Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of current ratio (CR) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) on Net Profit Margin (NPM) at PT. Kimia Farma Tbk Period 2013- 2022. The population of this research is all financial reports PT. Kimia Farma Tbk. The sampling method used was a purposive sampling method, so that samples were obtained  for 10 years of observation. Research data was obtained from the company website and the samples used are balance sheets and profit and loss reports from PT. Kimia Farma. The sample data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS version 25 program and the collection technique is purposive sampling. The results of this research show that partially the Current Ratio variable has a significant effect on Net Profit Margin where the T-count is greater than the T-table (5.581 > 2.36462) and the significance value is smaller than 0.05 (0.001 < 0.05). The Debt to Equity Ratio variable has a significant effect on Net Profit Margin where the T-count is greater than the T-table (3.342 > 2.36462) and the significance value is smaller than 0.05 (0.014 < 0.05). Based on the results of the F test it shows that simultaneously Current Ratio (CR) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) where F-count is (21.118) > F- table is (4.74) and obtained a significance (F-statistic) of 0.001 which is smaller than 0.05 . Based on the results of the coefficient of determination (R²) which obtained a value of 1.05210, this explains that the influence of the presentation of the independent variable on the dependent variable is 85.20% and the remaining 14,20% is influenced by other factors outside the variables of this research.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of work discipline and motivation on employee performance at PT Infomedia Nusantara Services BSD Consumer TAM, both partially and simultaneously. The method used is quantitative. The sampling technique used saturated sampling and the sample obtained in this study was 65 respondents. Data analysis uses validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, regression analysis, coefficient of determination analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of this research are that work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 14,672 + 0.618 (X1). The coefficient of determination value is 43.0%. Hypothesis testing obtained Tcount > Ttable or (6.897 > 1.998). Thus, Ho is rejected and H1 is accepted, meaning that there is a significant influence of work discipline on employee performance. Motivation has a significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 15.972 + 0.628 (X2). The coefficient of determination value is 41.1%. Hypothesis testing obtained Tcount > Ttable or (6.635 > 1.998). Thus, Ho is rejected and H₂ is accepted, meaning that there is a significant influence of motivation on employee performance. Work discipline and motivation have a significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 7.198 + 0.421 (X1) + 0.410 (X2). The coefficient of determination value was 56.2%, while the remaining 43.8% was influenced by other variables not used in this research. Hypothesis testing obtained a value of Fcount > Ftable or (39,747 > 2,750). Thus, Ho is rejected and H3 is accepted, meaning that there is a significant simultaneous influence of work motivation and work environment on employee performance

