<![CDATA[Kelebihan kapasitas (Overcrowded) penghuni penjara di Indonesia menjadi persoalan yang tak kunjung selesai. Data terbaru Direktorat Jenderal Pemasyarakatan Kementerian Hukum dan HAM per Januari 2019, jumlah penghuni rutan dan lapas mencapai lebih dari 203 persen dari kapasitas yang ada. Kepadatan ini konsekuensi dari penjatuhan pidana yang berjalan selamsini. Alternatif pidana lain yang ditawarkan adalah restitusi, pidana kerja sosial, dan hukuman lain di luar kurungan. Penelitian ini bertujuan melakukan analisa dan pendalaman dalam memahami bagaimana bentuk rehabilitasi, restitusi, pidana kerja sosial, dan Pidana lain dapat menjadi solusi untuk menghilangkan kelemahan pidana penjara. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian hukum normatif yang biasa disebut dogmatika hukum (Rechtdogmstiek). Bahan hukum yang utama dalam penelitian hukum normatif adalah data kepustakaan. ]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to predict the sales of Go Chicken Karawang restaurant using linear regression method. Daily restaurant sales data during a certain period were collected and analyzed. Subsequently, a linear regression model was developed to predict sales based on the daily data of Go Chicken Karawang restaurant. The study used the Waikato Environment of Knowledge Analysis (WEKA) machine learning. The analysis results showed that the linear regression model was able to predict restaurant sales with the desired level of accuracy. This research can assist restaurant management in production planning, inventory, and marketing strategies.]]>

<![CDATA[This article presents a comprehensive investigation of wind turbine technology in the context of wind energy conversion. Wind turbines are the main solution in illustrating the potential of renewable energy, especially in an era of energy supply uncertainty. This research explores the basic principles of converting wind energy to electricity via wind turbines, examines recent developments in turbine design and technology, and identifies challenges and opportunities in this field. In this context, this article also discusses the environmental, economic and social impacts associated with the application of wind turbine technology. The results of this investigation can provide in-depth insight for readers regarding the effectiveness and sustainability of wind energy conversion through wind turbines.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this research is to explore in more detail the use of audio-visual learning media in increasing students' learning motivation in Pancasila Education subjects in grade 4 SD Negeri 04 Krajankulon. The method used in this research is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach so that researchers know the description or situation of classroom conditions as well as students' understanding and enthusiasm in learning Pancasila Education clearly in grade 4 SD Negeri 04 Krajankulon. The object of this research is 4th grade students of SD Negeri 04 Krajankulon, totaling 24 students. The instruments used are interviews and tests which are carried out orally and in writing after applying audio-visual media in learning. From the results of the study, it was obtained that grade 4 students at SD Negeri 04 Krajankulon looked enthusiastic about learning and were easy to condition. In addition, the use of audio-visual learning media also requires a lot of time for preparation and preparation. Thus, teachers can sort and choose any material that is necessary to use this learning media. Overall, this audio-visual learning media is good to use in learning Pancasila Education and is highly recommended to be tried in other subjects.]]>

<![CDATA[Dalam perdata yang dialami para penghayat aliran kepercayaan menjadi acuan penting dimohonkan pengujian undang-undang 23 Tahun 2006 tentang administrasi kependudukan pasal 61 ayat (1) dan (2) serta dalam pasal 64 ayat (1) dan (5). Rumusan masalah pada jurnal ini ialah apa saja pokok permohonan. Permohonan relevan pemenuhan haknya sebagai warga Negara di putusan mahkamah konstitusi No. 97/ PU–XIV/2016. Dalam pertimbangan Mahkamah Konstitusi dalam pengajuan permohonan tersebut dengan tujuan menguraikan persoalan dengan kaitan pemenuhan hak perdata seorang warga Negara dijelaskan pada putusan No. : 97/PUU-XIV/2016 oleh pemohon, serta mendeskripsikan pertimbangan Mahkamah Konstitusi pokok-pokok putusan Mahkamah Konstitusi No. 97/ PU–XIV/2016. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian hukum normatif dengan pendekatan perundang-undangan dan fakta serta kasus alasan pemohon pada putusan mahkamah konstitusi No. 97/ PU–XIV/2016 hak perdata sebagai warga negara antaranya tidak diterbitkan surat kepemilikan tanah, akta nikah, akta kelahiran serta KK, KTP-el yang tidak valid serta pembatasan hak konstitusional untuk mengakses lapangan kerja sesuai dengan ranah konstitusi. Melalui putusan mahkamah konstitusi ini secara tidak langsung eksistensi penghayat kepercayaan diakui oleh Negara.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to explore the impact of cleanliness on prisoners' psychology. When serving a sentence in a correctional institution, hygiene conditions can affect the psychological well-being of prisoners. The method used in this research is interviews with prisoners and data analysis to evaluate the relationship between the cleanliness of correctional institutions and the psychological well-being of prisoners. The results of this research indicate that improving cleanliness at the Class II B Ngawi Penitentiary can improve the psychological well-being of prisoners. The conclusion of this research is the importance of maintaining cleanliness in correctional institutions as an effort to improve the psychological well-being of prisoners. This research has important implications in efforts to rehabilitate prisoners and improve the correctional system.]]>

