Abstrak Komersialisasi teknologi merupakan serangkaian proses pengembangan dan pemasaran teknologi yang dirancang untuk mencapai suatu titik yang dapat diaplikasikan pada suatu kegiatan produksi atau konsumsi sehingga dapat menghasilkan keuntungan. Sukses atau tidaknya komersialisasi bisnis berbasis teknologi dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor, antara lain kapasitas Start Up Vokasi sebagai pengusaha berbasis teknologi, mentor yang mendampingi Start Up Vokasi, pusat inkubasi yang melakukan proses inkubasi kepada Start Up Vokasi, dan nilai Tingkat Kesiapan Teknologi (TKT) dari produk teknologi yang dikomersialisasikan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan integrasi data strategi bisnis dan komersialisasi teknologi melalui pembuatan prototype sistem informasi untuk meningkatkan survival rate bisnis pada start up vokasi di Jawa Timur dalam menghadapi new normal. Penelitian ini dilakukan dalam beberapa tahapan meliputi melakukan studi terhadap startup vokasi di Jawa Timur untuk menggali permasalahan yang dihadapi dan melakukan analisis SWOT. Kemudian melakukan rekap data awal, dilanjutkan melakukan analisis Survival Rate, membuat Prototype Sistem informasi dan melakukan analisis terhadap integrasi data dan strategi bisnis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa prototype Sistem informasi Start up vokasi mampu memberikan pelayanan yang lebih baik dalam proses inkubasi, monitoring evaluasi perkembangan usaha, dan strategi bisnis yang baik bagi para Start UP Vokasi khususnya pada wilayah Jawa Timur. kata kunci : integrasi data, sistem informasi, survival rate bisnis, start up vokasi jawa timur

CV. Bee Digital Prestasi Nusantara selalu membuka lowongan untuk mengisi pos jabatan fungsional maupun non-fungsional perusahaan dengan jumlah pelamar yang dipastikan meningkat setiap tahunnya. Namun, proses seleksi yang bersifat konvesional menyebabkan tidak tercapainya target yang ditetapkan perusahaan. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini menyajikan sebuah solusi berupa sistem berbasis web dengan pendekatan metode Multi Attribute Utility Theory untuk memberikan kemudahan dalam proses seleksi karyawan di CV. Bee Digital Prestasi Nusantara. Pendekatan metode Multi Attribute Utility Theory memberikan solusi berupa rekomendasi hasil akhir dari proses seleksi yang dilakukan dengan cara melakukan penilaian melalui beberapa alternatif dan sub-alternatif dikalikan bobot. yang telah ditentukan perusahaan. Pendekatan metode tersebut terbagi menjadi beberapa tahapan: (1) Submisi dan Tes (2) Perhitungan Nilai, Kriteria dan Bobot (3) Perangkingan. Penerapan metode MAUT dapat memberikan keputusan yang efektif terhadap rekrutmen calon karyawan yang diterima perusahaan. Hasil percobaan dari penelitian diatas menunjukkan bahwa dengan mengunakan metode diatas mampu mempercepat proses rekruitmen dan dapat dengan cepat menentukan calon karyawan yang sesuai dengan kriteria perusahaan dibandingkan dengan cara yang konvensional.

GIS Cluster of Fisheries Business Strategy for East Java is a visual map design based on the Geographical Information System (GIS) website that presents the potential and business strategies to capture fisheries in East Java Province. Market analysis is used to assess the feasibility of market aspects using the dimensions of market potential, competitors, segmentation targeting and positioning, interests for business actors, income and business model canvas. The research methodology was descriptive qualitative using primary and secondary data. The results obtained from the market aspect with an overall average score on 3 dimensions indicated that respondents tend to agree that GIS design will have a positive impact on business actors. The East Java Fisheries Business Strategy Cluster GIS had a positioning, which was a superior feature by grouping information and data to find out the capture fisheries business strategy. Based on the results of the market analysis on the GIS system, it was said to be feasible in terms of each dimension.