Abstract

Kontrakan adalah salah satu tempat pelayanan yang diberikan atau tempat pada suatu kawasan hunian sementara yang dibangun oleh seorang pemilik kontrakan dengan ukuran kamar dan biaya sewa yang berbeda-beda. Banyaknya pendatang di daerah karang tengah membuat para pemilik kontrakan membangun kontrakan sebagai salah satu usaha yang menjanjikan. Berdasarkan pada hasil observasi yang dilakukan peneliti di beberapa kontrakan di daerah karang tengah, dimana proses pencarian kontrakan masih dilakukan secara manual dengan mengelilingi beberapa komplek perumahan yang belum tentu ada kontrakan tersedia dilokasi tersebut, terlebih bagi orang-orang awam yang masih baru pertama kali datang di daerah karang tengah dengan keperluan tertentu dan juga bagi orang yang mungkin punya kepentingan satu atau dau minggu lebih di daerah karang tengah, seperti orang-orang yang datang dari luar kota dengan berbagai kepentingan bisnis dan pekerjaan Dari beberapa masalah tersebut dan diiringi dengan perkembangan teknologi diera saat ini, pada penelitian ini berupaya memberikan solusi dengan memfasilitasi para pencari kos dalam melakukan proses transakasi pemesanan kontrakan dengan merancang aplikasi E-KOST berbasis android. Aplikasi E-KOST ini dibangun sebagai media alternatif dalam mengetahui sistem informasi tentang pencarian kontrakan. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode RAD (Rapid Application Development) untuk mempermudah peneliti dalam membangun atau merancang aplikasi E-KOST berbasis android. Hasil dari penelitian ini berupa sebuah aplikasi yang dapat diakses melalui smartphone android. Dengan bantuan aplikasi ini, diharapkan dapat memfasilitasi para pencari kos dan pemilik kontrakan dalam melakukan transaksi pemesanan kontrakan.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of job training and work discipline on employee performance at PT. Perdana Prima Bhakti Mandiri. This research uses quantitative methods. The sampling technique used saturated sampling and the sample obtained in this study was 65 respondents. Data analysis uses validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of this research show that: (1) Job training has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a regression of Y = 10.159 +0.758 X1, a correlation value of 0.734, meaning the two variables have a strong level of relationship. The coefficient of determination value is 53.8%. Hypothesis test results showed that the t count was greater than the t table or 8.567 > 1.998 and a significance value of 0.001 < 0.05. Thus, H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, meaning that there is a positive and significant influence between job training and employee performance. (2) Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a regression of Y = 6.771 + 0.835X2, a correlation value of 0.779, meaning that the two variables have a strong level of relationship. The coefficient of determination value is 60.6%. Hypothesis testing obtained that the t count was greater than the t table or 9.853 > 1.998 and a significance value of 0.001 < 0.05. Thus, H0 is rejected and H2 is accepted, meaning that there is a positive and significant influence between work discipline and employee performance. (3) Job training and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 2.258 + 0.398X1 + 0.559X2, the correlation coefficient value is 0.830, meaning that the independent variable and the dependent variable have a strong level of relationship. The coefficient of determination value is 68.9% while the remaining 31.1% is influenced by other factors. hypothesis testing obtained calculated f is greater than f table or 68.521 > 2.750 and a significance value of 0.001 < 0.05. Thus, H0 is rejected and H3 means that there is a simultaneous positive and significant influence between job training and work discipline on employee performance at PT. Perdana Prima Bhakti Mandiri.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) and Net Interest Margin (NIM) have on Return on Asset (ROA) of PT Bank Tabungan Negara Tbk in the period 2003-2023. The method used in the research is a descriptive quantitative method. Sampling using purpose sampling technique. The data analysis method used is simple linear regression analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing T test, F test and coefficient of determination (R2) using the SPSS 25 approach. The population of this study is the annual financial report published by PT Bank Tabungan Negara Tbk. The T test results show that CAR has a Sig value. (0.457) > (0.05) and the value of t count < t table (-0.050) < (2.10982), this means that parisally CAR has no effect and is not significant on Return on Asset (ROA). LDR has a Sig. value (0.779) > (0.05) and the t value < t table (0.169) < (2.10982), this means that LDR partially has no effect and is not significant to Return on Asset (ROA). NIM has a Sig value. (0.082) > (0.05) and the value of t count> t table (3.659) > (2.10982), this means that NIM partially has a positive and significant effect on Return on Asset (ROA). While the results of the F-test research show that the value of Sig. (0.012) < (0.05) and the value of F count> f table 7.984> 3.01, this means that CAR, LDR and NIM simultaneously affect Return on Asset (ROA). The test results of the Coefficient of Determination (R2) show the Adjusted R-Square value of 0.677, this means that together the effect of CAR, LDR and NIM on Return on Asset (ROA) has a contribution of 67.7% while it is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of Reward and Punishment on Employee Performance both partially and simultaneously at PT. Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk. Bogor Branch. This research method uses quantitative methods. The collection methods used are primary data and secondary data.this research used the Slovin Technique, namely 85 respondents. The analysis techniques used were validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, simple linear regression analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient test, coefficient of determination test and hypothesis testing. Partially testing the hypothesis for the Reward variable (X1) obtained a calculated t value > t table (7.543 > 1.9893) and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. This means that Reward (X1) has a significant effect on Employee Performance (Y). Partially testing the hypothesis for the Punishment variable (X2) obtained a calculated t value > t table (3.492 > 1.9893) and a significance value of 0.001 < 0.05. This means that Punishment (X2) has a significant effect on Employee Performance (Y). Simultaneous hypothesis testing obtained fcount > ftable (190.815 > 3.11) and a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05. So it can be concluded that Reward (X1) and Punishment (X2) simultaneously have a significant effect on Employee Performance (Y). The determination obtained by the Adjusted R Square is 0.823, meaning that the Reward and Punishment variables together have an influence contribution of 82,3% on employee performance. Meanwhile, the remaining 17,7% was influenced by other factors not examined in this study

