Abstract

LKPD is a sheet containing tasks that must be done by students and equipped with instructions or steps to complete the tasks ordered in the activity sheet. The research method used is 4D development. The results obtained from the assessment of material experts were the total score in the first stage of validation was 94 with an average of 4.47 that indicated the "very valid" category, in the second stage of validation the score obtained was 78 with an average of 3.71 that indicated the "valid" category. Thus the results obtained from material experts showed the "valid" category, that means the product is feasible and can be used. In the assessment of design experts, the total score obtained in the first stage of validation was 58 with an average of 4.83 indicating the "very valid" category, in the second stage of validation the total score obtained was 57 with an average of 4.75 indicating the "very valid" category. Thus the results obtained from design experts showed the "very valid" category, which means the product is feasible and can be used.

Abstract

Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran Problem Based Instruction (PBI) terhadap kemampuan menulis laporan hasil pengamatan siswa kelas XI SMA UISU Medan .  Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas XI IPA yang berjumlah 130 orang dengan jumlah siswa kelas XI IPA-1 adalah 35, XI IPA -2 adalah 35 orang dan XI IPA-3 adalah 30 orang, dan kelas XI IPA-4 adalah 30 orang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode eksperimen Post-test only control group design yaitu eksperimen yang dilaksanakan dengan memberi perlakuan terhadap dua kelompok yang berbeda antara kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol, dimana yang diambil hanya hasil post-test saja.  Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa, nilai rata-rata kemampuan menulis laporan hasil pengamatan siswa di kelas eksperimen adalah 77,50, sedangkan nilai rata-rata siswa di kelas kontrol  adalah 69,16.  Dengan demikian nilai kelas eksperimen lebih tinggi dari kelas kontrol, pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan menggunakan  uji “t”. Dari perhitungan uji “t”  to dikonsultasikan dengan ttabel pada taraf 5% dengan dk= (N1+N2)-2 = (30+30)-2 = 58, maka diperoleh ttabel pada taraf singnifikan 5% = 2,01. Setelah dikonsultasikan, ternyata t0 (3,64) yang diperoleh lebih besar dari ttabel yaitu 3,64 2,01. Karena t0 yang diperoleh lebih besar dari ttabel, maka dapat dinyatakan Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Hal ini membuktikan bahwa model pembelajaran Problem Based Instruction (PBI) berpengaruh positif terhadap kemampuan menulis laporan hasil pengamatan siswa kelas XI SMA UISU Medan . Dengan demikian, hasil pembelajaran menulis laporan hasil pengamatan dengan model Problem Based Instruction (PBI) lebih baik dari pada model pembelajaran Problem Solving.Kata Kunci : Model Problem Based Instruction (PBI) Kemampuan                       Menulis Laporan Hasil Pengamatan Abstract. This study aims to determine the effect of learning model Problem Based Instruction (PBI) on the ability to write reports observations of high school students of class XI Prayatna Medan Learning Year 2015/2016.  The study population was all students of class XI IPA which amounts to 130 the number of students of class XI-1 is 35, XI -2 is 35 and XI-3 is 30, and the class XI-4 is 30 people. The method used in this study is the experimental method Post-test only control group design is an experiment carried out by giving the treatment of two different groups between the experimental class and control class, which is taken only post-test results only. The results showed that, the average value of the ability to write reports on observations of students in the experimental class is 77.50, while the average value of students in the control class is 69.16. Thus the value of the experimental class is higher than the control class, hypothesis testing is done by using the test "t". Of test calculations "t" to consult with table at 5% by dk = (N1 + N2) -2 = (30 + 30) -2 = 58, then obtained table at level singnifikan 5% = 2.01. After consultation, it turns t0 (3.64) which is greater than that table 3.64 2.01. Because t0 obtained greater than table, it can be stated that Ho refused and Ha accepted. This proves that the learning model Problem Based Instruction (PBI) has positive influence on the ability to write reports observations of high school students of class XI  UISU Medan learning year 2018/2019. Abstract

