Abstract

The problem of povertyis still a classic problem in this country that still cannot be resolved. Poverty is increasingly coming to the fore, especially in various regions in Indonesia as a result of the economic downturn. Thus, of course, a precise and accurate formulation is needed to minimize the poverty rate. Zakat is one instrument to make it happen. The research that the researcher did was included in descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The results showed that zakat management efforts at LAZISNU Singgahan were carried out through ball pick-up services, promotions, account transfers, and establishing emotional relationships with the community.However, in the management of zakat there are obstacles that make the management of zakat at LAZISNU Singgahan not maximal in its implementation, including the human resources working at LAZISNU Singgahan where mustahiq are less active in participating in programs held by LAZISNU Singgahan and their assistance is lessthan optimal, causing a lack of understanding community towards the program run by LAZISNU Singgahan.

Abstract

Halal menjadi aspek penting penduduk muslim dalam menjalankan kehidupanya. Mengkonsumsi produk halal tentu menjadi kewajiban bagi semua umat muslim di dunia. Salah satu bentuk produk halal ialah adanya sertifikat dan logo halal pada suatu produk, yang mana produk halal tidak hanya sebatas tampak bersih namun juga perlu mengetahui proses penerapan halal supply chain management sepanjang proses produksi, mulai dari proses penyediaan bahan baku, pemrosesan, pengemasan, dan pendistribusian yang dilakukan selama proses rantai pasok untuk menciptakan ukuran halal suatu produk. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana proses manajemen rantai pasok halal yang dilakukan di rumah makan D'kreezpee. Pelaksanaan halal supply chain management pada rumah makan D'kreezpee terdiri dari empat kegiatan: pertama, proses persiapan produksi, kedua, proses produksi, ketiga, proses distribusi, dan terahir, kegiatan konsumsi.

Abstract

This research is a literature review aimed at describing the impact of the transformation from traditional marketing to E-Marketing, with a focus on the use of digital technology on business marketing competitiveness. Through the method of literature review, this research collected and analyzed various sources of literature from scientific journals, books, articles, and research reports related to the topic. The results of the literature review show that digital technology has influenced the way businesses interact with consumers and how companies manage marketing information. The use of social media, websites, and mobile applications has enabled companies to reach consumers more efficiently and effectively. Analytical technology and big data have also provided valuable insights into consumer behavior, allowing companies to develop targeted and personalized marketing strategies. However, this research also reveals that the transformation to E-Marketing also brings challenges. Competition in the digital world is increasingly fierce, forcing companies to innovate continuously to differentiate themselves from competitors and attract consumer interest. Additionally, privacy and data security issues have become critical, and companies must take proactive steps to protect consumer data and build strong trust.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out the difference in the average Return and Risk of Islamic stocks on the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) and conventional stocks on LQ45 in the period 2020 to 2022 from the website www.idx.co.id. The results of the descriptive analysis show that the returns on Islamic stocks are higher than conventional stocks (0.0095350 > 0.0046987 or 0.95% > 0.46%). Meanwhile, the risk level is higher for sharia stocks than conventional stocks, namely 0.1072991 > 0.1019323 or 10.72% > 10.19%. Based on the results of the different test using the Independent Sample t-test, it was found that the Equal Variance Assumed assumption can be identified as the Sig. (2-tailed) > ? value with a significance value of 0.737> 0.05, while the assumption of Equal Variances Assumed Return value Sig. (2-tailed) > ? value with a significance value of 0.607> 0.05. From these data it can be concluded that the results of the significance of risk and stock returns show a significance value that is greater than the significance level ? = 5% (0.05) so that it can be interpreted that there is no significant difference between the Return and Risk of Islamic stocks and conventional stocks.

