Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work motivation and work discipline on the performance of employees of the Security Section of PT Mercu Buana Center Meruya, West Jakarta. The method used is quantitative. The sampling technique used saturated sampling and obtained a sample of 52 respondents. Data analysis using validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, regression analysis, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing. The results of this study are that work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance with a determination coefficient value of 49.1% and the hypothesis test is obtained t count > t table or (6.945 > 2.009). Work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance with a determination coefficient value of 42.9% and hypothesis testing obtained t count > t table or (6.126 > 2.009). Work motivation and work discipline simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 9.631 + 0.402X1 + 0.363X2. The coefficient of determination is 58.3% while the remaining 41.7% is influenced by other factors. Hypothesis testing obtained F count > F table or (34.298 > 2.790).

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of work environment and work discipline on the performance of employees of the Directorate General of Senior High School Education of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology, South Jakarta, both partially and simultaneously. The method used in this study is quantitative. This study was conducted on 60 employees using probability sampling techniques. Data analysis used validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis and hypothesis test which were analyzed using SPSS 24 program. The results of the study are as follows: The results of simple regression test showed that work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 14,535 + 0,587 X1, the correlation value is 0.597, meaning that the two variables have a moderate level of relationship. The value of the coefficient of determination is 35.6%. The partial hypothesis test of the work environment variable obtained Tcount>Ttable, namely 3,017> 2,002. Thus H01 is rejected and Ha1 is accepted, meaning that there is a significant influence of work environment on employee performance. The analysis of the work discipline variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 15,811 + 0,555 X2. The correlation value is 0.559, meaning that the two variables have a moderate level of relationship. The value of the coefficient of determination is 31.2%. The hypothesis test obtained Tcount>Ttable, namely 2,200> 2,002. Thus H02 is rejected and Ha2 is accepted, meaning that there is a significant influence of The Work Discipline on Employee Performance. The third analysis obtained the regression equation Y = 10,910 + 0,398 X1 + 0,293 X2. The correlation value is 0.638, meaning that the independent variable with the dependent variable has a strong relationship. The value of the coefficient of determination is 40.7%, while the remaining 59.3% is influenced by other factors. The hypothesis test obtained the value of Fcount > Ftable or (19,549 > 3.16). Thus H03 is rejected and Ha3 is accepted. This means that there is a significant influence of work environment and work discipline on employee performance simultaneously.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence leadership and work discipline have on employee performance at PT Salad Segar Lestari Jakarta either partially or simultaneously. The method used is descriptive quantitative. The sampling technique used saturated sampling where the entire population was used as a sample, in this study there were 65 respondents. The analysis used in this study uses validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis and hypothesis testing. The results showed that there was a positive influence between leadership and employee performance partially. Where is the simple linear regression equation Y = 18,557 + 0.571 X1 means that it has a positive effect, the correlation test r = 0.593 is included in the strong category, the coefficient of determination is 34.1% and the remaining 65.9% is influenced by other factors, the t test is tcount 5.840 > ttable 1.669 then Ha1 is accepted and Ho1 is rejected. The results showed that there was a positive influence between work discipline and employee performance partially. Where is the simple linear regression equation Y = 14,655 + 0.672 X2 means that it has a positive effect, the correlation test r = 0.764 is included in the strong category, the coefficient of determination is 57.7% and the remaining 42.3% is influenced by other factors, the t test is tcount 9.401 > ttable 1.669 then Ha2 is accepted and Ho2 is rejected. The results showed that there was a positive influence between leadership and work discipline variables on employee performance simultaneously, where the multiple regression equation Y = 14,410 + 0.018 X1 + 0.659 X2 means that it has a positive effect, the multiple correlation test r = 0.764 is included in the strong category, the coefficient of determination is 57.1% and the remaining 42.9% which is influenced by other factors, the f test of fcount 43.511 > ftable 2.75 means that it can be concluded that the variables of leadership and work discipline have a significant effect on employee performance

Abstract

Academic Information Systems can help universities in academic management. The Academic Information System is managed by the data center and information technology in which there are IT stakeholders. If universities cannot identify the source of threats, then the implementation of academic information systems can pose a risk. Therefore, risk management is needed to detect risk threats as early as possible so that risk prevention or mitigation can be carried out. Risk management is a structured action used for risk identification, assessment, and prevention. This research uses Octave Allegro which has 8 steps, including setting risk measurement criteria, profiling information assets, identifying information asset containers, identifying problem areas, identifying threat scenarios, identifying risks, analyzing risks, and selecting mitigation approaches. The Octave Allegro method is used to determine data security threats. The purpose of this research is to conduct a risk analysis of academic information systems which results in a risk assessment and recommendations related to things that need to be prevented or mitigated. The risk assessment is focused on predetermined areas of concern.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership and work discipline on employee performance at PT. BPR Arthaguna Mandiri in South Tanggerang. The research approach used in this study is the Quantitative Method. The sampling technique used in this study used saturated sampling with a total sample of 75 people. The data collection technique in this study used a questionnaire distributed to employees of PT. BPR Arthaguna Mandiri. Data analysis techniques Data using Descriptive Analysis, Validity Test, Reliability, Simple Regression Analysis, Multiple, Classical Assumptions Test, t-test (Partial), F-test (Simultaneous), Correlation Coefficient and Determination. Processing data in research using SPSS 26. Based on research results the results of multiple linear regression tests obtained the value of the regression coefficient that isY = 23.464 + 0,285X1 + 0,177X2. Simultaneous test results produce a significance value of 0.001 < 0.05 which means Leadership Style and Work Discipline have an effect on Employee Performance. Next, the results of the coefficient of determination show a figure of 0.679 means that 67.9% Leadership Style (X1) and Work Discipline (X2) have an effect on Employee Performance (Y) at PT. BPR Arthaguna Mandiri, while the remaining 32.1% is influenced by variables other interventions. Thus it can be concluded that the hypothesis first (Ha1), second hypothesis (Ha2), and third hypothesis (Ha3) can be accepted.

