Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of service quality, price, and location on customer satisfaction at Cookies & Dessert by Me UMKM. This study uses a quantitative approach through descriptive methods with observative. The results showed that simultaneously these three factors had a significant effect on customer satisfaction, while partially the service and price aspects had a greater influence than location. This study recommends that UMKM Cookies & Dessert by Me pay attention to service quality and affordable prices in maintaining consumer satisfaction, expanding marketing reach, and increasing collaboration with raw material suppliers to increase efficiency. The conclusion of this journal is that factors such as service and affordable prices are important elements in influencing consumer satisfaction, and MSMEs need to maintain and improve the quality of products and services on a regular basis.

Abstract

Valuation of shares is needed because the process of it provides important information to investors or shareholders in making investment decisions that carried out before the IPO process. Stock valuation can help investors to find out the fair value of shares and the potential profit that can be obtained from the investment. In addition, stock valuation also assists companies in determining the offering price for new shares and ensures transactions occur at a fair price for all parties involved. Stock valuation can also be used by financial institutions to determine the interest rate on loans and the amount of collateral to be provided. Therefore, the valuation of shares is an important instrument in investment and business, this is because the valuation of shares provides clear and objective information about the value of shares so as to enable investors to make decisions that can increase their profit potential. By increasing the profit earned for startup companies as well as investors, of course, it has implications for taxes as state revenue intended for the greatest prosperity of the people. Public offering regulations for Startup companies are designed to protect investors and regulate action in investment practices. However, in practice, public offering rules may still require adjustments and improvements to make them more effective in achieving their goals. As with any type of regulation, there needs to be constant review and improvement of the public offering rules to keep them effective and in line with current technological and market developments. This paper will discuss some of the latest legal aspects that need to be considered in the valuation of Startup company shares before an IPO process, to get the sight of benefits for investors and increasing tax revenues.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of interest on social studies learning outcomes of students. This type of research is classified into ex post facto research using a quantitative approach. This research was carried out in several elementary schools by using a questionnaire (questionnaire) to obtain variable data on interest in learning. The variables in this study consist of two, namely the independent variable and the dependent variable. The population in this study were all students of grades IV, V and IV of elementary school. The sampling technique was carried out by random sampling. Based on the results of research, educators or teachers are expected to be able to provide motivation and reinforcement in the learning process so that students are interested in participating in learning and studying seriously.

Abstract

Modernization is a bridge for humans to start a new era. The digital world which is growing rapidly brings many changes in various aspects and joints of the wider community's life. One of the aspects affected by modernization is the existence of traditional games. Traditional games as we already know are the nation's cultural heritage which has become a culture in Indonesian society. Traditional games are also the nation's cultural wealth. In this research, we aim to review the knowledge of the younger generation, namely UPN "Veteran" East Java Environmental Engineering students Batch 2022 regarding traditional games and their existence in people's daily lives. This study used a qualitative method by interviewing informants to obtain data. The results of this study indicate that the majority of students have started to rarely see traditional games being played in everyday life. Students said that traditional games had not completely disappeared because they were sometimes still played, but only in a few events such as during the independence race.

Abstract

This paper proposes a qualitative approach combining ethnography, and grounded theory to study social interactions in the economic context and their impact on sustainable development. Ethnography will be conducted to gain in-depth understanding of the culture, norms, and values that shape economic social interactions. Grounded theory will be used to develop new concepts based on the collected empirical data. Through this qualitative approach, the study aims to provide profound insights into the complexity of economic social interactions and their impact on sustainable development.

Abstract

Indonesia consists of many ethnic groups and each tribe has its own customs in its territory. However, these differences in customs do not undermine national unity, because the Indonesian people are aware of the Indonesian nation's motto, Bhinneka Tunggal Ika. Since ancient times there have been customs that have lived in society. In the process of customary development, rules emerge that develop in society which are called customary law. Aceh is a region that has special autonomy in the affairs of its regional government because it is one of the provinces in Indonesia which is strongly supported by customary social law. Unlike other provinces in Indonesia, Aceh was legislated under a national law that has an Islamic religious background. The customary law that applies in Aceh is closely related to sharia principles and plays an important role in social life.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the scarcity and rising prices of cooking oil in Medan. The research method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive research method. The data analysis technique in this study refers to the Miles and Huberman model. Miles and Huberman state that the Analysis Interactive Model technique has several stages: data collection, data reduction, data display, and conclusions. The results showed that there were 4 factors causing the stock crisis and soaring cooking oil prices in Medan: (1) The international war between Russia and Ukraine which affected CPO exports and imports, and resulted in CPO entrepreneurs selling abroad because the price was higher than the domestic; (2) Government policies regarding B30; (3) Panic buying or it can also be called buying in large quantities among the people of the city of Medan; (4) There has been an increase in MSME traders using cooking oil in Medan.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan yang saat ini berlaku, dengan mengkaji implikasi nilai-nilai Pancasila dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif.  Sumber data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dari jurnal, e-book, dan internet. Teknik pengumpulan data dan informasi yang digunakan adalah studi literatur. Teknik analisis data menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman yang meliputi reduksi data, display atau penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa Pancasila merupakan dasar Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia yang dirumuskan dari proses akulturasi budaya nusantara yang telah berlangsung selama berabad-abad. Dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, Pancasila berfungsi sebagai pedoman atau landasan bagi bangsa Indonesia dalam mewujudkan realitas alam semesta, manusia, masyarakat, bangsa, dan negara mengenai makna hidup dan sebagai landasan bagi bangsa Indonesia untuk memecahkan masalah-masalah yang dihadapi dalam hidup dan berkehidupan. Berdasar dari gagasan tersebut, implikasi nilai-nilai Pancasila diharapkan dapat membawa peningkatan kualitas hidup warga Indonesia dan kehidupan masyarakat yang sejahtera, aman, dan damai.

Abstract

Drug abuse has an impact on various aspects of life, both physical, psychological and social. Rehabilitation services are provided to drug abusers with the aim of minimizing these impacts and overcoming dependence on drugs, as well as to improve their quality of life. The instrument used to measure the patient's quality of life was officially issued by WHO and has proven its validity and reliability is the WHOQOL- BREF. The purpose of this study was to describe the quality of life of drug abusers undergoing rehabilitation at the BNN Pratama Clinic in Cimahi City in 2021. This study used a qualitative method with an analytical descriptive approach. The sample in this study were 42 patients who were the total population. The results showed that the value of sig. (2-tailed) on the four dimensions, namely the dimensions of physical health, psychological, social relations and environmental dimensions is 0.000. This shows that the indicator value is <0.05, which means that there is a significant improvement in the quality of life of the patient after receiving outpatient rehabilitation services. The percentage increase is based on scoring on the four dimensions, namely the physical health dimension of 78.57%, the psychological aspect of 85.71%, the social relationship dimension of 73.81% and the environmental dimension of 80, 95%.

Abstract

In research or scientific articles, previous or relevant research is very important because it helps strengthen theories and phenomena of the relationship or influence between variables. In this article, the literature on Accounting Information Systems discusses the components that influence Internal Control, including Accounting Information Systems for Sales, Cash Receipts, and Cash Disbursements. Building a hypothesis of influence between variables is the aim of this paper. The results of this literature research are as follows: 1) Sales Accounting Information Systems affect Internal Control; 2) Cash Receipts Accounting Information System affects Internal Control; and 3) Cash Disbursement Accounting Information System affects Internal Control.
