Abstract

Pawn is a right acquired by an individual who owes a movable property, which is handed over to them by a debtor or a representative, granting the debtor the authority to receive payment for the goods in advance compared to other debtors, excluding auction costs and salvage expenses. Sharia pawning (known as Rahn) involves using one of the borrower's assets as collateral for the loan they receive. This study seeks to establish a comparison between conventional pawning and sharia pawning (rahn). The research aims to provide insights and understanding to all relevant parties regarding the comparative aspects of conventional pawning and sharia pawning (rahn). The research methodology employed is library research, utilizing data collection techniques such as gathering books, journals, and previous works related to conventional pawning and sharia pawning (rahn). The researcher employs qualitative data analysis for data interpretation. Based on the described research, it can be concluded that both conventional pawns and sharia pawns share similarities in that they are prohibited from exploiting the pawned goods, and the pawnee has the right to sell or auction the pawned goods once the loan period expires. The distinction between conventional pawning and sharia pawning lies in the legal foundation. Conventional pawning relies on the Criminal Code, while sharia pawning is guided by the DSN MUI Fatwa on Rahn. In conventional pawning, the contract involves a single debt agreement with a movable goods guarantee from a conventional legal perspective. The Ministry of SOEs oversees conventional pawning, while the Sharia Supervisory Agency (BPS) and the Financial Services Authority (OJK) oversee sharia pawning. Conventional pawns involve interest charges, whereas sharia pawns incur maintenance costs. In conventional pawning, pawned goods can be auctioned, while in sharia pawning, they can be sold.

Abstract

Culture in the organization can optimize the attitude of employees in acting according to the expectations and goals of the organization. The performance of an employee is individual, because each employee has a different level of ability in carrying out their duties. This research is a quantitative study, which aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture on the performance of CV employees. AMDK AIDRAT Pondok Pesantren Sunan Drajat Banjaranyar Paciran Lamongan. The research formulation consists of: 1) is there an influence of organizational culture on the performance of employees of CV. AMDK AIDRAT Pondok Pesantren Sunan Drajat Banjaranyar Paciran Lamongan?, and 2) how much influence does organizational culture have on employee performance at CV. AMDK AIDRAT Pondok Pesantren Sunan Drajat Banjaranyar Paciran Lamongan?. This study uses primary data and secondary data. The sample used is a saturated sample that uses all members of the population as a sample of 23 people. And the data collection techniques used are: Questionnaire (Questionnaire) and Documentation. As well as data analysis techniques used simple regression analysis and T test. The results of the analysis show that organizational culture influences the performance of CV employees. AMDK AIDRAT Pondok Pesantren Sunan Drajat Banjaranyar Paciran Lamongan. The results showed that it was suspected that there was a positive influence between organizational culture on the performance of employees at CV. AMDK AIDRAT Pondok Pesantren Sunan Drajat Banjaranyar Paciran Lamongan. And quite a big influence of organizational culture on the performance of CV employees. AMDK AIDRAT Pondok Pesantren Sunan Drajat Banjaranyar Paciran Lamongan so that the Organizational Culture in the company is very influential in improving the performance of CV employees. Abstract

In every company must have a different marketing strategy, but there may also be the same. It's the same with the Sunan Drajat Department Store, because this is done in order to direct business efforts towards success. While we as Muslims in running a business, it is not enough just to implement strategies that are widely used by conventional people, but these strategies must also be based on sharia principles and values. The research method used is a qualitative research method, which is sourced from primary and secondary data, and uses data collection techniques including; observation, interview, and documentation. The results of this study are: 1. The marketing strategy implemented by the Sunan Drajat Department Store, includes: a. In terms of price, that is not only looking for profit but also for charity (as a supporter of PPSD development). b. In terms of location, namely always maintaining the cleanliness of the location. c. In terms of HR (people), namely trying to provide good service to consumers. d. Promotion is trying to be honest in introducing products to consumers. 2. In determining or assessing the strategy implemented by the Sunan Drajat Department Store with sharia principles, there are several indicators that must be met, including: a. The principle of Rabbaniyah, namely not only seeking worldly benefits, but also the hereafter. b. Ethical Principles, namely providing good service to consumers. c. Realistic Principles, that is clean, tidy, understated, flexible, and flexible in appearance. d. Humanistic Principles, namely providing universal services. In conclusion, it can be seen that the marketing strategy implemented by the department store is in accordance with sharia marketing principles.

