Abstract

Berkah Laundry is a laundry services in the Karangasem Laweyan at Surakarta. Berkah Laundry has been established for three years. The main focus of services at Berkah Laundry is washing and ironing clothes. Berkah Laundry does not use a computerizedsystem at this time. Managing customer data and report data is still done manually withevery recording activity report in a book. Therefore, the laundry owner experienced problems when checking the previously recorded data. The final project aims to build a website-based data management system and services at Berkah Laundry Karangasem.It is expected to assist in managing customer data and report data. The website was built using the waterfall method. The collecting data method implemented literature study, observation, and interviews. System design used UML system design. The implementation process used PHP and MySQL databases. System display design usedHTML 5 and CSS. This system consists of 2 users, namely customers and admin. Customers have access to login, order laundry services, view laundry information, vieworder lists, and view order notes. Admins have access to login, manage customer data, manage admin data, manage order data, manage receipt data, view the recap of incomedata, and view the recap of data order. The system testing process used the webqual 4.0 method and multiple regression. Based on the test, the results show 0.810 or equalto 81.0%. It shows a value that indicates that the user feels helped by the system.

Abstract

The level of family welfare in Dukuhbadag Village, Kuningan Regency, perhaps stems from the desire to understand and discover the elements that contribute to the level of family welfare in the area. The core problem in DukuhBadag Village is that it does not yet have an optimal assessment method to ensure the welfare status of the family. The methodology used namely the Decision Tree Algorithm, was chosen as a tool to provide potential future welfare decisions by applying predictions to guarantee that the information depends on the current collection of data types. This research aims to increase the accuracy of the classification of family welfare levels in the village, by applying the Decision Tree algorithm. The test results show that the application of the Decision Tree algorithm succeeded in increasing the accuracy of the classification of family welfare levels in Dukuhbadag Village, by achieving an accuracy of 72.43%. By predicting the condition of family welfare more accurately, it is hoped that this research can provide valuable information regarding the status of family welfare. This information can be the basis for improving development policies at the village level, ensuring more appropriate and effective aid allocation.

Abstract

Indonesia is a country with enormous tourism potential. A condition that should be able to utilize data for decision making to increase traveler satisfaction. Unfortunately, tourist attractions still collect visitor data using ledgers, a solution that is still manual. Several previous studies have seen this as a problem, and then offered solutions such as website, registration and e-ticketing. However, the existing solutions are still general data collection which does not yet support detailed data such as types and categories of visits. This research proposes developing a solution by including data on agency, category, type of visit, purpose of visit, and area of origin. A solution that will make it easier to collect detailed data and quickly search for data. Geopark Informations Center Ranah Minang Silokek then became the object of a case study, where the visit categories can be divided into geotourism, geoeducation, geoculture, and other visits. The solution also delivers improved software quality, reduced initial costs, and improved user experience by leveraging the Laravel framework. Research methods include literature study, needs analysis, system design, system implementation, and report writing. A solution that is able to provide a visitor data collection information system with the capability to accommodate detailed visitor data. A solution that makes it easier to quickly search for information and will be able to provide data that will later be needed by data science-based solutions.

Abstract

Indonesia, with 17,540 islands spread from Sabang to Merauke, is known as a maritime country with extensive natural potential, especially in marine tourism. One of the famous marine tourism potentials is Raja Ampat or known as "last paradise on earth." The marine tourism management process still needs to be improved. This research aims to design WebGIS, using GIS technology and other software, to help increase information about marine tourism destinations in Raja Ampat. The research method applied uses the waterfall model, which includes analysis, design, and system implementation. This research resulted in designing a WebGIS system that makes it easier for users to find information about marine tourism destinations in Raja Ampat. WebGIS is an innovative solution to overcome this challenge, so that tourists can find out about tourist infrastructure in Raja Ampat easily and quickly. It is hoped that this will improve the tourist experience and support the management of marine tourismto be more effective, especially in Raja Ampat.

