Abstract

Health has become a necessary thing for humans, almost all fields related to health services have begun to use the use of computers for their performance, one of which is diagnosing diseases for final year students who experience stress. Currently, human needs for better medical services are needed, which means the support of instrumentation and modern medical informatics (telemedicine) is needed including methods to help analyze it so that a more optimal diagnosis is produced.  The Case Based Reasoning (CBR) method is one method to build a system that works by diagnosing new cases based on old cases that have occurred and providing solutions to new cases based on old cases that have the highest similarity value. In the application of the Case Based Reasoning method here, the patient will be inputted what symptoms he is experiencing. After that, the diagnosis results will come out. The results obtained by the working mechanism of the application, it can make it easier for psychologists to diagnose stress diseases of final year students and can also minimize errors in diagnosing patients.

Abstract

Lokus penelitian ini difokuskan pada mengeksplorasi hubungan antara disiplin kerja, motivasi, dan kinerja di PT Pos Indonesia. Penelitian akan melibatkan pengumpulan data dari karyawan melalui survei dan wawancara untuk menilai tingkat disiplin kerja dan motivasi mereka serta menilai kinerja mereka dalam konteks pekerjaan mereka di perusahaan. Analisis statistik kemudian akan digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi apakah ada korelasi antara tingkat disiplin kerja dan motivasi dengan kinerja karyawan. Berdasarkan hasil temuan didapatkan bahwa motivasi tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Pos Indonesia. Hasil ini tidak sesuai dengan hipotesis yang telah dirumuskan sebelumnya, yang berarti hipotesis pertama ditolak. Disiplin kerja berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Pos Indonesia cabang Batam. Hasil ini sesuai dengan hipotesis yang telah dirumuskan sebelumnya, yang berarti hipotesis kedua diterima.  Secara bersama–sama terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan variabel motivasi dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Pos Indonesia cabang Batam. Hasil penelitian ini sesuai dengan hipotesis yang dirumuskan sebelumnya, yang berarti hipotesis ketiga diterima.

Abstract

Virgin coconut oil (VCO) is one of the processed products from old coconut flesh, which is increasingly popular as a food supplement, nutraceutical, lotion, and solvent for aromatherapy products. The high demand for VCO is related to the quality of the fatty acids that make up VCO. This is influenced by the extraction process carried out at low temperatures so as to maintain the composition and quality of fatty acids in VCO, which can be observed from the characteristics of the resulting VCO. This article presents a brief review of several literatures related to several methods for extracting VCO and the characteristics of VCO that meet standards obtained from various references. The VCO extraction methods presented are the enzymatic method, fermentation method, fishing method, stirring method, controlled heating method, and acidification method. Each of these methods has advantages and disadvantages in the characteristics of the resulting VCO.

Abstract

This study aims to use a quantitative approach to the phenomena that occur at the Geuchik Drien Rampak Office, Johan Pahlawan District, West Aceh Regency. The data method used in this study is the Total Sampling technique with a sample of 24 Village Apparatus. The data used are Primary data and Secondary data. The data analysis techniques that will be used are Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis Test, Hypothesis Testing using SPSS22 Software and Determination Coefficient. The results of this test state that the Influence of Transformational Leadership of Village Heads and Work Discipline of Village Apparatus on Improving the Performance of Village Apparatus at the Geuchik Drien Rampak Office, Johan Pahlawan District, West Aceh Regency.

Abstract

Undang-Undang Nomor 9 tahun 2015 atas Perubahan Kedua Undang – Undang Nomor 23 tahun 2014 tentang Pemerintahan Daerah yaitu menyebutkan bahwa untuk terlaksananya pemerintahan yang baik perlu dilakukan pembinaan dan pengawasan dalam penyelenggaraan pemerintahan. Hal ini berlaku baik dalam pemerintah pusat maupun daerah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi berfungsinya birokrasi pemerintah di Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Sumedang dan menganalisis pentingnya fungsi kontrol masyarakat dalam berfungsinya birokrasi pemerintah di Sumedang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan tinjauan pustaka atau literature review. Dari hasil analisis penulis dapat disimpulkan bahwa faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi berfungsinya birokrasi pemerintahan di Sumedang adalah: faktor budaya & faktor individu (merupakan subfaktor masyarakat), faktor organisasi, faktor administrasi, dan faktor politik. Tindakan pemerintah dari berbagai sudut pandang sangatlah penting dan memerlukan liputan media yang tepat.

