Sendratari Boyo Kali Comal merupakan sebuah karya ciptaan Ely Prihatin dari Sanggar Tari Srimpi, Pemalang. Sendratari ini terinspirasi dari legenda asal-usul Dusun Leboyo. Karya ini merupakan hasil pengembangan dari bentuk tari kreasi yang kemudian distilisasi menjadi bentuk sendratari. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis Proses Penciptaan dari Sendratari Boyo Kali Comal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Proses Penciptaan dalam sendratari ini berlangsung melalui tiga tahapan yaitu, eksplorasi, improvisasi, dan komposisi. Tahap eksplorasi berfokus pada peniruan gerak buaya dan nelayan melalui rangsang rangsang ide, pengelihatan, kinestetik, dan pendengaran yang kemudian dikembangkan pada tahap improvisasi dimana proses pencarian gerak mengacu pada gerak tradisi Gaya Surakarta. Tahap komposisi berfokus pada penataan struktur pertunjukan dengan menerapkan prinsip keutuhan, rangkaian, variasi, repetisi, transisi, dan klimaks. Alur cerita dalam sendratari ini terbagi kedalam enam pembabakan adegan dengan bentuk klimaks kerucut ganda. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif, dimana data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi dengan pendekatan koreografi. Pendekatan koreografi digunakan dalam penelitian ini untuk membantu peneliti memahami bagaimana proses penciptaan gerak hingga tahap komposisi yang disusun untuk menciptakan sebuah sajian pertunjukan berbentuk sendratari. Keabsahan data diuji menggunakan teknik triangulasi, dan data dianalisis melalui tiga tahap, yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Reduksi data digunakan untuk mengelompokkan data, penyajian data dilakukan untuk menggabungkan informasi dari berbagai bentuk untuk dideskripsikan, dan penarikan kesimpulan atau verifikasi dilakukan untuk menjabarkan deskripsi terkait pernyataan secara keseluruhan untuk mendapatkan jawaban dari penelitian terkait Proses Penciptaan Sendratari Boyo Kali Comal.

Transformasi digital dalam industri asuransi telah menghadirkan perubahan signifikan dalam cara layanan disampaikan kepada pengguna. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi pemanfaatan teknologi digital dalam layanan asuransi dari sudut pandang dua aktor utama, yakni agen dan nasabah. Pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, dan dokumentasi di PT Asuransi Umum Jasaraharja Putera. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa digitalisasi memberikan efisiensi kerja, kecepatan layanan, dan fleksibilitas dalam berinteraksi bagi agen dan nasabah. Terdapat sejumlah tantangan seperti rendahnya literasi digital, keterbatasan pelatihan agen, kendala teknis aplikasi, serta kurangnya edukasi penggunaan aplikasi bagi nasabah. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa keberhasilan digitalisasi tidak hanya bergantung pada pengembangan teknologi, melainkan juga pada kesiapan dan pemahaman pengguna. Strategi digitalisasi harus dibangun secara inklusif, dengan pendekatan partisipatif, edukatif, dan adaptif agar dapat menjawab kebutuhan nyata di lapangan. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi penting bagi pengembangan kebijakan dan strategi layanan digital yang lebih responsif terhadap dinamika pengguna di sektor asuransi.

Konsumsi sumber energi semakin meningkat seiring dengan menipisnya ketersediaan bahan bakar utama yang bersumber dari fosil. Bioetanol mulai dikaji sebagai solusi alternatif bahan bakar energi terbarukan. Batang pisang yang dihasilkan setelah panen biasanya hanya dibuang dan tidak dimanfaatkan secara optimal. Limbah batang pisang kepok mengandung 40,06% selulosa dan 10,1% lignin sehingga memiliki potensi yang cukup besar untuk dapat dimanfaatkan menjadi bioetanol. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kondisi yang relatif baik waktu sakarifikasi/fermentasi untuk menghasilkan bioetanol sebagai bahan bakar sesuai Standar Nasional Indonesia. Uji kadar bioetanol dilakukan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode SSF (Sakarifikasi Fermentasi Simultan) dengan variasi dalam penambahan serratia marcescens (15%; 18%; 20%; 22%; 24%) dan waktu sakarifikasi/fermentasi (30; 40; 50; 60; 70 jam). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa limbah batang pisang kepok setelah delignifikasi mengandung 44,31% selulosa dan 5,62% lignin. Kadar etanol relatif tinggi yang diperoleh pada penelitian ini yaitu 12 % pada kondisi penambahan kadar serratia marcescens 24% dan waktu sakarifikasi/fermentasi selama 60 jam. Hasil tersebut menunjukkan bioetanol yang diperoleh masih belum memenuhi SNI 7390:2012 bioetanol sebagai bahan bakar dengan kadar minimum 94%.