<![CDATA[After occurred taḥkÄ«m between caliph Ali and Muawiyah which ended in deceit which caused caliph Ali to be removed from the reins of government power. The taḥkÄ«m process then gave birth to three groups of Muslims, two in the form of a majority group and one in the form of a minority group. The groups that the author refers to are groups that were pro Mu'awiyah, groups that were pro 'Ali which were later named Shiites and minority groups that used to support 'Ali then defected and renamed themselves khawÄrij. In other parts of the world, groups have emerged calling themselves reformers (mujaddid) in Islam. This organization is called Ahmadiyah, founded by Hazrat Mirza Ghulam Ahmad Alqadiani, a Mujaddid of the 14th century Hijriyah who had the titles of Almasih and Mahdi, based on inspiration from Allah SWT. which he received on December 1, 1888.]]>

<![CDATA[Dalam menghadapi perubahan energi global, reaktor nuklir menjadi salah satu opsi yang mungkin untuk memenuhi kebutuhan energi yang meningkat. Namun, keberhasilan implementasi reaktor nuklir sangat bergantung pada dukungan dan pemahaman masyarakat terkait dampaknya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi tingkat pengetahuan masyarakat di Wilayah Tangerang Selatan mengenai dampak lingkungan dan keamanan reaktor nuklir. Hasil kuisioner yang telah terisi mendapatkan hasil bahwa sebagian besar responden masih mempunyai tingkat pengetahuan tertentu yang rendah mengenai reaktor nuklir dan kurangnya informasi terkait dampak lingkungan serta keamanannya. Banyak responden mengindikasikan ketidakpastian dan kurangnya pemahaman terhadap teknologi nuklir, yang tercermin dalam rendahnya tingkat kesadaran terkait risiko dan manfaat yang terkait dengan implementasi reaktor nuklir. Namun, temuan yang menarik adalah adanya minat yang signifikan dari sebagian masyarakat untuk mendapatkan informasi lebih lanjut melalui kegiatan sosialisasi. Sejumlah responden mengekspresikan ketertarikan mereka untuk memahami lebih mendalam tentang reaktor nuklir dan dampaknya.]]>

<![CDATA[The future of corrections offers the potential for significant innovation and transformation in efforts to improve the quality of life for inmates. With technological developments and a more holistic approach to rehabilitation, correctional systems can become more effective in preparing prisoners for reintegration into society. Innovations in education, job training, mental health, and substance rehabilitation programs are key to ensuring that inmates have a better chance of success after release. A transformation in prison culture and management that focuses more on recovery rather than punishment can help reduce recidivism rates. Therefore, the future of correctional institutions must be based on the principles of rehabilitation and reintegration, with an emphasis on real efforts to improve the quality of life of prisoners for their welfare and that of society as a whole.]]>

<![CDATA[Intellectual Property Rights Disputes are problems that often arise in the world of trade, one of which is regarding trademark rights. Brands have a very crucial role in running a business efficiently and in supporting healthy business competition. This is due to the fact that a brand acts as an identifying mark for a particular product, allowing customers to recognize and differentiate the quality of the goods or services they consume. This research discusses a brand problem between MS GLOW and PS GLOW which went viral some time ago where the brands were involved in a brand plagiarism dispute. This research examines from a juridical perspective how to resolve Intellectual Property Rights disputes, as well as the process of resolving brand plagiarism in the PS GLOW case owned by Putra Siregar which resembles the MS GLOW brand owned by Shandy Purnamasari. This research was conducted based on legal principles, legal methods, legal structures, and regulations relevant to the issues discussed in this journal. Disputes regarding Intellectual Property Rights can be carried out through litigation and non-litigation. The settlement of the case between MS GLOW and PS GLOW was carried out through litigation and has resulted in a decision that has permanent legal force. The results of this research reveal that MS GLOW succeeded in winning the case at the Medan Commercial Court, because Shandy Purnamasari was the first person to use and register the MS GLOW brand at the Intellectual Property Department.