Abstract

This paper discusses the review of Islamic law on the contract to rent a motorized trishaw in the Village of Beetle Indah, Badar Sub-district, Southeast Aceh district. The author is interested in conducting this research to obtain an overview of the contract for renting a motorized trishaw which is a public vehicle for which there is no standard fixed rate, so it will be reviewed from the perspective of Islamic law. To get answers to research problems, the author conducts research using field research methods which have a starting point on descriptive qualitative. This research is about leasing contracts Motorized rickshaws are related to both parties, namely the lessor (motorized rickshaw owner) and the renter (the rickshaw passengers), in this case all good explanations are needed regarding the distance to be traveled and the costs agreed by both parties. because renting only uses the function or benefits of the goods or objects being rented out without owning the goods or objects, so the motorbike rickshaw still belongs to the person who rents it but the benefits are used by the person who rents it by providing compensation in the form of fees provided that the distance traveled.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the bank health assessment using ANGELS approach in Sharia Bank. This research uses a non-interactive qualitative approach that is an analysis research that conducts assessment based on document analysis and provides interpretation of a concept. Primary data is done by using structured interviews using prepared questionnaires, secondary data from this research are sharia financial report year 2016 in the form of ROA, ROE, CAR, NPF, LDR and MR. The results of this study indicate that the health assessment of Sharia Bank using ANGELS has a score of 86.79 so it is said to be healthy. The concept of ANGELS which consists of (Amanah Management, Non-Economic Wealth, Give Out, Earning, Capital and Asset, Liquidity and Sensitivity to Market and Economich Wealth) in practice needs to be done revision is indicators amanah management of accountability to God and accountability to nature because in practice these indicators are contrary to the concept practiced in the field. revision of accountability to God and accountability to nature is change into ihsan and tablig.

Abstract

This study describe to determine whether the practice of buying and selling oil palm fruit in Tanjung Paring Village, Danau Seluluk District, Seruyan Regency, Central Kalimantan Province, is in accordance with the law of buying and selling according to Imam Syafi'I. Research with a qualitative approach and data analysis techniques using interviews. The results show the suitability of the practice of buying and selling oil palm fruit according to the perspective of Imam Syafi'i, which from the harvesting process to the selling process is in accordance with what has become its main goal. Ripe palm fruit is then harvested and taken out into the street to be weighed, then the buyer or weigher will come to the place for the weighing process, when the weighing process the seller and the buyer witness firsthand how the weighing process and the results or wages are received directly by the seller after the weighing process is complete.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the optimization of QRIS-based digital services implemented by the Amil Zakat Sidogiri Institute to increase the acquisition of zakat, infak and alms funds. The research methodology used is descriptive qualitative research. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that the optimization of QRIS-based digital-based services implemented by the Amil Zakat Sidogiri Institute in an effort to increase the acquisition of zakat, infak and alms funds has increased significantly, as in interview statements and the results of the calculation of the increase curve which illustrates an increase of more than 3 billion each year, although there are still some obstacles experienced by the Sidogiri Amil Zakat Institute in an effort to raise zakat funds infak and alms that make ZIS funds are still far from the projections set, Therefore, several efforts are needed in promoting QRIS-based digital services implemented by the Amil Zakat Sidogiri Institute through several media such as social media, so that the public is more familiar with the Amil Zakat Sidogiri Institute and is moved to pay their ZIS funds through the QRIS service implemented by the Amil Zakat Sidogiri Institute.

Abstract

Easy Wadiah Savings is a savings product in the form of a deposit with a bank that can be deposited during working hours and withdrawn at any time. Besides that, many people around BSI KCP Pulau Punjung 1 do not use the Easy Wadiah Savings product, one of which is Sungai Belit Village on the grounds that there is no difference between the savings at BSI and conventional banks. The problem in this research is that BSI has not utilized social media to promote its products widely. The purpose of this study was to determine the marketing strategy, and the constraints on the marketing of Easy Wadiah Savings at BSI KCP Pulau Punjung 1, Dharmasraya. This research is a field research with a qualitative approach. Data was collected by means of observation, interviews, and documentation studies. Based on the research that has been done, the marketing strategy and constraints on BSI KCP Pulau Punjung 1 are in the promotion strategy consisting of several elements, namely: advertising, personal selling, sales promotion, public relations. Where these elements have not been implemented perfectly, there are still some shortcomings, such as promotions in advertising which are less active on social media and public relations that are not yet widespread.
