Abstract

Elderly is an age group that is very vulnerable to experiencing health problems. The method used is an observational approach. The analysis carried out focuses on processing numerical data which is interpreted with health phenomena in the village community. The analysis resulted in problem solving in the form of consultations, health checks, and training in the health sector. Some of the programs that the team carried out were counseling on self-medication and health checks for the elderly. With this problem solving method, it is hoped that it can help solve the health problems of the elderly in Iroyudan Village. To be able to face life, the elderly must maintain good health and fitness, the elderly must carry out regular sports activities, carry out a healthy lifestyle, rest, do not smoke and have regular health checks. One of the efforts to achieve health is by exercising so that for the elderly to be able to get a healthy body, one of them must regularly do sports activities. Regular exercise is an effective and safe alternative to improve or maintain fitness and health if done properly. Aerobic activities suitable for the elderly include: walking, low impact aerobic exercise, elderly exercise, cycling, swimming and so on. Abstract

Seribu hari pertama kehidupan (1000 HPK) merupakan periode emas atau yang dikenal sebagai  Golden Period seorang anak untuk tumbuh dan berkembang secara optimal. Periode ini disebut Golden Period karena dimana pertumbuhan otak sangat pesat yang dapat menentukan kualias hidup anak di masa depan. Dampak jika asupan gizi kurang selama 1000 Hari Pertama Kehidupan (HPK) diantaranya yaitu bayi lahir dengan Berat Badan Rendah (BBLR), kurus, imunitas yang kurang, mudah terserang penyakit kronis seperti sakit ginjal, jantung, diabetes type 2, stroke, hipertensi dan kanker, terhambatan pertumbuhan kognitif dan IQ yang rendah. Tujuan dari penyuluhan ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengetahuan dan sikap ibu hamil dan wanita usia subuh (WUS) terhadap 1000 hari pertama kehidupan (HPK) di Dusun Kabrokan Kulon, Sendangsari, Bantul, Yogyakarta. Metode yang kami gunakan pada program kerja ini ialah ceramah dan diskusi. Alur pelaksanaan dari program ini yaitu,  analisa masalah yang terjadi terutama masalah kesehatan terkait stunting dan kurangnya pengetahuan mengenai 1000 hari pertama kehidupan juga gizi seimbang, pemilihan program kerja yang tepat, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi. Hasil dari dilakukaanya penyuluhan ini mendapatkan hasil yang baik. Keberhasilan program tersebut dilihat dari hasil pemahaman peserta terhadap materi yang diberikan melalui pre-test dan post-test yang menunjukkan adanya perubahan kenaikan nilai.

Abstract

Kerajinan yang dibuat oleh warga Dusun Dalangan dijual di sekitar daerah wisata Candi Borobudur. Selain tujuan memperoleh keuntungan, kerajinan bambu ini juga bertujuan untuk memperkenalkan keunikan karya lokal Indonesia kepada para turis asing maupun lokal yang berkunjung ke Candi Borobudur. Akan tetapi permasalahn sekarang timbul yaitu obyek wisata Candi Borobudur dittp akibat adanya pandemic covid-19. Pelaku usaha mengalami penuruan omset dan terancam kelangsungan hidupnya. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengadian ini adalah memberikan sosialisasi dan pelatihan bagi UMKM di Dusun Dalangan tentang pemanfaatan internet untuk pemasaran online dengan marketplace. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah sosialisai, pelatihan dan pendampingan kepada pekalu UMKM agar masyarakat dapat menambah wawasan dan praktek sekaligus mengimplementasi pemasaran digital di usahanya. Kesimpulan dari kegiatan ini masyarakat mampu melakukan pengembangan usaha melalui pemanfaatan teknologi internet dan marketplace sehingga harapan kedepan bisa menjadi solusi yang tepat kedepan dalam memasarkan hasil produksi kerajinan bukan hanya untuk meningkatkan omset tetapi juga memperkenalkan produk kerajinan bamboo secara luas ke dunia internasional.

Abstract

Bantul clean waste 2025 is a program launched by the Bantul district government. This program is expected to reduce the risk of environmental pollution, build creativity, and increase income for local residents. To prepare for this, the 15 Sendangsari KKN-T UAA group collaborated with youth youth organizations to empower the waste produced and collected by residents in the Mangir Kidul hamlet. Responding to the similarity of the work program of KKN-T and youth organizations regarding waste management, the waste collected by residents is divided into several criteria, in this program using inorganic waste (cardboards, drinking bottles and plastics) to be separated for kilokan and processed into decorations in order to welcome independence day by means of red and white paint and arranged like the colors of the flag and then hung over Mangir Kidul.Keyword: trash, socialization, bantul

