Abstract

This study aims to analyze and evaluate the liquidity performance, profitability level, solvency level, and operational efficiency of PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk (INDF) during the period of 2018-2022. The research method used is descriptive analysis, which involves calculating and illustrating financial ratios, horizontal analysis by comparing INDF's financial statements year-on-year, and comparative analysis by comparing INDF's financial statements with those of five similar companies in the food and beverage industry. The analyzed ratios include Current Ratio (CR), Cash Ratio (CAR), Return on Assets (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE), Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Total Asset Turnover (TATO), and Inventory Turnover (ITO). Data is derived from INDF's annual financial statements and industry averages. The results show that INDF's liquidity is lower than the industry average. INDF’s CR ranges from 106.63%-178.60% while the industry average is 355.53%-399.59%. INDF’s CAR increased from 28.23% in 2018 to 84.44% in 2022, but remains below the industry average. INDF’s ROA varies between 5.09%-6.25% compared to the industry average of 6.45%-18.43%. INDF’s ROE reached 12.93% in 2021, while the industry average ranges from 0.45%-33.05%. INDF’s DAR is 43.66%-51.70% and DER is 77.48%-107.03%, both higher than the industry average. INDF’s operational efficiency, measured by TATO and ITO, is also lower. It is recommended that INDF improve liquidity, profitability, solvability, and operational efficiency through cash management strategies, cost control, product diversification, debt restructuring, and technology investment.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of workload and compensation on employee job satisfaction at PT. Pos Indonesia Ciputat Branch. This study uses a quantitative method with data collection techniques through the distribution of questionnaires and literature studies. The population in this study is 139 employees. The sample used was 58 employees using the Slovin technique. The data analysis used was validity test analysis, reliability test, classical assumption test, simple linear regression analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient test, determination coefficient test and hypothesis test with the help of the SPSS 26 application. The results of this study show that: Regression equation Y = 21.766 + 0.549X1, correlation value of 0.638 means that the two variables have a strong relationship level. The value of the determination coefficient was 40.8%. The hypothesis test obtained a calculation of 3.776 > a table of 1.673 significant values of 0.000 < 0.05. Thus, Ho1 is rejected and Ha1 is accepted, meaning that there is a positive and significant influence of workload on employee job satisfaction. Compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction with the regression equation Y = 10.401 + 0.773X2, a correlation value of 0.653 means that the two variables have a strong relationship level. The value of the determination coefficient was 42.7%. The hypothesis test obtained a calculation of 4.073 > a table of 1.673 significant values of 0.000 < 0.05. Thus, Ho2 is rejected and Ha2 is accepted, meaning that there is a positive and significant influence of compensation on employee job satisfaction. Workload and compensation have a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction with the regression equation Y = 7.462 + 0.348X1 + 0.517X2, the correlation value is 0.738 meaning that the independent variable with the bound variable has a strong relationship level. The value of the determination coefficient was 54.5%. The hypothesis test obtained an F value of 32.927 > F table and a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05, then it can be concluded that Ho3 was rejected and H3 was accepted, meaning that there was a simultaneous positive and significant influence between workload and compensation on employee job satisfaction at PT Pos Indonesia Ciputat South Tangerang Branch.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an effect of Return On Asset (ROA) and Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR) on Stock Prices in Property and Real Estate Sector Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the Period 2016 - 2023. The method in this research is quantitative type with descriptive method. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing using t-statistics to test partial regression coefficients and using f-statistics to calculate objections together (simultaneously) with a significant level of 5%. In addition, a classical assumption test is also carried out which includes normality test, multicorelity test, heteroscedasticity test and autocorrelation test. The results showed that Return On Asset (ROA) produced a significance value of 0.3849> 0.05 and tcount 0.876079 < t table 2.00575. it can be concluded that Return On Asset (ROA) has no effect on stock prices. While the Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR) produces a significance value of 0.0002 <0.05 and tcount -4.045130> t table 2.00575, it can be concluded that the Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR) has an effect on stock prices. Then Return On Asset (ROA) and Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR) simultaneously obtained a value (f-statistic) of 0.000577 <0.05 and fcount 8.612737> ftabel 2.171626. it can be concluded that in a simultaneous variable that Return On Asset (ROA) and Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR) have a significant effect on stock prices.