Abstract

. In relation to employee performance as an executor of airport service users, human resources are needed who have good work motivation, so that they can influence work results according to service quality standards. The problems that the author observed during the OJT, the author saw a lack of time discipline to employees, there were several employees who came to work not on time and did not focus on serving passengers. The purpose of this study was to determine the extent to which the quality of PT Gapura Angkasa's pasasi services and the level of employee performance on passenger satisfaction at Adi Soemarmo Airport. This study uses quantitative methods with data collection techniques obtained directly, namely questionnaires, observation, and documentation distributed to 100 passengers at Adi Soemarmo Solo Airport. The data were analyzed using SPSS 25 software with normality test, multicollinearity test, linearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression equation, T test, F test, and coefficient of determination. The results of the T test conducted by researchers show that the significant value of 0.00% <0.05, then Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, meaning that the dependent variable Y (Passenger Satisfaction) carried out by the PT Gapura Angkasa unit at Adisoemarmo Solo Airport.

Abstract

The commitment of the Indonesia government to prioritize the development of tourism and aviation as the focus of regional economic growth is reflected in various strategic policies and programs. In line with this, Radin Inten II Lampung Airport always strives to improve facilities, especially in the departure terminal area. This study aims to understand the influence of departure terminal facilities on passenger satisfaction at Radin Inten II Airport Lampung. This research was conducted using a quantitative approach, where data was collected through questionnaires and literature studies. Instrument feasibility analysis using validity test, reliability test, data analysis using normality test, simple linear regression analysis, t-test and determination coefficient analysis (R2). The results of the study showed that departure terminal facilities had an effect on service user satisfaction at Radin Inten II Lampung Airport with a value of 0.51 or 51%, which meant that the independent variable (departure terminal facilities) affected the dependent variable (service user satisfaction) by 51% and the remaining 49% was influenced by other factors that were not in this study.

Abstract

Interpersonal communication is a communication process between two or more people face-to-face that allows the communicator to convey messages directly and the communicant to respond to them at the same time. This process helps us understand the meaning of messages in communication, even when they are silent, they can be said to be communicating. Interpersonal communication becomes very important in the continuity and smoothness of work, as done by aviation security (AVSEC) officers at Sultan Thaha Airport Jambi. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of aviation security (AVSEC) communication conflicts on passengers in terms of interpersonal communication at Sultan Thaha Airport Jambi. This research uses quantitative methods. Data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents. The research instrument used a Likert scale with 23 statements according to the indicators of each variable. This research uses SPSS for instrument testing and hypothesis testing, namely simple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that there is an influence between the independent variable, namely interpersonal communication, on the dependent variable, namely communication conflicts that have a significant effect with the data obtained 0.010 < 0.05 with the value of tcount > ttable, which is 2.612 > 1.660. This can be seen in the research hypothesis which shows that Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. The magnitude of the influence of the interpersonal communication variable can be seen from the results of the coefficient of determination (R2) test of 0.065. This shows that there is an influence of the interpersonal communication variable (X) on the communication conflict variable (Y) of 6.5%.

