivation and supervison on Employee Dicipline in PT. Tanimas Edible Oil Medan. And partially  supervision variable significantly influence to employee discipline of work PT. Tanimas Edible Oil Medan than communication variable. Keywords: Motivation, Supervision, Employee Dicipline

Abstract

Abstract. In the development of the banking business at this time, marketing plays an important role for the business continuity and this should be supported by customer loyalty. Marketing mix and communication are the factors that influence customer loyalty in marketing a product. The purpose of this study is to find the relationship between marketing mix and communication towards customer loyalty. The research methodology that is being used to measure is by survey, the type of research is quantitative descriptive and the nature of this research is explanatory research. The populations in this research were customers of PT. Bank Maspion Indonesia, Tbk Medan Branch as many as 163 people with a sample of 116 people. The method of data collections are done by distributing questionnaires, interviews, and literature studies. The variable was measured by a Likert scale. The results showed that marketing mix and communication simultaneously have a significant affect on customer loyalty at PT. Bank Maspion Indonesia, Tbk Medan Branch. Partially, the marketing mix does not have a significant affect on customer loyalty at PT. Bank Maspion Indonesia, Tbk Medan Branch and communication has a significant affect on customer loyalty at PT. Abstract. Strict business competition at this time makes the company requires the ability of human resources in running its role in helping companies to improve the performance of the company and its employees as a whole. Work experience and job placement is one of the factors that affect the employees work commitment in a company. The purpose of this study was to find the relationship between work experience and job placement on employee work commitment. Work experience and job placement have a close relationship to improve employee work commitment. Properly organized job placement creates clear goals for employees so they are motivated because they know the benefits of what they are doing. Moreover, employees will do their best if their being rewarded by their employers so as to gain appropriate work experience and continue to develop their performance. The research methodology that is being used to measure is by survey, the type of research is quantitative descriptive and the nature of this research is explanatory research. The populations and samples in this research are all of the employees in PT. Suminsurya Mesindolestari Medan, which are 63 people and in the sampling method using saturated sampling. Data collection method are gone by distributing questionnaires, interviews, and literature studies. Variable was measured by Likert scale. The data analysis model that had been used to answer hypotesis is multiple regression. The results showed that simultaneously both work experience and job placement together significantly affect the work commitment of employees of PT. Suminsurya Mesindolestari Medan, and partially work experience is more affect towards employees work commitment in PT. Abstract

Abstract. Sales volume is one of the determining factors that greatly influences the achievement of net income, while profit or profit is an important means for the survival of a company, therefore the company must strive to create profitable sales volumes. The higher the sales volume, the profits obtained increase, thus the company will be able to survive, grow and develop further, and be strong in overcoming the influence of environmental factors that are constantly changing.The method used in this study is quantitative. The population and sample of this study are customers of PT. Infiniti International which amounted to 81 respondents. Questionnaire processing is measured by a Likert scale. The data analysis model used is multiple linear regression analysis and classical assumption test.The results of the study show that partially and simultaneously personal selling and product development have a significant positive effect on sales volume at PT. Abstract

Abstract. The main purpose of establishing a company is to earn a profit so that the company always strives so that the profit generated is far greater than the expenditure of operational costs. There are several factors that influence earnings, one of which is costs. These costs include production costs and marketing costs. The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze the effect of production costs and marketing costs on profits at PT. Sumatera Hakarindo. The type of this research is in the form of quantitative descriptive research with data collection methods carried out by interviews and documentary studies at PT. Sumatera Hakarindo. The population in this study is financial statements from 2015-2017. The sample in this study is a monthly report in the form of production costs, marketing costs and profits from 2015-2017 which amounted to 36 samples. Data analysis technique using multiple regression analysis. The results showed that 40.2% of the profit variable was influenced by the independent variables namely production costs and marketing costs. The results of the t test (partial) and f test (simultaneous) indicate that the production costs and marketing costs affect the profit of PT. Sumatera Hakarindo.
