Abstract

This study aims to describe the ability to write short stories using the Think Pair Share learning model with the media song true friend of class XI MAS students in the UNIVA Medan project for the 2019 / 2020 academic year, to describe the ability to write short stories using the Think Pair Share learning model with video media for class XI MAS students. The UNIVA Medan project for the 2019 / 2020 academic year, to describe whether there is a significant influence on the ability to write short stories using the Think Pair Share learning model with the song media for the true friend of XI MAS students. The UNIVA Medan project for the 2019 / 2020 academic year. The sample in this study was 60 students. 2. From the results of data processing, the average value of the experimental class is 72.3 while the control class is 64.6. Thus it can be said that the results of learning to write short stories in the experimental class are higher than the control class. After testing the hypothesis, the value of tcount = 3.701 is then adjusted to ttable at a significant level = 5% with dk = (n1+n2) – 2 = (30+30 – 2) = 58, then the significant level is 5% = 2.002 ( by interpolation). Then compared between tcount and ttable, it was obtained that tcount 3.701 > ttable 2.002 so that Ho (Nil Hypothesis) was rejected and Ha (Alternative Hypothesis) was accepted.

Abstract

This study aims to describe students' ability to understand written discourse by using two variables, to find out whether there is a significant effect on the ability to understand written discourse using Learning Together in class XI SMA RK Deli Pure Delitua. The instrument is in the form of multiple choice with 4 answer choices, namely a, b, c, and d with 20 questions each. The data analysis technique used to see the relationship between the independent variables (Learning Together learning model) and the dependent variable (understanding written discourse) was used product moment correlation analysis and to test the hypothesis used the t test formula. From the research that has been done, it was found that the increase in the ability to understand written discourse that was treated with the Learning Together learning model had an average of 75.97 and those who were treated using the NHT learning model had an average of 64.44. The normality test for the experimental class is Lcount = 0.1278 (Lcount = 0.1278 < Ltable = 0.1476, while the control class Lcount = 0.1340 (Lcount = 0.1340 < Ltable = 0.1476. While the hypothesis test shows that ( Ha) is accepted so that there is an influence using the Learning Together learning model in understanding written discourse in the class of SMA RK Deliputih Delitua.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the ability to write short stories using the Suggestion-Imagination learning model with the media song of class XI students of YPK Private Vocational School Medan, to describe the ability to write short stories using the Suggestion-Imagination learning model with video media for class XI students at YPK Private Vocational School Medan, To describe whether there is a significant effect on the ability to write short stories using the Suggestion-Imagination learning model with the media of song for class XI students of YPK Private Vocational School Medan. The sample in this study was 60 students. From the results of data processing, the average value of the experimental class was 71.6 while the control class was 65.5. Thus it can be said that the results of learning to write short stories in the experimental class are higher than the control class. After testing the hypothesis, the value of tcount = 3.144 was then adjusted to ttable at a significant level of = 5% with dk = (n1+n2) – 2 = (30+30 – 2) = 58, then obtained a significant level of 5% = 2.002 ( by interpolation). Then compared between tcount and ttable, it was obtained tcount 3.144 > ttable 2.002 so that Ho (Nil Hypothesis) was rejected and Ha (Alternative Hypothesis) was accepted.

Abstract

Problem possing is a learning model that requires students to compose their own questions or break a question into simpler questions that refer to solving the problem. The purpose of this study was to develop a valid, practical, and effective problem posing-based learning tool for debate material for class X SMA Negeri 1 Delitua consisting of Student Worksheets (LKPD) and Learning Implementation Plans (RPP). This development model uses a development model adapted from Sugiyono's level 1 research. The sample or respondents of this study were Indonesian teachers at SMA Negeri 1 Delitua which consisted of 6 teachers. The results of data analysis can be concluded that the learning tools developed are categorized as valid, practical, and effective with the level of validity of the Student Worksheet (LKPD) tested by 2 material experts is 95.2% and 85.6%. Meanwhile, the lesson plan (RPP) is 85.2% and 88%. Thus, it can be concluded that the problem posing-based learning tool developed is feasible to use.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the product in the form of saga story worksheets containing tolerance for class X high school students, to describe the validation of saga story worksheets to instill tolerance values ??in students according to material and design experts for class X high school students, to describe the feasibility of validating saga story worksheets to instill Tolerance values ??for students according to material and design experts for grade X high school students. The research method is used as a reference in conducting research. With the research method, the author will have no difficulty determining how to carry out a research because there are already rules that are regulated based on what method is used. In this study, the author uses a 4D research and development method adapted from Thiagajaran. In the assessment of material experts the total score obtained in the first stage of validation was 94 with an average score of 4.47 indicating the "very valid" category, while in the second stage of validation with the table the total score obtained was 78 with an average score of 3.71 indicating the "Valid" category. Thus the results obtained from material experts show the "VALID" category, which means the product is feasible and can be used.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the low score of students' writing. This research is focused on analyzing the material of poetry building elements using a pair check type cooperative learning model. This research model is descriptive with a qualitative form. This research was carried out in 2 cycles. Each cycle is carried out 1 meeting. The procedure for implementing this research consists of planning, action, observing and reflecting on the results of the activities. The percentage result in the implementation of learning cycle 1 is 69.07% and in cycle 2 is 73.68%. There is an increase in the results of the implementation of learning as much as 4, 61%. Furthermore, the achievement of student learning outcomes in cycle I the average value is 71.19%, in cycle 2 it reaches 84.28%. There is an increase in the achievement of student learning outcomes as much as 13.09%.