Abstract

The Batak Karo Protestant Church (GBKP) Runggun Diski faces challenges in managing congregation data effectively and accurately. Since the data collection process is still done manually, there is a possibility of recording errors, data retrieval issues, and delays in disseminating information to the congregation. To address these problems, this research aims to design and develop a mobile-based congregation data management application. This application will enable church administrators to manage congregation data more efficiently and effectively. During the application development process, the Agile-based software development method allows for continuous iteration and improvement. The application is developed using technologies such as Android-based programming with the Kotlin programming language and Firebase for real-time data storage. The main features of this application include new congregation member registration, worship attendance recording, personal data management of congregation members, and notifications about church activities. The results of this application development indicate that the application runs well on mobile devices and meets the requirements of GBKP Runggun Diski for managing congregation data. It is expected that the use of this application will improve the efficiency of congregation data management, reduce recording errors, and facilitate administrators in delivering information to the congregation. Additionally, the application allows the congregation to access related information more easily than they had previously.

Abstract

The assessment of lecturer performance at Indonesian Methodist University is a crucial component in maintaining and enhancing the quality of education. Manual assessment processes encounter various challenges, including inefficiency, prolonged durations, and the potential for human error. Therefore, a digital solution is necessary to simplify and optimize the assessment process. This research aims to design and develop a web-based lecturer performance assessment questionnaire application that enhances efficiency, accuracy, and ease of use in the assessment process at Indonesian Methodist University. The application design is conducted using the Unified Modeling Language (UML) method, which involves creating use case diagrams, class diagrams, and activity diagrams. This approach facilitates the design of a well-structured and documented system, thereby streamlining the development and implementation processes. The research findings indicate that the questionnaire application designed with UML significantly improves the efficiency and accuracy of the lecturer performance assessment process. Additionally, this application simplifies user access to online questionnaires and generates reliable assessment reports.

Abstract

Design of a Goods Sales Information System at UD. Web-Based Milala is an effort to increase efficiency and accuracy in the process of selling goods in the company. This system is designed to make it easier to record, monitor and analyze sales in real-time via a web platform. By using web technology, this system provides better accessibility to users from various locations, enabling more effective management and fast decision making. Integration of sales features, stock items and analytical reports became the main focus in designing this system, so that UD. Milala can optimize operations and increase customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Sarfina Sembiring Clinic is located at Jalan Cinta Karya No. 60 B Sari Rejo Village, Medan Polonia District, which operates in the Community Health Center Sector. The problem that occurs is that the cash receipt and financial expenditure data processing system at the Sarfina Sembiring Clinic is currently still carried out using a manual recording system to provide ineffective and inefficient reports. The researcher aims to research and help solve the problems faced by the Sarfina Sembiring Clinic, namely by designing a web-based cash receipt and disbursement system. With the development of this information system, it is hoped that the clinic will have a better financial system as well as providing effective reports and archive structured reports. The information system created is expected to help the Sarfina Sembiring Midwife Clinic in improving health services and organizational performance, as well as in the administration of cash receipts and disbursements.

Abstract

The Arios Jaya Motor showroom sales system currently still uses manual systems and methods, making the sales process take a long time and is inefficient. Currently, online sales systems are widely used in various showrooms, even individual companies such as Live Monza are given the opportunity to run their business. At the "Arios Jaya Motor" motorbike exhibition, there were obstacles in the sales process so that it was difficult to organize information on goods, sales, the media used in sales still used leaflets or brochures which were not evenly distributed and had a wide reach. to reach , and also many social media consumers have difficulty finding the latest information or learning about the latest things. Determining system requirements is carried out through data collection methods using observation, interview and library research techniques. This research will create an information system that allows the "Arios Jaya Motor" showroom to expand sales, units and display first reports and provide services to consumers.

Abstract

Reducing the time and effort required, a computer-based accounting system can automate many tasks previously done manually, such as recording transactions, producing receipts reports, and cash expenditures. The study aims to design and develop information systems that regulate the receipt and expenditure of cash in the culinary business. By using coffee case studies, this information system is expected to improve the accuracy and efficiency of recording financial transactions as well as making it easier for business owners to track their cash flows in real time. The results of the research show that the information system developed can automate the recording of cash received and issued, making financial reports on a regular basis. The use of this system in coffee markets indicates an improved efficiency of financial management and a positive effect on corporate decision-making processes. Therefore, this cash expenditure and receipt information system can be used as a model for other culinary to improve operational efficiency and financial transparency.