This company is a company in the shipping industry located in Sidoarjo, East Java. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of compensation and job satisfaction on employee performance which is moderated by job satisfaction. This type of research is a quantitative research with a causal approach. The sample in this study amounted to 34 employees with purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques used were interviews and questionnaires (questionnaires). The statistical test technique used was Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The results showed that compensation had no partial and significant effect on performance with the results of the t statistical test calculation of 0.063 and job satisfaction did not moderate compensation on performance with the results of MRA test calculation of 0.686. Therefore, company should manage their human resources in oder to optimize performance.

Human resources play a crucial role in achieving organizational goals, especially enhancing performance. This study focuses on the Department of Transportation in Gresik, aiming to examine the impact of work motivation on the performance of Civil Servants (PNS) while considering job satisfaction. Using purposive sampling, the research involved 61 PNS employees. A quantitative approach with explanatory research methods was applied, using questionnaires as the data collection tool. Simple linear regression and path analysis were used to test the hypotheses. The results show that work motivation has a positive impact on both the performance and job satisfaction of PNS employees. However, job satisfaction was not found to mediate the relationship between motivation and performance. The findings indicate that improved PNS performance is influenced by high work motivation, demonstrated through responsibility for core and additional tasks according to time targets and job descriptions. Supporting factors include satisfactory salaries, adequate facilities, and good working conditions.

Based on the AKHLAK survey results Internalization Index employee loyalty in marine service companies can be said to be low because loyalty to the company falls into the category of Low Implementation Index with a percentage of 33.5%. The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of loyalty on employee performance. The sample in this study consisted of 137 permanent employees. This research uses a quantitative approach with data collection techniques using questionnaires and interviews. Hypothesis testing uses simple linear regression analysis. Hypothesis testing results show nilai p-value of the employee loyalty variable is 0 or p-value < 0.05. This means that employee loyalty has a positive and significant effect on employee performance in maritime service companies in Surabaya. Companies need to make efforts to foster loyalty so that they can improve performance.

This study aims to determine the effect of work environment on employee performance through work discipline at one of the shipyard companies in Surabaya. The company faces performance problems that are thought to be caused by a less structured work environment. This study aims to analyze how these factors affect performance through work discipline. This study used questionnaires and interviews to collect data from 136 employees through simple random sampling. Instrument quality assessment was carried out using the outer model test, while hypothesis testing was carried out through the inner model method. The results showed that the work environment has a positive effect on employee performance. The work environment does not have a positive effect on work discipline. Work discipline is not proven to have a positive influence between employee performance and work environment variables. These results indicate the importance of improving the work environment to improve employee performance.

Employee performance is the main factor for companies to improved quality and competed with other companies. This study aims to examine the effect organizational culture on employee performance with work motivation as an intervening variable. Based on the problems, performance and work motivation tend to fluctuate and decline. The implementation of organizational culture is not optimal. This type of research is explanatory research which is quantitative with data collection techniques using questionnaires. The selected sample is a saturated sample with fifty-one permanent employees. Validity and reliability tests are used in this study for testing instruments with hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression analysis, path analysis and sobel tests. The results of the study indicate that the variables of organizational culture have a positive effect on employee performance. Partial organizational culture have a positive effect on employee performance and work motivation can mediate the effect between organizational culture on employee performance, therefore, companies need to improve the optimization of organizational culture and work motivation to improve employee performance.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of work environment on employee performance through job satisfaction. The research used a saturated sample. The samples amounted to fifty-one permanent employees. The type of research used explanatory research is quantitative. The data was collected using a questionnaire. The data analysis techniques used are validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, simple linear analysis test, path analysis, and sobel test. The results of this study showed that there is a positive influence between the work environment on employee performance. There was a positive influence between the work environment on job satisfaction. Job satisfaction has a positive effect on employee performance. The results of testing with job satisfaction as an intervening variable between the work environment and employee performance proved to have no effect. The implications of this research are important for companies to pay attention to work environment conditions and increase job satisfaction so as to improve employee performance.