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the influence of incentives and motivation on employee performance at PT Esta Dana Ventura Ciputat Branch, both partially and simultaneously. The method used in this research is a quantitative descriptive method. The sampling technique used was a saturated sampling technique with a sample of 60 respondents. Data analysis uses validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, descriptive analysis, simple regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of this research are that incentives have a significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 19,530 + 0.572 .8% is influenced by other factors. Hypothesis testing obtained a calculated t value > t table or (6.773 > 2.002). Thus, H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that there is a significant influence between incentives on employee performance. motivation has a significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 9.678 + 0.760 influenced by other factors. Hypothesis testing obtained a calculated t value > t table or (10.911 > 2.002). Thus, H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that there is a significant influence between motivation and employee performance. incentives and motivation have a significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 8.725 + 0.141 X1 + 0.652 X2. The correlation coefficient value or level of relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable is 0.828, meaning it has a very strong relationship with the value of the coefficient of determination or simultaneous influence contribution of 0.686 or 68.6% while the remaining 31.4% is influenced by other factors. Hypothesis testing obtained a calculated F value > F table or (62.173 > 2.766). Thus H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. This means that there is a significant simultaneous influence between incentives and motivation on employee performance at PT Esta Dana Ventura Ciputat Branch, South Tangerang.

Abstract

This research aims to determine Return On Assets (ROA) and Debt To Equity Ratio (DER) Against Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) at PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk 2013-2022. This method uses quantitative research, with a sample of financial reports in the form of panel data of 10 years. The analysis techniques used are descriptive statistical tests, classical assumption tests (normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test and autocorrelation test), simple linear regression analysis, linear regression analysis multiple, coefficient of determination test, hypothesis test (T test and F test) with the help of the IBM SPSS Statistics Version 27 program. The results of this research Return On Assets produced a Tcount value of -2.534, exceeding the Ttable value of 2.365 with a significance level of 0.039 < 0.050. Shows that the Return On Asset variable has a significant effect on the Dividend Payout Ratio. The Debt To Equity Ratio shows a T value of -3.332, above the table value of 2.365, with a significance level of 0.013 < 0.050. Shows that the Debt To Equity Ratio variable significantly influences the Dividend Payout Ratio. Return On Assets and Debt To Equity Ratio have a significant influence on the Dividend Payout Ratio. The F test obtained Fcount of 5.551, exceeding the Ftable of 4.74 and a significance level of 0.036 < 0.050. Then the results of the coefficient of determination test were 50.3%, the dependent variable Dividend Payout Ratio was influenced by the independent variables Return On Assets and Debt To Equity Ratio, while the remaining 49.7% was explained by other variables not examined in this research.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of profitability and leverage on stock returns in pharmaceutical and health companies PT. Kalbe Farma Tbk. for the period 2013-2022. Type of quantitative research using descriptive analysis and associative analysis techniques. The population and sample used in this research were all financial reports at PT. Kalbe Farma Tbk. The results of this research show that partially profitability has a positive and significant effect on stock returns, this can be seen from the ROE test results which show a value (tcount 2.945 > ttable 2.365) and a significant value (0.022 <0.05.) The results of the Leverage research show that partially negative and significant effect on stock returns. DER test results show that the value is (tcount -3.021 > ttable 2.365) and the value is significant (0.019 < 0.05). The results of the F test show that profitability and leverage simultaneously influence stock returns. This can be seen from the results of the F test which shows that the value (Fcount 4.930 > Ftable 4.460) and the significant result is (0.046 <0.05),with a coefficient of determination value of 0.867, which means that the profitability of leveraged funds has an effect of 86,7% on stock returns, while the remainder is 13,3% is influenced by other variables.