Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran kepemimpinan kepala madrasah, gambaran kinerja guru, dan pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala madrasah terhadap kinerja guru di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah As’adiyah No.170 Layang Makassar. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru yang berada di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah As’adiyah No.170 Layang Makassar yang berjumlah 12 orang dan dijadikan sebagai sampel jenuh. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah skala kepemimpinan dan skala kinerja guru. Teknik analisis datanya menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis statistik inferensial dengan regresi linear sederhana. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dengan analisis inferensial diperoleh kepemimpinan kepala madrasah berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah As’adiyah No.170 Layang Makassar. Hal ini ditunjukkan dari hasil regresi linear sederhana berdasarkan nilai th > ttabel ( th = 2,33 > ttabel = 1,812 ) sehingga berlaku Ha (hipotesis alternatif) diterima, yakni ada pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala madrasah terhadap kinerja guru di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah As’adiyah No.170 Layang Makassar.Abstract: This study aimed to describe the performance of the headmaster leadership of Madrasah Ibtidayah of Asadiyah No.170 Layang Makassar, and to determine the effect of the headmaster leadership on the performance of the teachers in this school. The population of this study was all the teachers Madrasah Ibtidayah of Asadiyah No.170 Layang Makassar with the total number of 12 people and serve as a saturated sample. The instrument used was the scale of leadership and the scale of teachers’ performance. The technique of analysis used was descriptive and inferential statistical using simple linear regression. The results of the research based on the inferential statistic analysis showed that the leadership of the headmaster affect the performance of teachers in is school. It was shown from the results of the simple linear regression based on the value th > ttabel (th = 2,33 > ttabel = 1,812). Therefore, the alternative hypothesis was accepted, that is, there was a significance influence of the headmaster leadership on of the performance of the teachers at Madrasah Ibtidayah of Asadiyah No.170 Layang Makassar.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Kecemasan Berkomunikasi Mahasiswa Jurusan Pendidikan Biologi Angkatan 2013 Fakultas Tarbiyah dan Keguruan UIN Alauddin Makassar, untuk mengetahui Prestasi Akademik Mahasiswa Jurusan Pendidikan Biologi Angkatan 2013 Fakultas Tarbiyah dan Keguruan UIN Alauddin Makassar, dan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kecemasan Berkomunikasi terhadap Prestasi Akademik Mahasiswa Jurusan Pendidikan Biologi Angkatan 2013 Fakultas Tarbiyah dan Keguruan UIN Alauddin Makassar.Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh mahasiswa angkatan 2013 Jurusan Pendidikan Biologi Fakultas Tarbiyah dan Keguruan UIN Alauddin Makassar berjumlah 120 mahasiswa sedangkan sampelnya adalah 50% dari populasi berjumlah 60 mahasiswa dengan teknik pengambilan sampel “Simple Random Sampling”. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah skala kecemasan berkomunikasi dan dokumentasi dalam bentuk indeks prestasi semester (I dan II). Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik deskriptif dan analisis statistik inferensial.Berdasarkan hasil analisis statistik deskriptif, kecemasan berkomunikasi diperoleh nilai rata-rata 82,73 berada pada kategori sedang dari nilai ideal 100 diperoleh nilai terendah 60, nilai tertinggi 110 dengan presentase 68,33%. Untuk hasil prestasi akademik diperoleh nilai rata-rata 3,34 berada pada kategori memuaskan dari nilai ideal 4,00 diperoleh nilai terendah 2,28, nilai tertinggi 4,00 dengan presentase 70%. Adapun hasil analisis statistik inferensial dengan uji regresi sederhana, diperoleh koefisien korelasi nilai sebesar 13,139 sedangkan nilaisehingga  = 3,16. Jadi, dapat disimpulkan bahwa > yakni 13,139>3,16, makaditolak dan diterima yang berarti terdapat pengaruh yang positif antara kecemasan berkomunikasi terhadap prestasi akademik mahasiswa Jurusan Pendidikan Biologi Angkatan 2013 Fakultas Tarbiyah dan Keguruan UIN Alauddin Makassar dengan sumbangsih sebesar 18,5 %.

Abstract

Apperception at the beginning of teaching and learning process is the common activity done by the teacher which determine the effectiveness of the process. This study aimed to determine the relationship between scene setting at the beginning of the learning process and student’s learning motivation. This was a correlational research in which the population was seventh-grade students at MTs. Madani Alauddin Pao Pao. The number of samples was sixty students, taken from 50% of the population by using simple random sampling. The instruments used were scene setting activity observation sheet and motivational questionnaire sheet, they both used the Likert scale. The data obtained were analyzed using simple linear regression analysis. The results indicated that there was a significant correlation between the scene setting and students learning motivation in Integrated Science subject in class VII of MTs. Madani Alauddin Pao Pao (p < 0.05). The relation between scene setting and learning motivation was in a strong category (R = 0.600). Thus, the better the scene setting activities, the more optimum the students’ motivation.

