Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mengetahui hubungan kuallitas produk terhadap ke­pu­tusan pembelian ulang benih padi Janger Inpari 32 pada petani Desa Harjasari.(2) me­nge­ta­hu­i hubungan persepsi harga terhadap keputusan pembelian ulang benih padi Janger Inpari 32 pa­da petani Desa Harjasari. (3) mengetahui hubungan kepercayaan konsumen terhadap ke­pu­tu­san pembelian ulang benih padi Janger Inpari 32 pada petani Desa Harjasari. (4) me­nge­ta­hui hubungan secara simultan antara kualitas produk, persepsi harga dan kepercayaan kon­su­men terhadap keputusan pembelian ulang benih padi Janger Inpari 32 pada petani Desa Har­ja­sari Kecamatan Suradadi Kabupaten Tegal. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan me­nggunakan data kuisioner. Jumlah sampel yang di peroleh sebanyak 100 responden yang mem­beli benih padi Janger Inpari 32 pada petani Desa Harjasari. Teknik analisis yang di gu­na­kan adalah korelasi rank spearman, korelasi berganda. Dari hasil peneitian ini adalah (1) ter­dapat hububungan yang kuat, positif, dan signifikan antara variabel kualitas produk ter­ha­dap keputusan pembelian ulang sebesar 0,688 dengan nilai signifikan 0,000. (2) terdapat hu­bu­ngan yang kuat, positif, dan signifikan antara variabel persepsi harga terhadap keputusan pem­belian ulang sebesar 0,704 dengan nilai signifikan 0,000. (3) terdapat hubungan yang ku­at, positif, dan signifikan antara variabel kepercayaan konsumen terhadap keputusan pem­be­li­an ulang sebesar 0,697 dengan nilai signifikan 0,000. (4) terdapat hubungan yang sangat kuat, po­sitif dan signifikan antara variabel kualitas produk, persepsi harga dan kepercayaan kon­su­men terhadap keputusan pembelian ulang sebesar 0,82 dengan nilaisignifikansi 0,000.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahi pengaruh keselamatan kerja, fasilitas kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan pada PT Laksana Kurnia Ma­n­di­ri Sejati Tegal (LAKUMAS). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah observasi, wa­wa­n­ca­ra­, dan penyebaran kuesioner. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer Jumlah sampel dalam pe­nelitian ini adalah 150 responden. Hasil penelitian ini dapat dilihat dari t hitung variabel keselamatan kerja dibuktikan dengan nilai signifikan 0,000<0,05 yang artinya bahwa hipo­te­sis diterima. Hasil pengujian hipotesis uji t terdapat pengaruh fasilitas kerja terhadap pro­duk­ti­vitas kerja karyawan pada PT Laksana Kurnia Mandiri Sejati Tegal (LAKUMAS). t hitung va­riabel fasilitas kerja dibuktikan dengan nilai signifikan 0,005<0,05 yang artinya bahwa hipo­tesis diterima. 3) Hasil pengujian hipotesis uji t terdapat pengaruh lingkungan kerja ter­ha­dap produktivitas kerja karyawan pada PT Laksana Kurnia Mandiri Sejati Tegal (LA­KU­MA­S). t hitung variabel lingkungan kerja dibuktikan dengan nilai signifikan 0,002<0,05 yang ar­tinya bahwa hipotesis diterima. 4) Hasil pengujian hipotesis uji F (simultan) terdapat pe­nga­ruh keselamatan kerja, fasilitas kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja kar­­yawan pada PT Laksana Kurnia Mandiri Sejati Tegal (LAKUMAS) dibuktikan dengan F tabel dengan nilai signifikan 0,000<0,05 yang artinya hipotesis diterima. Berdasarkan dari pe­ne­litian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa Keselamatan Kerja, Fasilitas Kerja dan Lingkungan Ker­ja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan pada PT Laksana Kurnia Mandiri Sejati Tegal (LAKUMAS) secara parsial maupun simultan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was 1) to determine the effect of word of mouth on purchasing decisions at snack shops of Umi H. Mustofa Ujungrusi, 2) to determine the effect of direct selling on purchasing decisions at snack shops of Umi H. Mustofa Ujungrusi 3) to determine the effect of word of mouth and direct selling together on purchasing decisions at Umi H. Mustofa Ujungrusi's snack shop. The hypothesis in this study is 1) there is the influence of word of mouth on purchasing decisions at Umi H. Mustofa Ujungrusi snack shops, 2). there is an effect of direct selling on purchasing decisions at the snack shop Umi H. Mustofa Ujungrusi, 3) there is an influence of word of mouth and direct selling together on the buying decision at the snack shop Umi H. Mustofa Ujungrusi. The research method used in this research is quantitative descriptive. While the data analysis method used is Spearman rank correlation analysis, multiple correlation analysis, and analysis of the coefficient of determination. The conclusions of this study are 1) there is a strong, positive and significant influence of word of mouth on purchasing decisions at the snack shop Umi H. Mustofa Ujungrusi. This is evidenced from the calculation of the Spearman rank correlation by using SPSS obtained a correlation value of 0.641 with the value of Zitung = 6.377> Ztable = 1.96. 2) there is a strong, positive and significant direct selling effect on purchasing decisions at Umi H. Mustofa Ujungrusi snack shops. This is evidenced from the calculation of the Spearman rank correlation by using SPSS obtained a correlation value of 0.637 with the value of Zitung = 6.696> Ztable = 1.96. 3) there is a strong influence of word of mouth and direct selling together on purchasing decisions at Umi H. Mustofa Ujungrusi snack shops. This is evidenced from the calculation of multiple correlations obtained by a correlation value of 0.733 with a value of Fcount = 56.295> Ftable = 3.09.

