Abstract

PT Adibakti Perkasa Indonesia is a company operating in the MSME sector which produces charcoalbriquette products. In the process of making briquettes, the main raw materials are: coconut shellcharcoal and aci flour as adhesive. This research was conducted to analyze the financial feasibilityof building a new factory (Plant 2) with a production capacity greater than the old factory. based onMarket Aspects, Technical and Production Aspects, as well as Financial Aspects. Based on theresults of data processing, the results obtained are that the company's production capacity forbriquette products is an average of 2100 tons per year, the need for direct labor is 21 employees andindirect employees are 16 employees. Obtained a total investment of Rp. 1,210,025,000, net presentvalue of Rp. 24,268,056.03,- and an internal rate of return of 62%. With a net present value of Rp.24,268,056.03,- ≥ 0 and internal rate of return 62% ≥ MARR, then the investment is declaredfeasible.

Abstract

Purwakarta Station, as one of the busiest train stations in Indonesia, often experiences passenger congestion, especially during peak hours. Not only does this cause inconvenience to passengers, but it can also pose a safety risk. The purpose of this study is to improve the efficiency and safety of train passenger queues. This research uses Promodel software. The results of this study found that there was no waiting presentation and down presentation. Meanwhile, there is a percentage of delay in the location of entering the counter and exiting the counter. Presentations were blocked by 4.47% and the percentage of counter exit was 52.89%. This means that there is no significant buildup in the simulation of the train ticket purchase queue system at Purwakarta Station).

Abstract

Heavy equipment in particular is one of the supporting tools for mining or industry which is very important in the production process. During the excavation process, the Rear attachment, especially the actuator, namely the hydraulic cylinder, works continuously during the process. This will of course cause problems that cannot be avoided. However, problems that occur can be minimized with preventive measures and maintenance. It is hoped that the existence of preventive and maintenance steps will make it easier for mechanics to carry out preventive and maintenance steps on hydraulic cylinder components. The main method used in this report is comprehension. The data obtained is taken from an understanding that refers to the problem. Second, the observation method. This method is taken when carrying out work practices. The final method is interviews, by asking questions about problems that often occur to employees who are experienced in their field. Common problems in hydraulic cylinders such as leaks and contamination can be minimized with preventive and maintenance measures, starting from choosing the right oil, preventive maintenance, and operating the unit correctly. If preventive and maintenance steps are carried out properly, repairs to components will of course be easier.

Abstract

An efficient and reliable fuel system is key to maintaining optimal performance of construction machinery, and fuel filters play an important role in maintaining fuel quality and preventing contaminants from entering the system. In this research, modifications were made to the fuel filter with a focus on increasing filtering efficiency and contaminant retention capacity. Modifications involve the use of more effective filter materials, and increased dirt retention capacity. Experimental methods were used to evaluate the performance of the modified fuel filter, through field trials. Field trial results show that the modified fuel filter is able to increase filtration efficiency and has a higher contaminant retention capacity compared to the original filter, and the modified fuel filter is successful in improving the overall performance of the 570 SV backhoe loader engine, by reducing the risk of damage to the fuel system and improve machine responsiveness.

Abstract

CV. Rahmat Sanusi Putra is a company that produces bottled drinking water (AMDK) with the brand (nusarina), CV Rahmat Sanusi Putra is faced with problems with its production machines which sometimes experience damage as a result when the production process is hampered and downtime arises. priority scale and causes of damage, and provide recommendations for improvements to reduce the occurrence of machine damage. research using the Failure Mode And Effect Analysis method to find the priority scale and the Fault Tree Analysis method to find the cause of the damage. Data collection through observation and interviews. The highest priority scale obtained on the CV. Rahmat Sanusi Putra in September and November was in the cutting component section with an RPN value of 36. Factors causing machine damage were due to lack of machine maintenance and lack of routine checks resulting in dust or dirt accumulating on the cutting which causes the blade to become blunt and broken. The proposed improvements are to make a monitoring system to carry out proper monitoring, such as doing General Cleaning 2 times and Scouring 2 times in 1 month.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi atas kebutuhan Rumah Sakit dalam memilih supplier yang berkualitas serta bisa menjamin kerja sama yang baik satu sama lain, serta ikut mengedepankan kualitas dan kepuasan pasien terhadap pelayanan Poliklinik Gigi Rumah Sakit Di Purwakarta. Berdasarkan metode AHP dan TOPSIS dalam pemilihan supplier dental Unit Poliklinik Rumah Sakit di Purwakarta, didapatkan supplier terpilih yaitu PT.Cobra Dental Indonesia dengan perolehan bobot tertinggi berdasarkan dari metode AHP dan TOPSIS dibandingkan dengan perolehan supplier lainnya. Untuk nilai bobot dari metode AHP yang didapat oleh PT. Dental Cobra Indonesia yaitu 0,323, sedangkan perolehan bobot dari metode TOPSIS yaitu 0,734. Bobot dari masing-masing kriteria adalah untuk kritera harga yaitu 0,092, kemudian bobot untuk kriteria kualitas yaitu 0,123, bobot untuk kriteria lokasi yaitu 0,085, bobot untuk kriteria pelayanan yaitu 0,499 dan bobot untuk kriteria pengiriman yaitu 0,199. Pemilihan supplier dengan menggunakan metode Analytical Hierachy Process (AHP) yang menjadi supplier Dental Unit Rumah Sakit Di Purwakarta terbaik yaitu PT. Cobra Dental Indonesia dengan bobot 0.323. Pemilihan supplier dental unit terbaik dengan metode TOPSIS adalah supplier PT. Cobra Dental Indonesia mendapat dengan perolehan ranking terbesar dengan bobot 0,734. Berdasarkan penerapan metode AHP dan TOPSIS dalam pemilihan supplier dental Unit Poliklinik gigi dan mulut Rumah Sakit di Purwakarta, didapatkan supplier terpilih yaitu PT. Cobra Dental Indonesia dengan perolehan bobot tertinggi berdasarkan dari metode AHP dan TOPSIS dibandingkan dengan perolehan supplier lainnya.
