Abstract

In Indonesia, the government has facilitated the community by providing sidewalks for pedestrians. The sidewalk is one of the facilities for pedestrians which is located parallel to the traffic lane but has elevation that is higher than the surface of the road pavement and there is a layer on the road. In the use of sidewalks, the function of sidewalks in Indonesia is to provide safety and comfort for pedestrians when using the road. But unfortunately in reality, the use of sidewalks is often misused such as motorbike taxis, motorbike tricycles, motorbike carts, selling fruits/vegetables/clothing on cars and others who use sidewalk land as their place of business. The purpose of this research is to find out regulations related to the use of sidewalks in Indonesia, and legal protection for pedestrians who are victims of sidewalk abuse in Indonesia, especially DKI Jakarta. This research uses normative juridical or statutory approach. Based onLaw Number 22 of 2009 Concerning Road Traffic and Transportation in Article 45 paragraph (1) letter a which explains that sidewalks are one of the supporting facilities for the implementation of traffic and road transportation provided by the local government and there are sanctions for those who violate them .

Abstract

 The Islamic study of consumption is essential if one is to restrain oneself with possessions and expenses. makes a country have a lot of money, welfare will not work if it is not used wisely and the benefits are not measurable. The best approach to using one's wealth for the betterment of oneself, one's community, and people as a whole is to direct one's preferences towards options that contain maslahah (good and beneficial). The drive to satisfy one's basic needs is innate in the human condition. Especially babies, humans always find ways to communicate their desires to meet their needs, such as babies screaming for milk when they are hungry. As we grow older and more capable, our wants and needs peak as we reach puberty and gradually decline until death.

Abstract

The use of good and correct Indonesian in public spaces is very important, because language is the main thing in communicating or interacting with society. Using good and correct Indonesian can increase communication efficiency and increase the sense of unity among Indonesian people. In public spaces, especially shopping centers, the application of good, precise and correct Indonesian can have a positive impact on the development and progress of the nation. In addition, using the right and accurate Indonesian can also give the impression of professionalism and ability to adapt to different social environments. Unfortunately, however, many people pay little attention to using Indonesian properly and correctly, such as using non-standard Indonesian excessive use of foreign languages, and language that is rude or impolite. Therefore, awareness and efforts from all parties, especially the younger generation, are needed to improve the use of the Indonesian language and strengthen a sense of love for the homeland by applying good and correct use of the Indonesian language in the public sphere.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of Product Quality, Promotion, Price Perception, on Purchasing Decisions, the study population is people who have purchased suisse bakery. The proportional sampling technique is simple random sampling with 130 respondents. Primary data were collected through questionnaires using Likert scale models that have been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results of this study simultaneously Product Quality, Promotion and Price Perception on Purchasing Decisions were 66.7%, with Product Quality variables not affecting Purchasing Pecisions and Promotional variables Price Perception variables influencing Purchasing Decisions Suisse Bakery.

Abstract

MSMEs are able to support our country's economy. Because most of the business actors are MSMEs and are able to absorb labor. The Kosambi area is one of the areas in the Karawang district which is used as a fairly dense MSME economic area in the city of Karawang. One of these MSME areas is Duren village as one of the villages that has business potential that can support the economy of the surrounding residents. This study aims to determine the role of MSME HR competencies in improving the performance of MSME Crepes in the Kosambi area. The competence of Human Resources (HR) turns out to be one very important factor in the MSME Crepes industry. By increasing the competence of human resources through increasing knowledge and skills, this is the key to increasing the work of MSME Crepes. UMKM Crepes costs from Rp. 2,500 to Rp. 5,000 are marketed offline by using carts and online through several applications. The turnover obtained from this crepes business is Rp. 180,000 to Rp. 200,000 so per month it can reach Rp. 3,000,000 and return on investment within 3-4 months.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk meningkatkan kemampuan guru dalam menggunakan media pembelajaran melalui peran pengawas sekolah di SD Negeri 2 Lampahan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan sekolah yang dilakukan dalam dua siklus yang melibatkan 9 orang guru dan 29 orang siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, dokumentasi dan observasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan membandingkan hasil dari siklus I dan siklus II. Dan hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa hasil penilaian terhadap kemampuan guru dalam menggunakan media pembelajaran menunjukkan hasil yang baik yaitu 55,6% dengan kriteria cukup. Sedangkan aktifitas siswa dengan melihat dan mendengarkan media pembelajaran dengan serius menunjukkan hasil yaitu 80% dengan kriteria baik. Akan tetapi aktifitas siswa dalam menjawab pertanyaan dari sebesar 8% dengan kriteria kurang dan  aktifitas siswa dalam bertanya kepada guru sebesar 20% dengan kriteria kurang. Pada siklus II hasil penilaian terhadap penilaian terhadap kemampuan guru dalam menggunakan media pembelajaran menunjukkan hasil yaitu 88,9% dengan kriteria baik, Sedangkan aktifitas siswa dalam melihat dan mendengarkan media pembelajaran dengan serius menunjukkan hasil yaitu 86,2% dengan kriteria baik. Aktifitas siswa dalam menjawab pertanyaan dari sebesar 82,8% dengan kriteria baik dan  aktifitas siswa dalam bertanya kepada guru sebesar 79,3% dengan kriteria baik. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa pentinganya peran pengawas sekolah dalam meningkatkan kemampuan guru dalam menggunakan media pembelajaran terhadap 9 orang guru di SD Negeri 2 Lampahan dinyatakan berhasil dengan memberikan pelatihan, pemahaman dan penggunaan media pembelajaran.

