Abstract

This research is motivated by the fact that there are students who are still unable to understand reading due to children's lack of interest and motivation in learning and learning that is too monotonous. This research aims to describe the level of validity, practicality and effectiveness of the Funworder media in overcoming the reading comprehension difficulties of third grade students. This research uses a type of research (Research and Development) using the 4D research model (Define, Design, Develop and Disseminate). In general, the research stages carried out were the product development stage, product validation stage and product trial stage. The sample in this research was 28 class III students at SD N 085116 Sibolga City. The results obtained from the development of Funworder media are the results of the validity of Funworder media being tested from the validity of media experts and language experts getting a score of 91% in the very valid category and testing the validity of material experts with a score of 95%. Furthermore, the results of Funworder's practicality were tested using a teacher response questionnaire with a score of 91% and students obtained a score of 85% in the very practical category. Then, the results of the effectiveness of the Funworder media product were tested using tests in the form of pretest and posttest which were then calculated using the N-Gain Score test, namely 76% with the effective category used to overcome difficulties in reading comprehension for class III students at SD N 085116 Sibolga City.

Abstract

Learning is a teaching and learning process that involves teachers and students to develop intellectually, emotionally, morally, and others. The relationship between teachers and students is very important in successful learning. The PAKEM strategy (Active, Creative, Effective and Fun Learning) is used to explore and develop student potential with more active learning methods. The purpose of writing this paper is to understand the meaning, characteristics, characteristics, and advantages and disadvantages of PAKEM learning. The PAKEM method allows teachers to convey material in a varied way so that students can apply it innovatively and not boringly.

Abstract

In Islam, a happy family is called a family that is peaceful, loving, and compassionate. However, how is it in a family inhabited by a husband and wife with disabilities? Of course it will be different and it can be said that it is difficult to achieve a harmonious family. This type of research is descriptive qualitative, the methods used in this study are interviews, observations, and documentation. The subjects studied were a husband and wife with disabilities who lived in Buduran District, Sidoarjo Regency. Based on the results of the research conducted, it can be concluded that: (1) The understanding of a husband and wife about a harmonious family is: a sense of understanding, mutual acceptance of the partner's condition, tantra and strong in facing every problem that exists, that is what is understood by a husband and wife with disabilities about the meaning of a harmonious family. (2) The efforts of a husband and wife with disabilities in forming a harmonious family are: Willingness in the family to accept the partner's condition is very much needed. They need personal abilities that have existed since childhood. But that does not discourage this family from continuing to earn a living to meet the needs of their family members even in less than normal circumstances. Creating a sense of comfort and peace in the family is a need that must be achieved. (3) Obstacles in the household of people with disabilities, both economic problems, lack of knowledge, and physical disabilities in family members. To deal with this, people with disabilities must be more patient and resigned to accepting the trials in life and remain enthusiastic in trying to pursue their ideals in household life.

Abstract

Financial management in educational administration has a very important role in increasing the effectiveness of the teaching and learning process in educational institutions. The research method used in this research is a qualitative research method with literature study. The research results show that the challenges faced in financial management, such as budget uncertainty and fluctuations in operational costs, require good financial education and training for education stakeholders. Therefore, a deep understanding of the financial sector in educational administration is crucial to achieving optimal educational goals.

Abstract

This research analyzes Development Communication in the case of the construction of the Jatigede Reservoir regarding the Supremacy of Law in the Perspective of Sustainable Development Goals Number 16. The research method used is a literature review technique with a normative juridical approach. The research results show that in the Jatigede Reservoir construction case there were legal disagreements and imbalances between the majority of the local community and the government under the pretext of national development which resulted in legal coverage. This second case shows that the failure to achieve the rule of law for affected victims also maintains the importance of the role of development communication in order to support community awareness and empowerment.

