Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of Cash Turnover, Inventory Turnover and Receivables Turnover on Return On Assets at PT. Japfa Comfeed Indonesia, Tbk for the period 2014 to 2023. The research method used by researchers in compiling a thesis is quantitative, namely conducting research that describes the company's financial condition expressed in the form of numbers. The data used is secondary data in the form of PT's financial reports. Japfa Comfeed Indonesia, Tbk over a period of 10 years from 2014 to 2023. The analytical methods used are classical assumption tests, linear regression tests, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis and hypothesis testing. Based on the t test, partial cash turnover has no significant effect on Return On assets where thit -0.926 < t-tab 2.446 and a significance value of 0.390 > 0.05, partially inventory turnover has no significant effect on Return On assets where thit 0.907 < t-tab 2.446 and a significance value of 0.399 > 0.05 and partially receivables turnover has no significant effect on Return On assets where thit 0.638 < t-tab 2.446 and a significance value of 0.547 > 0.05 and based on the f test it states simultaneously cash turnover, inventory turnover and Receivables turnover has no significant effect on Return on assets where the Fhit value is 0.414 < F-tab 4.76 with a significant value of 0.749 > 0.05.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between Debt to Equity Ratio and Net Profit Margin on Share Price at PT Mayora Indah Tbk for the period 2013 - 2023. The method used is quantitative. The population used in this study were all financial statements of PT Mayora Indah, where the sample in the study was the financial statements for the period 2013-2023. The data analysis used is Descriptive Statistical Test, Classical Assumption Test, Model Feasibility Test, Multiple Linear Regression Test, and Pearson Bivariate Correlation Hypothesis Test. The results of hypothesis research show the Sig. (2-tailed) between Deb to Equity Ratio and Stock Price is 0.001 <0.05. This shows that there is a relationship between Deb to Equity Ratio and Stock Price. Net Profit Margin with Share Price shows a Sig value. (2-tailed) of 0.267> 0.05. This shows that there is no relationship between Net Profit Margin and Stock Price.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Liquidity and Solvency on Profitability at PT Astra Agro Lestari Tbk for the period 2013-2022. The method used is quantitative method. The population used is the entire financial statements of PT Astra Agro Lestari Tbk, where the sample in the study is the balance sheet and income statement for the period 2013-2022. The data analysis used is descriptive statistical analysis, classical assumption test, simple linear regression test, multiple linear regression test, hypothesis testing includes t and F statistical tests, as well as correlation and determination coefficient tests. The results showed that liquidity has a negative and significant effect on profitability, this is indicated by the results of data processing the tcount value is greater than the ttable of -3.451> 2.365 with a sig. value of 0.011 smaller than 0.05. The Adjusted R Square value is 0.527 which indicates that Liquidity and Solvency contribute 52.7% to Profitability. Solvency has no significant effect on Profitability, this is evidenced by the results of data processing the tcount value is smaller than the t table -2.019 < t table 2.365 with a sig. value of 0.083 greater than 0.05. Simultaneous testing shows that Liquidity and Solvency simultaneously have a positive and Significant effect on Profitability, this is based on the results of data processing the Fhitung value is greater than Ftabel 6.017> 4.46 with a sig value. 0,030 < 0,05.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the influence of Service Quality and Sales Promotion on Purchase Decisions at Sun Foto Studio Central Jakarta both partially and simultaneously. This research method uses a nonprobability sampling technique where samples are taken by chance, with a sample size of 100 respondents. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, and data analysis techniques are validity tests, reliability tests, simple linear analysis, multiple linear, correlation coefficients, determination coefficients, and hypothesis tests. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant influence between Service Quality and Sales Promotion simultaneously on Purchase Decisions at Sun Foto Studio Central Jakarta. