Abstract

Social inequality is still a problem in this country, plus the onslaught of the pandemic has made it increasingly difficult for UMKMs to survive or even develop. The rulers of the economy are now starting to shift, shops and malls are almost no longer needed, but virtual shops in e-commerce are becoming a consideration today. In this digital world, on the one hand, it opens up intense competition, that UMKMs have a great opportunity to jump-start their potential. This UMKM capital injection can be through sharia crowdfunding, which is safe and halal. This research tries to see the potential of shari'ah crowdfunding and how to maximize the existing potential so that MSMEs can get maximum results. The results of this study, that this syari'ah crowdfunding needs the support of many parties, including investors and also regulations from the government, so that the results can be felt better.

Abstract

The focus of this research is: 1) Marketing mix strategy carried out by KBIH Miftahul Ulum Lumajang, 2) KBIH Miftahul Ulum Lumajang in forming the company image, 3) KBIH Miftahul Ulum Lumajang in increasing consumer satisfaction, 4) KBIH Miftahul Ulum Lumajang increases consumer loyalty, 5) Obstacles in implementing the marketing mix strategy in KBIH Miftahul Ulum Lumajang, 6) Solutions to overcome problems in the marketing mix strategy. The research method used uses a qualitative approach and descriptive research type. The research results show that service quality and product quality are seen as components that need to be realized by companies, because they have the influence of bringing in new consumers and can reduce the possibility of old customers moving to other companies. Customer loyalty has motivational and behavioral consequences. When we give consumers what they want, consumers will get satisfaction, which can give rise to consumer loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how good corporate governance is implemented at PT BPRS Tulen Amanah, Masabagik District, and how good corporate governance plays a role in employee performance. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative research, with data collection techniques used, namely observation, documentation, and interviews. The data obtained is then analyzed using an inductive method that starts with a mindset then draws conclusions from specific data and then collects it to a more general level. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the principles of good corporate governance, namely transparency, accountability, responsibility, fairness and independence have been implemented and juxtaposed with sharia principles. The implementation of good corporate governance has a composite title. "good" with a rating of 2 which includes the operational performance of PT. BPRS Tulen Amanah which implements GCG as a whole and in accordance with existing regulations. and the role of implementing good corporate governance on employee performance has been realized and felt in terms of several criteria, namely the quantity of work, quality of work, knowledge, creativity, cooperation, dependability, and initiative by employees and stakeholders at PT BPRS Tulen Amanah. Abstract

Zakat is one of the pillars of religion. Zakat is divided into zakat nafs (fitrah) and zakat maal (treasure). Agricultural products are goods for which zakat must be paid, which is usually called agricultural zakat. The majority of the people of Halaban Jati Village are Muslim farmers. As devout Muslims, farmers in Halaban Jati Village have the obligation to pay zakat on their agricultural products. This research aims to determine the implementation of rice farming zakat in Halaban Jati Village. The research method used is a qualitative method with descriptive analysis of data collection carried out by researchers, both document data and field data. The results of the research show that the collection and distribution of agricultural zakat in Halaban Jati Village is in accordance with Islamic law, but there are still farmers who have insufficient knowledge regarding agricultural zakat, they only pay agricultural zakat according to the customs carried out by farmers in Halaban Jati Village, not based on clarity on the quantity of agricultural products, so that the percentage of zakat maal can be known clearly. However, the awareness of farmers in Halaban Jati Village to pay agricultural zakat is an extraordinary awareness of their obligation to pay zakat.

Abstract

Abstract Productive zakat is the management of zakat by allocating zakat funds for productive programs aimed at improving the welfare of mustahik (zakat recipient) in a sustainable manner. This research aims to analyze the impact and effectiveness of utilizing productive zakat funds by lembaga Amil Zakat, Infaq and Shadaqah Nahdlatul Ulama (Lazisnu) East Java. The research method used is a qualitative approach with in-depth interviews, participant observation and document analysis. The sample for this research includes recipients of productive zakat benefits in Lazisnu, East Java who have participated in an economic empowerment program with the support of productive zakat funds. The research results show that the utilization of Lazisnu East Java's productive zakat funds has made a positive contribution in improving the welfare of mustahik. The economic empowerment program supported by productive zakat funds has provided business capital, business equipment and livestock housing. However, business activities and aid funds are still in the micro category, meaning that the increase in income has not had a significant impact on the welfare of mustahik. Keywords: Productive Zakat, Welfare, Mustahik, Lazisnu East Java Abstrak Zakat produktif adalah pengelolaan zakat dengan mengalokasikan dana zakat untuk program-program produktif yang bertujuan meningkatkan kesejahteraan mustahik (penerima zakat) secara berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak dan efektivitas pendayagunaan dana zakat produktif oleh Lembaga Amil Zakat, Infaq, dan Shaadqah Nahdlatul Ulama (Lazisnu) Jawa Timur. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, dan analisis dokumen. Sampel penelitian ini mencakup penerima manfaat zakat produktif di Lazisnu Jawa Timur yang telah mengikuti program pemberdayaan ekonomi dengan dukungan dana zakat produktif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendayagunaan dana zakat produktif Lazisnu Jawa Timur telah memberikan kontribusi positif dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan mustahik. Program pemberdayaan ekonomi yang didukung oleh dana zakat produktif telah memberikan modal usaha, alat usaha dan rumah ternak. Namun kegiatan usaha dan dana bantuan masih kategori mikro membuat peningkatan penghasilan belum signifikan memberikan dampak pada kesjahteraan pada mustahik. Abstract