Abstract

Youth Posyandu is a public health effort that is managed with the aim of organizing to improve health and healthy life skills in adolescents. The establishment of Youth Poyandu aims to be a forum for improving adolescent reproductive health and increasing adolescent health needs. Based on previous implementation studies, some teenagers do not know anything about reproductive health, such as the risk of menstruation and irresponsible sexual activity. Youth Posyandu is optimal, it is not done. Thus, the Youth Posyandu was formed in Guwosari Hamlet, Iroyudan Village, Pajangan District. In practice, Poyandu youth leaders are selected through a deliberation process. From the results of the formation of the youth Posyandu, it is known that there are two posyandu administrators, namely six youth cadres who later became an extension of their duties under the supervision of the Iroyudan Health Center. According to the agreement, the Posyandu will be held every three weeks. The activity began with the provision of counseling for the Youth Posyandu and disseminated in the first activity the counseling material for the Youth Posyandu on adolescent reproductive health. It is hoped that the establishment of the youth Posyandu can improve adolescent health and increase knowledge about adolescent reproductive health.Keywords: youth posyandu, adolescent reproductive health, youth cadres

Abstract

 Free sex is sexual relations that are carried out outside of marriage, either consensual or in the world of prostitution, such as intimate peace, making out, to having sexual contact, but this behavior is considered not in accordance with the norm because adolescents do not have experience about sexuality. In Indonesia, there are around 4.5% of male youth and 0.7% of female adolescents aged 15-19 who admit to having had premarital sex. In adolescents aged 15-19 years, the largest proportion is for the first time at the age of 15-17 years. Approximately 33.3% of female adolescents and 34.5% of male adolescents aged 15-19 years began to become aware when they were not yet 15 years old. The record for the cumulative number of sufferers of Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) and Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome (AIDS) until 2017 by the Magelang City AIDS Commission (KPA) was 126 sufferers. Consists of 93 HIV, 33 AIDS and 26 of them died. This community service activity has the aim of providing health education related to the importance of the dangers of free sex in adolescents and prevention of free sex in this digitalization era. The activity was attended by 35 students of SMP Negeri 1 Pakis. The method used in this community service activity is the joint discussion technique. The results of measuring the prevention of free sex in adolescents in the digitalization era before and after the socialization was given, it was found that around 95% of participants understood the prevention of free sex in adolescents in the digitalization era Keywords: Teenager, Free Sex, Digitalization

Abstract

So many Gayam that we can find in Panjangan village, Sendangsari can be used as one of those things that can be used as food and also can be the resources to boost the economy at Panjangan Village. Gayam with the Latin name Inocarpus Fagifer contains antioxidants. At Panjangan Village, people boil Gayam and make chips from gayam. Therefore, doing development innovation in gayam processing which can increase market value and can also be consumed by all. The method used is observation and interviews at Panjangan Village, Sendangsari, Bantul. from developed innovation in gayam processing, produced a product namely Cookies gayam. Abstract

Stunting is a growth delay characterized by chronic malnutrition due to inadequate intake during the first 1,000 days of life, resulting in growth retardation in children under five. The prevalence of stunting under five in Indonesia is 24.4% in 2021. The target for reducing stunting in Indonesia has been set at 14% in 2024. This shows that Indonesia is experiencing serious public health problems in cases of stunting under five. One of the efforts to overcome stunting in toddlers is socialization and education to the community in order to increase knowledge and awareness of stunting prevention, as well as education in providing supplementary food by utilizing locally sourced food ingredients as well as increasing knowledge and training of Posyandu cadres. The method used in this study uses the question and answer lecture method between the participants and the material. The success of this socialization activity can be seen from the enthusiasm of the community and cadres who also attended the socialization event. The community in Losari Village also actively participates in the activities provided where participants provide feedback (discussion and question and answer) related to the material that has been delivered..Keyword: prevention, stunting, dahsyat

Abstract

The Saleh Children's Festival is one of the collaborative programs organized by the Alma Ata University Community Service Program students in the hamlet of Kunden. The purpose of holding this pious children's festival program is 1. to increase enthusiasm in learning Islam, 2. to develop interests and talents in the field of religion, 3. to increase the self-confidence of the children of the Kunden village. In the implementation of the pious children's festival program, there are 4 categories of competitions, namely: Adhan competition, short letter memorization competition, daily prayer memorization and calligraphy coloring. the method of implementing the activity is by analyzing the needs of children of primary school age, planning, implementing, and evaluating as well as following up on the activities that have been taught. The results of this pious children's festival program are so that the children of Dusun Kunden are more enthusiastic in teaching Islam, then the children of Dusun Kunden are also bolder to show their talents and increase their self-confidence after participating in the pious children's festival program. Abstract

To form prospective teachers who have the competence to understand students, manage the learning process, master scientific material in the field of education and the learning process and have the attitude and character of the teacher, the PGSD Study Program at Alma Ata University carries out schooling field introduction activities in elementary schools. Introduction to the School Field is an activity in the process of observation/observation and apprenticeship to learn and understand the implementation of the learning process in the classroom and other educational management, including practicing it in teaching and learning activities with students. One of the target objects of the school field introduction activity was carried out at the Kalangan Elementary School, Kasihan District, Bantul Regency. For the successful implementation of field introduction to schooling, mentoring activities are needed, carried out by field supervisors with multiple roles as facilitators, educators, mediators, and advocators. In their daily practice, the field supervisors have successfully formed and increased students' capacity to act and behave as curricular operations, intersection roles, assist, and internship roles in educational units with mentoring through consulting, assistance, and facilitation activities.