Abstract

Riba is a transaction that is prohibited in Islamic economic activities. This study aims to look at the views of the previous to contemporary scholars regarding usury and gharar. The method used is a literature study, which is carried out by collecting, studying and reviewing books, scientific magazines and related documents such as theses and scientific journals. is still a debate among classical and contemporary scholars. Classical scholars still adhere to the Qur'anic texts that usury is haram, but contemporary scholars such as Fazlur Rahman view usury on bank interest as permissible as long as it does not harm others for moral reasons, but the Indonesian Ulema Council mentions in its fatwa that bank interest includes usury. jahiliyah. Then the MUI stated that bank interest included usury. KHES prohibits activities that contain elements of usury and gharar

Abstract

The application of green accounting and environmental performance to the financial performance of companies has become a very relevant research topic. This study aims to examine the influence of the implementation of green accounting and environmental performance on the company's financial performance. The results of the study show that the application of green accounting and environmental performance has no effect on the financial performance of a company. However, several previous studies have found that environmental accounting distance or green accounting has an important effect on financial performance. The application of green accounting can improve the company's environmental performance which ends in improving financial performance and environmental benefits that can be managed and preserved properly in accordance with government regulations.

Abstract

Kurikulum Merdeka merupakan kurikulum dengan pembelajaran intnal serba guna yang muatanya lebih optimal agar sehingga peserta didik mempunyai waktu yang cukup untuk membiasakan diri dengan konsep dan memperkuat tampilannya. Implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka dapat berdampak pada hasil belajar siswa. Dengan memberikan kebebasan kepada siswa untuk memilih dan menyesuaikan pembelajarannya sesuai minat dan kebutuhannya, diharapkan dapat meningkatkan keterlibatan siswa dalam proses pembelajaran. Namun penerapan Kurikulum Merdeka di tingkat SMA juga menghadapi tantangan tersendiri. Oleh karena itu, tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui sejauh mana penerapan Kurikulum Merdeka mempengaruhi hasil belajar siswa di SMA, serta faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi proses penerapannya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Studi Literatur berdasarkan penelusuran dilakukan melalui Google Scholar dan kriteria seleksi inklusi yang ketat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh positif Kurikulum Merdeka Belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa Sekolah Menengah Atas. Faktor-faktor seperti desain pengajaran yang baik, metode pembelajaran inovatif, partisipasi guru dan siswa, serta motivasi belajar yang tinggi menjadi kunci dalam penerapan kurikulum ini.

Abstract

Sectio caesarea is at risk of complications, one of which is anxiety, anxiety in Sectio Caesrea patients is reported to reach 60% to 92%. One way to overcome anxiety is with sholawat nariyah and sya'ir abu nawas. Objective: to determine the effect of sholawat nariyah and sya'ir abu nawas on anxiety in Sectio Caesarea patients with spinal anesthesia. Method: This research is quantitative with Pre-experiment research design with one group pretest-posttest. The study population was all Sectio Caesarea patients with accidental sampling technique totaling 35 respondents. The research was conducted on July 09-21, 2024 at RSUD Dr. The research instrument used The Amsterdam Preoperative Anxiety and Information Scale (APAIS) questionnaire followed by statistical analysis using the Wilcoxon test: Before listening to sholawat nariyah and sya'ir abu nawas, 25 respondents (71.4%) experienced moderate anxiety. After listening to sholawat nariyah and sya'ir abu nawas, 25 respondents (71.4%) experienced mild anxiety. Wilcoxon test showed that sholawat nariyah and sya'ir abu nawas had a significant effect on reducing anxiety scores. As well as a significance value of 0.000 and ? value less than 0.05. Conclusion: there is an effect of sholawat nariyah and sya'ir abu nawas on anxiety scores.

Abstract

Chocolate banana chips are a snack made from fried banana slices and flavored with chocolate. The aim of this research is to determine the total costs, total income, gross profit, BEP value and R/C value at the chocolate banana chips factory located in Karawang Regency. This research method is quantitative descriptive analysis. Locations were determined by purposive sampling. 100 respondents were taken using numerical methods. Primary and secondary data are used as data. This research resulted in total costs of IDR 4,444,10,151,719 per month, total income of IDR 14,422,500 per month, and total income of IDR 62,892 per month. The unit break-even point (BEP) is 810 packs/month and the weight of each pack is 250 grams. This value is lower than the break-even point (BEP) based on average production of 1163/month and price of 8650/pack. This value is lower than the product price of IDR 12,417. Chocolate Banana Chips have an R/C value of 1.43. Based on the R/C value, it is estimated that the R/C value is high and feasible for chocolate banana processing companies.
