Abstract

This study aims to determine the differences in scientific literacy skills of fifth-grade students of SDN Unggulan Bontomanai Gowa who are taught using the Children Learning in Science (CLIS) model and the jigsaw cooperative model. The type of research used is a quasi-experimental with a pre-test-posttest nonequivalent control group design. The study population was all 88 fifth-grade students. Through a multistage random sampling technique, 15 students were selected in experimental class 1 taught with the CILS model, and 15 students in experimental class 2 taught with the jigsaw cooperative model. To measure students' scientific literacy skills, a multiple-choice test instrument was used. The data analysis techniques used were descriptive analysis and inferential analysis. The study result showed that the average score of the scientific literacy test results of students taught using CLIS model was 76, and the average score of the scientific literacy test results of students taught using the jigsaw cooperative model was 70. The results of the two-sample t-test showed a t value = 0.026 < 0.05. This indicates that Ha is accepted, which means there is a difference in the results of the scientific literacy test between students taught using CLIS model and the jigsaw cooperative model.

Abstract

The objectives of this study are (1) to develop Google Site learning media for the excretory system material for grade XI SMAS Semen Tonasa, (2) to assess the validity, practicality, and effectiveness of Google Site learning media for the excretory system material for grade XI SMAS Semen Tonasa. In its implementation, this study applied a Research and Development (R&D) approach based on the 4D model. This model consists of four stages, namely: (1) Analysis, (2) Design, (3) Development, and (4) Dissemination. The techniques applied include data validity testing using validation sheets, practicality testing through student and teacher response questions, and effectiveness testing through student learning outcome tests. Based on the test results, the following was obtained: (1) The development of Google website-based learning media was carried out by applying the 4D development model, (2) The validation results showed that the developed Google Site learning media obtained an average score of 3.65, which is categorized as highly valid, (3) Meanwhile, the practicality level of the media reached an average of 3.57, which is categorized as very practical, (4) The developed Google Site learning media showed an average effectiveness level of 87.8, which indicates that the learning environment provided was proven to be very supportive of the learning process. Based on the findings of this study, it can be concluded that Google Site-based learning media is valid, practical, and effective for use in teaching and learning activities.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai validitas, kepraktisan isi, serta kepraktisan harapan dan efektivitas E-LKPD, sekaligus mengevaluasi aspek kelayakan, kemudahan penggunaan, daya tarik, dan kontribusinya dalam meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis peserta didik. Tingkat keefektifan harapan diukur berdasarkan hasil penerapan E-LKPD dalam pembelajaran. Dalam penelitian ini, produk dikembangkan dengan menerapkan model 4D yang kemudian dilanjutkan dengan penerapan pendekatan formative evaluation, mencakup tahapan validasi oleh ahli, uji coba secara individu, dan uji coba terbatas dalam kelompok kecil. Validasi dilakukan oleh dua dosen pembimbing bersama seorang guru pamong. Sementara itu, Uji coba pada tingkat individu dilaksanakan bersama tiga peserta didik, sementara uji coba dalam kelompok kecil dilakukan dengan melibatkan empat peserta didik. Temuan penelitian mengindikasikan bahwa: (1) E-LKPD memiliki tingkat validitas sekurang-kurangnya tergolong valid (rata-rata valid); (2) isi E-LKPD dinilai cukup menarik dan praktis, dengan kategori sekurang-kurangnya baik (rata-rata baik); (3) aspek kepraktisan harapan dikategorikan sekurang-kurangnya baik (rata-rata baik) berkat kemudahan penggunaannya; dan (4) Keefektifan harapan sekurang-kurangnya tergolong kategori baik (rata-rata baik) jika dilihat dari tanggapan peserta didik terhadap soal yang mengukur keterampilan berpikir kritis (KBK). Fokus penilaian E-LKPD berbasis KBK terletak pada keterampilan eksplanasi, dengan capaian sangat baik pada aspek interpretasi dan analisis, serta baik pada keterampilan evaluasi, inferensi, dan eksplanasi.

Abstract

Minimnya variasi media pembelajaran di sekolah menjadi kendala dalam proses belajar mengajar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran infographics combine on video pada materi sistem peredaran darah kelas XI di MA Muallimin Muhammadiyah serta menganalisis tingkat validitas, kepraktisan, dan keefektifannya. Penelitian menggunakan metode Research and Development (R&D) dengan model ADDIE yang meliputi tahap analisis, perancangan, pengembangan, implementasi, dan evaluasi. Uji produk dilakukan melalui tiga tahap: validitas, kepraktisan, dan keefektifan. Subjek penelitian terdiri atas 23 peserta didik kelas XI MIPA. Instrumen yang digunakan lembar validasi, angket respon peserta didik dan pendidik, serta tes hasil belajar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan media yang dikembangkan memiliki tingkat validitas 3,77 (sangat valid), kepraktisan 3,16 (praktis), dan keefektifan 83% (sangat efektif), dengan nilai peserta didik di atas KKM. Dengan demikian, media infographics combine on video dinyatakan layak digunakan karena memenuhi kriteria valid, praktis, dan efektif. Implikasinya, media ini dapat meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran, dan penelitian lanjutan disarankan untuk menguji media di sekolah lain.

Abstract

This study was conducted with the aim of designing and developing a liveworksheet-based evaluation instrument and assessing its quality in the Respiratory System material for grade XI MIA 3 MA Madani Alauddin Pao-pao students. The quality of the instrument was analysed based on the aspects of validity, reliability, discriminating power, level of difficulty, and effectiveness of distractors in each item. This study adapted the development model proposed by Tessmer, which falls under the category of Formative Research. The development procedure consisted of three main stages, namely the initial stage, the self-evaluation stage which included analysis and design activities, and the prototyping stage which consisted of expert review, individual testing, small group testing, and field testing. The subjects of this study were grade XI MIA 3 MA Madani Alauddin Pao-pao students. The results showed that the content validity coefficient reached 1, indicating a very high level of validity. Of the total 25 items, 44% were declared empirically valid, while 56% were classified as invalid. The reliability test using the KR-20 formula produced a value of 0.99, indicating very high reliability. The discrimination power analysis showed that 36% of the items were in the very poor category, 36% were poor, 24% were adequate, and only 4% were good. Based on the level of difficulty, 84% of the items were categorised as easy and 16% as moderate. The results of the distractor effectiveness analysis showed that most distractors were not functioning optimally, with 24% very poor, 28% poor, 8% not very good, 20% good, and 20% very good.
