Abstract

Libraries are institutions that collect printed and recorded knowledge. Books can be borrowed at the library for a length of time according to library regulations. Based on observations that some types of books in the library of STMIK Kaputama have a very high ratio of the number of borrowers, while the availability of books is limited. The addition of new book collections cannot be done because the storage capacity of the collection is limited. Based on these conditions, the grouping of book collections based on the length of book borrowing is carried out to optimize the service time for borrowing books. This application was created to assist librarians in determining the optimal length of book borrowing. So in this case, we will design and build a system that will be used in grouping library book collections based on the length of borrowing and the variables determined using the clustering method. The purpose of this research is to design and build a system for grouping library book collections in order to produce information quickly about the availability of books in the library.

Abstract

Cholecystitis is an inflammation of the gallbladder. The gallbladder is an organ where bile is stored, which is a fluid that plays an important role in the digestion of fat in the body. Data processing at Bangkatan Hospitals is currently still done by means of patients coming to the hospital and heading to the receptionist to carry out the process before meeting an expert (doctor), it makes patients have to queue and wait their turn to meet the doctor. The current lack of knowledge and information from the community/patients causes delays in handling the early symptoms of cholecystitis. This makes this research carried out by building an expert system that is able to diagnose cholecystitis. With the dempster shafer method, it is expected to be able to provide a high level of accuracy. From the calculation process using the Dempster Shafer method, it can be concluded that the disease suffered by the user is Acute Cholecystitis with a density value of 0.571 or 57.1%.

Abstract

Pregnancy exercise is a program for healthy pregnant women to prepare for the mother's physical condition. Suppose the mother does not do pregnancy exercise. In that case, she will experience aches, get tired quickly during pregnancy, and her delivery is not smooth in the second stage, thereby increasing fetal distress. This study determined the relationship between pregnancy exercise and the duration of the second stage of labor in primigravida in the Ambunten Health Center Work Area. The study design used a cohort analytic using a retrospective approach. The population was all primigravida women giving birth from September 2019 to September 2021. The sample taken was 179 respondents using a non-probability sampling technique. The second stage of labor They were then analyzed using the chi-square test. The results obtained from 179 respondents who did pregnancy exercise during the second stage of labor (74%) and did not do pregnancy exercise were not smooth (9%). The data analysis obtained the results with a p-value (0.000) and an error rate of the p-value (0.05). Conclusion H0 is rejected, and H1 is accepted. This means that there is a relationship between pregnancy exercise and the duration of the second stage of labor in primigravida in the Ambunten Health Center Work Area. This study concludes that respondents who did pregnancy exercise experienced a smooth process of the second stage of labor. Thus, it is recommended that respondents be more active in carrying out pregnancy exercises and that health workers intensify pregnant women to participate in classes for pregnant women.

Abstract

The Smart Indonesia Card is a form of implementing the Smart Indonesia Program which is the flagship program of President Joko Widodo. The Smart Indonesia Card program supports the realization of the 9-year compulsory education program for basic education and universal secondary education or 12-year compulsory education. However, in essence, in processing the Smart Indonesia Card, errors still occur in predicting the needs of students who really need the assistance. Unpredictable gifts include students per department. In dealing with the provision of Indonesia Smart Card assistance, predictions are needed in the distribution of funds so that the distribution can be carried out evenly according to students who need the Indonesia Smart Card funds.