Abstract

The internet has become a major daily need for society at this time, so with the development of technology and the large demand for internet communications, it demands greater bandwidth capacity and faster transmission. This encourages internet telecommunications service providers to provide network infrastructure capable of serving customers with good quality with adequate device capacity. So the author carried out an analysis and performance of the primary and redundant backbone fiber optic link cable network Gatot Subroto - South Bandung Pt Xyz. The technique used is to analyze attenuation, dispersion, link power budget, rise time budget, and BER. The research objective is to determine the performance of the backbone link network using the help of OptiSystem software. To determine the calculation of link power budget parameters, rise time budget, dispersion, availability and Bit error rate. The results of the research show that the performance of the Gatot Subroto - South Bandung and South Bandung - Gatot Subroto backbone link networks is quite good. As a recommendation in The backbone infrastructure development process requires quite good expertise and requires design in the form of initial calculations, power link budget calculations, power margin calculations to obtain more optimal network performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work shifts and communication on work effectiveness both partially and simultaneously. The research method used is quantitative with data collection techniques by means of field research, namely observation and questionnaire, literature study and data analysis. The population in this study were employees of PT Dev Sukses Group with a total of 52 people, saturated sampling technique, the number of samples in this study were 52 respondents. The results of this study are 1) The work shift has no significant effect on work effectiveness with the regression equation Y = 25.691 + 0.171X1, the correlation value of 0.155 means that the two variables have a very low level of relationship. The coefficient of determination is 2.4% and the hypothesis test obtained t count < t table or (1.107 < 1.674). Thus H0 is accepted and H1 is rejected, meaning that there is no significant effect of work shifts on work effectiveness. 2) communication has a significant effect on work effectiveness with the regression equation Y = 14.604 + 0.493X2 correlation value of 0.456 meaning that the two variables have a moderate level of relationship. The coefficient of determination is 20.8% and the hypothesis test obtained t count> t table or (3.621> 1.675). Thus H0 is rejected and H2 is accepted, meaning that there is a significant effect of communication on work effectiveness. 3) Shift work and communication simultaneously have a significant effect on work effectiveness with the regression equation Y = 12.433 + 0.081X1 + 0.478X2. The correlation value of 0.461 means that the independent variable and the dependent variable have a moderate level of relationship. The coefficient of determination is 21.3% while the remaining 79.7% is influenced by other factors. Hypothesis testing obtained Fcount> Ftabel or (6.629> 3.18). Thus H0 is rejected and H3 is accepted. This means that there is a significant effect simultaneously work shift and communication on work effectiveness.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of Recruitment and Compensation on employee performance partially and simultaneously at PT Dok and Perkapalan Kodja Bahari in North Jakarta. This research method uses a quantitative associative approach description method, using 153 respondents. The sampling method used in this study was to use a random sampling technique by calculating 153 populations using the slovin formula so that a sample of 110 respondents was obtained. Data analysis processing techniques used descriptive analysis, classic assumption test, regression test, correlation test, coefficient of determination test, and hypothesis testing. Recruitment and compensation have a simultaneous effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 28,511 + 0.154 X1 + 0.223 X2. The correlation coefficient value obtained is 0.413, meaning that the independent variable and the dependent variable have a moderate level of influence with a coefficient of determination or simultaneous influence of 15.5% while the remaining 84.5% is influenced by other factors. Hypothesis testing obtained F count > F table or ((11.029 > 2.690), this is also reinforced by a significance probability of 0.045 <0.05. Thus H0 is rejected and H3 is accepted. This means that there is a simultaneous significant effect between Recruitment and Compensation on Performance employees of PT Dok and Shipping Kodja Bahari in North Jakarta.

Abstract

This research focuses on the use of the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method to evaluate and determine the priorities of the most worthy zakat recipients at the Al-Adzkar Mosque. The SAW method, a decision-making technique based on weights that involves adding up attribute scores, is used to assess mustahiq candidates based on predetermined criteria. These criteria usually include factors such as economic status, number of family members, health conditions, education level, and other relevant aspects. Each criterion is given a certain weight to indicate its level of significance, and candidates are evaluated based on these criteria to calculate a total score using the SAW formula. The final result of this research is to categorize mustahiq candidates based on their cumulative scores, and individuals who obtain the highest scores are considered the most deserving zakat recipients. The abstract may also include a brief overview of the social and practical consequences of applying the SAW approach in this particular situation, as well as the efficacy of this method in increasing the objectivity and transparency of mustahiq selection procedures.

Abstract

Rivers are naturally formed channels on the earth's surface that collect and channel rainwater from high areas to lower areas and eventually end up in lakes or the sea. Heavy metals are metals that have a specific gravity greater than 5 g/cm3. Basically, these heavy metals pollute soil, water, and air. Heavy metals that accumulate in the body are one of the causes of degenerative diseases, especially cancer. The purpose of this study was to determine the levels of heavy metals based on the parameters of Copper and Zinc in Lalang River, Suka Maju Village, Batu Bara. Analyze the data from the test results of heavy metal levels based on the parameters of copper and zinc obtained, then compare with the water quality standards set in Appendix IV of PPRI Number 22 of 2021 concerning river water quality standards and the like. The results of heavy metal measurements of Copper (Cu) and Zinc (Zn) conducted at the Medan Baristand Laboratory, it can be concluded that the third research station still meets the river water quality standards according to PPRI No. 22 of 2021 class II. In the parameters of temperature, DO, pH and salinity still meet the air quality standards according to PPRI No. 22 of 2021 class II.