The aim of writing this journal is to find out strategies for developing halal business in Indonesia. The writing method is descriptive based on previous research reports and several journals with the same theme, namely halal business development. The results of the review of several journals that have been listed can conclude that Indonesia has great potential to develop halal business globally. This is because the demand for halal products is increasing in every country. Not only that, but a halal business also requires several strategies to develop the business, namely by controlling product halalness, halal logistics, and halal verification.

Abstract

Today many people question the status of conventional bank interest (interest) in Islam, especially on conventional banks. Some scholars consider bank interest like usury, others do not. The word rib?, is mentioned about nine times in the Qur’an in several places, namely al-Rum (30): 39, al-Nis?’ (4): 160-161, li Imr?n (3): 130, and al- Baqarah (2): 275-280. All these verses show the prohibition of usury in all economic activities for sure (muhkam). However, when usury is connected with one part of the transaction in banking activities, such as bank interest, the commentators have different opinions, some prohibit it because there is an al-ziy?dah element, and some allow it because they consider bank interest not to be doubled (adl’?fan mudh?’afatan) and do not persecute. Through a thematic interpretation approach, this research will be carried out in depth to find the views of the al-Qur’an regarding bank interest, namely deposit bank interest and loan bank interest. This paper is carried out by dissecting the verses related to bank interest, interpreting them in tahlili, ijmali and comparing them with various related interpretations.

Abstract

Data from the Strategic Study Center of the Badan Amil Zakat Nasional (BAZNAS) Institutional Index Rating in East Java indicates that Bondowoso Regency has a score of 0.42 (fairly good) and Jember has a score of 0.45 (fairly good). In terms of ranking, Bondowoso and Jember are ranked 21st and 20th out of 23 regencies/cities, respectively. This presents a challenge for these two regencies, considering the Zakat index with institutional indicators (collection, management, distribution, and reporting) is very low and almost approaches the Poor Zakat index (0.21-0.40). This research employs a descriptive qualitative research method and data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings of this research are: 1) The management of zakat at BAZNAS has been effective and in accordance with Law Number 23 of 2011 & BAZNAS RI Regulation Number 1 of 2023. 2) The supporting and inhibiting factors in BAZNAS can be well collaborated, so that according to SWOT analysis, these two BAZNAS are in a strategy of supporting aggressive growth policies.

Abstract

This research tries to uncover online buying and selling with a dropshipping system. Buying and selling online with a dropshipping system is a business selling products where the seller or dropshipper does not have to own the product to be sold. Dropshipping can also be interpreted as a buying and selling transaction system where the dropshipper can determine the price of an item that is not owned, but after receiving an order for goods from the dropshipper buyer directly buys goods from the supplier and sells them to the buyer according to the price determined by taking advantage of the difference the purchase price from the supplier with the selling price to the buyer. The dropshipping system in buying and selling online fulfills the requirements and pillars of the legality of buying and selling according to Islamic law. Buying and selling online dropshipping in its implementation is carried out with two contracts, namely the salam contract and the wakalah contract and also by modifying the consent and qabul. This conclusion is based on the author's conclusions and studies on the practice of buying and selling online with the dropshipper system. The method used in this study is a qualitative analysis method through library research with a descriptive normative approach.

Abstract

The objectives of this research are: 1) To analyze buying and selling transactions for Smart Hafiz products at PT. Tigaraksa Satria Blokagung Banyuwangi. 2) To analyze buying and selling transactions for smart Hafiz products from the perspective of muamalah fiqh at PT. Tigaraksa Satria Blokagung Banyuwangi muamalah fiqh perspective. This research uses a qualitative research method with a case study approach. The results of this research are 1) practice of buying and selling transactions for smart Hafiz products at PT. Tigaraksa Satria uses the following system: First, cash by direct payment and filling in the buyer data form clearly and validly. Second, installments with payment within a period of 5 months provided that the buyer is someone who is known and can be trusted. Third, social gathering, namely buyers are allowed to choose to participate in social gathering according to their wishes for 3, 5 or 10 months. 2) The system used in buying and selling transactions for Smart Hafiz products at PT. Tigaraksa Satria falls under the criteria of a bai’ or sale and purchase contract, a muajjal/Bai’ Bitsaman Ajil contract, a qardh (debt) contract according to the perspective of muamalah fiqh.