Abstract

In this case, the research conducted aims to determine the influence of brand image and product quality on purchasing decisions for Indomie brand instant noodles among students at Bhayangkara University, Jakarta Raya as consumers. This research uses a quantitative type of research where the objects used are students who have bought Indomie brand instant noodle shoes. The data source for this research comes from primary data. The sampling method for this research used the Lemeshow formula with the number of samples used in this research being 100 respondents. The hypothesis testing data analysis method in this research was processed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the SmartPLS 4.1 application. The results of data processing show that brand image and product quality simultaneously (together) have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. With all the limitations of only conducting research on students at Bhayangkara University, Jakarta Raya, Management Study Program Class of 2020, this can provide benefits and suggestions for further research. In this research, it reflects the variables of brand image and product quality on purchasing decisions in one research model.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of school well being in SD Negeri Kalibanteng Kidul 03 Semarang. The approach in this study used a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Data collection techniques in this study were observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study revealed that SD Negeri Kalibanteng Kidul 03 Semarang has not truly become a school well being because there are still inhibiting factors such as inadequate facilities and infrastructure such as the need for additional classrooms, fans and a lot of teacher workload. Meanwhile, the supporting factors are human resources (HR) where all parties, including the principal, teachers, school staff, students, and parents, all have the same desire to create school well being in SD Negeri Kalibanteng Kidul 03 Semarang.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to explain, analyze and understand the theoretical construct of the philosophy of science paradigm. The type of research used is data collection techniques, library research, which examines, searches for and collects information from various sources. Basically, a theory is formulated to explain existing phenomena. Building a theory which is an abstract of a number of concepts agreed upon in definitions will experience development, and this development occurs when the theory is no longer relevant and no longer functions to solve problems. Acceptance of a theory in the scientific community does not mean that the theory has absolute truth. Every theory is always influenced by the assumptions and methods of the scientist who formulated it. The ability of a theory to predict what will happen is a criterion for the validity of the theory. Therefore, it is necessary to understand theoretical constructs as a basis for scientific research.

Abstract

The general public often faces obstacles in advocating for their rights due to limited understanding of legal language and time constraints for direct consultation. In the digital era, YPLF Law Firm, as a renowned legal practice, needs to enhance its services and keep up with technological advancements. The Website application Platform was developed to address YPLF Law Firm's issues, such as limited service reach, slow and error-prone processes, lack of competitiveness against other law firms, and potential legal injustices for the public and prospective leaders without a legal background. This Platform aims to provide legal information and education to the public, increase efficiency in data management, expand the service reach of YPLF Law Firm, enhance YPLF Law Firm's competitiveness in the digital era, and serve as a foundational legal language resource for the public. The application development method employs the Waterfall methodology and the Laravel 9 framework. The application will have two actors: Admin and User. Admins can manage various data, such as categories, articles, members, Users, feeDBack, transactions, client lists, and case activities. Users can register an account, visit the landing page, and utilize the offered services. The development of the Website application Platform is expected to help YPLF Law Firm improve the quality of legal services, increase client satisfaction, and position YPLF Law Firm as a forward-thinking leader in the legal industry.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the information disclosure strategies employed by issuers listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) and evaluate their effectiveness. The study also identifies the obstacles and challenges faced by issuers in disclosing information. Using a qualitative approach, data were collected from various secondary sources such as annual reports, sustainability reports, and corporate websites. The results indicate that the use of various communication channels, such as annual reports, corporate websites, and social media, is effective in enhancing transparency and building investor trust. However, challenges such as regulatory compliance, maintaining information consistency, and disclosure costs remain significant hurdles. The conclusions of this study highlight the importance of a commitment to transparency and good disclosure practices to strengthen relationships with investors and maintain the integrity of the capital market.
