Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis besarnya pengaruh tingkat kesadaran masyarakat Kecamatan Tanjung Pura terhadap kewajiban zakat mal. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, dilakukan dengan mengumpulkan data yang berupa angka. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dari hasil penyebaran angket kepada 100 responden sebagai alat pengumpulan data.Teknik analisa data pada penelitian ini menggunakan regresi linear sederhana, serta melakukan uji hipotesis untuk mengetahui besarnya pengaruh masing -masing variabel. Setelah dianalisis dengan menggunakan Software SPSS.26, maka dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara variabel independen (tingkat kesadaran masyarakat) terhadap variabel dependen (kewajiban zakat mal) di mana dalam pengujian koefisien determinasi terdapat nilai sig < α (0,000 < 0,05), dan besar nilai R2 = 0,866. Dari nilai R2 tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa kewajiban zakat mal dipengaruhi oleh tingkat kesadaran masyarakat sebesar 86,6 % dan sisanya dipengaruhi faktor lain yang tidak diteliti.

Abstract

Abstract: Competition in the business world cannot be separated from the development of the environment faced. The business environment that has a big influence on marketing success is the development and advancement of technology, as well as changes in people's lifestyles. In an effort to achieve the success of marketing their products, an entrepreneur or marketer must be able to formulate a marketing strategy decision to be used. This research was conducted in a trading business owned by PKK, Simpang Tiga Village, Palm Subdistrict across Langkat Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine the marketing strategy carried out by the trading business belonging to the PKK Simpang Tiga Village, Sawit Seberang District, Langkat Regency to increase the competitiveness of MSMEs and to find out the obstacles faced by the trading business belonging to the PKK Simpang Tiga Village, Sawit Seberang District, Langkat Regency in running a business. This study uses the interview method. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. The results of this study indicate that the marketing strategy carried out by the trading business belonging to PKK Simpang Tiga Village, Sawit Seberang District, Langkat Regency is a marketing mix strategy, which consists of product, price, place and promotion. Obstacles faced by the trading business of PKK Simpang Tiga Village, Sawit Seberang District, Langkat Regency, namely competitors, Covid-19 and public trust. As for efforts to deal with these obstacles, the trading business belonging to the Simpang Tiga Village PKK has made new innovations both in products and promotional methods to attract customers.

Abstract

Dalam persaingan di sektor perbankan syariah, terdapat berbagai cara yang dilakukan untuk menarik minat masyarakat menjadi nasabah. Kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan dan citra merek perusahaan menjadi hal besar yang di pertimbangkan oleh calon nasabah. Penelitian ini berusaha menguji pengaruh pelayanan dan merek perusahaan dalam mempengaruhi keputusan nasabah menggunakan produk tabungan di Bank Sumut Syariah KCP Stabat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan bantuan SPSS.26 untuk menganalisis data. Berdasarkan dari hasil analisis secara simultan didapat nilai R Square sebesar 0,334 dengan taraf signifikansi 0,00 yang berarti bahwa variabel merek perusahaan dan pelayanan secara bersama-sama signifikan mempengaruhi keputusan nasabah menabung di Bank Sumut Syariah Stabat sebesar 33,4%. Sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi variabel lain yang tidak masuk dalam model penelitian ini. Dimana secara parsial pelayanan berpengaruh sebesar 31,4 % pada keputusan menggunakan produk tabungan dan merek perusahaan berpengaruh sebesar 44,2 % mempengaruhi keputusan menggunakan produk tabungan di Bank Sumut Syariah Stabat.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh harga, Promosi, Lokasi dan Kualitas Produk Terhadap peningkatan penjualan Dodol. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pengusaha dodol dan para pedagang dodol yang berada di Desa Pematang Tengah yang berjumlah sebanyak 45 orang responden. Dalam penelitian ini metode yang dilakukan untuk memahami dan menganalisis hal ini adalah menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan metode pengumpulan data yang dilakukandalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuesioner. Pengolahan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan SPSS 20.0. Hasil penelian menunjukkan bahwa responden sebanyak 45 pengusaha dodol yang menjadi responden dalam penelitian ini, membuktikan bahwa Harga, Pemasaran, Lokasi dan Kualitas Produk berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan penjualan dodol. Berdasarkan analisis regresi linear berganda dengan nilai koefisien regresi Harga (X1) dengan nilai sebesar 0,556, Pemasaran (X2) dengan nilai sebesar 0,474, Lokasi dengan nilai sebesar (X3) 0,578 dan Kualitas Produk (X4) dengan nilai sebesar 0,889 berpengaruh signifikan terhadap perkebangan usaha dodol dengan thitung > ttabel (sig < 0,05). Hasil analisis R Square sebesar 0,697 yang artinya perkembangan usaha sebesar 69,7% dipengaruhi oleh Harga , Promosi, Lokasi dan kualitas produk dan sisanya 31,3% variabel peningkatan Penjualan dijelaskan oleh variabel lain diluar penelitian

Abstract

The source of this research data was obtained from the answers to the questionnaire given to the customers of PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) Tbk Sub-Branch of Pangkalan Brandan. Processing and analysis of data in this study using the computer program SPSS 22.00 and Microsoft Office Excel. The results showed that there was a significant influence between religiosity on customer loyalty at BSI Tbk Sub Branch Pangkalan Brandan. This is evidenced by the statistical results showing that religiosity (X) statistically shows a significant value less than 0.05 or (0.00 < 0.05) and the tcount > ttable (14.730 > 1.98447). The religiosity of PT. BSI Tbk Pangkalan Brandan Sub-Branch affects their loyalty to continue using the products and services offered by BSI Tbk Pangkalan Brandan Sub-Branch by 68.6%, while the remaining 31.4% (100% - 68.6%) is influenced by the following variables: another variable. The positive coefficient means that there is a positive relationship between religiosity and customer loyalty, the higher the level of religiosity of PT. BSI Tbk Pangkalan Brandan Sub Branch, the more loyal they are to continue to use the products and services offered by PT. BSI Tbk Sub-Branch of Pangkalan Brandan.