This study aims to examine the role of the Tunjungan Loop program as a strategic initiative to strengthen employee engagement and occupational health at BRI Regional Office Surabaya. Tunjungan Loop is a routine physical activity program conducted every Tuesday and Friday at 5:30 AM, involving rotating responsibilities among 24 branch offices under the regional coordination. The study employs a descriptive qualitative approach, using semi-structured interviews and direct observation as data collection methods. The findings reveal that the program enhances employee engagement across emotional, cognitive, and physical dimensions, while also fostering a healthier, more collaborative, and dynamic work environment. Furthermore, the program promotes organizational culture through inter-branch interaction and participative leadership. Nonetheless, challenges such as unequal participation, logistical constraints, and the need for activity variation must be addressed to optimize its impact. With continuous improvement, Tunjungan Loop holds significant potential as a holistic organizational initiative focused on employee well-being and engagement.

Pelajaran IPAS merupakan salah satu mata pelajaran yang wajib di setiap sekolah. IPAS merupakan penyatuan konten muatan IPA dan IPS yang terjadi di dalam Kurikulum Merdeka. Banyak pendidik yang masih menggunakan metode konvensional, monoton, bosan dan kurang mengasikan. Oleh sebab itu, mata pelajaran IPS dinilai kurang menarik. Pendidik juga merasa kesulitan dalam mengembangkan media pembelajaran interaktif. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah melihat langkah-langkah pengembangan yang dilakukan peneliti untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran Artsteps Virtual Reality menurut kerangka Borg dan Gall, menganalisis hasil evaluasi dari produk pengembangan media pembelajaran Artsteps Virtual Reality berdasarkan ahli materi, ahli media, dan ahli bahasa, dan mengetahui hasil evaluasi dari produk pengembangan media pembelajaran Artsteps Virtual Reality berdasarkan uji coba lapangan awal, uji coba lapangan utama, dan uji coba lapangan operasional. Penelitian ini menggunakan model penelitian dan pengembangan dari Borg dan Gall dengan sedikit penyesuaian menjalankan sembilan langkah. Pengumpulan data melalui wawancara dan pengisian kuesioner yang hasilnya dianalisa secara kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Dalam proses pengembangan dilakukan tiga kali uji coba, yakni uji coba lapangan awal, uji coba lapangan utama, dan uji coba lapangan operasional. Uji coba lapangan awal melibatkan 7 orang responden, uji coba lapangan utama melibatkan 31 orang responden, dan uji coba lapangan operasional melibatkan 31 orang responden. Hasil analisis uji coba akhir lapangan operasional menunjukkan media pembelajaran Artsteps virtual reality mata pelajaran IPAS pada materi budaya Indonesia mendapatkan persentase 87,38%. Dengan demikian produk tersebut dikatakan sangat layak dan dapat menjadi media pembelajaran baru dalam pembelajaran IPAS.

The expansion of production capacity in the automotive industry has resulted in a proportional increase in the generation of hazardous and toxic waste. PT XYZ produces seven types of B3 waste as a byproduct of its production and operational activities. This study aims to assess current waste management practices in light of relevant government regulations, identify the types and quantities of B3 waste produced, and develop a redesigned layout for the B3 Waste Temporary Storage Facility (TPS) in accordance with the Minister of Environment and Forestry Regulation No. 6 of 2021. The research methodology includes field observations, interviews, and a redesign of the TPS that complies with the stated regulation. The findings indicate that the company has not yet fully adhered to the applicable regulatory requirements. For instance, the facility's limited building area and inadequate spill containment infrastructure. Therefore, improvements in B3 waste storage practices are necessary. The recommended dimensions for the TPS are 8.79 meters in length, 5.86 meters in width, and 3 meters in height. The spillage container size is suggested to be 0.4 meters long, 0.3 meters wide, and 0.55 meters high.

