Abstract

Employee performance is one of the factors that can determine the good or bad running of a company. A company generally has employees who occupy a number of positions or positions, be it at the staff level or section head. Promotion as one of the functions of human resource management activities has a very important role in increasing employee productivity. Promoting employees requires careful consideration, especially for middle and upper positions. To get a promotion in a company, of course there is a process of selecting employees who have met the criteria and requirements. Company xyz still uses manual methods in the process of selecting qualified employees to get promotions. Fuzzy C-Means (FCM) is one of the most frequently used clustering methods. However, FCM has some drawbacks such as the number of clusters to be predefined and the partition matrix to be random starting which makes the clustering results inconsistent. Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) can help solve problems into a hierarchical structure consisting of objective criteria and sub-criteria. This study aims to combine the two methods in the selection of promotions and implement these methods into a web-based decision support system. Keywords - promotion, Fuzzy C-Means method, AHP method

Abstract

A decision support system to determine the feasibility of subsequent production at a furniture shop that was studied using the SPK Benefit Cost Ratio method, this decision support system was made using web-based programming and the design of this system used the PHP and MySQL programming languages, drawing conclusions in this decision support system using the method BCR (Benefit Cost Ratio). This BCR method can determine the inadequacy of production that will be planned in the future. This decision support system program will provide a simulation of the results of the BCR to be processed, the results of this study indicate that the Benefit Cost Ratio method can be used to determine the next production because it is able to provide the results of determining production which so far have not used the method to continue production in stores based on the production that has been produced. previously sold. Abstract

This study aims to get an overview of the use of smartphones in implementing marketing 4.0 based on the theory diffusion of innovation. The results of this study conclude that by adopting marketing 4.0, UMKM Rumah Bordir Minang apply some new innovations products with new innovations by adding types of embroidery products, marketing them online and offline such as joining buying and selling forums in market places, another innovations by doing live Facebook, live Instagram and Tik Tok as well as offline such as making pamphlets, so due to the pandemic so exhibitions and bazaars cannot be carried out. This research used qualitative method, combining the methods of structured interviews, in-depth interviews and observations of the Rumah Bordir Minang in Bukittinggi City. With the existence of a smartphone, Rumah Bordir Minang has felt enormous benefits compared to the conventional way, because it can reduce the amount of costs and time spent in the process of selling embroidery products as well as expanding market share and increasing sales turnover.

Abstract

YAPISTA dalam pengelolaan penyewaan gedung aula masih manual dan belum menggunakan sistem informasi yang terintegrasi dengan baik. Customer harus datang ke gedung aula YAPISTA untuk mengisi formulir lalu melakukan proses penyewaan gedung aula YAPISTA sesuai dengan prosedur penyewaan yang di buat oleh pihak gedung aula YAPISTA. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk membangun sebuah sistem informasi yang berhubungan dengan system berbasis komputer, sehingga proses yang dilakukan dapat berlangsung dengan lebih cepat dan efisien serta dapat meminimalkan kesalahan yang mungkin terjadi. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan adalah kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data meliputi studi literatur, wawancara (interview), pengamatan secara langsung (observasi), dan metode pengembangan sistem menggunakan model waterfall. Sistem Informasi Penyewaan Gedung Aula pada Yayasan Pendidikan Ibnu Sina (YAPISTA) yang akan dirancang berbasis dashboard. Dari pengamatan serta penelitian yang dilakukan dapat diketahui Yayasan Pendidikan Ibnu Sina (YAPISTA) memerlukan data informasi pemesanan, dan informasi lain yang efektif dan efisien, sehingga diharapkan akan menghasilkan suatu informasi yang lebih baik dengan sistem yang terkomputerisasi.

Abstract

Abstrak Komersialisasi teknologi merupakan serangkaian proses pengembangan dan pemasaran teknologi yang dirancang untuk mencapai suatu titik yang dapat diaplikasikan pada suatu kegiatan produksi atau konsumsi sehingga dapat menghasilkan keuntungan. Sukses atau tidaknya komersialisasi bisnis berbasis teknologi dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor, antara lain kapasitas Start Up Vokasi sebagai pengusaha berbasis teknologi, mentor yang mendampingi Start Up Vokasi, pusat inkubasi yang melakukan proses inkubasi kepada Start Up Vokasi, dan nilai Tingkat Kesiapan Teknologi (TKT) dari produk teknologi yang dikomersialisasikan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan integrasi data strategi bisnis dan komersialisasi teknologi melalui pembuatan prototype sistem informasi untuk meningkatkan survival rate bisnis pada start up vokasi di Jawa Timur dalam menghadapi new normal. Penelitian ini dilakukan dalam beberapa tahapan meliputi melakukan studi terhadap startup vokasi di Jawa Timur untuk menggali permasalahan yang dihadapi dan melakukan analisis SWOT. Kemudian melakukan rekap data awal, dilanjutkan melakukan analisis Survival Rate, membuat Prototype Sistem informasi dan melakukan analisis terhadap integrasi data dan strategi bisnis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa prototype Sistem informasi Start up vokasi mampu memberikan pelayanan yang lebih baik dalam proses inkubasi, monitoring evaluasi perkembangan usaha, dan strategi bisnis yang baik bagi para Start UP Vokasi khususnya pada wilayah Jawa Timur. kata kunci : integrasi data, sistem informasi, survival rate bisnis, start up vokasi jawa timur

