Abstract

This article aims to discuss the development of early Islamic education in Sulawesi. The arrival of Islam in Sulawesi was a bit late when compared to other regions in Indonesia, such as Sumatra, Java, Kalimantan and Maluku. This is due to the fact that the kingdom of Gowa was known as an influential kingdom and became a kingdom in the early 17th century. There were three figures who played an important role in the process of Islamization of Sulawesi, namely; (1) Addul Makmur, more famous as datuk ri Bandang (2) Sulaiman, more famous as Datuk Patimang. (3) Abdul Jawad, who is better known as Datuk ri Tiro. The method of the Islamization process in Sulawesi was carried out using several approaches including: through the Palace, politics, customs, trade, and diplomacy or dialogue. The development of Islamic education in Sulawesi is classified into two, namely; non-formal education and formal education.

Islamic Sharia includes components of bilyadi da'wah by using Islam as a reference in the formation of laws covered by Islamic Sharia. religious aspects are carefully reduced and accommodated by the state constitution. The state has an important role as social control over every behavior of the community and this is legalized through the Qanun Syariat Islam in Aceh. Along with that, the current political format is affiliated with Islamic sharia. because Islamic politics was previously considered a forum for efforts to implement Islamic teachings in state life. Meanwhile, the Islamic Sharia Qanun in Aceh is already more complex in its implementation and its scope even exceeds what Islamic politics can do.

Abstract

The law of accounts payable is permissible but it can be mandatory or vice versa, namely unlawful. Debt can make a person's way to heaven because of his intention to help others (Hablun minanna), but debt can also lead someone to hell fire if not managed properly. As is the case with illegal online loans that use loan transactions for the purpose of making profits from customers in ways that deviate from sharia provisions. For this reason, the Indonesian government emphasizes to people who are entangled in illegal online loans not to pay debt bills. This is contrary to Islamic teachings where it is obligatory to pay debts that are due. This study uses a qualitative method with a literature review approach, by finding out the terms and conditions of debt in Islam and analyzing how the law does not pay off illegal online loan debts.
