Abstract

English proficiency assessment is a vital component of the learning process, especially in tailoring instructional materials to students' needs and abilities. This study aims to develop and implement a web-based English proficiency assessment system that is efficient, adaptive, and capable of providing real-time feedback to users. The research adopts a Design and Development Research (DDR) approach, utilizing the Spiral Model as the software development methodology. The implementation results demonstrate that the system improves the efficiency of assessment processes, reduces manual grading errors, and offers a more interactive learning experience. User evaluations indicate a high level of satisfaction, particularly in terms of accessibility, quick result display, and user-friendly interface design. The study concludes that the developed system not only enables more accurate and relevant language skill assessment, but also contributes to enhancing students’ learning motivation and the overall effectiveness of English language instruction in digital environments.

Abstract

UMKM Bolu Ara is a micro business engaged in the production of cakes and sponges, which still uses manual methods in recording and managing orders via WhatsApp. This system causes various obstacles such as delays in payment verification, order recording errors, and difficulties in data management. To overcome these problems, the design and development of e-commerce websites using the Extreme Programming (XP) method was carried out. The XP method was chosen because it is iterative and flexible, with stages of planning, design, coding, and testing. The tools used include the CodeIgniter 3 framework, PHP programming language, MySQL database, and Visual Studio Code editor, with XAMPP support as a local server. Testing is done using the Black Box Testing method to ensure system functionality in accordance with user needs. The development results show that the e-commerce website built is able to make the process of recording and managing orders more structured, and provide convenience for users in making transactions independently. This system also supports managers in recording data and reports better.

Abstract

Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) implementation in Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) faces high failure rates due to the misalignment between existing frameworks and the unique characteristics of SMEs. This study aims to develop an adaptive framework to improve ERP implementation success in SMEs through comprehensive theoretical integration. A Design Science Research methodology was employed to integrate Technology Acceptance Model, Resource-Based View, and Contingency Theory into a unified framework. Data were collected through systematic literature review of 187 publications from 2020-2024 and expert assessment for theoretical validation. The research resulted in an adaptive framework with five integrated components: organizational readiness assessment, adaptive system modularization strategy, intelligent vendor selection, dynamic change management, and comprehensive success measurement. The framework demonstrates superior explanatory power compared to single-theory approaches and provides practical guidelines for contextually relevant ERP implementation. The study contributes to the development of Adaptive Implementation Theory and offers actionable solutions for SMEs digital transformation.

Abstract

Recording the teacher's attendance list is one of the important factors in the management of discipline. Information about teacher attendance can determine learning services and school progress at SMA Informatika Ciamis. Teacher attendance recording tools are needed based on observations made at the school, there are several problems and shortcomings from the attendance system which is usually done manually such as wasteful in the use of paper, time, and energy. Not only that manual attendance input can also experience errors and fraud in the hassle of making a teacher attendance recap and its management. The purpose of this research is to create a presence system using RFID (Radio Frequency Identification). This technology will later replace the role of paper and ink to record teacher attendance to make it easier for attendance officers to input practical data because they can retrieve and store attendance data from RFID tags directly, making it easier to report attendance to interested parties. And it can also reduce the use of a lot of presence paper, thereby reducing paper printing costs. This system uses the PHP programming language and the C database language used by MySQL.

Abstract

This research is a result that describes the design of a website-based new student registration information system to improve the current system. The reason on the resultsservations and interviews conducted with sources where providing information regarding the placement of intemship students is still done manually because there are no media or facilities that schools can use to provide registration information to prospective students. Therefore, we need a media that can present information on new student registration at RA Al Khoeriyah. The method used in designing this application is using the waterfall method to make the process of providing information more effective. Then this new student registration website was created by making a design using UML modeling. Before it was developed into a complete application by the developer the design was in the form of a waterfall, first by the validator using a validation sheet and the results obtained in the validation sheet stated that the category obtained in the validation sheet states that the categories obtained are good and very good. So it can be stated that the design of this website-based new student registration information system is worthy of being a reference for further system.

