Abstract

The academic performance is one of aspect which has remained the benchmark of the success in learning activities at the university. The indicator of academic performance in the university is the students able to complete their studies on time. Unfortunately, the problem regarding academic performance was associated with the completion time of student studies in Faculty of Economics,University of Garut. In this research explore the model that able to classify the graduation of student through the data mining classification technique by Decision Tree Algorithm. The classification conducted by evaluating the academic performance based on Semester Performance Index (IPS) and Semester Credit Unit (SKS) during two years in the beginning and use the demographics of students as attributes that will be used in the dataset. Based on the examinations that conducted by using k-fold cross validation, there are 8 attributes that influence the graduation of students. The model that represented able to applied for classify the active students in 2016 and 2017 that indicate accuracy value of 79.53% and recall value was 19.23%.

Abstract

Field Work Practice is a means to actualize oneself on skills or abilities, both soft skills and hard skills that have been obtained during lectures and are applied in a company or agency for several months. In this Field Work Practice report, several activities are presented during the Field Work Practice, problems or obstacles and suggestions and suggestions to improve performance and progress at CV Sumringah Metik Solusi for 3 months, starting from September 27, 202 to December 31, 2021. Placement of Practice Field Work at Cv Sumringah Metik Solusi located on Jl. Tasik-Bandung Km 52, Sasak Besi Perum Puri Kulsum Blok R No. 10 Blubur Limbangan, Garut, 44186. While carrying out the Field Work Practice, they are placed in the Programming section, while the activities or tasks carried out during street vendors include making a frontend for a mobile application needed by consumers and making a backend for the application

Abstract

The System Development Life Cycyle or better know as SDLC is the most commonly used method for developing information systems. SDLC consist of several stages, which include palanning, analysis, design, implementation, to maintenance. The concept in the SDLC underlies various types of software development to form a framework for planning and controlling the manufacture of information systems. SDLC models that are often used inlcude waterfall and prototyping. Thus, the comparison of the two models states that the waterfall model is more suitable for generic systems or software, meaning that the systems can identify all its needs form the start with general specification.

Abstract

PT. Nippon Indosari Corpindo,Tbk. is one of the companies engaged in the food industry with its flagship product, namely bread with the brand "SARI ROTI". PT Nippon Indosari Corpindo,Tbk has been established since 1995. At PT Nippon Indosari Corpindo,Tbk, according to the author, the online buying and selling system used is not yet effective and efficient, because customers have to click the link to whatsapp to order, if the order has been entered then from the agent The center provides information to the nearest agent according to the location of the order ordered by the customer, and afterthat the nearest agent canonly send the order. Therefore, there is a lack of efficiency in the purchasing system. The problem isthat it does not yet have a prototype user interface for the Sari Roti mobile application. Based on these problems, user interface design was carried out and produced a prototype of the Sari Roti mobile application using a user centered design (UCD) model and for evaluation of the initial design using a usability scale (SUS) system to 11 respondents. This research is successful in designing a user interface that can view product lists, product details, make transactions, and order status. Abstract

This study aims to obtain a clear picture of the Information Technology Education Workshop in the Implementation of Independent Learning on the Independent Campus which was held on Thursday - Saturday, July 14 to 16, 2022 at SMA Ma'arif Banyuresmi Garut. This study uses a qualitative approach, the type of research in this study is descriptive with survey techniques. The data collection technique used is a questionnaire. The results of this study use a description of the implementation of the Information Technology Education Workshop in the Implementation of Independent Learning at the Merdeka Campus based on the planning, implementation, and evaluation of learning. In order for the learning process to run well, at the time of planning, the facilitator involves students to formulate the objectives of the workshop implementation.

Abstract

This study contains the analysis and design of attendance applications at the Cirebon district revenue office with the aim of assisting the process of recording employee attendance data at the Regional Revenue Service and minimizing the possibility of fraudulent processes that may occur during absenteeism. The method of analysis and software design used in this paper is 2 stages in the waterfall method according to the pressman which consists of stages of analysis, design, testing, and implementation. The representation of the analysis phase uses a flowmap and data flow diagram, the database design uses an Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD).

