Abstract

Indonesia is an agricultural country but many students are not familiar with the world of agriculture. This is due to the lack of involvement of children in the world of agriculture, both in schools and in the community. The purpose of this study is to provide motivation and experience to students in carrying out entrepreneurial activities, especially through oyster mushroom cultivation. The study was conducted qualitatively by describing the steps of learning oyster mushroom cultivation. Learning was carried out in class XII of SMA Negeri 6 Kota Serang whose environment supports oyster mushroom cultivation. Based on the observation results, it is known that students participate in learning actively and enthusiastically, some have even started trying to develop oyster mushroom cultivation as a business at home.

Abstract

Brits Hotel Puri Indah faces challenges in increasing room occupancy amid fierce competition in the hospitality industry. This study aims to analyze effective marketing strategies for Brits Hotel Puri Indah using SWOT analysis. The methods employed include the IFE (Internal Factor Evaluation), EFE (External Factor Evaluation), IE (Internal-External), and SWOT matrices. The target market is focused on the corporate segment. The analysis results show that Brits Hotel Puri Indah has Strengths in the appropriate corporate market segment but faces Weaknesses in the suboptimal use of digital marketing technology. From the IFE analysis, the hotel obtained a score of 3.54, which is quite good, as it exceeds the threshold score of 2.5. Similarly, the EFE results are also satisfactory, with a score of 3.31, surpassing the 2.5 benchmark. In the IE matrix, the hotel is positioned in Cell I, which is categorized as "Grow and Build," indicating that the strategic focus should be on growth and development strategies. The study recommends improving digital marketing technology and strengthening existing marketing strategies to significantly increase room occupancy.

Abstract

Financial reports are an important medium in the economic decision making process. Companies must prepare financial reports that describe all transactions in the company. By analyzing financial reports, management can determine the right steps so that company goals can be achieved. In analyzing the company's financial performance based on the calculation of financial ratios at PT. Aneka Tambang Tbk required data is a financial report consisting of financial position (balance sheet) and profit and loss statement. The company's Current Ratio was recorded at 195.83%, which indicates that the company has high enough liquidity to meet its short-term obligations. However, in the following year, namely 2023, the Current Ratio will increase to 233.94%. The company's Debt to Equity ratio was recorded at 41.85%, the company's NPM was recorded at 8.31%, which indicates that the company succeeded in converting around 8.31% of its total revenue into net profit. However, in the following year, namely 2023, NPM will decrease to 7.49%. Receivable Turnover (RTO) financial ratio analysis provides an understanding of PT Aneka Tambang Tbk's efficiency in managing its receivables from 2022 to 2023. Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of service quality on customer satisfaction at Suru-Suru All Delivery Panyabungan, Mandailing Natal Regency. The type of research is quantitative research. Data collection techniques are by observation and distributing questionnaires. This research involved a sample of 86 respondents using the Slovin formula. All tests were carried out using the SPSS version 25 program. The results of this research were that service quality had a partial effect on customer satisfaction at Suru-Suru All Delivery Panyabungan, Mandailing Natal Regency. The partial test value (t) on the service quality variable (X) was 3.769 with a value ttable is 1.663. So the tcount value is greater than ttable (3.768 > 1.663), then the service quality variable (X) has a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction (Y). This shows that the first hypothesis (Ha) is accepted. This means that "the service quality variable has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction" which has also been proven successfully by this research with an R Square value obtained of 0.145 multiplied by 100% to 14.5%. while 85.5% is explained by other variables. Apart from that, the service quality variable has a low relationship with customer satisfaction at Suru-Suru All Delivery, Panyabungan District, Mandailing Natal Regency, amounting to 0.380.

Abstract

Consumers will make purchasing decisions about a product influenced by several things, namely, price and consumers can make purchasing decisions. This is the company's main goal in making a profit. Apart from price, what influences purchasing decisions is brand image, where brand image plays an important role in a decision to purchase a Vivo cellphone. The formulation of the problem in this research is 1. Does price influence the decision to purchase Vivo cellphones at Griya Satria Cibeber Housing, 2. Does brand image influence the decision to purchase Vivo cellphones at Griya Satria Cibeber Housing, 3. Do price and brand image influence purchasing decisions Vivo cellphone at Griya Satria Cibeber Housing Complex. This research aims to find out how influential price and brand image are on purchasing decisions for Vivo cellphones. The analysis method used is quantitative descriptive analysis and uses a survey method of 60 respondents. The data collection technique uses an instrument in the form of a questionnaire. Data analysis uses classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression and coefficient of determination analysis. Based on the results of the hypothesis test, the value tcount > ttable (3,455 > 2,542) and the significant value 0.001 < ɑ (0.05), then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. Based on the significance test, it was found that there is a significant influence between the price variable (X1) on purchasing decisions (Y). And the value of tcount > ttable (4,593 > 2,542) and the significant value is 0.000 < ɑ (0.05), then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. Based on the significance test, it was found that there is a significant influence between the brand image variable (X2) on purchasing decisions (Y).

