Abstract

This study addresses the development of a web-based patient complaint management system at Puskesmas Tarogong. The aim is to facilitate patients in submitting complaints about the services they receive, thus improving the overall quality of healthcare services. Traditional complaint processes often require significant effort and time from patients, such as physically visiting the healthcare facility and waiting for responses. The proposed system allows patients to submit and track complaints in real-time, from anywhere and at any time, without the need for a physical visit. This system also enables healthcare staff to respond to complaints more efficiently, thereby enhancing patient satisfaction. Furthermore, real-time access to complaint data helps Puskesmas Tarogong identify areas needing improvement and take appropriate measures to enhance their services. The implementation of this system is expected to significantly improve the quality of healthcare services by ensuring effective and efficient complaint handling. Keywords : web-based system, patient complaints, healthcare service quality, real-time tracking, Puskesmas Tarogong, efficiency, patient satisfaction.

Abstract

The decision support system is able to provide the best recommendations from existing alternatives based on calculation results. One method that can be implemented is the Weighted Product (WP) Method.  The Weigted Product method is a method whose solution uses multiplication to connect attribute values, where the value must be raised to the power of the weight value of the attribute in question. In the academic activities of a Senior High School (SMA), there are activities to select outstanding students. This activity aims to ensure that students who excel can become school representatives in various activities at the sub-district, regency, provincial and national levels. The criteria used in this research are average grades, attendance, attitudes and behavior, extracurriculars, and non-academics. The case study used a total of five alternatives. The implementation results show that the alternative with the highest V value calculation results, namely 0.238, can be recommended as an outstanding student.

Abstract

The Weighted Product method is a method that can help in making decisions. The largest value will be selected as the best alternative. Calculations will be in accordance with this method if the selected alternative meets the specified criteria. SMKN 1 Purwakarta is one of the schools where in its academic activities there is a selection of exemplary students. The need for an easier and more objective election system is something worth considering. To meet these needs, research was conducted that implemented the Weighted Product method to select exemplary students based on academic, non-academic, organizational and extracurricular values. Based on the calculations, the highest preference value or V vector was 0.212. The data with the largest vector V value is then recommended to become an exemplary student

Abstract

Decision Support Systems (DSS) or Decision Support Systems (DSS) is an information system that is flexible, interactive, can be adapted and developed to provide information, modeling and data manipulation so that it can produce various alternative decisions and answers to assist management in dealing with various problems that arise. semi-structured and unstructured situations, where no one knows for sure how decisions should be made. One method that can be used is the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. This method was chosen because it can describe complex multi-factor or multi-criteria problems into a hierarchy that is implemented in the selection of insurance products using the AHP method. With this method it is expected to be able to choose the right product because it is based on predetermined criteria and weight values so that it will get maximum results.

Abstract

Supplier selection is a critical part of purchasing activities in a company because it has an impact on the quality and availability of raw materials, production cost efficiency and the smooth circulation of company finances. Determining suppliers based on certain criteria can be supported by a decision support system (DSS). The method used is the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method. The criteria used in selecting suppliers are speed of delivery, discount level, service, quality of goods and payment tempo. The final result obtained from the calculation process is a ranking table which shows the assessment of each supplier using the weight criteria determined by the company and recommends the supplier with the highest score as the best supplier. By implementing a decision support system using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method, it can help companies determine and select suppliers who are able to provide good products.