Penelitian ini didasari atas hasil observasi pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia di X MIPA SMA Negeri 1 Lubuk Pakam. Sebagai sekolah yang menerapkan kurikulum 2013 perlu adanya bahan ajar yang lebih menyesuaikan kebutuhan pembelajaran mandiri siswa dengan guru sebagai fasilitator. Penyediaan bahan ajar tersebut memanfaatkan kemajuan teknologi yang akan dikonsepkan sedemikian rupa agar penggunaannya memudahkan proses pembelajaran. Kemudian, pembelajaran debat pada kurikulum 2013 masih terbatas pada pembelajaran berbasis teks padahal pembelajaran debat lebih membutuhkan praktek lisan. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan bahan ajar berbasis audiovisual pada materi debat siswa kelas X. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X MIPA, dan guru bidang studi bahasa Indonesia kelas X MIPA. Sampel penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X MIPA 1 yang berjumlah 24 orang siswa, dan 3 guru bahasa Indonesia kelas X. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode R&D (research and development) level 1, yaitu meneliti tanpa menguji. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) produk bahan ajar berbentuk video animasi tulisan dan orang, 2) berdasarkan penilaian ahli materi produk yang dikembangkan mendapatkan rata-rata nilai 4,14 dengan persentase 83,5%, 3) produk yang dikembangkan berdasarkan penilaian ahli media mendapatkan rata-rata nilai 4,69, dengan persentase 93,8%. Berdasarkan penilaian para ahli materi dan media, bahan ajar audiovisual berbentuk video yang dikembangkan valid dan layak untuk digunakan pada pembelajaran debat. Abstract

Abstrak. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengembangan, kelayakan dan keefektifan Lembar Kerja Peserta Didik Berbasis Audio Pada materi Debat. Pengembangan ini menggunakan metode RD (Research Develpoment) level 1, dibatasi pada tahap Desain teruji hanya sampai validasi ahli materi dan ahli desai tanpa penyebaran dan pengajaran ke subjek. Penelitian ini dilakukan di kelas X MIPA 2 SMA Negeri 1 Lubuk Pakam, Provinsi Sumatera Utara Metode penelitian yang dilakukan dalam penelitian pengembangan ini adalah Analisis Deskripstif Kualitatif.  Hasil Validasi dari kedua ahli materi menunjukan bahwa Lembar Kerja Peserta Didik Berbasis Audio Pada materi Debat yang dikembangkan layak untuk digunakan dengan peroleh rat-rata 4,44 dan 4.48 dalam kategori “sangat baik” dengan presentase kelayakan 88% dan 89% tergolong dalam kategori” sangat layak” dan hasil kedua ahli maedia menunjukan bahwa desain dan audio pada Lembar Kerja Peserta Didik Berbasis Audio yang dikembangkan layak untuk digunakan dengan perolehan rata-rata 4,32 dan 4,68 dalam kategori “sangat baik”dengan presentase kelayakan 86% dan 93 % tergolong dalam kategori “sangat layak” Kata Kunci : Lembar Kerja Peserta Didik, Berbasisi Audio, pengembanga  RD (Research Devlopment) level 1, Materi Debat Abstract. This research is a development research that aims to determine how the development, feasibility and effectiveness of Audio-Based Student Worksheets on Debate material. This development uses the RD (Research Development) level 1 method, limited to the tested design stage only to the validation of material experts and design experts without dissemination and teaching to the subject. This research was conducted in class X MIPA 2 SMA Negeri 1 Lubuk Pakam, North Sumatra Province. The research method used in this development research is qualitative descriptive analysis. The validation results of the two material experts show that the Audio-Based Student Worksheet on the Debate material developed is feasible to use with an average of 4.44 and 4.48 in the "very good" category with the feasibility percentage of 88% and 89% belonging to the category very feasible "and the results of the two media experts show that the design and audio on the Audio-Based Student Worksheet developed is feasible for use with an average gain of 4.32 and 4.68 in the" very good "category with a feasibility percentage of 86% and 93 % are in the "very feasible" category Keyword: Student Worksheets, Audio-Based, Level 1 RD (Research Development) Development, Debate Materials