Abstract

The development of the business world is growing rapidly both in the service and industrial sectors. This causes competition between companies to become increasingly stringent. This requires companies to improve their capabilities so that the products or services produced are increasingly innovating. So in the process a marketing strategy is needed to improve the development of the business. This type of research uses qualitative research methods with a descriptive approach which is obtained through collecting data from the process of observation, interviews/interviews, and documentation. While the data analysis technique used is data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The purpose of this research is to answer, find out, describe and analyze the formulation of the problem; 1) at the Sunan Drajat Banjarwati Paciran Lamongan Department Store. 2) How to plan the implementation of the marketing strategy at the Sunan Drajat Banjarwati Paciran Lamongan Department Store. 3) What are the supporting and inhibiting factors encountered in marketing products at the Sunan Drajat Department Store Banjarwati Paciran Lamongan. The analysis used is the Marketing Mix analysis approach with seven indicators from an internal and external perspective. In addition, it is strengthened by Segmentation, Targeting and Positioning which are collaborated on the analysis of the application of marketing strategies at the Sunan Drajat Department Store. The results of the study explain that the Sunan Drajat Department Store applies a marketing mix strategy, namely product, place, price, promotion, people, processes, physical evidence and in its development also apply segmentation, targeting, and positioning in it.

Abstract

This study aims to review and comprehensively explain the legality of Cryptocurrency based on a number of institutional and personal fatawa. To answer the research objectives, it was carried out using descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The research data comes from secondary data in the form of institutional and personal fatawa that have been published online, and are accompanied by supporting writings explaining these fatawa. The collected research data were analyzed by following the steps including material collection, discussion, and descriptive analysis. This research shows that a number of institutional and personal fatawa are divided into three decisions on the legality of Cryptocurrency, namely the first is Halal Cryptocurrency; on the grounds that it can be treated as a form of Maal (property), because it is based on social approval and general use so it is permissible to own;, trade;, transact;, etc. there is a clear decision), on the grounds of excessive gharar (speculation); security risk; can easily be used in illegal activities;. Third, Cryptocurrencies are illegal, for various reasons, they are not currency and are not legal means of payment; decentralized validation; excessive gharar (speculation); can easily be used for maysir (gambling);, and used to fund terrorists;. This research needs to be continued considering the limitations it has, such as seeing arguments against Cryptocurrency due to its properties (characteristics) so it is very good and it takes hard work to see it from various perspectives.

Abstract

The number of modern retailers in the Paciran area, Lamongan indicates that retail business competition in this area is becoming increasingly complex. Therefore, retailers try to design a strategy to take advantage of opportunities appropriately because these strategies play an important role in facing market competition. Retailers have their own strategies and ways related to the market they want to get, so the business strategy of each retailer is required to be able to attract attention and meet the needs and desires of consumers. This research aims to know, analyze and prove the formulation of the problem; 1) What is the strategy carried out by Sunan Drajat Department Store in attracting public shopping interest? 2) What are the factors that cause the high interest of people to shop at Sunan Drajat Department Store?. This type of research uses descriptive qualitative research methods, using primary and secondary data sources obtained through data collection from the observation process, interviews, and documentation. While the data analysis techniques used use data reduction techniques, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The result of this study is Sunan Drajat Paciran Department Store in attracting public shopping interest by using 5 strategies, namely product strategy, price strategy, promotion strategy, service strategy, and physical facilities. The reason why consumers shop at Sunan Drajat Department Store if sorted from the most prominent reason is the influence of Sunan Drajat, KH. Abdul Ghofur and pesantren, then prices, services, products, promotions, and facilities. This is in accordance with the theory put forward by Utami and Christina Widya in their book Retail Management that the components of the retail mix strategy are products, prices, promotions, services, and physical facilities