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the effect of inflation and interest rates on firm value in food and beverage sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018 - 2022. The method used in the research is a quantitative method by taking inflation anf interest rate data as well as financial report data of food and beverage sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sample used in this research was 21 companies from 45 populations. The data analysis used is descriptive statistic analysis, panel data regression analysis, classic assumption test and hypothesis test. The research results show that partially inflation has no effect on firm value (PBV). This can be seen from the significant value of 0,1006 > 0,05 dan tstatistic -1,657180 < ttable 1,98177. Meanwhile, interest rate partially have an effect on firm value (PBV). This can be seen from the significant value of   0.0482 < 0,05 dan tstatistic 1.999992 > ttable 1,98177. Based on simultaneous test, inflation and interest rates have no effect on firm value (PBV), this can be seen from the significant value of 0,132529 > 0,05 dan fstatistic 2.061530 < ftable 3,93.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the effect of Return On Equity, Capital Adequacy Ratio and Return On Assets on the PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk. in period 2014-2023. The method used in the research is a quantitative method by taking stocks data as well as financial report data of PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk. The data analysis used is descriptive statistic analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, classic assumption test and hypothesis test. The research results show that partially Return On Equity has no effect on stocks return because the significant value is 0,143 > 0,05 and tstatistic 1,622 < ttable 2,22814, partially Capital Adequacy Ratio has no effect on stocks return because the significant value is 0,517 > 0,05 and tstatistic -0,678 < ttable 2,22814, partially Return On Asset has no effect on stocks return because the significant value is 0,162 > 0,05 and tstatistic 1,542 < ttable 2,22814. Based on simultaneous test, Return On Equity, Capital Adequacy Ratio and Return On Assets have no effect on Stock Returns because the significant value is 0,523 > 0,05 and tstatistic 0,833 < Ftable 5,32.

Abstract

This research aims to determine financial performance and to determine and analyze the health level of PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) TBK. The analysis tool used is CAMEL. Assessment using the CAMEL method consists of CAR, ROA, BOPO and LDR. This research uses quantitative data with descriptive research using secondary data. The results of this research indicate that the level of bank health at PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) TBK is measured by financial performance. Capital is measured using the CAR ratio in 2018 of (1,209.6), in 2019 of (1,213.9), in 2020 of (1,199), in 2021 of (1,196), in 2022 of (1,194.6) categorized in the no group healthy, Earnings are measured using the ROA ratio in 2018 of (1433.33), in 2019 of (1440), in 2020 of (793.33), in 2021 of (1180), in 2022 of (1506.66) categorized in healthy and BOPO group in 2018 amounted to (49.86), in 2019 amounted to (51.93), in 2020 amounted to (72.47), in 2021 amounted to (79.23), in 2022 amounted to (80.93) categorized as not healthy and liquidity is measured using the LDR ratio in 2018 of (75.12), in 2019 of (75.2), in 2020 of (128), in 2021 of (141.28), in 2022 of (151.36) categorized in healthy and unhealthy groups.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Return on equity  and Earning Per Share on Share Price at PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk. The method used is quantitative method. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling in the form of financial statements of PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk for 10 years in the period 2013-2022. Data analysis using classical assumption test, regression analysis, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing. The results of this study are Return on equity  has no significant effect on Stock Price with hypothesis testing obtained t value < t table or (1.610 < 2.306). Earning Per Share has no significant effect on Stock Price with the obtained t value < t table or (-0.065 < 2.306). This is also reinforced by the value of ρ value < Sig.0.05 or (0.950 > 0.050). Return on equity  and Earning Per Share can be obtained regression equation Y = 1275.241 + 66.394X1 - 0.231X2.  Thus there is a significant effect of Return on equity  and Earning Per Share on Stock Price.
