Abstract

This research aims to examine the role of effective financial management in improving the quality of graduates in faculties at universities. Using qualitative research methods based on postpositivist ideology, this research uses inductive analysis to explore the natural state of objects, focusing on meaning rather than generalizations. The findings show that appropriate allocation of funds for the development and maintenance of educational infrastructure, such as laboratories, libraries and comfortable classrooms, is positively correlated with the quality of graduates. Additionally, effective financial management is directly related to the availability of educational resources. Stakeholder engagement, including government, society, and the private sector, plays a critical role in improving graduate outcomes. The research results show that graduates in faculties at universities are well prepared to enter the world of work, have a strong work ethic, and show a high level of creativity.

This research focuses on improving teacher preparation of students through school-based experiences enhanced by simulation technology and virtual reality. This study aims to understand the impact of the integration of the latest technology in teacher education on their readiness to face new challenges and trends in the growing world of education. This research method uses a systematic literature review to investigate the role and challenges of school-based experiences in student teacher preparation in South Africa. From 265 articles examined in the Scopus database, 13 relevant articles were selected. The results suggest that professional dialogue between student teachers, mentors, and other stakeholders plays a key role in professional development. However, challenges such as lack of time for feedback from mentors and teachers, as well as lack of mentoring, were also identified. The research confirms the importance of school-based experiences in preparing student teachers for the realities of the teaching profession, but also highlights the need to overcome the barriers that stand in the way of such experiences. Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of the sustainability of the professionalism management development (PKB) program on teacher self-efficacy in Islamic Islamic madrasahs. This research is motivated by the importance of increasing teacher competence and self-confidence in teaching through a structured and systematic CPD program. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method, with data obtained through interviews, observation and documentation, which is then analyzed using triangulation techniques. The research results show that good CPD management which includes planning, implementation, monitoring and reporting has a positive effect on teacher self-efficacy. Teachers with high self-efficacy are more confident in managing the classroom and implementing innovative teaching methods. Findings also show that professional collaboration, such as in Teacher Working Groups (KKG), and participation in professional networks, such as teacher communities and educational organizations, make significant contributions in increasing teacher self-efficacy. Therefore, effective management of PKB as well as support for collaboration and professional networks are very important to improve the quality of education in madrasah ibtidaiyah.
