Abstract

This study examines the impact or influence of using the TikTok Shop platform on MSMEs in Indonesia, focusing on the use of the TikTok Shop platform in increasing product sales. The results highlight the shift in consumer behavior that is more likely to shop online, as well as the benefits provided by TikTok Shop for MSMEs that adopt it, such as increased sales and product visibility. However, challenges also arise for MSMEs that do not keep up with this digital trend, with the potential for a decline in sales in their offline markets. The recommendations involve digital training, online promotion, further study, and policy development that supports the digital transformation of MSMEs. To achieve a balance between online and offline sales, MSMEs can integrate online and offline strategies, provide loyalty programs, improve customer experience, conduct data analysis, diversify products and services, establish partnerships with e-commerce platforms, and conduct continuous monitoring and evaluation of their online and offline sales performance.

Abstract

The development and advancement of the current era are inseparable from the digital world where the digital world has also changed the view of the world of marketing, the flow of marketing has moved from conventional to digital, and the impact is very pronounced where the current era of more effective marketing makes it possible for buyers to have and see information about products easily and quickly and can be done anywhere and anytime, customer searches with this online media are called digital marketing, even this development has made changes where small  UMKM can be left behind and lost due to lack of knowledge of the internet in the era of rampant online shops such as TikTok stores, Shopee, Lazada and so on. This writing is taken on a qualitative approach where it provides an explanation of the object of research and makes observations at the level of UMKM in the area from a small scale, satisfaction is one of the successes in this digital era in developing UMKM actors in build and provide progress in their products and the existence of the digital era is one of the challenges for UMKM actors because they interact directly from various online circles, opening up opportunities for UMKM actors to get more benefits with customers from very many online users, implementing into the real world where the advancement of UMKM technology can be more advanced and not left behind in the online shop introduction to UMKM about digital marketing has a significant impact.

Abstract

This research examines the marketing strategies used by MSME players, focusing on Sylviea Collection's use of TikTok Shop as a case study. MSMEs in Indonesia face various challenges, including the COVID-19 pandemic bug and changes in consumer shopping behavior towards the digital economy. One of the efforts made by MSMEs is to utilize TikTok Shop to market their products. This study concludes that MSMEs can increase the appeal and effectiveness of their TikTok content by using high-quality smartphones, non-rational persuasive advertising techniques, and functional ads that provide clear product information. With the right marketing strategy, MSMEs can expand their market in the growing digital era.

Abstract

This research use desciptive qualitative approach. Interviews function as a guide for researchers to use the current social situation that will be researched thoroughly, broadly and in depth. All words written or spoken by an individual and observed behavior are included in this data. This research examines the lifestyle symptoms of JKT48 fans, describing the feelings and perspectives of the participants. People around the world began to be tainted by various Japanese cultural products, including films, songs, fashion, lifestyle, and industrial products. Japanese culture spread so quickly and was widely embraced by society, giving rise to the phenomenon of Japaneseophilia, also known as Wibu, or in JKT48 life, usually called Wota. Wibu is a term that refers to the popularity of Japanese culture abroad, especially overseas, to refer to the spread of South Japanese pop culture throughout the world, including in Indonesia. Indonesian teenagers have become interested in Japanese culture or J-pop recently. JKT48 fans, such as FJKT48, the capital's idols, and the JKT48 gallery, know that J-pop is not just about music. It is closer to all Japanese culture. even fans apply elements of Japanese culture in their daily lives. Japanese fashion is something that is very common in various parts of the world, and the world of fashion is growing rapidly, especially Japanese fashion which has influenced hairstyles, dresses, shoes, even make-up. Japanese fashion is unique because it represents bright clothing colors that are easy to combine with the body and skin colors of Asian people. Japanese fashion is also present and influences its followers in everyday life. They believed that following these developments was in keeping with the emerging modernity. From here we can find out how the problem of lifestyle dependency has an impact on the behavior of Indonesian people.