Abstract

This observation aims to determine the recruitment process carried out by MSMEs Tree Burger House. Recruitment and selection is a very important process in determining whether or not applicants are recruited in the company.  Because human resources have an important role in an organization or business, as well as recruitment and selection which have an important role in achieving the goals of a company. The method we use is descriptive with observative. The results we got were in the form of information about the various stages of the recruitment and selection process at the new MSMEs Tree Burger House branch. Starting from the process of disseminating information on the required position, the process of selecting prospective employees, the selection process and up to the job training process. MSMEs Tree Burger House also has several criteria to be met by prospective applicants. Because the criteria will be one of the considerations in the selection process later. The conclusion we can draw is that the recruitment process is an important process that will affect performance and must also go through quite serious processes and stages.

Abstract

Permainan Hangman adalah permainan tebak kata yang melibatkan pemain untuk menebak kata dengan menebak huruf huruf yang tepat. Keberhasilan dalam permainan hangman bergantung pada kemampuan pemain dalam mengidentifikasi kata dengan tepat melalui tebakan huruf huruf yang relevan. Dalam konteks ini peneliti menggunakan algoritma backtrakingoptimize dengan pendekatan heuristic berbasis BFS (Breadth-First-Search) yang digunakan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi pengoptimalan pada permainan hangman terutama ketika kata yang harus ditebak memiliki jumlah huruf yang lebih banyak. Dalam pendekatan heuristic peneliti menggunakan metode prunning untuk menambahkan nilai baru yang peneliti dapatkan dari hasil penelitian sebelumnya meliputi penambahan fitur dan pemodifikasian pada permainan hangman yaitu berupa sistem nyawa yang berbentuk kesempatan kepada pemain. Setiap pemain diberikan kesempatan terbatas untuk menebak huruf-huruf yang salah sebelum kehilangan nyawa. Hal ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemikiran pemain dalam mengambil keputusan strategis dalam menebak kata serta meningkatkan keterbacaan instruksi yang disusun secara jelas dan terstruktur agar membantu pemain untuk memahami aturan permainan dengan lebih baik. Optimisasi ini meningkatkan kesempatan pemain untuk mencapai hasil yang diinginkan.

Abstract

This visit we made was to find out how to deal with rising prices for raw materials in mebalfoods as a whole. The increase in raw material prices during the Covid-19 pandemic has become a big problem for many companies and industries around the world. During the Covid-19 pandemic, rising raw material prices have become a big challenge that must be faced by many companies and industries. This price increase also affected the mebalfoods community, Mebalfoods, which is in the Cikampek sub-district, which was opened by Ms. Mega Triani and her boyfriend Muhammad Iqbal in 2019 and until now it has been going on for 4 years. Increases in prices for basic food ingredients are common in mebalfoods. To overcome the increase in the price of basic food ingredients, the authors provide a solution to increase the selling price to customers. The results of the research on the increase in the price of basic food ingredients greatly affect the selling price of the customer. the research we use is descriptive quantitative, because we conduct survey research to get data that has occurred from the beginning to the present. And from the results of this study we can conclude that the increase in raw material prices needs attention and is the main focus in the government's work agenda.

Abstract

The role of MSMEs in the Indonesian economy is very important and strategic, during the Covid-19 pandemic as we experienced it greatly affected all sectors of people's lives. Many MSMEs have experienced a drastic decline in production due to Covid-19 and threaten the national economy. In order for the business to continue to run smoothly, business actors have shifted to keep up with technological developments, not only in sales but in the online financial sector. With the presence of fintech, MSME owners get hope during the Covid-19 pandemic to run their business. The research used a descriptive method with an observative approach, aiming to find out the development of digitization in the Cianjur Chicken Porridge financial sector. The results of this study are that business actors apply digitalization development in their financial sector, this helps to reduce physical contact and reduce the spread of the Covid-19 virus. Payments made in non-cash via Qris and Shopee-pay. Efforts to make this development run smoothly can be done by implementing innovations and services in Digitalization enabling the financial sector to develop new products and services that are more efficient and easy to use, besides that Through partnerships and secure data exchange, the financial sector can face challenges and better digital opportunities, and build a sustainable and innovative ecosystem.