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan prosedur pembelajaran dengan media modul interaktif pada mata kuliah semantic. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian R & D (Reasearch and Development) dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik yang dilakukan dalam pengumpulan data yang digunakan wawancara dan Kuesioner (angket). Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis kuantitatif. Melalui data diperoleh dari validasi yang dilakukan oleh dosen ahli desain media dan ahli materi. Temuan penelitian, menunjukkan bahwa Mata Kuliah Semantik desain pembelajaran yang dibuat layak diteraapkan kepada mahasiswa untuk menambah inovasi pembelajaran yang lebih menarik untuk menambah minat mahasiswa dalam menjalankan kegiatan mata kuliah. Modul yang dikembangkan pada materi semantik ini sangat layak digunakan. Persentase kelayakan yang diperoleh sebesar 81,5%. Kata Kunci: Media Pembelajaran, Pengembangan, Modul, Sematik Abstract: This study aims to develop learning procedures with interactive module media in semantics courses. The method used in this research is research using research methods R & D (Research and Development) with a quantitative approach. The techniques used in data collection used interviews and questionnaires (questionnaires). The data analysis technique used is quantitative analysis. Through data obtained from validation carried out by lecturers of media design experts and material experts. The research findings indicate that the Semantics course design learning is feasible to apply to students to add more interesting learning innovations to increase student interest in carrying out course activities. The module developed on this semantic material is very feasible to use. The percentage of eligibility obtained was 81.5%. Keywords: Learning Media, Development, Modules, Sematics

Abstract

This study aims to describe the ability to write short stories using the Suggestion-Imagination learning model with the media song of class XI students of YPK Private Vocational School Medan, to describe the ability to write short stories using the Suggestion-Imagination learning model with video media for class XI students at YPK Private Vocational School Medan, To describe whether there is a significant effect on the ability to write short stories using the Suggestion-Imagination learning model with the media of song for class XI students of YPK Private Vocational School Medan. The sample in this study was 60 students. From the results of data processing, the average value of the experimental class was 71.6 while the control class was 65.5. Thus it can be said that the results of learning to write short stories in the experimental class are higher than the control class. After testing the hypothesis, the value of tcount = 3.144 was then adjusted to ttable at a significant level of = 5% with dk = (n1+n2) – 2 = (30+30 – 2) = 58, then obtained a significant level of 5% = 2.002 ( by interpolation). Then compared between tcount and ttable, it was obtained tcount 3.144 > ttable 2.002 so that Ho (Nil Hypothesis) was rejected and Ha (Alternative Hypothesis) was accepted.

Abstract

This study aimed to develop an expository writing text module with an expository genre approach. The study used the 4D research and development method by Thiagarajan. The stages of this research method are carried out at the stage of defining, designing, and developing without conducting the dissemination stage. The data consisted of primary and secondary data. The secondary data were taken from articles from relevant previous studies, and books. While the primary data are taken directly from experts in the form of an assessment of teaching material products. The study used the documentation techniques. The study used questionnaire to collect data. Then the collected data will be analyzed by using the data analysis technique of Miles and Huberman. Through the assessment of material experts, the resulting module received a final score of 3.88 as very valid criteria, and the overall average score of the product design assessment by design experts was 3.67 as very valid criteria. Based on these results, it is concluded that the prototype of the explanatory text writing module with visual media developed is valid and feasible to be tested for the next stage, namely the dissemination stage.

Abstract

This study aimed to describe the development process and fasibility of new poetry writing learning media in the form of audio-visual-based character education for class X SMA Al-Hikmah Medan. The source of data in this study is a questionmaire. The data collection techniques are observation and interviews to gain data in learning to write new poetry based on character education. This study used the research and development (R&D) by Borg and Gall that consists of 7 stages; 1)needs analysis, 2)product development, 3)expert validation, 4)first stage revision, 5)field trial, 6)second stage revision and, 7)final product. The researchers tested the product in large and small groups. The material expert validation of the newly developed poetry writing learning media obtained and overall average as 82% or “Very Satisfacation”means that it deserves to be tested into large and small groups. The media experts obtained and overall average as 94% or “Very Satisfacation” means that it deserves to be tested into large and small groups. The results of small group test got 99% and the large group got 97%. Based on the percetages obtained for the developed learning media, the learning media is declared to be effectively used in learning in class X.