Abstract

Marketing strategy is important in order to develop a business. In the era of technological development like today there are many ways to market a product. It is known that currently many people in their daily lives use online media or the internet in carrying out their activities, therefore online marketing is something that must be emphasized in business. In addition, with online marketing, businesses can be reached by a wider audience. This study aims to determine the significance of the influence of (1) online promotion on purchasing decisions at Mbak Bakul's Frozen Food business (2) customer value on purchasing decisions for Mbak Bakul's Frozen Food (3) ease of transactions on purchasing decisions for Mbak Bakul's Frozen Food (4) online promotion, customer value, and ease of transactions on purchasing decisions for Mbak Bakul's Frozen Food. This study uses a quantitative approach with an associative research type. The sampling technique used was accidental sampling, with a total of 100 respondents, namely all buyers of Frozen Food Mbak Bakul Kediri. The data collection technique in this study using a Likert scale through distributing questionnaires, which was then analyzed validity test and reliability test, classical assumption test, hypothesis testing, namely t test, f test, and coefficient of determination test, and multiple linear regression test. From this study, the results show that it is known that the variables of online promotion, customer value, and ease of transactions simultaneously or together have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for Mbak Bakul's Frozen Food. Furthermore, the results of the coefficient of determination test show the R Square coefficient value of 0.761, which means that the online promotion variable, customer value, and ease of transaction are able to explain the purchasing decision variable by 76.1%.

Abstract

Increasingly advanced developments and increasingly sophisticated technology have made the coffee business a promising business. This can be seen from the widespread sale of quality local coffee which is now everywhere, from roadside areas, business areas, to shopping centers. The goal of a company is definitely to make a profit. The aim of this research is to determine the minimum sales limit, sales planning, sales targets and sales safety limits using break even point (BEP) and margin of safety (MOS) analysis tools as profit planning decisions. The research method used in this research is quantitative descriptive type. The research was conducted at Kedai Kopicab which is located at Bandar Lor, Kec. Mojoroto, Kediri City, East Java. The sample in this research is all the costs incurred by Kedai Kopicab in selling Vietnam Drip products. Research data was obtained through the interview stage and financial reports held by Kedai Kopicab. The results of the research are that Kedai Kopicab wants an increase for the next three years of 10% each year and obtains a BEP value in 2024 of IDR 68,734,132, in 2025 of IDR 71,461,209, and in 2026 of IDR 74,738,514. However, even though the BEP value increases each year, the percentage obtained by Kedai Kopicab tends to decrease each year. This requires anticipating risks such as controlling costs, increasing sales, and adjusting selling prices.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of financial literacy and lifestyle on the financial management behavior of accounting students at the University of 17 August 1945 Surabaya. The research uses a qualitative approach, collecting data through open-ended questionnaires distributed to five students. The results show that financial literacy plays a significant role in helping students manage their finances, such as prioritizing academic needs and saving. However, a consumptive lifestyle influenced by social media can pose challenges in financial management, especially when students are more influenced by trends than the financial knowledge they possess. This study concludes that the development of financial literacy programs among students is necessary to promote healthy financial habits and achieve better financial well-being.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the strategic role of MSMEs in driving sustainable economic growth in Depok City and its impact on improving community welfare in West Java. Through qualitative and quantitative approaches, this study analyzes various factors that influence MSME performance. The results of the study are expected to provide effective policy recommendations to support the development of MSMEs in Depok City.

Abstract

The aim of this research will focus on the management of Regional Original Income and regional expenditure in Pasuruan City. Descriptive qualitative analysis methods will be used to explain the research results. Data obtained from the realization of Pasuruan City's financial reports for 2019-2023. The results of the analysis show that the degree of decentralization ratio has poor performance. The average performance financial independence ratio is very low. The average performance of the expenditure growth ratio is not good. Average operational expenditure performance is good. Average capital expenditure performance is good.