Abstract

Basically, Islam is a perfect religion covering all areas of human life. Assets in the Islamic economic system have an important position. In relation to economic business activities and rituals of worship, property is properly considered so that in maqashid sharia it becomes one of the important points, namely maintaining or safeguarding property. This study aims to determine the implementation of khiyar in buying and selling transactions at the Medan Lama Fish Market. The approach used in this study is a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through interviews, documentation and observation. The results of this study have implemented khiyar by Muslim shop owners in the old field fish market, which has implemented three types of khiyar, namely khiyar assembly, khiyar disgrace and khiyar prerequisite.

Abstract

This research is a scientific study that discusses the Implementation of Sharia-Based Hotel Management and Service Systems (Case Study at Al’jayri Sharia Hotel Medan). This study aims to find out how the management and service system of the Al’jayri Sharia Hotel Medan and whether the Al’jayri Sharia Hotel management and service system has been implemented in accordance with Islamic Sharia. This research is a qualitative field research by obtaining data or information directly. The data collection prosess is obtained by researchers through documents, interviews, and direct observation. After the data was collected and then processed and analyzed with descriptive analysis, the analysis used to was inductive analysis.  This study chose the object of research at the Sharia Hotel Al’jayri Medan which is located at Jl. KH. Wahid Hasyim No. 102. Sei Sikambing D. Kec. Medan Petisah, Medan City, North Sumatera, 20114. The results show that the management system of the Medan Al’jayri Al’jayri Sharia Hotel is in accordance with Islamic Sharia, namely having and using a halal guarantee system, the employees of the Sharia Al’jayri Medan Hotel wear polite clothes covering their genitals. The service system at the Al’jayri Sharia Hotel Medan is implemented properly in accordance with Islamic Sharia, as evidenced by the implementation of basic services, namely selecting guests and cultivating greetings to guests.

Abstract

This research is based on the assumption that the distribution of zakat funds productively through the SUMUT Makmur program can improve the living standards of mutahik to become prosperous. This study aims to determine the optimization of the distribution of productive zakat funds carried out by North Sumatra BAZNAS in the SUMUT Makmur program. This research method uses a qualitative research approach with the type of case study research. Data collection techniques used in this study were observation, interviews and documentation. Based on the results of research and data analysis, it is concluded that the distribution of zakat through the economic program of SUMUT Makmur has been going well by providing economic empowerment assistance. However, significantly the optimization of zakat in the welfare of mustahik has not been optimally well, because BAZNAS SUMUT provides very small business capital assistance and the form of supervision carried out by BAZNAS SUMUT is less than optimal due to the lack of human resources owned so that recipients of venture capital assistance only get results that mediocre.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the efforts to empower Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) through Baitul Maal Wat Tamwil (BMT). This research is expected to provide accurate data regarding the empowerment of UMKM through the Qardhul Hasan contract in Batang Kuis, Tembung. This research is a qualitative research using data collection techniques through observation, documentation, and in-depth interviews. The data analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative. This research was conducted in Batang Kuis, Tembung. The subject of this research is BMT ANUGRAH Tembung. The result of this research is that the form of borrowing through Qardhul Hasan has the potential to be a source of substantial funds if it is utilized and managed optimally and its implementation is very useful for the community. Baitul Mal Wat Tamwil or BMT is an alternative solution in overcoming the problem of UMKM financing. The presence of BMT helps UMKM who cannot access financing facilities to formal financial institutions. In the implementation of the BMT Islamic Financial Institution, there are various ways of raising funds and ways of distributing funds. Fundraising is done through wadi'ah deposits and deposits. While the distribution of funds is done by financing murabahah, mudharabah, musyarakah, rahn (gada), ijarah, and qardhul hasan financing. Qardhul Hasan financing is the orientation of the function of the Islamic Financial Institution (Baitul Maal Wat Tamwil) as a social institution. Qardhul Hasan is a soft loan that is given on the basis of social obligations only. In this case the borrower is not required to return anything except the amount he borrowed.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of product innovation and marketing tools on the competitive advantage of fashion products at the Medan Shoe Store. This type of research uses quantitative research. The population in this study were the consumers of the Medan Shoe Store on Jl. Halat No. 122a Medan and samples used were 80 minimum samples using the Slovin formula, but to strengthen the results of the study, the researchers rounded off the results of the minimum sample calculations by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents. Data collection techniques used in this study are questionnaires and documentation. The analytical model used in this study is a regression analysis model, with a partial test method with Ttest and simultaneous test with Ftest. The partial T test results show that Product Innovation and Marketing Tools partially have a significant effect on Competitive Advantage. And the results of the F test simultaneously (simultaneously) have a significant effect on Competitive Advantage. So it can be concluded that there is an effect of Product Innovation and Marketing Tools on competitive advantage.
