Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas produk dan pengalaman berbelanja terhadap kepuasan konsumen online shopee (studi pada mahasiswa prodi Manajemen Universitas Victory Sorong). Data yang digunakan adalah data primer yang dikumpulkan melalui observasi dan pembagian kuesioner. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 46 responden dan mereka adalah mahasiswa dari prodi manajemen Universitas Victory Sorong. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu regresi linear berganda, uji multikolinieritas, uji autokorelasi, uji normalitas data, uji hoipotesis T dan F dengan bantuan program aplikasi komputer IMB SPSS 23. Berdasarkan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas produk dan pengalaman berbelanja berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada mahasiswa prodi manajemen Universitas Victory Sorong.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa efektif pemberian reward dan punishment dapat mengurangi perilaku agresivitas pada remaja. Reward dan punishment akan berpengaruh terhadap pengendalian diri yang meliputi pengendalian perilaku, pengendalian kognitif, dan pengendalian keputusan terhadap agresi remaja. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Subyek penelitian ini adalah siswa MTs dan MA Wahid Hasyim (n=131). Kuesioner dan wawancara digunakan sebagai teknik pengumpulan data. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah skala Likert dengan dua variabel yaitu kontrol diri dan agresi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik kuantitatif dan wawancara sebagai sumber data tambahan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 25 (19,1%) sampel dengan skor agresi rendah, 106 sampel (80,9%) dengan skor sedang, dan 0 (0%) dengan skor tinggi. Sedangkan variabel kontrol diri rendah terdapat pada 0 sampel (0%), sedang pada 87 sampel (66,4%) dan tinggi pada 44 sampel (33,6%). Nilai koefisien determinasi (R-squared) yang diperoleh adalah 0,317. Artinya ketiga dimensi pengendalian diri (kontrol perilaku, kontrol kognitif dan pengambilan keputusan) memberikan kontribusi sebesar 22,6% terhadap perubahan variabel agresi. Dengan demikian, 77,4% dipengaruhi oleh dimensi selain ketiga dimensi variabel pengendalian diri yang tidak terukur dalam penelitian ini dan dapat mengubah variabel agresi.

Abstract

The purpose of the Post-Training Evaluation activity is to gather information for further improvement of the training program. While the specific purpose of implementing the Post-Training Evaluation for alumni of the National Leadership Training Level II Class XXVI of 2022 is to find out: changes in the attitude of alumni behavior in carrying out their duties and positions Impact of the National Leadership Training on performance, and Sustainability of PKN Level II policy brief recommendations. The method used in the post-training PKN II Batch XXVI 2022 evaluation carried out by BPSDM Papua Province, is to use the Expert Judgment model. This evaluation model is carried out by involving universities as evaluators and BPSDM employees to analyze the post-training evaluation process with the aim of identifying strengths and weaknesses in aspects related to post-training evaluation. Conclusion: Implementation of PKN Level II Batch XXVI in 2022 is in the Good and Very Good category. The results of the training were implemented by the participants which were manifested in the form of change projects and policy briefs in accordance with the tasks and functions and themes of PKN Level II determined by LAN, in the implementation of change projects there is superior support, availability of resources and support from external parties. Recommendations given to training managers include: Environmental support that is not in favor of the Alumni Action for Change, Evaluation after PKNT Level II Batch XXVI can be used as information material on the sustainability of the policy brief recommendations for LAN RI as the person in charge of PKN II activities, must be committed to the participants and Mentors but can be realized consistently well after the training.

Abstract

Today's modern implementation of e-government requires prioritization of information technology so that online public services become more effective and efficient. In order to implement e-government in Banyuasin Provincial Population and Registry Office and provide services to municipalities, it is necessary to pay attention to what are the factors for implementing e-government. The purpose of this study is to determine the implementation of e-Government in the Banyuasin Province Population and Civil Registration Office. Use of descriptive research type qualitative research methods. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis process Includes data reduction, data presentation, and inference. The results of this study demonstrate his three factors in the implementation of e-government in population and registration services in Banyuasin province. 1). The supporting element is the support and desire of the Banyuasin Regency Population and Registry leadership in implementation. E-government and rules that support e-government implementations. 2). Capacity factors include the availability of financial resources from local revenue and expenditure budgets, the availability of infrastructure resources to support e-government implementations such as computers, WiFi, and printing, and the availability of personnel with capacity includes possibilities. E-Conduct government or community services online and the third). It is a value factor that the Banyuasin Regency Population and Civil Registry Service recognizes as providing online services to the community, and in the implementation of e-government, this is now a big plus in terms of effective and efficient service innovation. Influencing. The population has a service agency and a civil registration office in Banyuasin province, but the benefit felt by the community as recipients of the service is that they no longer need to come to the office to receive the service, especially if they are far away it is easy to get service from the office.

Abstract

Illegal fishing still frequently occurs in Indonesian waters although many efforts have been conducted to stop it. Illegal fishing is not a typical problem Indonesia facing since it experienced also by other rich resource-countries due to its nature as a transnational crime. The writer therefore argues that the solution to overcome such transitional crime shall be done through a cross-national cooperation, including through a bilateral one. Although cooperation with neighboring countries have been conducted by Indonesia, multilateral- and bilaterally, however, all these still cannot secure the waters from illegal fishing. That is why a more serious and a better cooperation, in particular bilaterally, must be fostered by Indonesia’s government to effectively counter such a transnational crime. This research report discusses illegal fishing in the Indonesian waters, its causes, and the ways to handle it so far in the region.

