Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of the Rate of Return Ratio Assets and debt to share price ratio at PT Bank Capital Indonesia Tbk for the 2013-2022 period partially and simultaneously. The research method used is a quantitative approach. The population used in this research is the financial position report and profit and loss financial report of PT Bank Capital Indonesia Tbk 2013-2022. The sample used is the return on assets ratio, debt ratio, share price of PT Bank Capital Indonesia Tbk. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis and statistical analysis through the SPSS calculation stage using IBM SPSS version 24 (classical assumption test, regression analysis, coefficient test and hypothesis test). The research results show that Return On Assets has negatively a significant effect on stock prices, T Test calculation results obtained tcount of 3.201> 0.7063 ttable and a significant value of 0.015<0.05, the Debt To Equity ratio has positively a significant effect on share prices. The results of the T test calculation obtained tcount of 4.976> 0.7063 and a significant value of 0.002<0.05, ratio Debt To Equity Ratio has a significant influence on stock prices. The results of research simultaneously using the F test Retun On Assets and Debt To Equity Ratio simultaneously have an influence on shares. This is proven by the results of the F test calculation which shows Fcount 20,100>Ftable 4.46 and a significant value of 0.001 < 0.05

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of work stress variables and the work environment on the performance of employees of PT TIKI JNE S.Parman Branch, West Jakarta. This type of research uses associative quantitative. The data analysis methods used in this research are validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, descriptive analysis, simple linear regression test, multiple linear regression test, correlation coefficient test, coefficient of determination test, t test and f test. The number of samples in this research was 60 respondents. The sampling technique used saturated sampling and a sample of 60 PT employees was obtained,  TIKI JNE S. Parman Branch, West Jakarta. The analysis in this research uses simple and multiple linear regression analysis. Relationships were analyzed using multiple linear regression. With the multiple linear regression equation, namely Y = 36.752 - 0.613 X1 + 0.223 X2. The results of this research show that work stress has a negative effect on employee performance with a calculated t value of – 8.695 > t table 2.002, so the hypothesis is accepted.  Work environment variables have a positive influence on employee performance with a calculated t value of 4.654 > t table 2.002 so the hypothesis is accepted. Work stress and the work environment simultaneously and significantly influence employee performance with a calculated f value of 48.728 > f table 2.77. The coefficient of determination value shows that work stress and the work environment contribute to employee performance by 63.1%, while the remaining 36.9% is influenced by other factors not studied.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of leadership and work discipline on employee performance at the Lebaksangka Village Office, Lebakgedong District, Lebak Regency, Banten Province. The method used is quantitative. The population used in this research was 53 employees with a sampling technique using saturated sampling, namely 53 respondents. Data analysis uses validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, regression analysis, correlation coefficients, coefficients of determination and hypothesis testing. The results of this research are that leadership influences employee performance with a coefficient of determination value of 37.1% and the hypothesis test obtained t count > t table or (5.481 > 2.006). Work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance with a coefficient of determination value of 61.2% and hypothesis testing obtained t count > t table or (8.966 > 2.009). Leadership and work discipline simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 7.042 + 0.178X1 + 0.667X2. The coefficient of determination value is 22.9%. Hypothesis testing obtained a calculated F value > F table or (41.972 > 3.18). Thus, it can be explained that there is a significant simultaneous influence between Leadership and Work Discipline on the Performance of Lebaksangka Village Office Employees, Lebakgedong District, Lebak Regency, Banten Province.

