Abstract

The aims of this research is to know the effect of achievement motivation, affiliate motivation and motivastion in command to employees performance and know the motivation variable giving biggest influence to employees performance. Pursuant to result analyse, known that by partial achievement motivation variable have positive and significant influence to employees performance. By partial motivation to affiliate variable have positive and significant influence to employees performance. By partial also motivation in command variable have positive and significant influence to employees permance.  Result of calculation known that by there are significant influence by simultan form variable achievement motivation, motivation to affiliate and motivation in command to employees performance. Pursuant to comparison asses the elasticity of coefficient regression known the value of regression elasticity coefficient achievement motivation variable have biggest compared to other variable. Its means achievement motivation variable have biggest influence to employees performance compared to other variable, so that acceptable fourth hypothesis. Abstract

Periklanan sudah menjadi bagian yang tidak terpisahkan dari dunia bisnis, dan selalu mendapatkan perhatian dari masyarakat luas. Akan tetapi muncul kekhawatiran bahwa iklan yang setiap hari di komunikasikan melalui media massa itu pada umumnya tidak mendidik, tetapi justru menyebarluaskan selera yang rendah. Dari segi moral, iklan tidak mempunyai nilai-nilai informatif, karena semata-mata hanya demi keuntungan para produsen saja. Kata Kunci : Etika periklanan

Abstract

Departemen Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi meluncurkan slogan anti kecelakaan kerja dengan tagline “Saya Pilih Selamat”, pada tanggal 16 Oktober 2012, yang bertujuan untuk mengkampanyekan pelaksanaan norma Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) di perusahaan-perusahaan dalam rangka mengurangi jumlah kecelakaan kerja di Indonesia. Abstract

The purpose of this study is 1) To determine whether there are differences abnormal return on the shares listed in the LQ 45 index 2). To find out if there is any difference in trading volume of activity on stocks listed in index LQ 45. Data collection method used in this research is Documentation. While the data analysis method used is the test analysis of difference of two average. The results of this study prove that, statistical test results show the probability of events of 0.205. The probability obtained is greater than 0.05 so it can be concluded that there is no difference between abnormal returns between before and after the tax amnesty policy, thus the hypothesis which states "There is a difference in abnormal returns in the issuers of the LQ45 index before and after the tax amnesty policy" is not acceptable the truth. Statistical test results show the probability of an event is 0.311. The probability obtained is greater than 0.05 so it can be concluded that there is no difference between trading volume activity between before and after the tax amnesty policy, thus the hypothesis states "There is a difference in trading volume activity in the issuers of the LQ45 index before and after the tax amnesty policy" no the truth can be accepted.  Keywords: Abnormal Returns, Trading Volume Activity, Tax amnesty

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of cost of debt, profit, percentage change in earnings, shareholder's equity and firm size both partially and simultaneously on the disclosure of financial statements at the textille and garment companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2011-2015. This research method uses a quantitative approach. Data Collection Techniques used in this study are documentation methods. while the analysis of the data used is testing classical assumptions, multiple linear regression analysis, significant test individual parameters (statistical test t), simultaneous significance test (statistical test F) and coefficient of determination. Based on the results of the Individual Parameters test (t Test Statistic), it can be concluded that there is no significant effect of the cost of debt on financial statement disclosures. Based on the results of the calculation of the Individual Parameters test (Test Statistic t) it can be concluded that there is a significant effect of earnings on the disclosure of financial statements. Based on the results of the calculation of the Individual Parameters test (Test Statistic t) it can be concluded that there is no significant effect on the percentage of earnings changes to the disclosure of financial statements. Based on the results of the Individual Parameter test (Statistic Test t), it can be concluded that there is no significant influence of shareholder's equity on financial statement disclosures. Based on the results of the Individual Parameters test (t Test Statistic), it can be concluded that there is no significant effect on the size of the company on the disclosure of financial statements. Based on the results of the simultaneous influence test it can be concluded that there is a significant influence between the cost of debt, profit, percentage change in earnings, shareholder's equity and company size simultaneously on the disclosure of financial statements.Keywords: cost of debt, profit, earnings change percentage, shareholder's equity, company size, financial statement disclosure.