Abstract

This analysis is a qualitative approach to literature analysis. The data used in this study came from various academic scientific journals relevant to the research topic. The data analysis method used is the analysis of the literature used in the research. The purpose of this research is to find out the impact of social media and the negative impact of watching pornographic media. Social media is a type of internet media that allows users to easily participate in conversations, exchange ideas, and create virtual worlds. Social media has captivated the world in recent years. It is not surprising that the dangers to adolescent mental health from online exploitation of adolescent habits and behaviors have been threatening for a long time. The negative effect of social media is dehumanisation where one views people less humanly or considers them not human equals, then indirectly distances those who are close. Teenagers have a high curiosity about things they don’t know or things that are interesting and unique, so social media is very helpful for teenagers to find things they don’t know easily. On the other hand, high curiosity in teenagers can have a negative impact. For example, curiosity or interest in things about pornography because if you see something like that once, teenagers will feel curious and explore everything, and they become addicted to pornographic media. Adolescents who are addicted to pornography will be very detrimental to themselves because the effect of watching porn videos is very bad, namely damaging brain function and affecting adolescent mentality.

Abstract

crop failure. Farmers' understanding of how to deal with climate change is necessary because the agricultural sector is highly dependent on and vulnerable to climate change. As a result, agriculture and climate change are closely intertwined. The purpose of this study is to evaluate farmers' level of awareness of current climate change and its impacts, especially on food crops. This research used descriptive qualitative research methods with data collection methods in the form of primary and secondary data. Primary data was taken from interviews with the community and observations at the research site. And for secondary data obtained from the BMKG website page and Kompas.id. Descriptive analysis is used in the data analysis plan. The research findings show that both farmers who failed to harvest and those who succeeded in harvesting have known and felt the changes that occurred, such as changes in the growing season, changes in temperature, changes in rainfall, extreme weather and pest attacks. However, farmers are still unable to define what climate change is. Farmers endure lower yields, more pest attacks, higher probability of crop failure, and lower farmer income as a result of climate change, among other impacts. Farmers who experience crop failure usually resort to the following three ways first, borrowing money from friends, family, or neighbors second, doing side jobs such as being a construction worker, farm laborer on a neighbor's farm, or being a motorcycle taxi driver and third, using savings from the previous harvest.

Abstract

This research tries to find out how UKT (Single Tuition Fee) payments at UIN Gusdur Pekalongan are perceived by students majoring in Islamic banking FEBI (Faculty of Economics and Islamic Business). Primary data used in this study was collected through interviews with respondents using descriptive qualitative methods. A technical tool called "digital banking" was created to speed up consumer transactions. One of them, driven by the increasing use of the internet in society, is the digitalization of banking in Indonesia.  Then one of the targets is students, who are expected to use and trust the financial system with its innovation in the form of digital banking applications as a transaction instrument used in everyday life, especially in UKT (Single Tuition Fee) payments.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of using the e- commerce platform on the sales performance of Muda Mudi offline stores in the Digital Age. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods with data collection methods in the form of primary and secondary data. Primary data is taken from interviews with owners and employees observation observations at the research site. And for secondary data obtained from literature studies or literature searches of previous research literature through internet sites or journals that are relevant to this case. The results of the study found that the existence of E-commerce actually made offline stores deserted customers because now people prefer to shop for fashion in online stores because they can buy it easily without coming to the store just using the internet wherever and whenever they are. Prices in online stores are sometimes also cheaper than offline stores and also usually the choice of goods in online stores is more than offline stores

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the use of the Paesan village community regarding e-commerce. This research uses qualitative research methods with secondary data collection methods. Primary data was taken from interviews with the community and observations at the research site. The research results showed that E-commerce (Online Transactions) is quite helpful for people in making transactions. And the clarity of the information obtained so that the public, the respondents, acknowledged that the existence of this system was only to make things easier. The benefits obtained from this system are numerous. Because the online transaction system helps people who, if they forget to bring cash, can use online transactions using technological media. With this system, people who have difficulty understanding technology are not jealous of the existence of this system. So that people now avoid the word technologically ignorant.