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant influence between Service Quality and Sales Promotion simultaneously on Purchase Decisions at Sun Foto Studio Central Jakarta. This can be seen from the value of the regression equation Y = 6.243 + 0.231X1 + 0.595X2, which means that changes in Service Quality go in two directions with changes in Product Completeness. The multiple correlation coefficient value obtained is 0.854, meaning that the variables Service Quality and Sales Promotion have a strong relationship to Purchase Decisions. The coefficient of determination or contribution has an influence of 0.730 or 73.0% while the remaining 27.0% is influenced by other factors. Simultaneous hypothesis testing obtained a value of Fcount> Ftable or 130.855> 3.09, meaning that there is a significant influence between Service Quality and Sales Promotion on Purchasing Decisions at Sun Foto Studio Central Jakarta. Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence between service quality and customer satisfaction at PT. Kredit Utama Fintech Indonesia, to find out the influence of promotions on customer satisfaction at PT. Kredit Utama Fintech Indonesia, to find out the influence between service quality and promotion on customer satisfaction at PT. Main Credit of Fintech Indonesia. This research method is Associative with a quantitative approach, the population used is 11,431 respondents and the sample used in this study is 99 respondents obtained from the determination of samples using slovin. Data collection techniques by means of questionnaires, data analysis techniques with validity tests, reliability test, classical assumption tests, multiple regression analysis, hypothesis tests, t tests, f tests, and determination coefficients. The results of the study show that service quality has a partial effect on customer satisfaction, promotion has a partial effect on customer satisfaction and simultaneously service quality and promotion has an effect on customer satisfaction. Based on the results of the coefficient of determination of service quality and promotion on customer satisfaction has an influence contribution of 82% and the remaining 18% is influenced by other factors.

Abstract

This reseach purposed to investigate the influence of price and product quality, both partially and simultaneously, on purchasing decisions at the Telorindo Store, South Tangerang. The method used is quantitative. The sampling technique used the Slovin formula, with a sample size of 95 respondents. Data were collected using questionnaires, and data analysis techniques using validity, reliability, classical assumption tests, simple regression analysis, multiple regression multiple regression, hypothesis testing, t test, f test, and coefficient of determination. The results of this research show that partially price has a significant effect on purchasing decisions. This can be proven that tcount > ttable (5,110 > 1,987). From the results of simple linear regression analysis, the regression equation Y = 25,863 +0.516Χ1 The regression coefficient value obtained was 0.468, where the value was in the interval 0.400 – 0.599, meaning that the two variables had a moderate level of relationship And product quality has a significant influence on purchasing decisions. This can be proven by tcount>ttable (6,778 > 1,987). And the regression equation value Y = 18,924+ 0.567 This means that the two variables have a moderate level of relationship. Meanwhile, simultaneously price and product quality have a significant effect on purchasing decisions with the regression equation Y = 17,221 + 0.182X1 + 0.462X2, showing a (positive) influence. And the results of the hypothesis test obtained a value of f count > f table (24.382 > 3.10), while the results of the coefficient of determination were 0.346 or 34.6%. It can be concluded that the Price and Product Quality variables have a significant effect on the decision variable. Meanwhile, the remaining 65.4% was influenced by other factors that were not carried out by researchers.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the Promotion Variables (X1), Price (X2), Purchasing Decisions (Y), and the Influence of Promotion and Price on Purchasing Decisions at the Samesta Parayasa Parung Panjang National Housing Complex in Bogor Regency. This research method uses a quantitative method with an quantitative descriptive approach and the population in this research is 11,000 consumers. The sample used in this research used the entire population of 99 consumers as respondents. In this research the sampling technique used is probability sampling. The results of the Promotion variable have a significant effect on Purchasing Decisions with a tcount value of 8.553 > ttable 1.660 and a sig. < 0.1 (0.000 < 0.1). The results of the Price variable have a significant effect on Purchasing Decisions with a calculated t of 9,803 > t table of 1.660 and a sig value. < 0.1 (0.000 < 0.1). The results of the Promotion and Price variables simultaneously have a significant influence on Purchasing Decisions with a calculated f value of 69,523 > 2.362 and a sig value < 0.1 (0.000 < 0.1).

