Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors that influence consumer buying interest on the Shopee platform. Into day's digital era,e-commerceplat forms like Shopee have be come one of the mainplaces for consumers to make purchases online. Therefore, a deep understanding of the factors thatinfluence consumer buying interest on this platform is essential for business success and an effective marketing strategy. This studyu sesa survey research method using aquestion naireasadata collection instrument. There search sample consistsof consumer swhoactive lyuse the Shopee plat form. The collected data were analyzed using regression analysis to identify the factors tha tinfluence consumer buy inginterest. The results of the study show that there are several factors that have a significant effect onconsumer buying interest on the Shopee platform. These factors include consumer confidence in theplatform, product quality, ease of use, and competitive price offerings. Consumer trust in the Shopeeplatform is the most important factor influencing their buying interest. Based on the results anddiscussion, it can be concluded that the factors that influence consumer buying interest on the Shopeeplatform include trust, product quality, ease of use, and competitive price offers. The implication ofthis research is the importance of building consumer trust through transaction security, providing quality products, ensuring an intuitive user interface, and offering competitive prices to increase consumer buying intereston the Shopee plat form.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to conduct an in-depth analysis of the use of the Shopee e-commerce platform through the perspective of sustainable use intention by applying the Expectation Confirmation Model. This study aims to identify the factors that influence users' continued intention to use Shopee and their behavior after use. In a context of increasing need for sustainability, understanding how e-commerce can be used in a sustainable manner becomes very important. This study uses a quantitative approach with classification. The data obtained is primary data obtained through distributing questionnaires to 50 respondents. This study also uses the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) technique with the Partial Least Square (PLS) method approach. The results of this study state that the intention to continue using Shopee E-commerce services increases by considering several factors, namely confirmation, perceived security, and self-efficacy. Meanwhile, perceived usefulness and satisfaction factors have no effect on the intention to use the service continuously.

Abstract

Pembelajaran bisa dikatakan sebagai cara untuk memberikan ilmu serta menerima ilmu, zaman sekarang pembelajaran dilakukan dengan inovasi serta pembaharuan agar bisa tercapai tujuan pembelajaran yang diharapkan. Peneliti memberikan sebuah pandangan mengajar agar bisa lebih menarik minat serta bisa meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa yaitu dengan menggunakan model dan media terbaru. Terutama pada pembelajaran matematika yang harus dibantu dengan media nyata bukan teori saja. Terkhusus materi simteri lipat dan putar untuk siswa kelas III, mereka tidak bisa diberikan teori saja tetapi harus diimbangi dengan penggunaan model dan media yang mendukung. Peneliti memberikan gambaran penggunaan model team games tournament berbantu media simlitar untuk mempermudah guru dalam mengajar serta mempemudah siswa dalam menerima materi. Nantinya jika proses pembelajaran berjalan dengan baik maka bisa dipastikan hasil belajar yang diperoleh siswa akan baik juga.

Abstract

Pengamanan cyber adalah langkah-langkah dan praktik yang dilakukan untuk melindungi sistem komputer, jaringan, dan data dari serangan dan ancaman yang berasal dari dunia maya. Dalam konteks PT Nusa Halmahera Minerals, sebagai perusahaan tambang, penting untuk memiliki keamanan cyber yang kuat untuk melindungi data sensitif, informasi operasional, dan infrastruktur teknologi yang digunakan dalam kegiatan penambangan. Metode penelitian yang dipakai yaitu pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil yang didapatkan yaitu : (1) Direktorat Pengamanan Obyek Vital Kepolisian Daerah Maluku Utara memiliki peran penting dalam pengamanan kawasan pertambangan pada PT. Nusa Halmahera Mineral. (2) Sistem keamanan file PT. NHM menggunakan situs web resmi dengan menggunakan berbagai teknologi dan prosedur pengamanan untuk membantu menjaga data perusahaan dari akses, penggunaan, atau pengungkapan (disclosure) yang melanggar hukum. (3) Capability level COBIT 5 menunjukan bahwa divisi TIPT.NHM memiliki capability level pada Level 1 untuk proses EDM01. Ada gap yang cukup signifikan antara keinginan atau target dengan kondisi di lapangan. Meskipun beberapa responden menyatakan pada level tertentu sudah memenuhi kriteria, namun pada level sebelumnya yaitu Level 1 masih terdapat kriteria yang belum terpenuhi karena menurut penilaian ISO/IEC 15504 pada COBIT 5, level kapabilitas hanya akan didapatkan jika level sebelumnya telah terpenuhi secara sempurna. Gap cukup signifikan karena pada Level 1 konsekuensi yang terjadi merupakan konsekuensi dengan resiko medium atau tinggi. Hal ini dikarenakan ketidakteraturan sistem tata kelola TI.