Abstract

PT XYZ Tbk is the largest transportation rental service company in Indonesia. However, the process of submitting a lease from a customer still takes a long time and a lot of resources because it is done manually. It's very important for an organization to facilitate the business process with digitalization and to change physical files and documents to digital files (paperless) in the form of e-documents accompanied by e-digital signatures so that the process becomes faster, more effective and efficient. Therefore, this research purpose is to propose an E-Rent vehicle rental system to digitalize the current business processes. To determine the proposed design, research was conducted by analyzing user requirements, system requirements and conducting design modeling using the Object Oriented Analysis and Design method. Based on the result of the research conducted, it is expected the proposed system can meet the needs of the users in the vehicle rental process., both the users in the company and the customers.

Abstract

Employees are the company's most important asset, without the role of employee’s activities cannot be realized. Employees are serious in determining the plans and goals that must be achieved. Therefore, PT. Unibless Indo Multi periodically selects the best employees to increase the spirit of performance and employee dedication to the company. The selection of employees will be done computerized, so it is necessary for a system when considering all the criteria that support to determine the best employees. To support the decision-making system, a decision-making method is needed. PT employees choose the methods used in the decision support system are SAW and AHP methods. The SAW method is often called the weighted summation method. At the same time, the Analytical Hierarchy Process is a decision-making process that finds the best solution by outlining complex problems into a more complex form. Based on the results processed in this study with the use of either SAW and AHP method in the first rank obtained by Taufik with the same weight which is 0,66.

Abstract: Jayatri Pharmacy is one of the pharmacies located in Blubur Limbangan District, this pharmacy distributes pharmaceutical services regarding employment such as drug compounding, drug preparation, drug procurement, drug storage, distribution and delivery of drugs, and providing data or information to the public about pharmacy requirements. At this time, Jayatri Pharmacy is still managed with manual or semi-manual systems. Meanwhile, current needs demand more effective and efficient management. In order to respond to these problems, it can be concluded that a web-based information system can help these pharmacies and their management become more effective and can increase sales turnover. Keywords: Information Systems; Sales; Pharmacy; Drug Abstrak: Apotek Jayatri merupakan salah satu Apotek yang terletak di Kecamatan Blubur Limbangan, Apotek ini membagikan pelayanan kefarmasian mengenai ketenagakerjaan seperti peracikan obat, penyiapan obat, pengadaan obat, penyimpanan obat , pendistribusian serta penyerahan obat, dan memberikan data atau informasi kepada masyarakat tentang syarat Apotek. Pada saat ini Apotek Jayatri masih dijumpai pengelolaan dengan sistem manual atau semi manual. Sedangkan kebutuhan dikala ini menuntut pengelolaan yang lebih efektif dan efisien. Guna menanggapi masalah tersebut, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa sistem informasi berbasis web dapat membantu terhadap Apotek tersebut dan pengelolaannya menjadi lebih efektif serta dapat meningkatkan omset penjualan. Kata kunci: Sistem Informasi; Penjualan; Apotek; Obat

Abstract

The planning for the development of Information Systems and Technology is carried out with the main goal of realizing the Vision and Mission of Higher Education. The Information System design framework used is TOGAF (The Open Group Architecture Framework) - ADM (Architecture Development Methode), in that framework consists of several steps of implementing a representative architectural design to be used in architectural design at the Toyota Indonesia Community Academy which focuses on Business, Data, Applications and Technology. For the information system security management system, TOGAF-ADM can collaborate with ISO 27001:2013, where when we plan the development of the enterprise information system architecture for universities, we must also focus on information system security in accordance with the information system security system contained in the ISO 27001 :2013. By using a combination framework between TOGAF-ADM and ISO 27001, it is very appropriate to be used as a method for planning Enterprise Architecture in Higher Education that prioritizes business, applications and technology and adopts an information security management system from ISO 27001.
