Abstract

This research was explored in depth from the contextuality aspect of the study, and the research methodology design aspect. With a mixed method design (a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods), the results of data analysis show that the implementation of the CTL concept at SMK Darunnajah II Bogor is carried out by following its main components, namely constructivism, inquiry (finding and solving problems), questioning (asking questions). ), learning community (learning community), modeling (modeling), reflection (reflection), and authentic assessment (authentic assessment). The CTL approach implemented in the entrepreneurship subject at Darunnajah Cipining Vocational School, in addition to teaching students to be more critical in the learning process, to be more active, sensitive, and creative in analyzing issues relevant to entrepreneurship subject matter, teachers also teach students to in the context of the values ​​taught by Islam and internalized at the Darunnajah Islamic Boarding School, namely the principle of mutual benefit, not tyrannizing, and not dominating or harming each other, and intended to build a better life and economy for the ummah. The outline of the results of the analysis of student perceptions regarding the implementation of CTL in the entrepreneurship subject at SMK Darunnajah II Bogor shows that as much as 91.38% of the total respondents stated that the CTL concept was very effective in the context of the relevance of material to everyday life experiences and reflections on learning from problem analysis . Abstract

The development of information and communication technology, one of which is the internet (interconnection networking). Protection of personal data privacy if it is not regulated in a law and regulation can result in losses for someone due to the dissemination of personal information. This study aims to analyze the protection of personal data privacy in a comparative law perspective. This study uses the literature study research method. Data collection techniques by collecting several previous studies as a reference for answering the importance of using Shopee among students, the latest features of Shopee that make it easier for consumers to use it and the reasons students choose to buy and sell online at Shopee, as well as supporting data. as supports such as newspapers, magazines, articles, e-books from the internet, image data and graphics according to the topic. The purpose and focus of this research is to find out the nature of legal protection of personal data as a right to privacy and forms of legal protection of personal data as a right to privacy in Indonesia. The result of this research is that the essence of legal protection of personal data as a right to privacy is a citizen's constitutional right. Indonesia does not yet have statutory regulations which form the legal basis for the protection of personal data

Abstract

Educational facilities and infrastructure are facilities used for the implementation of educational activities so that the infrastructure used to support the learning process can still function properly. Therefore, school principals need to have a strategy in managing facilities and infrastructure so that they can still be used to support the occurrence of a quality learning process. The study used a qualitative descriptive method. The research subjects were school principals, vice principals in the field of facilities and infrastructure, teachers, and students. Collecting data by interview, observation, and recording. Data analysis was carried out using data reduction techniques, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that: (1) the management of facilities and infrastructure at MTs Darunnajah 2 Cipining went well, this was due to several strategies developed by the principal in the management component of facilities and infrastructure. (2) To realize some of these strategies, the principal needs to take steps to implement the principal's strategy, and in this case the principal includes several teachers/staff/employees as the person in charge of each facility and infrastructure.

Abstract

Online learning is a learning activity that utilizes today's technology by using the internet as a bridge to replace ordinary learning during the ongoing pandemic. The online learning method itself does not require students to be present in class, students can access the learning through internet media. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the extent to which the use of WhatsApp learning media is effective and can be used. The method used is a qualitative method, data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation through teachers, parents, and students. The results of the research are: (1) the use of WhatsApp media is not yet effective and implemented optimally, (2) The percentage of the relationship between teachers, students, and parents in the use of WhatsApp media is still not directed, (3) the evaluation of online learning is not optimal.

Abstract

The implementation of learning in elementary schools aims to develop students' basic abilities in the form of academic abilities, life skills, moral development, strong character building, the ability to work together, and aesthetic development of the world around them. The purpose of this research is to find out how to implement discovery learning in SKI lessons. This research is a qualitative research that is a type of social science research that collects and works with non-numeric data, the Library Research approach is used by researchers in this study. In order to carry out discovery learning on material evidence of Muhammad's prophethood, it is carried out in six steps, namely: 1. Preparation, 2. Problem identification, 3. Data collection, 4. Data processing, 5. Proof, 6. Draw conclusions.

Abstract

Strategi dalam suatu pembelajaran terhadap peserta didik harus tepat kita perlu adanya pendekatan terhadap peserta didik agar kita dapat mengetahui setiap karakter anak, agar kita mudah untuk menentukan suatu model pembelajaran apa yang cocok untuk peserta didik yang akan di didik. Metode ini untuk mempermudah tenaga pendidik juga untuk tidak seenak memberikan model pembelajaran tanpa adanya pendekatan dan akan berakibat pada peserta didik jika kita salah memberi strategi.