Abstract

Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian korelasional yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara pola asuh orang tua dan dukungan sosial teman sebaya terhadap motivasi belajar biologi siswa di SMA Negeri 1 Tanete Rilau Kabupaten Barru. Penelitian ini melibatkan tiga variabel yakni variabel bebas adalah pola asuh orang tua dan dukungan sosial teman sebaya sedangkan variabel terikat adalah motivasi belajar. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas XII IPA di SMAN 1 Tanete Rilau yang berjumlah 111 orang. Sedangkan sampelnya berjumlah 56 siswa diambil melalui teknik random sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah skala pola asuh orang tua, skala dukungan sosial teman sebaya, dan skala motivasi belajar. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu statistik deskriptif serta statistik inferensial. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data menggunakan statistik deskriptif untuk pola asuh orang tua diperoleh nilai rata-rata 97,9 berada dalam kategori sedang dari 56 sampel diperoleh nilai terendah 82 dan tertinggi113, dukungan sosial teman sebaya diperoleh nilai rata-rata 82,4 berada dalam kategori sedang dari 56 sampel diperoleh nilai terendah 64 dan tertinggi102 dan untuk motivasi diperoleh nilai rata-rata 62,6 berada dalam kategori sedang dari 56 sampel diperoleh nilai terendah 34 dan tertinggi 77. Berdasarkan hasil analisis statistik inferensial dengan uji t menunjukkan bahwa nilai thitung> ttabel (9,308 > 2,0048) maka H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima. Ini berarti pola asuh orang tua dan dukungan sosial teman sebaya dengan motivasi belajar memiliki hubungan dengan sumbangsi sebesar 46,29%. Kata kunci: Pola Asuh Orangtua, Dukungan Sosial Teman Sebaya,dan Motivasi Belajar.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah  (1) mengetahui gambaran kecerdasan emosional Mahasiswa Pendidikan Biologi UIN Alauddin Makassar, (2) mengetahui gambaran interaksi teman sebaya Mahasiswa Pendidikan Biologi UIN Alauddin Makassar, (3) mengetahui gambaran penyesuaian sosial Mahasiswa Pendidikan Biologi UIN Alauddin Makassar dan (4) mengetahui hubungan antara kecerdasan emosional dan interaksi teman sebaya dengan penyesuaian sosial pada Mahasiswa Pendidikan Biologi UIN Alauddin Makassar. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh mahasiswa pendidikan biologi angkatan 2015 dan 2016 sebanyak 180 orang. Sedangkan sampelnya adalah 50% atau 90 orang dengan menggunakan teknik  Simple Random Sampling. Pengambilan data pada penelitian ini dengan menggunakan skala kecerdasan emosional, skala interaksi teman sebaya dan skala penyesuaian sosial. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah teknik analisis deskriptif dan analisis inferensial.  Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kecerdasan emosional mahasiswa pendidikan biologi berada pada kategori sedang dengan persentase  72,22%, interaksi teman sebaya mahasiswa pendidikan biologi berada pada kategori sedang dengan persentase 73,33% dan penyesuaian sosial mahasiswa pendidikan bologi berada pada kategori sedang  dengan persentase 52,55%. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dengan korelasi product moment diperoleh nilai r2 0,600 dan nilai thitung  ttabel atau 7,035 1,987. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara Kecerdasan Emosional dan Interaksi  Teman Sebaya dengan Penyesuaian Sosial pada  Mahasiswa Pendidikan Biologi Fakultas  Tarbiyah dan Keguruan Universitas Islams Negeri Aalauddin Makassar, maka H0 ditolak H1 diterima.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan hasil belajar Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam (IPA) melalui pembelajaran metode hypnoteacing di kelas VIII MTs Negeri Balang-Balang. Jenis penelitian dilakukan menggunakan quasi eksperimen dengan menggunakan desain penelitian Nonequivalent Control Group Design. Sampel penelitian terpilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan mepertimbangkan homogenitas kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa tes pilihan ganda sebanyak 26 soal. Setelah dianalisis menggunakan analisis statistik inferensial menggunakan uji Mann-Whitney hasil belajar peserta didik kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol sesudah diberikan perlakuan, didapatka hasil nilai Sig. (2-tailed) sebesar 0,000 0,05, yang membuktikan terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar peserta didik yang signifikan antara kelas kontrol dan kelas eksperimen yang menggunakan metode pembelajaran hypnoteacing. Hasil itu dibuktikan dengan hasil analisis deskriptif yang menunjukan adanya perbedaan rata-rata hasil belajar peserta didik. Rata-rata hasil belajar dengan menggunakan metode pembelajaran hypnoteacing sebesar 80,37 lebih tinggi dibanding rata-rata hasil belajar tanpa menggunakan metode hypnoteacing sebesar 48,31. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa hasil belajar peserta didik dapat ditingkatkan menggunakan metode pembelajaran hypnoteaching.