Abstract

The problem of speech delay in children is a serious problem that must be addressed immediately because it is one of the most common causes of developmental disorders in children. Several studies in several countries state that about 6 to 8% of preschool children have speech delay problems. Speech delay can be seen from the accuracy of word use, which is characterized by unclear pronunciation and in communicating can only use sign language, so that parents and people who those around him are less able to understand the child, even though the child can actually understand what people are talking about. This speech delay will not only affect the social and personal adjustment of the child, but can also affect the academic adjustment of the child. The method used in the implementation of this service activity is through the method of socialization and simulation approaches in the form of lectures and demonstrations. This service activity was carried out aiming to explain the factors that affect speech delay in children and also the treatment given by parents, teachers and the environment in response to this problem. have their own understanding in dealing with children who are late to speak and design a concept model for developing language skills for children who are late. In the end, the team of service implementation activities through this activity hopes that Nurul Hasanah's teachers can improve students' language development, knowledge and skills in presenting learning that is more attractive to students in learning.

Abstract

The purpose of this research to know: 1) describe positive attitudes and negative attitudes the of regional languages in the simalungun Batak Family kinship. (2) describe the factors that influence positive attitude and negative attitude indonesian usage and simalungun language in family kinship nagori bosi sinombah. AS for type of research used in this research is descriptive qualitative or non experimental, because in this study did not do control and manipulate research variables. Qualitative descriptive method is used to get word or action, quaalittive description not giving treatment, manipulation or independent variable change, but describes the condition as it is describe the object under study. This method is accompanied by analytical activities. The results of this study include: 1) There are positive and negative attitudes in Simalungun language towards family kinship in the nagori bosi sinombah, 2) about the factors that influence the family’s Indonesian attitude Bosi sinombah consicts of two factors, namely internal factors and ecternal factors. First, on internal factors,there are there is nationalis ntionl language contact on statement 18,educational factors on statements 18 and 19,factors of work of economic status that affect the attitude of speaking simalungunan and Indonesian in the family Nagoro Bosi Sinombah is found in statements 16 and 17. The emigration factor is contained in the statement 15. External factors, the ethnic identity factor is found in the statement 6,7,8,9,10,there are factors in the use of regional languages on the respondent’s answer statement 2 and 13, the bonding factor with traditional culture is found in the statement 13. Researchers see that family Bosi Sinombah has experienced developments in tearms of education and this affects the language attitude of the family Nagori Bosi sinombah Dolok Silau District Simalungun Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the most dominant language style and character education values used in Andri Sofyansyah’s film universe. This type of research uses a qualitative descriptive method, namely, describes the language style and character education values used. Dominant in the film universe. The data collection method in this study is the listening method, using the basic data collection technique used is the tapping technique. The results of the analysis of the characteristics of language style and the value of character education in Andri Sofyansyah’s universe film (1) find the dominant language style in Andri’s universe film Sofyansyah (2) looking for the dominant character education values in Andri Sofyansya’s universe film universe.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan wujud frasa endosentris pada tajuk rencanasurat kabar harian kompas tanggal 01 sampai 05 april 2022 dan untuk mendeskripsikan wujud frasa eksosentris pada tajuk rencanasurat kabar kompas harian tanggal 01 sampai 05 april 2022. Adapun jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif, penelitian deskriptif sasaran kajiannya adalah pola-pola yang berlaku dan merupakan prinsip-prinsip yang secara umum mendasar serta menyolok berdasarkan atas kehidupan manusia. Penelitian kualitatif adalah penelitian yang menghasilkan prosedur analisis yang tidak menggunakan prosedur analisis statistik atau cara kuantifikasi lainnya. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah pada tajuk rencana surat kabar harian kompas tanggal 01 sampai 05 april 2022 dalam análisis frasa berdasarkan kesetaraan distribusinya terdapat 9 frasa keseluruhan, 3 frasa endosentris yang dibagi atas frasa koordinatif, frasa apositif dan frasa atributif sedangkan pada frasa eksosentris terdapat 6 frasa yang terbagi atas frasa verbal, frasa adjektival, frasa nominal, frasa pronominal, frasa adverbial, dan frasa numeralia.
