Abstract

This research aims to address two crucial issues in the world of shark conservation, namely the decline in the number of shark species facing the risk of extinction and the difficulty in distinguishing visually between several similar shark species. To achieve this goal, the research applies the Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) method with the ResNet-50 architecture. The decision to use the ResNet-50 architecture is based on its ability to handle complex training issues, computational efficiency, and high performance in image recognition. The dataset used consists of 1497 images of sharks, divided into training data, validation data, and test data with a ratio of 60:20:20. Each image is resized to 224x224 pixels to facilitate analysis. The results of the study indicate that the method used successfully classified 14 species of sharks effectively, with an average accuracy of 96.16%. This discovery provides new hope in shark conservation efforts and opens opportunities for the development of similar methods to safeguard the sustainability of shark populations in the future.

Abstract

Zahir Software is an accounting system or program that can monitor and assist a company's daily financial activities with the final output being an automatic financial report that can be used at any time. The aim of this research is to provide a design overview of the application of Zahir and to determine the obstacle factors in the application of Zahir at CV. Anugerah Jaya Plastindo. The research method used by the author is qualitative descriptive research. The results of this research show that the application of Zahir makes it easier for directors to check financial reports and employees to be helped in carrying out their work and from a tax perspective, sales and purchase transactions can be accounted for when audited by the KPP. Changes can be made when implementing Zahir on the CV. Anugerah Jaya Plastindo.

Abstract

This scientific article research aims to determine the influence of Return On Equity (ROE), Net Profit Margin (NPM), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), and Price to Equity Ratio (PER) on share prices in non-cyclical consumer sector companies used in This research is quantitative data. The data source used is secondary data in the form of annual financial reports. The research population is all technology sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2020 - 2022, namely 38 banking companies. The results of this research show that the Return On Equity (ROE) variable has a significant positive effect on stock prices, the Net Profit Margin (NPM) variable has a significant positive effect on stock prices, Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) has a positive effect on stock prices, and Price to Equity Ratio (PER) has a significant positive effect on share prices, companies in the technology sector listed on the Indonesian stock exchange for the 2020-2022 period

Abstract

Seberapa besar efisiensi modal kerja mempengaruhi profitabilitas dan seberapa besar likuiditas mempengaruhi profitabilitas di perusahaan manufaktur adalah subjek penelitian ini. Peneliti memilih perusahaan manufaktur karena tingkat konsumtif masyarakat Indonesia yang tinggi dan karena manufaktur merupakan komponen penting dalam pertumbuhan ekonomi Indonesia. Oleh karena itu, dalam studi kasus pada perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia dari tahun 2012 hingga 2016, peneliti berkonsentrasi pada analisis efisiensi modal kerja dan likuiditas dibandingkan dengan profitabilitas.

Abstract

In business there’ve been changes in the sales system. This change allows for great convenience and accessibility for people to start a business easily with little capital. In doing business, companies can utilize a customer relationship management information system. This system can automate sales, promotions and service. At PT Ayek Selangis Corp there’re problems with the follow-up process and billing to customers. From this problem, a solution is provided to develop customer relationship management information system. Purpose of using this customer relations information system is to make it easier for companies manage customer transactions, data, accommodate customer criticism and suggestions. Management information system was built using the Rational Unified Process (RUP) development method. System built will produce product sales system using the web. Then it has an email messaging feature to help companies send bills, promotions and other information to customers. There’s a reward feature helps companies increase customer loyalty.

Abstract

This research was produced using studies carried out at the Gudang Hikmat Foundation. Implementing and streamlining the accounting information system for the Gudang Hikmat Foundation's financial statement preparation is the aim of this study. Utilizing both primary and secondary data, this study employs qualitative research methodologies. The history of the Gudang Hikmat Foundation, its vision and mission, the financial statement preparation process, and the financial statement outcomes are the primary data in question; supplementary material comes from company documentation and interviews. The Gudang Hikmat Foundation's financial statement issues are described using a qualitative descriptive analysis approach as the data analysis method. According to the study's findings, Gudang Hikmat Foundation frequently encounters issues in creating financial reports needs an ineffective data input procedure that slows reporting and frequently results in human mistake when entering financial report data since financial reports are still created manually using Microsoft Excel. It is envisaged that by putting in place a system specifically designed to meet the objectives of the foundation, the process of creating accurate and comprehensive financial reports will become easier.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis bagaimana Financial Literacy dan Financial Attitude berdampak pada Financial Behavior yang dimoderasi oleh Self Control. Data primer yang dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Target sampel dari penelitian ini adalah masyarakat di Kota Batam. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 220. Metode analisis yang digunakan untuk menganalisis data adalah Partial Least Square Structural Equation Model (PLS-SEM). Hasil menunjukkan bahwa financial literacy dan financial attitude berpengaruh positif terhadap financial behavior. Sedangkan self control tidak mampu memoderasi hubungan antara financial literacy dan financial attitude terhadap financial behavior.

Abstract

In the current digital era, Information Systems are widely utilized in various fields, such as human resources management. PT Sukses Wahana Maritim is a shipping company located in the city of Palembang. The research employs the Iterative method. The company faces a challenge with its non-integrated human resources system, leading to ineffective performance within the organization. The aim of this research is to design and construct an efficient and integrated human resources information system at PT Sukses Wahana Maritim. The focus of the study is on developing a system capable of effectively managing human resources to enhance operational efficiency within the company. The implementation of this information system will enable PT Sukses Wahana Maritim to obtain information regarding attendance, employee data, mutations, layoffs, and employee recruitment.

Abstract

Durian is a tropical plant native to Southeast Asia known as the famous fruit. The leaves that have their respective characteristics are different from the others. In previous studies, the percepton method (MLP) was used to identify the type of durian leaf. The study used the Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) method to classify durian leaf varieties. The research phases include preparation, library study, planning, data collection, implementation, and testing. The data collection involved images of durian leaves from the garden, and has four types of dorian leaves. The training, accuracy, and confusion matrix graphs showed a good model performance, especially in the 10th epoch. The model evaluation results showed an 80%, with adequate precision, recall, and F1 scores. The prediction table displays the prediction results for data samples, especially in the Old Monthong class, with a high degree of confidence (91.55%).

Abstract

PT Berkah Trijaya Indonesia is a company engaged in telecommunications official distribution xl center in Palembang. PT Berkah Trijaya Indonesia has several obstacles, namely determining the best sales currently using only criteria and not adding sub-criteria in the calculation. So that with the best sales assessment system at this time is not fair. The TOPSIS method was chosen based on its simplicity and efficient computation, so that in the company's calculations in determining the best sales without weight, while TOPSIS gives weight to the assessment. The ranking results of the two calculations are different, showing computational fairness is better using TOPSIS. Therefore this research uses the TOPSIS method. The system was built to build a best sales selection decision support system that can manage sales data and assessment parameters properly. The sales system built can manage sales data, criteria data, sub criteria data, store assessment data, calculate sales scores and provide rankings for each sales using the TOPSIS method. The system was built using the RUP methodology. The result of this research is a decision support system that ranks the best sales based on the assessment results calculated using the TOPSIS method.