Abstract

Pentingnya pengawasan penjualan oleh manajemen agar sesuai dengan tujuan perusahaan diperlukan pengambilan keputusan yang cepat dan tepat. Dipandang perlu untuk meneliti apakah obyek penelitian sudah menerapkan pengawasan penjualan yang tepat. Penelitian dilakukan untuk mengetahui apakah aplikasi sales monitoring dapat mempengaruhi keputusan manajemen. Penelitian dilakukan dengan melakukan obsevasi pada pengawasan penjualan obyek penelitian yang mempengaruhi keputusan manajemen. Hasil penelitian dilapangan bahwa pengawasan penjualan menggunakan aplikasi dengan alat telepon genggam dan web browser bebasis android dan web agar lebih mendukung pengambilan keputusan manajemen.

Abstract

Basketball is a sport that is widely known throughout the world, which was introduced on December 15, 1891 which has continued until now and the existence of the National Basketball Association (NBA) is an association that raises the name of basketball around the world. This trickshot is a basketball movement that is quite difficult to do in terms of style and how to do it because this movement really requires more practice and skill in basketball games but for learning tools in the form of 3d animation videos, there is no such thing. This research produces a short and clear 3-dimensional animation video with a duration of 2 minutes and 3 seconds using the MDLC (Multimedia Development Life Cycle) method which will be implemented on social media such as YouTube and with this animated video, it is hoped that basketball players can add knowledge and insight on how to do the basketball trick shot technique.

Abstract

Wedding organizer is one of the services that have a function to help the bride-to-be in preparing the planning and implementation of a series of wedding party events in accordance with the concept, schedule, and budget that has been set. Sanggar Kemanten wedding organizer rental information system is created by utilizing web-based information technology, with the aim of expanding the promotion area and simplifying the booking process. Wedding organizer rental information systems use PHP and MySQL programming languages, methods used on these systems using waterfall methods. Information system wedding organizer Sanggar Kemanten is very helpful for brides-to-be who do not want to bother with their wedding planning problems. With the development of technology today wedding organizer Sanggar Kemanten has started to move from manual process to online process that is information system wedding organizer that lined web.

Abstract

In the present technology is developing very quickly, technology is very helpful for human work, from the ease of transacting, getting information, and so on. In this digital age, sports are very important activities, sports are very fun activities for most people, such as Futsal. It's just that to play futsal requires a special field, while to play on the futsal field, in some places futsal is required to make a booking because of the tight schedule, and the problem is when the customer comes to the location with a considerable distance and it turns out that the futsal place is full booked it is an unpleasant thing for the customers. Here we try to solve the problem by creating an online booking application futsal field via the web, which certainly helps customers to make reservations and scheduling the field regularly and surely. This research aims to explain and describe the booking applications in Futsal 4D by building the results of the booking application design using PHP & MySQL programming grammar. The benefit of this research is to provide a positive outlook for Futsal 4D customers regarding easy, effective, and efficient booking applications and Futsal 4D customers feel more helped by this application.

Abstract

In the garment industry, Quality Control Laboratory is one of the main elements in carrying out industrial processes. The purpose of the quality control laboratory is so that there is no second quality in goods so that they can be controlled, get quality values, selected so that consumers feel satisfied and the company does not suffer losses. In the process of selecting fabrics in this laboratory department, research is needed so that the process can be completed quickly and accurately. However, there are problems that occur in the process. Sometimes the quality control department of this department still finds it difficult to determine the priority of the influential fabric workmanship standards to be produced in accordance with the buyer's standards. Therefore, this research requires a decision support system by choosing the Simple Additive Weight method. This method can make it easier for laboratory department workers to choose which process should take precedence. Determination of the selection of fabric work is determined by the existence of alternative options based on criteria from the data of the fabric model to be made for the selection of fabric work. The results of this study were able to determine a value from the weight of each criterion and an assessment to find the weight of each criterion and then rank and obtain alternatives. This decision support system is able to facilitate the workers in the laboratory department of PT. Busana Indah Global. Keywords: Quality Control, Laboratory, Simple Additive Weight