Abstract

Effective transaction data management is crucial for the operation of BRILink, particularly for agents who act as intermediaries between the bank and customers. This research aims to design and develop a web-based Project Management Information System to efficiently manage transaction reports. The system supports the recording, processing, and presentation of transaction data in a more structured and easily accessible manner for BRILink agents, thereby enhancing operational productivity.The research method includes requirements analysis, system design using Unified Modeling Language (UML), web framework-based implementation, and testing to ensure functionality. The results show that the developed system can improve the efficiency of report management, reduce data input errors, and provide quick and accurate reports. Equipped with data security features and an intuitive interface, this system is expected to support more effective BRILink agent operations and enhance customer service experiences.

Abstract

The Purwakarta Regency Food and Agriculture Service plays a crucial role in distributing rice seed aid to farmer groups. However, the process of determining recipients is often time-consuming and not entirely objective. To address this issue, this study developed and built a web-based system that can assist the agency in making decisions quickly and fairly. This system applies the SMART (Simple Multi-Attribute Rating Technique) method, a technique that evaluates and assigns weights to several criteria, such as land area, harvest yield, harvest target, number of group members, and the volume of seeds submitted. The system was developed using the waterfall method, which includes planning, design, construction, and testing. Test results show that this system is capable of providing accurate calculations and assisting the agency in determining aid recipients more easily and transparently. By inputting criteria, sub-criteria, and alternatives from the data obtained using 10 data as samples to display the ranking of farmer groups entitled to receive rice seed assistance, namely the Mekar Jadi farmer group from Tegalwaru sub-district, and Batutumpang village with a final value of 0.7833 as one of the priorities in the distribution of rice seed assistance.

Abstract

High-quality software requires a structured testing (software testing) and quality assurance (QA) process to ensure the application functions according to user needs. This study aims to analyze the quality of the ColorNote application, an Android-based note-taking application developed by Social & Mobile, Inc. The testing method used is Black Box Testing with a manual testing approach, which focuses on key functional aspects such as creating and editing notes, setting reminders, Google synchronization, and managing checklists. The test results show that most of ColorNote's features run well and produce output according to expectations. Each test scenario performed produces valid results, indicating that this application has high stability and resolution. However, there are still several minor aspects that can be optimized, such as improving performance and developing additional features to enrich the user experience. The conclusion of this study shows that Black Box Testing-based testing is effective in identifying the suitability of the function and performance of mobile applications. Documentation of these test results can be a reference for developers in efforts to improve software quality, as well as strengthen user confidence in the developed application.

Abstract

Learning Analysis in Class XII Interactive Media Design Subject at SMKN 9 Garut. In analyzing these subjects there are problems faced by teachers and students. The teacher must repeat the material that has been delivered when he wants to carry out the practice, because students often forget the material that has been received before because the students' needs in absorbing the material are different, some understand how to absorb the material by delivering material using the lecture/video tutorial/practice method. , there are even students who will understand the material if the delivery of the material has to combine these three methods. This study aims to optimize the ongoing interactive media design learning process by utilizing technology in interactive media design learning activities. The author uses a descriptive research method. Data collection techniques using Observation Techniques, Interviews, Literature Studies. The analysis model used is the procedural analysis model. The results of the analysis are less flexible learning, lack of visual video assistance and e-tutorials. The final conclusion of this analysis is that it would be nice if the interactive media design learning system for Class XII at SMKN 9 Garut should be made of learning materials based on Android and added video tutorials to assist students in carrying out practical exercises which will impact students more effectively and confidently in doing the exercises. practice.

Abstract

Peneliltian ini bertujuan untuk menggali secara mendalam bagaimana penerepan sistem informasi manajemen persediaan berpengaruh terhadap efisiensi stock barang pada usaha distro pakaian dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, Fokus penelitian ini adalah memahami pengalaman pengguna, manfaat yang dirasakan, serta kendala yang dihadapi dalam pengelolaan stock melalui sistem informasi, Data yang dikumpulkan melalui observasi lapangan, dokumentasi, dan wawancara semi-terstruktur dengan pemilik serta karyawan distro, Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan model interaktif Miles dan Huberman yang meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan, hasil penelitain menunjukkan bahwa penerapan sistem informasi manajemen persediaan digital dapat meningkatkan akurasi data, mempercepat proses pengisian ulang barang, serta mengurangi kesalahan manusia dalam pencatatan stock barang, namun ditemukan juga kendala seperti keterbasan teknis pengguna dan ketidak konsistenan iput data yang mempengaruhi efisisensi operasional secara keseluruhan.