Abstract

The effort to improve employee performance is by paying attention to work ethic and work discipline. Work ethic is an individual's way of expressing work which can be a driving force or drive for success, while discipline is one's awareness in complying with company regulations. The driving force and awareness of someone in complying with applicable regulations can create someone to be ready to work even work hard. This study examines the work ethic and work discipline that affect the performance employee of PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Pemalang. This study uses a quantitative approach with analytical tools used, namely Instrument Test (Validity and Reliability Test), Classic Assumption Test, Hypothesis Test (t Test and F Test), Multiple Regression Analysis and Determination Coefficient. The results showed (1) There was a positive and significant work ethic effect on performance employees. (2) There is a positive and significant effect of work discipline on performance employees. (3) There is an influence of work ethic and work discipline simultaneously on employee performance. The conclusion of this study shows that there is still a lack of work ethic and work discipliine that affects the performance of the employees of PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Pemalang.

Abstract

The aims of this research are 1). to find out and obtain empirical evidence of the effect of BOPO on financial performance. 2). To find out and get empirical evidence of the effect of LDR on financial performance. 3). To find out and get empirical evidence of the effect of NPL on financial performance. 4). To find out and get empirical evidence of the effect of CAR on financial performance. 5). To find out and get empirical evidence of the effect of cash ratio on financial performance. 6). To find out and obtain empirical evidence of the effect of BOPO, LDR, NPL, CAR, and cash ratio together on financial performance. The research method used in this study is a descriptive method using a quantitative approach. The data collection technique that the author uses in this research is documentation. While the data analysis method used is descriptive statistical analysis, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, partial hypothesis testing, simultaneous hypothesis testing, and coefficient of determination. The results of this study are 1) There is an effect of BOPO on the financial performance of BPRs in the City and Regency of Tegal in 2016-2020. 2). There is no influence of LDR on the financial performance of BPR in the City and Regency of Tegal in 2016-2020. 3). There is no effect of NPL on the financial performance of BPR in the City and Regency of Tegal in 2016-2020. 4). There is an effect of CAR on the financial performance of BPR in the City and Regency of Tegal in 2016-2020. 5). There is no effect of the cash ratio on the financial performance of BPRs in the City and Regency of Tegal in 2016-2020. 6). There is a joint effect of BOPO, LDR, NPL, CAR, and cash ratio on the financial performance of BPRs in the City and Regency of Tegal in 2016-2020.

Abstract

This study aims (1) to determine the effect of job training on the performance of PD.BPR BKK employees in Tegal Regency (2) to determine the effect of work experience on the performance of PD.BPR BKK employees in Tegal Regency (3) to determine the Locus Of Control on the performance of PD employees. BPR BKK Tegal Regency (4) To determine the simultaneous effect of Job Training, Work Experience and Locus Of Control on Employee Performance PD.BPR BKK Tegal Regency. This research is categorized as survey research, where the research instrument is a questionnaire and uses a Likert scale. The population in this study were all employees of PD.BPR BKK Tegal Regency totaling 60 people. The samples taken in this study were all of the population (saturated samples), namely 60 respondents. Test the validity of this instrument using the product moment correlation technique at a significant level of 5% (0.05) with degrees of freedom r table = 0.254 (N = 60). While the reliability test uses Cronbach Alpha. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. This study shows that all statements in the questionnaire with a total of 29 statements have been valid and reliable, so they can be used. And the results of the R Square test show that the results of R2 = 0.446 means that 44.6% of employee performance (Y) is influenced by the amount of Job Training (X1), Work Experience (X2) and Locus Of Control (X3) the remaining 53.4% influenced by other factors outside the model.