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the physical work environment, physical work environment, and organizational culture on performance at the South Tangerang City Manpower Office. Method method used Quantitative. Sampling technique used is a saturated sample which amounted to 77 respondents. Tests used validity test, reliability test reliability, classical assumption test, linear regression test, correlation coefficient test, test the coefficient of determination, hypothesis test (t test and f test). The results of the research environment, physical work environment and organizational culture have a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a regression equation Y = 4.5.employee performance with the regression equation Y = 4.379 +0.178 X1 + 0.705X2. The simultaneous correlation coefficient is 0, 893 or 89.3%.meaning that the two variables have a strong level of relationship. Determination value or contribution of 79.8% the rest by 20.2% Hypothesis testing obtained Fcount value 46.374> F table 3.120 with a significant level of 0.000 <0.05.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the partial and simultaneous influence of Work Discipline (XI) and Work Environment (X2) on Employee Performance (Y) at PT Lucky Indah Keramik Kota Tangerang. The method used is a quantitative method. The object of this study is the employees of PT Lucky Indah Keramik Tangerang City. The sample in this study amounted to 60 employees. Data analysis and test techniques include validity tests and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, simple and multiple linear regression tests, correlation coefficient tests, determination coefficient tests and hypothesis tests using the Statistical Package for the Social Science (SPSS) Version 26. The result of this study is that Work Discipline partially has a positive effect on Employee Performance, this is evidenced by the results of the hypothesis test obtained t calculation > t table or 6.008 > 2.001 with a significance value of 0.000 > 0.5. The Work Environment partially has a positive effect on Employee Performance, this is evidenced by the results of the hypothesis test obtained t calculation > t table or 4.806 > 2.001 with a significance value of 0.000 > 0.5. Discipline and Work Environment simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on Employee Kineria with the results of the hypothesis test obtained F count > F table or 24.923 > 3.16 with a significance value of 0.000 > 0.005. The magnitude of the influence of Work Discipline (X₁) and Work Environment (X₂) on Employee Performance (Y) at PT Lucky Indah Keramik Kota Tangerang is 68.3% and the remaining 31.7% is influenced by other factors.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of Current Ratio and Debt to Equity Ratio on Stock Price partially and simultaneously in PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk. (INDF) in 2014-2023. This research method is a quantitative method. The population used in this study is the entire financial statements of PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk. in 2014-2023 and the sample in this study is the company's financial statements in the form of balance sheets and income statements of PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk. in 2014-2023. The data analysis techniques used are descriptive analysis, classical assumption test, statistical analysis, determination coefficient test and hypothesis testing. The results of this study show that partially the Current Ratio does not have a significant effect on the Stock Price, the results of the t-test calculation are obtained t_hitung is smaller than t_tabel (-1,510 < 2,306) and a significant value of 0.175 > 0.05. Meanwhile the Debt to Equity Ratio partially has a significant effect on the Stock Price, The results of the t-test calculation were obtained t_(hitung )is greater than t_(tabel )(2,840 > 2,306) and significant values of 0.025 < 0.05. The results of the F test research show that the Current Ratio and Debt to Equity Ratio simultaneously affected the Stock Price, the results of the F test calculation were obtained F_hitung is greater than F_(tabel )(6,166 > 4,7) and the significance value was 0.029 < 0.05.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Current Ratio and Debt to Asset Ratio on Return on Asset of PT Fast Food Indonesia Tbk for the period 2014-2023. The independent variables in this study are Current Ratio and Debt to Asset Ratio, while the dependent variable is Return on Asset. This research method is quantitative with analysis in the form of multiple linear regression. The data used are secondary data. The population in this study is the Financial Report of PT Fast Food Indonesia Tbk for the period 2014-2023. The sample used is the results of the Financial Report in the form of Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss Statement of PT Fast Food Indonesia Tbk for the period 2014-2023. Based on the results of the hypothesis, the Current Ratio results have a Tcount value <Table or (0.819 <2.306) and a significant value smaller than Sig. 0.05 or (0.440> 0.05) then Hol is accepted and Hal is rejected, this shows that the Current Ratio has no significant effect on Return on Asset. The results of the Debt to Asset Ratio hypothesis have a Tcount value > Ttable or (-1 .223 < 2.306). And the significant value is smaller than Sig. 0.05 or (0.261 > 0.05) then Ho2 is accepted and Ha2 is rejected, this shows that Debt to Asset Ratio has a significant negative effect on Return on Assets. And from the results of the F Test, the Fcount value is obtained > Ftable or (17.112 > 4.47) and the significant value is smaller than Sig, or 0.05 or (0.002 < 0.05) then Ho3 is rejected and Ha3 is accepted, this shows that simultaneously Current Ratio and Debt to Asset Ratio have a significant effect on Return on Assets.