Abstract

The purpose of writing this journal is to analyze the teacher's efforts in developing the 2013 curriculum at the MAS Al-Washliyah Tembung school. The method used in this research is qualitative, descriptive with library research and field interviews. Research results that can be obtained from this study, that in developing the 2013 Curriculum, it has several components, principles, principles, and forms. So it should be noted, in developing the curriculum must pay attention to the aspects and conditions of student learning at school, starting from the affective, cognitive, and psychomotor aspects of the students themselves. This can be evaluated through several assessments which are the main goal in developing the curriculum, thus, curriculum development can take place effectively, and efficiency is as expected.

Abstract

Abstrak Manusia menjadi subjek dan objek utama dalam pendidikan Islam, karena itu peranan manusia sangat penting dalam mengembangkan kepribadian manusia Indonesia seutuhnya dalam bingkai meraih keridaan Allah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan perjalanan hidup manusia menuju mardatillah, kebebasan manusia dalam perspektif pendidikan Islam, tugas hidup manusia dalam pendidikan Islam, Muhammad saw. sebagai profil ideal manusia, dan pendidikan Islam berwawasan kemanusiaan. Pendekatan yang dipakai dalam menggali data dengan menggunakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan library reseach. Sumber data diambil melalui buku-buku yang ada di perpustakaan kemudian temuan dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis isi (content analyst). Hasil temuan menegaskan bahwa: 1) Tujuan hidup manusia untuk mengabdi kepada Allah, 2) Dalam pendidikan Islam manusia diberi kebebasan dalam menentukan hidupnya sendiri dengan tidak bergantung kepada orang lain karena dia telah dididik menjadi pribadi mandiri, optimis, mampu mengembangkan fitrahnya tanpa mengganggu orang lain, 3) Tugas hidup manusia di dunia ada dua sebagai khalifah yang memakmurkan bumi serta menjadi hamba Allah yang mengabdi kepada-Nya sebagaimana profil manusia ideal yang telah dicontohkan oleh Rasulullah saw. 4) Pendidikan Islam yang berwawasan kemanusiaan diharapkan mampu mengembangkan potensi yang dimilikinya untuk mengantarkannya menjadi manusia yang sempurna. Abstract

The aim of this research is to make a comparison of compensation law (‘iwadh) in khulû’ (talak law) from the perspective of the Syafi'i School and the Islamic Law Commission (KHI). Khulû' is a form of divorce in which the wife can ask for a divorce by giving compensation to the husband. In the Syafi'i Madzhab, the rules regarding 'iwadh and khulû' are taken from the interpretation of the Al-Quran and Hadith, while KHI is a collection of laws that apply in certain countries. This study uses a comparative analysis method between the two sources of law. The results of the study show that there are different approaches to regulating compensation law in khulû'. The Syafi'i school tends to emphasize the benefit of the parties involved in the divorce, so that compensation limits can be more flexible. On the other hand, KHI may have more specific and structured provisions regarding compensation in khulû', which are adapted to the social and cultural context of the country. This research is expected to provide a deeper understanding of the different perspectives of Islamic law regarding khulû' and compensation law, as well as their implications for legal practice in modern society.

Abstract

Abstract : This research was conducted with the aim of knowing how much influence the Recitation Method had on Student Learning Outcomes at MI Darunnajah 2 Cipining. Student Learning Outcomes can be used as a benchmark to assess whether education in a school is successful or not. While learning outcomes are influenced by various factors, one of which is the use of the Recitation Method by an educator in the learning process. The purpose of this study was to analyze and interpret the effect of the Recitation Method on Student Learning Outcomes at MI Darunnajah 2 Cipining. This study uses a questionnaire data collection technique (questionnaire), and documentation. The results of this study are that there is an effect of the Recitation Method on Student Learning Outcomes at MI Darunnajah 2 Cipining. It is evident from the results of hypothesis testing (temporary testing) using the Chi Square formula, the x count value is 54.5811 greater than the x significance table 5% with a value of 16.919 . As for the results of these calculations, the recitation method has a contribution or influence of 90.18% in influencing Student Learning Outcomes at MI Darunnajah 2 Cipining.