Abstract

Currently there are many learning media that can be used by teachers to support teaching and learning activities with students. The more the times, the more modern the technology that exists today. An example of an item that we often use in our daily lives is gadgets. Various applications are offered on both android and IOS-based devices. For example applicationinshot which is used to create or edit simple videos easily. This research uses a method with a qualitative approach. The problem in this research is how to develop applicationsinshot as a creative learning media. The purpose of this research is to develop applicationsinshot as a creative learning medium that can be used in a variety of subjects at the primary and secondary education levels. The result of this research is applicationinshot really helps teachers in making creative learning media.

Abstract

Akuntansi pertanggungjawaban melalui struktur organisasi, penyusunan anggaran, dan sistem pelaporan biaya merupakan salah satu hal yang penting sebagai alat pengendalian biaya dalam suatu bidang usaha dan sebagai penilaian kinerja. Dalam pengendalian biaya dan penilaian kinerja tersebut, maka penyusunan anggaran akan menjadi hal yang sangat penting untuk membandingkannya dengan realisasi biaya yang akan terjadi dalam suatu kegiatan usaha. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah penerapan akuntansi pertanggungjawaban didalam anggaran yang digunakan sudah efektif dan efisien untuk pengendalian biaya produksi dan penilaian kinerja pada PT. Alfa Scorpi Medan. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif, dengan menguraikan permasalahan yang ada melalui informasi data. Objek penelitian ini adalah PT. Alfa Scorpi Medan  dapat dilihat dari adanya penggambaran secara jelas pembagian wewenang dan tanggung jawab untuk tiap tingkatan manajemen dan hubungan kerja antar bagian-bagian dalam perusahaan. Abstract

Desa Pandean adalah salah satu desa yang ada di Kecamatan Gondang, Kabupaten Nganjuk. Desa ini merupakan salah satu penghasil bawang merah terbesar di Nganjuk. Selain itu, terdapatnya Usaha Kecil, Menengah Dan Mikro (UMKM) di Desa Pandean yang juga memiliki daya tarik wisata yang dapat menunjang daya tarik wisata di Desa Pandean. Potensi alam Desa Pandean juga dapat dijadikan sebagai daya tarik Desa Pandean berupa agrowisata. Dengan pengelolaan dan pembinaan yang baik setiap hari, Desa Pandian dapat dijadikan sebagai desa wisata yang bersaing dengan desa wisata lainnya, khususnya di wilayah Jawa Timur.

Abstract

Background: Stunting education is the process of conveying information and knowledge to individuals, especially mothers regarding stunting in toddlers. Stunting is a condition of growth failure in children under the age of five which is characterized by a shorter height than the standard that should be appropriate for their age. Stunting education aims to increase mothers' understanding and awareness about stunting, its causes, and the importance of fulfilling good nutrition to prevent and overcome stunting in children. Audiovisual methods are often used in stunting education, where information is conveyed through audio and visual media such as videos, presentations or animations. The use of audiovisual methods in stunting education has several advantages. First, this method can help mothers to better understand the information conveyed through an interesting combination of audio and visuals. Second, the use of pictures, graphics and animation can help mothers visualize the concepts and processes related to stunting. Third, this method can increase mothers' involvement and interest in acquiring knowledge about stunting. Purpose: This study aims to determine the effect of health education using audiovisual methods about stunting on mothers' knowledge in Cianjur district in 2023. Methods: The method used is the provision of health education through audio visuals and active discussion with 30 mothers. Knowledge data about stunting was collected using pretest and posttest questionnaires. Results: The results were obtained at the time of the pretest, respondents with good knowledge were 50%, sufficient knowledge was 30%, and knowledge was lacking by 20%. At the time of the posttest, respondents with good knowledge were 80%, 20% was sufficient, and 0% was lacking. Conclusion: There is an influence of health education using the audiovisual method about being able to increase the knowledge of families with toddlers about stunting at the Ciherang Working Area Health Center, Cianjur Regency in 2023. Further research needs to consider further monitoring and evaluation at a certain period of time to see the mother's memory abilities and attitudes who have stunted children. Suggestion: The plan for the next stage is to always increase the motivation of families with toddlers to always bring their children to integrated postal services (Posyandu) so that toddlers can be monitored in terms of nutrition and their development according to their age.

Abstract

UMKM actors seem very important to increase per capita income or improve the economy of a region. UMKM players are required to be able to participate in developing the country's economy and compete globally in economic integration activities between ASEAN countries. The main data in this study used secondary data from the Central Bureau of Statistics, Kemenkop and UMKM as well as various other sources and literature studies related to this research. The dependent variable in this study is Indonesia's Gross Domestic Product (GDP), the independent variable used is the variable number of UMKMs and the number of UMKM workers. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of the number of UMKMs and the number of UMKM workers on the Indonesian economy (GDP). From the research results, it is known that the number of UMKMs and the number of workers is a significant influence on the GDP variable. In total the UMKM sector can influence Indonesia's economic development.