This study examines the social reality represented in the music video Mangu by Fourtwnty ft. Charita from a multimodal discourse perspective. The analysis focuses on the interplay of five modes language, image, music, sound, and movement that collectively construct emotional and social meanings. The research applies a qualitative descriptive method using Kress and van Leeuwen’s semiotic framework. Data were collected from the song lyrics, scenes, sound effects, and character movements in the video. The findings reveal that the poetic lyrics depict spiritual conflict and emotional separation, while visual elements such as warm tones, wooden houses, and dim lighting emphasize a nostalgic atmosphere. The minor-toned music with a slow tempo evokes sadness, whereas background sounds like door creaks and wind enhance realism. Minimalist body movements, including lowered gazes and turning away, symbolize uncertainty and resignation. The interaction of these modes reflects social realities of differing beliefs and existential confusion. This study highlights that music videos can serve as mediums of emotional and social reflection rather than mere entertainment.

This study analyzes the obstacles in implementing the Indonesian National Police (Polri) Talent Management in supporting career development of police personnel at West Java Regional Police (Polda Jabar). The background is the importance of superior human resources in Polri in the modern era, contrasted with indications that the Polri Talent Management Program (MTP), implemented since 2017, has not run optimally in some regions. The research method is descriptive qualitative with a case study approach at Polda Jabar, utilizing field observations and supporting quantitative data analysis. The results show several key obstacles: (1) inconsistent and formalistic execution of MTP – for example, some mentors do not fully understand their talent development duties; (2) limited integration of MTP with formal career development systems such as advanced leadership education, evidenced by the low proportion of talent officers who get the opportunity to attend required career advancement schooling; and (3) resource and commitment factors, including limited training quotas and lack of regular monitoring by leadership, contributing to MTP’s ineffectiveness. These findings indicate that Polri Talent Management at Polda Jabar has not yet effectively facilitated personnel career development as intended. The study recommends improving mentor capacity and understanding, aligning MTP with promotion and advanced education processes, and strengthening organizational support so that MTP can function optimally.

Steam is a widely used digital game distribution platform with millions of users worldwide. The abundance of user reviews on the Google Play Store serves as a valuable source for analyzing user perceptions and satisfaction regarding the application. Therefore, this study performs sentiment analysis to understand user opinions about the Steam app. This research employs the Naive Bayes algorithm to classify user reviews into two sentiment categories: positive and negative. The process begins with collecting user reviews from the Google Play Store using web scraping techniques. The data then undergo preprocessing steps such as case folding, cleaning, tokenization, stopwords removal, and stemming to improve its quality. TF-IDF is used for feature extraction from the review texts, which are then used as input for the Naive Bayes Classifier model. The model is trained with training data and evaluated with testing data that has been previously split. Model performance is evaluated using a Confusion Matrix and metrics such as accuracy, precision, recall, and F1-score. The results show that the Naive Bayes model achieves an average accuracy of 84% in classifying sentiment. These findings indicate that the method is effective in understanding user opinions about the Steam application. This research is expected to provide insights for developers to improve application quality based on user feedback

This study aims to identify the factors that influence the effectiveness of internal audit departments in government institutions, particularly in State-Owned Enterprises. The findings of this research are expected to serve as a reference for other auditors at the Audit Board of the Republic of Indonesia to be applied in supervising other government institutions such as local governments, the Financial Services Authority, and ministries under the Merah Putih Cabinet. These efforts are intended to improve institutional effectiveness and reduce the potential for state financial losses. This research examines the effect of audit scope, senior management support, and extrinsic rewards on the effectiveness of internal audits. A quantitative approach was used, and primary data were collected through questionnaires. The research objects were internal auditors from the Audit Board of the Republic of Indonesia involved in auditing State-Owned Enterprises in Jakarta, Bandung, and Surabaya. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, and hypothesis testing was conducted using multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that audit scope, senior management support, and extrinsic rewards have a significant and positive effect on internal audit effectiveness. These findings indicate that a broader audit scope, stronger management support, and well-targeted rewards contribute to increased internal audit effectiveness. This research contributes to strengthening the oversight system in the public sector by improving the role and quality of internal auditors.
