<![CDATA[This study aims to determine (1) the effect of audit tenure on audit quality, (2) the effect of company size on audit quality in noncyclical consumer sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019-2022. The theory used in this research is Agency Theory. The approach used in this research is a quantitative approach. The population of this study is the consumer non cyclicals sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019-2022. The sampling technique was purposive sampling technique. The sample used was 36 companies from 112 companies in the Consumer Goods Industry sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, so that the research data analyzed amounted to 144 data. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistical analysis. Based on the results of the research, it shows that the Audit Tenure variable have no effect on Audit Quality. While, company size influences audit quality.]]>

<![CDATA[The development of sophisticated technology has a very broad effect on various fields, one of which is the financial sector. Fintech can change a person's behavioral intentions in making decisions. There are several objectives from the research results which show factors that have an influence on consumer intention variables in adopting e-wallets in Batam City. Several factors such as performance expectancy, effort expectancy, and perceived enjoyment are considered to have an influence on the behavioral intention variable in adopting e-wallet. The sample in this research is primary data obtained through a questionnaire. The analytical method used in this research is the multiple linear analysis method with the SPSS application. The research results show that there is a significant relationship between performance expectancy and effort expectancy and behavioral intention. Meanwhile, the perceived enjoyment variable does not have a significant relationship with behavioral intention.]]>

<![CDATA[The data collection process still uses a simple method, namely using a paper form to collect stock taking data for all items and using a stock card to collect data on goods. This research aims to create a web-based inventory application that can reduce the risk of errors compared to a manual recording system. The method used is the RAD method. This method is an information system development method that is considered to emphasize short development cycles, so it is considered appropriate to use in developing this system. RAD uses an iterative method in developing a system. The stages that support this method are define the requirements, prototype, receive feedback, and finalize software. The results of this research are a web-based goods inventory application interface that is used to collect goods data and create stock taking reports quickly and accurately.]]>

<![CDATA[SMK Negeri 4 Palembang has an online exam application called Bee Smart. Bee Smart is an application used to make it easier for students to take Mid-Semester Exams and Final Semester Exams. This research aims to find out what factors influence the acceptance of the Bee Smart online exam application at SMK Negeri 4 Palembang using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) method. Based on the results of the correlation test, it shows that the variables are interconnected with the highest value of 0.896. Based on the f test and t test, the results show that there is a simultaneous and partial influence because the significance value is 0.000 < 0.05. This shows that all hypotheses are accepted, meaning that users of the Bee Smart online exam application accept the Bee Smart application at SMK Negeri 4 Palembang as a means to simplify the school exam process.]]>

<![CDATA[This study is intended to examine the application of return on equity and debt to equity ratio to audit delay of property and real estate sector companies. Secondary data were used for this study. The sample selected used purposive sampling so that the sample obtained was 81 company samples. Data testing using the help of SPSS 26 application. The results of this study show that return on equity and debt to equity ratio have a negative and significant influence on audit delay.]]>

<![CDATA[The aim of this study is to find out whether the gender diversity of the board of directors, audit committee and independent commissioners can influence tax aggressiveness in property and real estate sector companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2020-2022 period. The approach used is a quantitative approach with secondary data types. The technique used in sampling was purposive sampling technique and obtained 24 companies as samples. The data analysis method used in this research is the multiple linear regression test. The results of the test are that the gender diversity of the board of directors has a significant effect on tax aggressiveness, the audit committee does not have a significant effect on tax aggressiveness and independent commissioners have a significant effect on tax aggressiveness.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to evaluate the intern control system of drug procurement based on BLUD funds. The descriptive qualitative method was used with data sources in the form of interviews, observations and documentation at dr. Moewardi Surakarta Regional General Hospital (RSDM). The flow of drug procurement both conventional and E-Purchasing ISP is presented through a flowchart, and this intern control system evaluation emphasizes the COSO (Committee of Sponsoring Organizations) concept. Although the flow of drug procurement is in accordance with applicable policies and regulations and the results show that this intern control system is appropriate, there are still shortcomings that require improvement. The conclusion of this study is that RSDM needs to strengthen intern controls to prevent potential irregularities, providing a foundation for increasing effectiveness in meeting drug needs according to applicable procedures. This evaluation is a guide for improving the intern control system to achieve organizational goals more efficiently.]]>

<![CDATA[Pramula High School is one of the schools in the city of Palembang. Many of the students at this school are economically disadvantaged, Pramula High School and the Pramula Foundation provide social assistance to less fortunate students. However, the assessment process is still carried out manually which takes a long time and the assessment results can still be manipulated by irresponsible individuals so that the provision of assistance is not on target to those in need. The aim of this research is to create a decision support system for providing assistance. which can provide fair results as an assessment for providing assistance so that it is right on target and shortens the calculation process, creating a system using the TOPSIS method as a calculation method, the prototype method is used as a system development method. The results of this TOPSIS calculation will produce fair values and values that have been sorted from largest to smallest. The system can provide accurate score results and cannot be manipulated so that schools can provide social assistance on target.]]>

<![CDATA[This research examines the impact of Return on Equity (X1), Net Profit Margin (X2), Debt to Equity Ratio (X3), and Price Earnings Ratio (X4) on stock prices (Y). Research was conducted on industrial companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2020-2022. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling and there were 33 out of 63 industrial companies that met the criteria. Research analysis uses IBM SPSS 27 software for multiple linear regression analysis. The analytical methods used are the classic assumption test which includes the normality test, heteroscedasticity test, multicollinearity test, and autocorrelation test, and the suitability model through the F test and coefficient of determination test, and hypothesis testing through the T test. The research proves X1 and X2 variables have a significant effect on stock prices, while X3 and X4 variables do not. These findings offer valuable insights for investors in evaluating industrial sector performance.]]>

<![CDATA[PT. Bangun Cipta Anugrah Abadi is a company operating in the field of house or real estate development. This company has several problems, namely, the company is still not optimal in searching for personnel data so there is a lack of control over personnel data, leave applications are still made with a leave application letter so it is difficult for employees to know the status of the leave that has been applied for. PT. Bangun Cipta Anugrah Abadi requires a personnel information system that can provide convenience for administration and employees in carrying out the process of managing personnel data. This personnel system was created using the RUP (Rational Unified Process) methodology, using the UML (Rational Unified Process) model as a design model, using PHP and JavaScript programming languages, and using supporting applications such as Visual Studio Code, XAMPP, MySQL as DBMS (Database Management System), and CodeIgniter 4 Framework. The results of developing this personnel information system can overcome the problems currently being experienced by PT. Bangun Cipta Anugrah Abadi.]]>
