Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of audit tenure, company size, and audit rotation factors on audit quality, a study of manufacturing companies in the consumer goods industry sector listed on the BEI in 2019- 2022. The theory used in this research is Agency Theory. The approach used in this research is a quantitative approach. The population of this study is the consumer goods industrial sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019 – 2022. The sampling technique uses a purposive sampling technique. The sample used was 20 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian stock Exchange. The data analysis technique used is linear regression analysis. Based on the results of partial test research that has been tested, it shows that the variable audit tenure, and company size variables do not have a significant effect on audit quality.

Abstract

This paper aims to examine the effect of environmental costs and environmental disclosure on profitability in mining sector companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2019-2022 period. The approach in this study is a quantitative approach with the type of data, namely secondary data. The sampling in this study used a purposive sampling technique so that a sample of 16 companies. The data analysis method used in this study is the multiple linear regression tests. Based on testing, two results are obtained, namely, first, the environmental costs have no effect on profitability. Then the second is the environmental disclosure has an effect on profitability.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine the influence of investment decisions and dividend policies on the firm's value. This study employs a quantitative approach. The subjects of this research are companies in the non-cylicals sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2018 to 2022. Using purposive sampling techniques, a total of 20 companies were selected for examination. Subsequently, data testing applied multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the testing, it was found that investment decisions have a partial effect on firm value, while dividend policy does not have a partial effect on firm value. Simultaneously, investment decisions and dividend policy have an impact on firm value.

Abstract

Penelitian ini memakai pendekatan kuantitatif metode kausal. Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh dewan direksi, dewan komisaris dan CSR terhadap kinerja keuangan. Sampel yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini yaitu perusahaan sub industry produksi batubara dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling selama 4 tahun dengan memperoleh data sebanyak 68. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial, dewan direksi tidak memiliki pegaruh negatif secara tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan, dewan komisaris tidak memiliki pengaruh negative secara tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan dan CSR memiliki pengaruh positive secara siginifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan dan secara simultan dewan direksi, dewan komisaris dan CSR memiliki pengaruh positive secara signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of financial risk and intellectual capital on firm value. The type of research used is a quantitative approach. The population used in this study are banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2020-2022. The sampling technique used purposive sampling technique, so that 135 observations were obtained from 45 companies over a 3-year period. Hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS software version 26. The results of this study indicate financial risk and intellectual capital have an influence on firm value.

Abstract

This study explores how role stress, specifically role ambiguity and role conflict, impacts the well-being of healthcare professionals, focusing on nurses. It aims to understand the influence of role stress on job satisfaction, the role of structural empowerment in enhancing job satisfaction, and the mediating effect of role stress on the connection between organizational support and job satisfaction. Utilizing a quantitative approach, including descriptive analysis and SEM-PLS techniques through the SmartPLS application, the study involved employees at Indriati Solo Baru Hospital in Sukoharjo. Findings reveal a detrimental effect of role stress on job satisfaction, with a positive contribution from structural empowerment. Mediation analysis demonstrates that structural empowerment mitigates role stress, while organizational support mediates the relationship between structural empowerment and job satisfaction. In conclusion, role stress adversely impacts job satisfaction, yet the positive influence of structural empowerment and organizational support helps alleviate this effect, offering valuable insights into factors influencing job satisfaction within the healthcare sector.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of Total Asset, ROA, and DER on underpricing in the primary market at the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2019-2022. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression methods. The study showed that only the total asset of the company had an influence on underpricing. Companies with high total assets of the company tend to experience higher underpricing. During the 2019-2022 period, this can be explained by the hot issue market. Knowing this market condition, investors are willing to pay more than the fair price for the company's shares. This study has important implications for companies that will conduct an IPO. Companies need to consider the factor of total assets of the company in determining the price of their initial shares.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the effect of Financial Leverage, Profitability and Corporate Social Responsibility on firm value in JII70 companies listed on the IDX in 2020-2022. Sample collection using purposive sampling technique so as to get 26 sample companies. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression tests. The results showed that Financial Leverage, Profitability and and Corporate Social Responsibility had a partial effect on firm value.

Abstract

This research aims to evaluate the precision of three primary predictive algorithms—ID3, naïve bayes, and SVM (SVM)—optimized using the particle swarm optimization (PSO) algorithm for detecting and predicting heart attacks. The methodology involves comparing these algorithms as tools for categorizing data into relevant groups and optimizing them using PSO to enhance prediction accuracy. Data from kaggle and uci repositories are managed using RapidMiner. The study reveals accuracy results: the ID3 algorithm achieves 75.20% accuracy with AUC 0.735, post-PSO optimization increases accuracy to 80.49% with AUC 0.815. The naïve bayes algorithm attains 81.52% accuracy with AUC 0.890, post-PSO optimization enhances accuracy to 83.94% with AUC 0.901. The SVM (SVM) algorithm records 82.13% accuracy with AUC 0.895, post-PSO optimization boosts accuracy to 84.83% with AUC 0.900.

Abstract

Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk mengkaji penerapan CSR dan GCG diproksikan oleh dewan komisaris independen terhadap profitabilitas perusahaan sektor pertambangan. Data sekunder digunakan untuk penelitian ini. Sample yang dipilih menggunakan purposive sampling sehingga sampel yang didapatkan sebanyak 52 sampel perusahaan. Pengujian data menggunakan bantuan aplikasi SPSS 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa CSR mempengaruhi profitabilitas dan sebaliknya GCG tidak mempengaruhi profitabilitas.