Abstract

The waning application of the value of gotong royong in social life is the background of this research. While the values in the culture of gotong royong play an important role in uniting the nation, this study aims to describe the implementation of cooperatives, discuss the factors that hinder its implementation, and efforts to maintain a mutually beneficial culture of gotong royong. The type of methodology used in this research is qualitative, and the data collection techniques used include direct observation, interviews, and documentation. The results show that the culture of gotong royong still exists in PERUM YKP PANDUGO II, but some residents are not involved in cooperative activities and are not in accordance with their environment. This shows that the value of gotong royong is starting to disappear over time. This has a negative impact on people's lives, with an increase in individualism and a decrease in the sense of kinship, kinship, brotherhood, justice, volunteerism, responsibility, gotong royong, and the active role of individuals, as well as unity and integrity in people's lives and environment.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine Sundanese cultural values in SMP Negeri 1 Lembang in guidance and counseling. The background of this research is to look at the daily activities and arts carried out by students in handling Sundanese cultural values, because with the development of a more modern era so that most students and girls do not pay attention to Sundanese culture, the school applies values Sundanese cultural values in every learning activity as well as art extracurriculars at SMP Negeri 1 Lembang which is named the arts environment (LISES). We used observation, interview and documentation techniques to collect data for this study, with a total of 2 people consisting of 2 guidance and counseling teachers. To check the data validity of this study using data triangulation. Data analysis techniques according to Miles and Huberman, analysis activities consist of 4 stages, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion and verification. The results of the study show that Sundanese cultural values in schools have begun to be implemented and have been running from 1999 to 2023 and have developed because there are new teachers who are competent in Sundanese culture.

Abstract

The strategy and set of values, leadership style, vision and mission, and understandings that are shared by individuals from the organization and the thoughts that are proven by new individuals are referred to as organizational culture. the success of an organizational culture depends on the existence of a strategy that can be used as a basis for competitiveness. the purpose of this study is to find out how the strategy is carried out in implementing organizational cultural values. The method used is to use a qualitative descriptive research method where reference sources come from field observations and use references from the web such as Google Scholar and also other sources from the internet. Applying organizational cultural socialization within an organization, the existence of organizational cultural socialization will create cultural uniformity within the organization. Every thing that has a negative impact on students is expected to have a positive impact on students.

Abstract

A good leadership style is a leadership style that can motivate subordinates to work. Leadership style strategies provide an important scientific basis for effective leadership development, improve team and organizational performance and assist leaders in dealing with complex challenges and changes in the work environment. The leadership strategy at PT Usaha Baru Gemilang applies more to autocratic leadership in which the leader directs and strictly supervises operational employees to ensure that tasks are carried out as they wish. The writing method used in this research is the Implementative method in the form of descriptive explanations, in which to collect instrument data obtained in research through observation, interviews and documentation. Interviews were conducted with 20 respondents using a list of questions containing questions related to the required data. changing the leadership strategy from autocratic to participatory leadership strategy in which the leader will provide space for his subordinates to be able to participate in a decision and will create an atmosphere of mutual trust between members and leaders.

Abstract

The design of this windmill model is made to be able to design how effective the windmill is in producing rpm and power values, especially 12 inch blades. The design method carried out is the planning method and continued with experimental testing. While the design method used is the design with the Pahl & Beitz method, starting from planning and task explanation, product concept planning, shape design and detail design. Supported through several supporting applications, namely solid works, ansys, and AutoCAD, as well as analysis of calculations carried out through formulas obtained in several references through the resulting numbers we can find the absolute value of speed, power and rpm and blades of windmill blades. The calculation analysis obtained becomes a reference in making the blade to get the most effective blade in order to produce the maximum appropriate value. This research uses 12 inch blades and a blower with a maximum power of 300 rpm. The turbine design results obtained through ansys simulation have the highest value of 13.6 m / s on the vertical shaft windmill and 52.2 m / s on the horizontal shaft windmill. While in the calculations obtained through windmill design experiments, the amount of windmill rpm obtained depends on the amount of rpm generated by the blower. The greater the rpm generated by the blower, the greater the windmill rpm value. Similarly, the value of windmill speed is the greater the rpm generated by the windmill, the greater the value of the windmill speed. The blower used is a blower that produces the highest rpm of 2900 rpm. Then the highest resulting wind is 5.03 m/s. In addition to the above calculations, testing was also carried out using the application, namely Ansys, where the maximum effective value was obtained to be able to produce windmills. The maximum speed value obtained through the ansys application is 42.55 km/s.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to identify and analyze the impact of sustainable infrastructure and economic development programs on improving the quality of life of people in the Kertasari Village. Researchers used analytical techniques using quantitative methods. The research location is the Kertasari Village and this research is expected to provide recommendations for policies and development programs that are more effective and sustainable in the future. Kertasari Village is an urban village with a high population density. Despite having good human resource potential, the community's quality of life is still low. The problems faced include high unemployment rates, low living standards, limited access to basic infrastructure, and a lack of economic opportunities. Sustainable infrastructure and economic development is expected to overcome this problem. Sustainable infrastructure development programs improve access to and quality of basic services such as clean water, sanitation and proper roads. Sustainable economic development programs increase people's employment and income opportunities, as well as improve living standards. This program also has a positive impact on the environment through efficient use of energy and good waste management. This study used a quantitative method with respondents from the residents of the Kertasari Village and students. The results of previous research show that sustainable infrastructure and economic development contribute to improving people's quality of life, access to health services, education, and public facilities.