Abstract

Using hand puppets in a storytelling activity (which can resemble human or animal forms) as a learning medium has many beneficial. This study aims to determine the role of the hand puppet storytelling method in early childhood language development. This research uses a library research type, Systematic Literature Review (SLR), namely the study of various scientific studies relevant to research to obtain inferences in the form of new findings that can later be replicated. The data source used is secondary data, which has been previously published in the form of books, journals, and previous studies. The data collection technique in this research is documentation. The data analysis technique uses content analysis, a research technique for making inferences that can be replicated. The results showed that storytelling using hand puppet media played a role in developing children’s language. The role of the storytelling method using hand puppet media in early childhood language development, namely (1) encouraging children to be more skilled at speaking; (2) make children more interested and more active in listening; (3) increasing children’s self-confidence; (4) improve children’s listening skills; (5) developing receptive language skills of children; (6) developing children’s early literacy; (7) enabling children to retell stories that they’ve been heard; (8) add word recognition and vocabulary to children’s language; and (9) developing children’s oral language skills. This research has implications for learning, especially for teachers to use various media and appropriate learning methods according to the child’s learning type. Children become interested and more enthusiastic in participating in the learning process.

Abstract

Purpose – This study aims to prove the improvement of social development through the traditional game of mallogo for children aged 5-6 years at Ponre, Gantarang, Bulukumba.Design/methods/approach – This study is a quantitative research using experimental methods. The research design used is a one-group pretest-posttest design. The population in this study are 8 children aged 5-6 years who live in Ponre, Gantarang, Bulukumba and whole child are sample in this research. The data collected throught developmental assessment using observation base on children age 5-6 social and emotional development indicators was set by Minister of Education and Culture No. 137 of 2014 concering National Standard for Early Childhood Education. The data analysis technique used is Wilcoxon’s non-parametric statistic test.Findings – The results of this study are that the average value of the pre-test was 25,625, while the average value of the post-test was 54.875. Wilcoxon test obtained the calculated value of -2.52 Zcount, which is smaller than the value of Ztable of -1.96, which was carried out with a two-tailed test (-2.52 < -1.96). The results show an increase in social development through traditional mallogo games for children aged 5-6 years at Ponre, Gantarang, Bulukumba.Research implications/limitations – This study has implications for developing traditional games in children’s social skills. In the future, the number of participants needs to be increased. Parametric statistical tests are needed to strengthen the research results.Practical implications – This study has practical implications for experimental studies of children’s social abilities.Originality/value – This study contributes to the development of the study of children’s play. In addition, this research provides a new perspective on children’s social development through the traditional game method. Paper type: Research paper

Abstract

The first care for children lies within the family. The main responsibility of caring for childrenis still borne by the father or mother even though they have other activities outside the home,such as working. Caring for mothers or working women is interesting to study because of thedouble burden that is carried out apart from being a caregiver as well as an employee atwork. This article discusses caring for career women in the Bontoa Village. The data sourcesin this study were 5 housewives as well as career women who have children under the age of5 in Bontoa Village, Maros Regency. The research instrument uses an interview guide. Thedata analysis technique uses descriptive analysis through the stages of data reduction, datapresentation, and drawing conclusions. Research results show that: (1) The parenting modelapplied by career women in Bontoa Village, Maros Regency, namely democratic,authoritarian, and permissive parenting. Democratic parenting by considering the rules, notimposing the will of parents which can make children depressed. Authoritarian parentingwhere parents pressure children to do what parents want. Permissive parenting freeschildren in determining their desires. (2) Career women in the Bontoa Village, MarosRegency, in carrying out their roles as caregivers and also as career women have determinedpriority activities. Work problems can affect the home and children or vice versa. The mostimportant thing is to build effective communication with family so that they can actualizethemselves in their respective fields of work.

Abstract

This study aims to understand the form of father's attention, inhibiting and supporting factors, and the impact of father's awareness on children's religious development. The research method used is qualitative descriptive. Primary data was obtained from interviews with fishermen's fathers, while secondary data came from village profiles, journals, and related documents. Data analysis is carried out through data reduction, coding, presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed variations in the form of fatherly attention. There are fathers who pay great attention to the development of children's religion, but there are also those who leave it completely to the mother or teacher. Factors that inhibit father's consciousness include a lack of time and religious knowledge, while the supporting factors are the role of teachers and the existence of Islamic boarding schools. The impact of the father's lack of awareness is the lack of religious stimulation in the child. This study concludes the importance of education for fisherman fathers about the importance of providing religious education to early childhood. The implication of this research is the need for educational programs for educators and further research on the introduction of monotheism in early childhood. This research also provides a comprehensive overview of the situation on the ground and provides recommendations to improve the quality of religious education for children on Jinato Island
