Abstract

Brand Image is a compilation of assumptions in the minds of consumers regarding a brand. Building a brand image in a good educational institution has a competitive influence. Brand Image in an educational institution is one of the important steps in fulfilling the maximum reputation in the minds of the wider community.The research objectives are: 1) To find out the efforts made by the strategy to form a brand image in increasing the competitiveness of educational institutions at Tanjungsari State Agricultural Development Vocational School; 2) To find out how to maintain the existence of the brand image of agricultural education institutions; 3) To find out what are the supporters and obstacles to building a brand image in increasing the competitiveness of educational institutions at Tanjungsari State Agricultural Development Vocational School. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study research design. This research uses data collection methods, namely Field Observations and Intensive-depth Interview. The technique of analyzing data is data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. To check the validity of the data, triangulation of sources is carried out and discussions with supervisors and colleagues are carried out. The results of the study focused on SMK PPN Tanjungsari in a strategy to build a brand image to increase the competitiveness of educational institutions in surgery with the theory of brand identity, brand personality, brand association , brand attitude & behavior, and brand benefit & competence. Abstract

PT. Indomarco Prismatama is one of the pioneers of retail in Indonesia, which was established in 1988. Since being franchised in 1997, it is a pioneer in the modern store retail franchise business. In 1997 Indomaret expanded its first franchise minimarket business in Indonesia after having more than 230 minimarket outlets. The purpose of this study is to determine the Brand Awareness built by PT. Indomarco Prismatama in terms of the purpose of doing Instagram social media account credibility, content management, and building interactions on Instagram social media accounts. This study uses a qualitative approach with case study methods on Instagram accounts of PT. Indomarco Prismatama to describe and explore the Brand Awareness phenomenon that occurred at PT. Indomarco Prismatama. This research was conducted by referring to the concepts and theories, namely The Circular Model of Some (Regina Lutrell, 2015), the Brand Awareness pyramid (Durianto, 2004). The conclusion of this study is that content management at PT. Indomarco Prismatama applies The Circular Model of Some in its content creation so that it can focus on the message, customer, and context. Abstract

This research examines the effectiveness of employee relations conducted by Bandar Djakarta Alam Sutera in increasing employee motivation. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method with a case study approach through interviews, observations and document studies. The research subjects were carried out by the Operational Manager, Head of Public Relations, and Head of Service and Bar. The results of the study found that employee relations activities were effective in increasing employee motivation. The phenomenon of this research departs from the condition felt by employees after the Covid-19 pandemic, namely experiencing a decrease in work motivation when they have to adapt again to open spaces. This is indicated by the number of employees who arrive late to the location and the level of quality and speed of service provided. So in this case, a special focus and strategy is needed in the form of employee relations in order to maintain service quality by managing a large number of employees. In this study, the authors explain how the implementation of employee relations activities at Bandar Djakarta Alam Sutera and how effective they are in increasing employee motivation. Implementation of employee relations activities goes according to Rosady Ruslan's description of employee relations, so it is very effective in increasing employee motivation. Abstract

The issue that has been developing in recent times is the issue of the policy of the minister of finance who wants to issue a policy that the rich must pay higher than before, this policy is taken in a step to deal with Indonesia's economic recovery which was previously sluggish due to Covid-19 pandemic. The purpose of this study is to analyze Positive public opinion, negative public opinion, and neutral on the post 'Sri Mulyani Mau Orang Kaya Bayar Pajak Lebih Banyak' in Instagram Media @narasinewsroom Period July 2, 2021 In this study, researchers used the concept of public opinion which has been categorized into opinion positive, negative, and neutral.In this study, the study population took all comments on the post "Sri Mulyani Wants Rich People to Pay More Taxes" on @narasinewsroom Instagram account as many as 526 and the sample in this study was 228 comments. The data collection technique uses random sampling techniques. in testing validity and reliability using reliability between coders using hostly formulas. The results showed that there were 82 positive opinions (36% of comments), negative opinions categories got 86 frequency results (38% of comments) and neutral opinions that got frequency results of 60 (26% comments). Abstract

Social media content has an important role in building relationships between institutions and their consumers. In the process of managing social media content, each institution has a specific target audience and objectives to determine the message to be conveyed. This study aims to find out how the management of Instagram social media content is used by Hotel Hotel Dafam Express Jaksa Jakarta as a Digital Marketing Strategy. digital marketing built to gain public trust. The method used is to use a qualitative approach with a descriptive research type. The results of the study show that the efforts to manage digital media content by DEJJ can be said to be quite active, even though the response from the audience is still lacking or not many have responded. The content uploaded is quite diverse, ranging from promo content, information on health protocols implemented in hotels, tutorials on using self-check-in machines, to commemorations of religious and national holidays. Instagram social media is also used by DEJJ to interact with the audience. Keywords: content management, digital marketing, Instagram, social media

Abstract

As a newly established company, Etapasbar is aiming to further increasing their brand awareness and branding to customers and Pasar Baru Bandung Merchant. Etapasbar chose to use instagram @etalasepasarbaru as the main social media to communicate with the audience. This research is done to find out how do Etapasbar manage company branding by using content marketing approach in Instagram based on case study of Bahenol, Balantik, and Beja ti Pasbar. Bahenol, Balantik, and Beja ti Pasbar are three main content programs created for fulfilling the need of brand awareness and branding. This research object is the strategic and management of branding in Etapasbar. Data is collected by using interview and observation. Researcher will analyze the three main content programs based on observation then researcher will ask for futher indepth information of the programs. Discussion will be breakdown into three section, flow and strategic management of content, effort of increasing brand awreness, and building branding. This research resulting in the strategic formulation that is used by Etapasbar based on market segmentation, the attempt of increasing brand awareness is done by using attribute that is shown in the content in Instagram, Etapasbar branding is created and formed by satisfaction of customer and registered merchant at Etapasbar.