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of the work environment and work stress on employee performance at the South Tangerang City General Hospital partially or simultaneously. This research method is a quantitative method with a sample of 90 employees. The data collection methods used were questionnaires, observation, documentation and literature study. Data analysis techniques using statistical techniques include data instrument tests (validity test, reliability test), classical assumption tests (normality test, multicollinearity test, autocorrelation test, heteroscedasticity test), analysis tests (linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis) , and hypothesis testing (t test and f test). Data was processed using SPSS version 26.Based on the results obtained, the work environment has a significant effect on performance with the linear regression equation Y= 14.675 + 0.648 X1, the correlation coefficient value is 0.646, the determination value is 0.418,and the calculated t value > t table (7.947 > 1.987) and the significance value is 0.000. Job stress has a significant effect on performance with the linear regression equation Y= 23.899 + 0.461 X2, correlation coefficient value of 0.497,The determination value is 0.247, and the calculated t value > t table (5.369 > 1.987) and the significance value is 0.000.Simultaneously, the work environment and work stress variables have a significant effect on performance with a linear regression equation value of Y= 8.864 + 0.538X1 + 0.278X2, a correlation coefficient value of 0.704,The determination value is 0.496, with the results of the f test, the calculated f value > f table (42.772 > 3,10) and a significance value of 0.000.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of service quality and product quality on customer satisfaction at the Bank Muamalat Dewi Sartika branch in East Jakarta. This research uses quantitative methods. The population in this study was 2297 and the total sample of respondents was 96. The sampling technique used simple random sampling. The results of the research show that partially service quality (X1) has an effect on customer satisfaction. The regression equation value Y = 12.454+0.437X1+0.276X2, the correlation coefficient value on R Square is 0.425, meaning that the service quality (X1) and product quality (X2) variables have an effect. on customer satisfaction (Y) was 42.5% while the remaining 57.5% was influenced by other factors not examined in this research. The service quality variable obtains a calculated t value > t table or (6.892 > 1.985) while the product quality variable obtains a calculated t value > t table or (6.654 > 1.985). Thus, Ho3 is rejected and Ha3 is accepted. Simultaneously, service quality and product quality have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction with a significant value so that the value of fcount = 34.309 > ftable = 3.090. From these results it can be concluded that both service quality and product quality together have a significant and simultaneous effect on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Current Ratio and Debt To Assets Ratio on Net Profit Margin at PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk. This type of research is descriptive quantitative with the data analysis method used is descriptive statistics, Classical Assumption Test, Simple and Multiple Linear Regression Test, Correlation Coefficient Test, Determination Coefficient Test (R2 ) and Hypothesis Test (t test and f test) with the help of the SPSS version 26 program, with a significance level of 0.05 (5%) and the data source used is secondary data. The results of this study indicate that Current Ratio has an effect on Net Profit Margin. This can be seen from the test results which show that the tcount value is 7,010 > t table 2.364 at a significance level of <0.000. if 0.05 then H0 is accepted and Ha is rejected. Meanwhile, the Debt To Assets Ratio variable shows that the tcount is 4,458 > ttable 2,364 at the significance level <0.000. if 0.05 then H0 is accepted and Ha is rejected. This means that the debt to assets ratio affects the net profit margin. The results of the F test show that the current ratio and debt to assets ratio simultaneously have a significant effect on net profit margin. This can be seen from the Fcount value of 37,606 > Ftable 4.74 at a significance level of <0.000. If 0.05 then H0 is accepted and Ha is rejected. With a coefficient of determination of 0,891, it means that Net Profit Margin as the dependent variable is influenced by Current Ratio and Debt To Assets Ratio as independent variables (independent) by 89.1% and the remaining 10.9%, influenced by other variables not examined by researchers.
