Abstract

Leadership within a team plays a key role in achieving campus organizational goals. This study investigates the dynamics of leadership in the context of campus organizations, focusing on its influence on team performance and achieving shared goals. This research uses a qualitative approach with in-depth interviews and participant observation of team leaders and team members in the campus environment. The research results show that a participative leadership style and a deep understanding of the needs and potential of individuals in the team encourage effective collaboration. Additionally, open and clear communication from team leaders creates an inclusive work environment and supports innovation. These factors positively influence team member motivation and overall productivity. However, challenges also arise, including role uncertainty, differences in views, and conflict management. Therefore, this research recommends the importance of developing interpersonal leadership skills, conflict management, and effective communication for team leaders in the campus environment. In conclusion, leadership in teams has a significant impact on the achievements of campus organizations and requires a holistic approach to increase cooperation and achieve common goals.

Abstract

This research was conceived as a response to the rapid development of technology and the increase in internet users, particularly in Indonesia. With APJII surveys showing significant growth in internet users, particularly among Generation Z students, and Good Stats' prediction that active social media users will continue to increase, this research focuses on the role of social media as a business platform, particularly TikTok. This research highlights TikTok's great potential as a profitable digital marketing platform, especially by optimising the features provided. The method used in this research is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The data used is secondary data collected through literature study. The results of this study show that TikTok, a short video-based app, has gained great popularity in Indonesia. Data recorded that Indonesia is the second country with the most TikTok users in the world. The significant increase in TikTok users, including features such as For You Page (FYP), hashtag usage, TikTok Shop, and Live Shopping, shows great potential as a digital marketing tool. TikTok Shop, as the newest feature, provides an integrated e-commerce space in the app, while Live Shopping enables direct interaction between brands and audiences, enhancing the purchase experience. Collaboration with TikTok creators is also useful as an effective strategy in building trust and reaching a wider marketing target.

PT. Trans Retal Indonesia is a retail company in Indonesia which has several branch stores in various regions, one of which is the area, especially Cilegon City. PT Transmart Cilegon as a research object using qualitative descriptive research methods. Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of population on open unemployment, determine the effect of the minimum wage on the unemployment rate, and to determine the effect of population and minimum wages on the unemployment rate. This research uses a quantitative method, namely where the data used in this research is in the form of numbers. The type of method used in research is descriptive research. The term in this research is that the researcher does not change, add or manipulate the object or area of research. The results of data analysis show that variable The minimum wage The population and minimum wage have an effect together (simultaneously). This can be seen from the fcount which is greater than the ftable (18,962 > 5,786).

Abstract

ABSTRACT In the current digital era, online transportation services have become an important part of everyday life, especially among students. With the existence of various online transportation applications such as Grab, Uber, and Gojek, students have more options to choose a mode of transportation that suits their needs and budget. In this case, service quality and promotion are important factors that influence students' decisions to purchase online transportation services. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of promotions and service quality on the decision to purchase online transportation services among UT Bekasi students. The research used quantitative methods, collection techniques using the questionnaire method, the number of samples in this research was 99 students at the Open University in the city of Bekasi. Data analysis using multiple linear regression, the results concluded that partially and simultaneously promotion and service quality had a significant effect on the decision to purchase online transportation services among UT Bekasi students, with a predictive ability of 56.6%, while the remaining 43.4% was the decision to purchase transportation services. Online learning for UT Bekasi students is influenced by other factors not examined in this research.

Abstract

Leadership is an important central point in an organization. To be a good leader requires a variety of knowledge, experience, and skills in various things. This article discusses effective leadership in teams. Leaders chosen in an organization or team are required to have the ability in various ways, especially in organizing team members to achieve goals or goals effectively and efficiently, encouraging each team member to be able to make their best contribution to the organization, company, or institution even in the team. The purpose of writing is to know about effective leadership in a team and to achieve goals effectively and efficiently. The method of writing this is to conduct a literature review from various printed sources and various other sources of scientific information. Based on the observations obtained, successful leadership is influential leadership, transformative leadership, and leaders who can overcome dynamics in the team. Some things that affect leadership effectiveness include; the relevance of leadership style, leadership qualities, leadership qualities, and good teamwork.

Abstract

ABSTRACT For the purpose of public company financial reporting, XBRL technology has seen extensive adoption across a number of nations. Nevertheless, there has been a dearth of literature reviewing the research on XBRL technology's ability to enhance disclosure quality and its level of complexity. The purpose of this work is to use qualitative analysis and a literature study to make conclusions. Quicker data transmission and more efficiency are only two of the several benefits of the XBRL-based reporting system over its predecessors. Better disclosure and more openness are possible thanks to the XBRL reporting system, which is based on sophisticated information technology. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of e-commerce shopee on product purchasing decisions for teenage users in Kosambi Village, Drangong Village. The method in this study uses primary data and secondary data. The primary data used is data obtained directly from Kosambi Village by means of observation, interviews, while secondary data is data obtained from literature studies and documentation related to the problems in this study. The population data for this study is 100 teenagers and the sample in this study is 80 respondents. The results of the discussion in this study, a simple linear regression analysis can be produced: The constant value of 29.187 indicates that the consistent value of the purchasing decision variable is 29.187. The coefficient value of 0.417 states that for every 1% increase in the e-commerce value of 0.417, the regression coefficient is positive, so it can be said that the direction of the x variable towards y is positive. the result of the calculation of the R Square value is 0.377 so that it can be stated that the influence between E-Commerce shopee on purchasing decisions is 37.7% while the remaining 62.3% is influenced by other factors not disclosed in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to develop and implement an IT-based inventory management system in the retail industry to optimize the supply chain. By utilizing IT, this system is expected to improve stock management efficiency, reduce operational costs, and increase customer satisfaction. The research methodology involves needs analysis, system design, testing, and implementation of an inventory management system in several retail branches. The implementation results show significant improvements in inventory data accuracy, speed of response to market demand, and reduction in storage costs. A case study of one of the retail branches implementing this system shows a 15% decrease in inventory costs and a 20% increase in customer satisfaction in the first six months after implementation. This study concludes that an IT-based inventory management system is effective in optimizing the supply chain in the retail industry and providing added value to customers.

Abstract

Technological conditions continue to develop, new things happen in our daily lives, and things that usually do not exist become available and liked by many people. One of them is the Internet. Currently, small to large businesses are taking advantage of developments in internet-based digital technology. The use of digital marketing that is carried out appropriately, consistently and attractively will have an impact on increasing purchasing interest in the products offered. The aim of this research is to determine the impact of digital marketing on purchase intentions. The methodology used is quantitative, with data obtained from questionnaire surveys and non-probability sampling techniques. Research analysis shows that digital marketing has a positive impact on purchase intentions.