Abstract

This research is a quantitative study with primary data derived from questionnaires. A population of 45 companies, with the sampling technique using purposive sampling technique in order to obtain a sample of 12 companies. The analysis used the Wilcoxon signed Rank Test analysis if the data were not normally distributed and Paired sample T-Test analysis if the data were normally distributed. The results showed that there was a significant difference in abnormal returns between before and after the ex-dividend date, as evidenced by the results obtained by Asymp. sig. (2-tailed) has a value of 0.000 < 0.05, it is concluded that there is an impact of ex-dividend data on abnormal returns for LQ-45 Companies on the Indonesia stock Exchange for the 2015-2019 period. There is a significant difference in stock trading volume between before and after the ex-dividend date, as evidenced by the research results obtained by Asymp. sig. (2-tailed) is worth 0.027 < 0.05, it is concluded that there is an impact of ex-dividend data on the volume of stock trading at LQ-45 Company on the Indonesia stock Exchange for the period 2015-2019. The suggestion of this research is that companies in implementing dividend policy should be based on consideration of the interests of share ownership and also the interests of the company. Dividend policies are important because payments increase the prosperity of shareholders. The behavior of individual investors in making financial decisions is not only influenced by considerations of rationality and objective data. However, it also needs to be influenced by rational actions such as emotions, certain psychological habits and the mood of individual investors to reduce market reactions to the existence of dividend policy.

Abstract

The aims of this research are: 1). Analyzing the effect of operating expenses to operating income (BOPO ratio) on the net profit margin, 2). Analyzing the effect of the cost efficiency ratio on the net profit margin, 3). Analyzing the effect of non-performing loans on the net profit margin, 4). Analyzing the effect of operating expenses to operating income (BOPO ratio), cost efficiency ratio and non-performing loans simultaneously on the net profit margin. The research method used in this research is descriptive and associative or relationship research. While the data analysis method used is descriptive statistics and inferential statistics. Based on the results of this study prove that 1). The results of the calculation of simple regression analysis obtained the probability value of the sig value of 0.000. Because the sig value of 0.000 <0.05, it can be interpreted that there is a significant effect of operating expenses to operating income (BOPO ratio) on the net profit margin. 2). The results of the calculation of simple regression analysis obtained the probability value of the sig value of 0.023. Because the value of sig 0.023 <0.05, it can be interpreted that there is a significant effect of the cost efficiency ratio on the net profit margin. 3). the results of the calculation of simple regression analysis obtained the probability value of the sig value of 0.023. Because the value of sig 0.000 <0.05, it can be interpreted that there is a significant influence of non-performing loans on the net profit margin, 4). the results of the calculation of multiple regression analysis obtained the probability value of the sig value of 0.000. Because the sig value of 0.000 <0.05, it can be interpreted that there is a significant effect of operating expenses to operating income (BOPO ratio), cost efficiency ratio and non-performing loan simultaneously on the net profit margin.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh stres kerja terhadap kinerja pega­wai Badan Pengelolaan Keuangan dan Aset Daerah Kabupaten Pemalang, mengetahui penga­ruh reward terhadap kinerja pegawai Badan Pengelolaan Keuangan dan Aset Daerah Kabu­pa­ten Pemalang, mengetahui pengaruh punishment terhadap kinerja pegawai Badan Penge­lo­laan Keuangan dan Aset Daerah Kabupaten Pemalang, mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja ter­hadap kinerja pegawai Badan Pengelolaan Keuangan dan Aset Daerah Kabupaten Pema­lang, mengetahui pengaruh stres kerja, reward, punishment, dan Disiplin Kerja secara simul­tan terhadap kinerja pegawai Badan Pengelolaan Keuangan dan Aset Daerah Kabupaten Pe­ma­lang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan data primer dan se­kunder. Populasi sebanyak 44 pegawai dengan menggunakan sampel jenuh atau biasa dise­but dengan sampel sensus. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Ha­sil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa: 1) stres kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kiner­ja pegawai Badan Pengelolaan Keuangan dan Aset Daerah Kabupaten Pemalang dibuktikan de­ngan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,131 > 0,05. 2) Reward berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pe­ga­wai Badan Pengelolaan Keuangan dan Aset Daerah Kabupaten Pemalang dibuktikan dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,012 < 0,05. 3) Punishment tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pe­ga­wai Badan Pengelolaan Keuangan dan Aset Daerah Kabupaten Pemalang dibuktikan dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,280 > 0,05. 4) Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pe­gawai Badan Pengelolaan Keuangan dan Aset Daerah Kabupaten Pemalang dibuktikan de­ng­an nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05. 5) Sedangkan stres kerja, reward, punishment, dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh secara simultan atau bersama-sama terhadap kinerja pegawai Ba­dan Pengelolaan Keuangan dan Aset Daerah Kabupaten Pemalang dibuktikan dengan nilai sig­nifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05.

Abstract

This study attempts to analyze and get the proof empirical influence liquidity, the struc­ture of assets, tax and profitability to capital structure in public credit bank ex pe­ka­lo­ngan residency in 2017-2020. This research was conducted at were all public credit bank ex pe­kalongan residency registered in authority financial services in 2017-2020. The sampling tech­nique was carried out by purposive sampling method. The data analysis technique used is a descriptive technique with a quantitative approach using descriptive statistical tests, classic assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, t statistical tests, statistical tests f and coefficient of determination. This research result indicates that liquidity and profitability is the negative to structure capital in public credit bank ex pekalongan residency in 2017-2020. While structure of assets and tax will not affect the capital in public credit bank ex peka­lo­ngan residency in 2017-2020.