Abstract

Situation Awareness (SA) refers to an individual’s perception or response to understanding the conditions or state of their surrounding environment. For Aviation Security (Avsec) personnel, Situation Awareness is crucial as it impacts their performance and the success of their duties and responsibilities on the field. This study aims to explore how Avsec personnel develop Situation Awareness (SA) and the obstacles they face during the screening of passengers' baggage at Komodo Labuan Bajo Airport. The research employs a qualitative approach with a descriptive qualitative research design. Data collection for this study was conducted at Komodo Labuan Bajo Airport, involving interviews, observations, and documentation. The findings indicate that the Aviation Security (Avsec) personnel at Komodo Labuan Bajo Airport have effectively implemented Situation Awareness (SA) and have reached Level 3 SA. This reflects their capability to understand and manage situations very well. The personnel not only adhere strictly to instructions but also take the initiative to observe suspicious passenger behavior. A deep understanding of procedures and good coordination enable them to handle both normal and emergency situations efficiently, ensuring safety and effectiveness in the screening of passengers' baggage.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of social media in the spread of Indonesian among students and evaluate the potential of the language to become an international language. Using a qualitative approach, data was collected through a questionnaire distributed to students at the Faculty of Economics, State University of Medan. The results of the study showed that 87.9% of respondents used social media every day, and 69.7% considered the role of social media to be very important in introducing Indonesian internationally. Although most respondents believe that Indonesian has the potential to become an international language, they identified several barriers, such as inappropriate language use and lack of support from the community and government. The recommendations put forward include active promotion of the Indonesian language on social media, improvement of the overseas education curriculum, and collaboration with international influencers.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of accommodation, transportation and food service prices on interest in travel in Tulungagung. This research is a quantitative study using primary data for 2015-2022 obtained from the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS). The method used uses quantitative methods with data collection using questionnaires. Based on research that has been conducted on the effect of accommodation, transportation, and the price of food services on interest in travel (case study of Sharia Tourism Study Program Students UIN Sayyid Ali Rahmatullah Tulungagung Class of 2020-2022). Accommodation, Transportation, and Food Service Prices have a positive effect on interest in travel. The higher the level of accommodation, transportation and the price of good food services, the higher the student's interest in trying to travel. Accommodation has a positive effect on interest in travel. The higher the level of accommodation regarding travel interest, the higher the interest in travel will be. Transportation has a positive effect on interest in travel. The higher the level of transportation regarding travel, the higher the interest in travel will be. price of food services has no effect on interest in traveling. The small value of the price of food services does not necessarily attract tourists to travel.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of store atmosphere, promotions and product diversity on purchasing decisions at Listy Mart. This type of research is quantitative research. This research data was obtained through primary and secondary data. The population in this research are consumers at Listy Mart. The sample in this research was 213 consumers with a sampling technique using the Slovin formula. The analysis techniques used are validity testing, reliability testing, classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing. The research results show that the partial t test results show that the shop atmosphere, promotion and product diversity variables influence purchasing decisions at Listy Mart. Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of work motivation and workload on employee performance at CV Brother Online Stationery. The sampling method used in this study was saturated sampling, where the total population consisted of all 34 employees of CV Brother Online Stationery. The data analysis method employed multiple linear regression tests. Partial hypothesis testing using the t-test indicates that work motivation and workload have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This is evident from the results of the t-test on the work motivation variable, where the calculated t-value (3.106) is greater than the table t-value (1.695), with a significance value of 0.004, which is less than 0.05. Similarly, for the workload variable, the calculated t-value (3.140) is greater than the table t-value (1.695), with a significance value of 0.004, which is less than 0.05. In addition, simultaneous hypothesis testing indicates that work motivation and workload collectively influence employee performance at CV Brother Online Stationery. The results of the f-test (simultaneous test) show that the calculated f-value (11.613) is greater than the table f-value (3.30), with a significance value of 0.000, which is less than 0.05.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the service provided by employees of UMKM Serba Cetak towards consumer satisfaction after completing a purchase or order at UMKM Serba Cetak. The study covers in accordance with the Key Performance Indicators consisting of six divisions and analyzes the level of service towards consumer satisfaction. The research method used involves observation for one month at UMKM Serba Cetak and interviews as well as distributing questionnaires to consumers who have made orders at UMKM Serba Cetak, as well as market data analysis to identify the relationship between excellent service and consumer satisfaction at UMKM Serba Cetak. The sample in this study was the entire population of 15 people; the analysis and testing tools used were IBM SPP Version 21 and Microsoft Excel. The results of the study showed that the work in accordance with the Key Performance Indicators experienced significant changes at UMKM Serba Cetak, such as increased sales and income every month, financial data was well managed, and online promotions received good engagement. Based on the results of the validity test with a value of 0.5140, which was declared valid, and the results of the CSI analysis obtained were 86.90%, which were declared very satisfied.

Abstract

This research aims to look at the relationship between Fintech Innovation, Financial Inclusion, Green Finance, and Balance of Trade in Indonesia. Financial technology innovation is experiencing very rapid development. Green Finance or a sustainable green economy itself can be interpreted as anything that can be enjoyed not only now but for the long term into the future which ultimately aims to improve the Indonesian economy and play a positive role in the growth of the trade balance. The research method in this research is using the VAR method. The VAR model is a model that is used without emphasizing the problem of exogeneity of the variables used in the analysis. The VAR model makes it easy to provide answers and provide empirical and more complex evidence of the long-term reciprocal relationship of economic variables that contribute to one another. The research results in this study are that the variables are related to each other.