Abstract

This study aims to (1) To determine the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction at the Agus Motor Workshop in Indramayu, West Java, (2) To determine the effect of price on customer satisfaction at the Agus Motor Workshop in Indramayu, West Java, (3) To determine the effect of service quality and price simultaneously on customer satisfaction at the Agus Motor Workshop in Indramayu, West Java. The research method used is a quantitative research type. The population in this study were customers who repaired motorbikes at the Agus Motor Workshop in Indramayu, West Java in 2022, which amounted to 7,989 customers, then from this population 99 samples were taken as respondents in this study. The data sources in the study are primary data through surveys, interviews, and questionnaires and secondary data in the form of library studies and documentation. The data analysis methods used in this study consisted of descriptive analysis, validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, autocorrelation test, heteroscedasticity test, and hypothesis test through multiple linear regression, correlation test, determination test, t test and f test. The results of this study are (1) There is a positive and significant influence between service quality and customer satisfaction at Agus Motor Workshop Indramayu West Java, this is evidenced by the simple linear regression equation Y = 3.169 + 0.488 (XI). (2) There is a positive and significant influence between price and customer satisfaction at Agus Motor Workshop Indramayu West Java, this can be evidenced by the simple linear regression equation Y = 4.020 + 0.592 X2. (3) Simultaneously there is a positive and significant influence between service quality and price on customer satisfaction at Agus Motor Workshop Indramayu West Java, this can be evidenced by the multiple linear regression equation Y = 1.340, 0, 281 X1 +0.339 X2. obtained the value of F or (108.779>3.091), this is also reinforced by the value - Sig 0.05 or (0.000 <0.05). Thus, Ho3 is rejected and Ha3 is accepted, this shows that there is a positive and significant influence simultaneously between Service Quality and Price simultaneously on Customer Satisfaction at Agus Motor Workshop Indramayu West Java

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of work motivation and work environment on employee performance at PT Sumber Barokah in Larangan Tangerang, both partially and simultaneously. The method used in this research is a quantitative method. Using survey techniques with the data collection instrument used, namely a questionnaire with a Likert scale. This research uses a sampling technique, namely a saturated sample with a total of 63 respondents. The data analysis used is instrument test, classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis, correlation coefficient test, determination test, and hypothesis test, namely t-count test and F-count test. The results of this research show that work motivation (X1) don’t has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. (Y), where the calculated t value < t table (1.342 < 2.002 and sig 0.005 < 0.05). And the work environment (X2) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y) where the calculated t value > t table (4.691 > 2.002 and sig 0.00 < 0.05). So it can be stated that Work Motivation and Work Environment have a positive and significant influence on Employee Performance where the calculated f value > F table (136.263 > 3.15 and sig 0.000 < 0.05 or 0.000 < 0.005). this means that 82.0% of employee performance can be influenced by variables X1 (Work Motivation) and X2 (Work Environment) while the remaining 18.0% of employee performance is influenced by other variables not studied (such as work discipline and workers' wages)..

