Abstract

The exploration of knowledge management and its influence on the informal sector has become a topical interest to industries and academia. Nonetheless, the current deficiency in literature to reveal empirical association between knowledge management and the informal sector is a critical gap this study sought to reduce. Hence, this study specifically examines the interrelationship between knowledge management and the informal sector. The study employed a qualitative descriptive method in analyzing relevant related studies and was anchored on the absorptive capacity theory. The study concludes that the analysis of knowledge management revealed its growing significance at a rapid trajectory that transcends the informal sector; the increasing need and demand for strategic activation, engagement, and execution of knowledge management activities have become much pronounced and invaluable to the sustainable posterity of the affairs of the informal sector. The study also made postulation on the prospect of the association between knowledge management and the informal sector

Abstract

The global traveler's attention has shifted away from crowded cities with high-rise hotels and towards remote locations with a tranquil natural setting that doesn't harm the local ecology. Given the aforementioned information, hoteliers must immediately change their practises and trends in commercial hospitality in relation to the environment. The notion of eco hotels or green hotels has evolved as a result of growing environmental awareness. A "green hotel" is a lodging establishment that has made significant environmental improvements to its to have the least possible influence on the environment. This essay makes an effort to comprehend eco-friendly hotels, specifically the newest trends and ideal procedures. Additionally, it will make an effort to provide a summary of governmental policies and regulations with reference to hotels in India. Abstract

Abstract

At this time smartphones are a necessity of life every day. So, every individual must have at least one smartphone as a tool for daily life. Currently, smartphone users in Indonesia are experiencing rapid development, but with so many smartphone users giving customers a variety of choices in purchasing smartphones. Various brands and specifications offered by manufacturers make the purchase and use of smartphones higher every year. With intense competition in the smartphone industry requires Xiaomi to have a strategy in order to remain in demand by consumers. This research was carried out to find out the influence of brand image, brand trust and consumer satisfaction on brand loyalty to Xiaomi smartphone consumers who live in the Tangerang area. Based on the results of this study shows that brand image has a positive effect on consumer satisfaction. Brand trust has a positive effect on consumer satisfaction. Brand image positively affects brand loyalty. Brand trust positively affects brand loyalty. Consumer satisfaction has a positive effect on consumer loyalty. Brand image positively affects brand loyalty through consumer satisfaction. Brand trust positively affects brand loyalty through consumer satisfaction