Abstract

The management of BUMDes Mitra Sejahtera aims to act as a driving force for village-level local development. The management of Mitra Sejahtera BUMDes is based on potential needs, village capacity, increasing village community income with the aim of improving the community's economy based on cooperative, emancipatory and participatory principles from the community. The discussion of this research aims to analyze the SWOT method, challenges to the Mitra Sejahtera BUMDes manager, with the aim of being able to overcome all the problems that will later become obstacles to the glory of Mitra Sejahtera BUMDes by using the SWOT method. The research methodology used in this study is a qualitative approach, namely by interviewing the community, the head of the Mitra Sejahtera BUMDes, the village head. In order to find out the management carried out by the Mitra Sejahtera BUMDes which is used to improve the community's economy. This discussion gets The result is that Mitra Sejahtera BUMDes has many opportunities to improve the community's economy, has competent leaders and has good planning and management which is very necessary for the progress of Mitra Sejahtera BUMDes. the research that has been done is the application of swot analysis to the prosperous partner BUMDes management strategy in improving the community's economy. where people participate and cooperate with each other. In the management of BUMDes where HR is the determinant of the running of a Mitra Sejahtera BUMDes, it is necessary to provide education to the community and education to managing HR. With a SWOT analysis, it can make it easier and know where to study events and threats in the future, anticipate losses if an obstacle occurs and with this analysis it can be avoided and applied for the good and welfare of society and can help people in need

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the interpretation of usury using Abdullah Saeed's views. The method used is a qualitative method with a literature review type with data collection techniques using context analysis. The results obtained are that Abdullah Saeed is a Muslim scholar who has the concept of contemporary thought with various brilliant ideas by creating the values ​​of hierarchical principles. Seed has interpreted everything that is still being discussed in circles, one of which is usury. Usury does not necessarily mean that it is haram. According to Saed, there is a need for references from historical narratives to see a problem, such as covering the scope of a law, not necessarily directly legalizing usury law itself. Likewise, humans do not have to always prioritize the `illah aspect (literally in the text of the Qur'an) by ignoring the reasons underlying its interpretation (hikmah). The haram labeling of usury is a view only from the 'god' side, without using wisdom. So, if we look at usury from the perspective of `illat, it is clearly considered haram. However, according to Saeed, the addition of bank interest to debtors is done for a moral aspect. The aspect is mutually beneficial to each other, where the debtor borrows to meet his needs and business, while the institution provides additional fees to the debtor who are due as sanctions and intimation profits to roll back the results of the additional fees

Abstract

This research aims to find out how the kafalah contract is used in BSI Hasanah Card products. The research method used is a qualitative method using a descriptive approach. The data sources used are primary data and secondary data. Primary data was obtained through a direct interview process with BSI KCP UINSA Surabaya. Secondary data was obtained from various literary sources such as books, journals, articles and other documents that support discussions related to the research theme. The results of this research show that the BSI Hasanah Card is in accordance with sharia principles. BSI Hasanah Card uses three sharia contracts, namely the kafalah bil ujrah, qard and ijarah contracts. The use of the BSI Hasanah Card places restrictions on its users by not being able to use it for types of transactions that are not in accordance with sharia. This can provide a sense of security and eliminate worry for BSI Hasanah Card users from all forms of transactions that contain elements of gharar and usury and are not in accordance with sharia provisions.

Abstract

The Artha Mulya TKI Cooperative is a Sharia Cooperative founded by TKI and retired TKI. The Artha Mulya TKI Sharia Cooperative has a market segment that includes the middle to lower levels of society. This research aims to answer, describe and analyze the problem formulation, namely 1. What is the Strategy of the Artha Mulya TKI Cooperative in Improving the Economy of Retired TKI through Creative Economy activities. 2. What are the obstacles and solutions for the TKI Artha Mulya Sharia Cooperative in improving the economy of retired TKI through creative economic activities. The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative, namely a research method based on scientific objects. And the research instruments used to collect data are observation, interviews and documentation. The Artha Mulya TKI Sharia Cooperative has become popular and close to the community. The results of this research concluded that: (1) The Artha Mulya TKI Sharia Cooperative has several strategies to help improve the economy of its members and the wider community, namely borrowing business capital, creating business groups, holding business training, supplying raw goods, marketing production results, helping with paperwork. permission, while the strategy for the TKI Artha Mulya Sharia Cooperative in improving the economy of retired TKI through creative economic activities is to create a creative economic business in the form of a snack making business with the name "Snack Bu Ernie and KKBM Bintang Mulya". (2) The existence of creative economic activities held by the Artha Mulya Sharia Cooperative in this new normal era has increased the income level of retired migrant workers. The Artha Mulya TKI Sharia Cooperative has several obstacles in helping to improve the economy of retired TKI through creative economic activities, namely capital constraints, member creativity constraints, and product marketing constraints