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the effect of Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and Company Size both partially and simultaneously on Return On Equity (ROE) at PT Mustika Ratu Tbk for the 2013-2022 Period. The data used in this study are secondary. Using descriptive research methods and the data is quantitative. The population used is the entire annual financial report of PT Mustika Ratu Tbk. The samples used in this study are in the form of financial position reports and profit / loss statements. The analysis method used in this research is descriptive test, classical asumi test, linear regression test and hypothesis testing using SPSS version 27. The research results for Current Ratio (CR) show that partially it has a significant and positive effect on Return On Equity (ROE). This is evidenced by the tcount value of 3.556 < t table 2.447 with a significant value of 0.012 < 0.05. The research results for Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) show that partially it has a significant and negative effect on Return On Equity (ROE). This is evidenced by the tcount of -6.811 > t table 2.447 with a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05. The research results for Company Size show that partially it has a significant and positive effect on Return On Equity (ROE). This is evidenced by the tcount value of 17.837 > t table 2.447 with a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05. Simultaneously CR, DER, and Company Size have a significant effect on ROE at PT Mustika Ratu Tbk. Period 2013-2022. This is evidenced by the fcount of 155.862 > ftabel 4.35 with a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of recruitment and selection on employee performance at PT Dua Barokah Sejahtera (D'Bro Chicken&Burger) Depok City. The method used is descriptive quantitative. The sampling technique used Saturated Samples and obtained a sample of 60 respondents. The data analysis method uses regression tests, correlation coefficients, coefficients of determination, t tests and F tests. The results of this research show that there is an influence of recruitment on employee performance at PT Dua Barokah Sejahtera (D'Bro Chicken & Burger) Depok City, this can be proven from the simple linear regression equation Y= 9.861 + 0.790X. The correlation value is 0.724. The determination value of R Square is 52.5%, the calculated t value > t table or 7.999 > 2.002. This is reinforced by a significance value < 0.050 or 0.000 < 0.05. There is an influence of selection on employee performance, this is proven by the simple linear regression equation Y = 22.944 + 0.498 X. The correlation value is 0.498. The R Square determination value is 24.8%, the t value > t table or 4.374 > 2.002. This is also reinforced by the significance value < 0.050 or 0.000 < 0.05. Simultaneously, there is an influence of Recruitment and Selection on Employee Performance. This can be proven from the multiple linear regression equation Y = 13.142 + 0.139X1 + 0.442 X2. The correlation value is 0.725. The R Square determination value is 52.6%, the calculated F value > F table or 31.621 > 3.16, this is also reinforced by the significance < 0.050 or 0.000 < 0.05.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Inflation and the Rupiah Exchange Rate (Kurs) on the Composite Stock Price Index (IHSG) at the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2012 – 2022. The research method used in this study is quantitative research. The sampling method is purposive sampling with criteria set by the author. The data used is time series data for the period from January 2012 to December 2022. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis with a significance level of 5%. Based on partial testing results, the Inflation variable does not have a significant effect on the Composite Stock Price Index (IHSG), while the Rupiah Exchange Rate (Kurs) variable partially has a positive and significant effect on the Composite Stock Price Index (IHSG). Simultaneously, it wsas found that there is a significant positive effect between Inflation and the Rupiah Exchange Rate (Kurs) on the Composite Stock Price Index (IHSG) at the Indonesia Stock Exchange.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of Return on Asset (ROA) and Debt To Equity Ratio (DER) On Share Prices at PT. Agung Podomoro Land Tbk for the 2013-2022 period. The method in this research uses quantitative descriptive analysis. The analytical methods used in this research are Descriptivw Test, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regressiion Test, Determinant Coefficient Test, T Test (Partial) and F Test (simultaneous). The result of this study show that the variable Return On Asset (ROA) has a T count of 1.723 < 2.6462 with significance obtained by ROA of 0.129 > 0,05 so it can be as parcial ROA variable has no effect on stock prices. Debt to equity ratio (DER) has a T value of 1.899<2.36462 with a significance of 0.099>0.05 can be concluded as parcial the DER variable has ni effect in stock prices. The return on asset and debt to equity ratio variable obtained and F count of 2.702 and F table of 4.74 with significance level of 0.135, > 0.05 can be concluded so it can be concluded that the ROA and DER variables simultaneously hav no effect on stcok prices.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of current ratio, debt to equity ratio, and return on equity partially and simultaneously on price to book value at PT Telekomunikasi Tbk in 2014-2023. The method of research used is quantitative research with a descriptive approach. The population in this research is all financial reports of PT Telekomunikasi Tbk for 2014-2023. The research sample was determined using a purposive sampling technique, namely balance sheet and profit and loss. The data source in this research is secondary data taken from www.telkom.co.id. The data analysis technique in this research uses multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption testing, and hypothesis testing. The results of the research show that the current ratio obtains a significant value of 0.534 > 0.05, does not have a partially significant effect on price to book value, the debt to equity ratio obtains a significant value of 0.092 > 0.05, does not have a partially significant effect on price to book value, and return on equity obtained a significant value of 0.003 < 0.05, had a partially significant effect on price to book value, and the current ratio, debt to equity ratio, and return on equity obtained a significant value of 0.004 < 0.05 had a significant effect simultaneously on price to book value.
